Katara: two years of isolation chasing after her brother who vanished into the Earth Kingdom looking for work. Zuko: six years of isolation on an iron ship slowly losing hope that his horizon might ever change. After coming to realize his father never meant for him to return home, Zuko throws his fate in with Katara's side, but halting one hundred years of momentum isn't that easy.

This story is to fill in the gaps between the play on Ember Island and Katara and Aang's kiss at the end. My version of what happened. Drama. Kataang.

Azula had left the fire nation and took up work as a bounty hunter. She was good at it, able to standover all those pleading to be let free. Yet one drink, caused what most would guess. A child born to Azula the only one who showed her unconditional love. Still fate deals the cards, yet no matter the cards the backs are always blue.

As the eldest son of the chieftain he was tasked with protecting the village & his younger siblings Sokka & Katara. After their mother's death too much changed. To keep his remaining family safe he had to close off his heart and train relentlessly. The Avatar wasn't coming back. Or at least, that's what Ayaan thought, until a bald kid with blue arrows showed up.

An AU story. Zuko has managed to capture the GAang. With no options left, Katara picks up on Zuko's attraction to her and offers him a deal, one night with her in his bed for Aang's release. She convinces him to take the deal, but the experience may prove to be very different than what she expects. Can she resist the attraction between them, or will she succumb to temptation?

When Zuko and Sokka meet as children after the Southern Water Tribe is not only invaded, but conquered by the Fire Nation, they realize unlikely alliances can be formed in war. Now, the boys can let the differences between their families and cultures bring them together to stop the bloodshed or allow the years of hatred to win before the war is even won.

In the year 96AG, a freshly banished 13-year-old Prince Zuko discovers a strange boy frozen in an iceberg. When Zhao interferes with Zuko's plans to deliver the Avatar to Ozai, Aang helps Zuko and Iroh escape. As he gets to know Aang, Zuko learns that everything he was taught was a lie, and begins to feel things he has never felt before. Originally posted on AO3.

Zuko succeeds in capturing the Avatar. Yes! His life's goal has been accomplished! But what seems like a blessing may really be a curse. Everyone fights for what they believe in. Where some see balance, others see stratification. Where some see salvation, others see slavery. To the Fire Nation, the Avatar is the vanguard of the longest dark age humanity has ever known. When Zuko escapes the Fire Lord's grasp during the day of Dark Sun, he comes across a girl in a cage. She seems rather ditsy but also has a sharp tongue. Unable to leave her behind, he let's her go and she decides to follow him to the Avatar. Will she keep following him? Or will she follow her own path? Only time will tell.

What if Zuko is planning his Uncle's birthday party, but is still plagued by what happened to Mai. Who unveiled her own parents as lead Ozai loyalists, and disappeared with her little brother to protect him. Before Zuko could even tell Mai he wanted to help her? Can he find her and explain his true feelings before things get ANY worse? HOW does Ursa know where they are?

Ren made the mistake of being outside during a spiritually charged time of night. Now she has to help the avatar out while figuring out why she seemed to fit in far too well in their world. She never knew why her life had to get crazy, but a part of her was starting to accept it.
