When Michelle accepted the job in Sydney, she never once expected her path to cross with JD. If she had known what lay ahead of her, she would have tried to prepare herself better. But no, she had to go and fall in love with the arrogant Australian. At least the idiot had gone and fallen for her too. She narrowed her eyes at him and waited for the man to break. "We are not spending the day on the beach."

"It could be fun!" he tried.

"Yeah, not falling for it. I've seen how many bodies end up in these oceans. All the oceans, actually," she corrected.

JD laughed. "You never cease to amaze me."

"I try my best." Michelle winked at him, kissed her boyfriend, and then sauntered off to find something to do for the day.

He sighed and followed her, intending to help Michelle come up with an idea that they'd both enjoy. Sometimes it was hard to agree on something. Maybe their friends could pitch in and help them out - they occasionally needed them as tiebreakers.

Michelle and JD did finally figure something out - eventually - and then they set out to paint the town red.
