EXT. NEW YORK CITY STREET - DAY
Jack is walking across a busy street in New York City when a MUGGER appears out of nowhere, intent on robbing him.
Just when it looks like Jack is in trouble, SPIDER-MAN swoops in and takes out the mugger with a few swift moves.
Jack looks up at Spider-Man in awe, suddenly realizing why he looks so familiar.
JACK
Wait a minute...I know you! Weren't you in Germany during the civil war?
Spider-Man looks surprised that Jack has figured it out.
SPIDER-MAN
Wow, you've got a good memory. Yeah, I was there.
Jack stares at Spider-Man for a few moments, processing what he's learned.
JACK
So that's why you look so familiar...you're Peter Parker!
Spider-Man grins.
SPIDER-MAN
Guilty as charged.
Jack laughs, relieved that the truth is out in the open.
JACK
I'm glad it's all forgotten.
Spider-Man looks out at the city.
SPIDER-MAN
Me too.
He turns to Jack with a smile.
SPIDER-MAN
Stay safe, Jack.
Spider-Man swings away, leaving Jack alone on the street. Jack watches as Spider-Man disappears into the night, feeling grateful for the chance encounter.
