Chapter 34: Yi Xing Long's Miscalculation
Furious, Yi and the other Dragons massively raised their Ki, startling the Dragon Team, particularly its weakest members Kuririn and Tenshinhan.
"T-This level of power is on a completely different dimension from ours… I-I don't know if I'll be of any help in this fight," said Tenshinhan.
"T-That isn't true, Tenshinhan-san! If we can make an opening, however little – there has to be a way to win!" said Kuririn.
"A way to win?! How absurd," said Yi Xing Long as he then charged a powerful finger beam, immediately blasting a hole through the outermost layer of the heroes' triple-layered barrier and shooting more blasts at it, as Su Xing Long then engulfed said hole in flames, causing all of the warriors inside to stagger.
"Feh! It's the infinite energy that those pesky androids possess!" yelled Su Xing Long, "they physically can't run out of stamina, so they're able to keep up the barrier regardless of my scorching heat!"
"Then I wonder how they'll fare against the power of freezing ice!" yelled San Xing Long as he engulfed the heroes' barrier in a massive blizzard of unfathomably low temperatures, at which point a layer of ice appeared to freeze around the heroes' barrier. However, from it a series of Kikoho blasts were fired, shattering the ice and destroying San Xing Long's wings.
"Brrr! That was some disgustingly freezing cold, you gave my pretty face frostbite, almost! But you let your guard down, that's a mistake you'll come to regret!" said Brapan as she revealed she was the one who fired off the Kikoho blasts, her hands forming a pentagon close to the edge of the barrier.
"So rapidly fluctuating temperatures won't cut it, eh?! Then allow me!" Qi Xing Long, the blue dragon-shaped one with a mole-shaped nose then split the ground beneath the heroes and caused them to lose their footing, at which point the artificial humans erecting the barrier lifted it up into the air. As they did this, Ryu Xing Long, the wind sorceress, then forced their barrier high up into the air using her ability to manipulate the air and said, "Fuhuhuhuhuhu! I am able to erect a barrier myself, using my power to create vacuum and manipulate the element of wind! If I simply drive you all to the edge of the planet's atmosphere, where air is scant, you'll have to come down sooner or later!"
"D-Damn! Her air power's really something else, I-I can't bring the barrier any closer to the ground!" yelled #17, as Redjic then added, "Yes. This is quite the predicament. If we were to somehow lure her inside our barrier, she may cut off our air supply. And while she has her powers active, trying to evade her control over the air and escape being shot out of the planet's orbit is all we can do."
"So the damn fight's at a standstill, how boring! My Fusion won't last forever, I'm going in!" yelled Brapan as she attempted to escape the barrier and attack Ryu Xing Long, prompting Super #17 to grab her by coiling his hair around her mouth and whisper something in her ear. Brapan gasped, at which point she nodded and then said, "We don't have a choice! We need to just bombard 'em with the best attacks we've got, while making sure they don't break all our barriers and kill any of us!"
"Yes, you have the right idea! Boo, heal Brapan right this instant! This is where our advantage in a war of attrition will prove invaluable!" yelled Vegeta as Boo zapped Brapan with a blue ray, allowing her energy to be restored completely. She then said, "Petty tricks won't amount to anything here, we just gotta hit 'em with everythin' we've got!" and fired a series of Kikoho at Ryu Xing Long, who blocked the first few blasts before the fourth one smashed through her wind shield and completely ruined her hair and ornamental, webbed skirt. Fuming, Ryu Xing Long took a more bestial look as her eyes blanked out and turned to a red color, and yelled, "Why you! Disgusting brat, you'll die for this!" before manipulating a vacuum she created around herself into an invisible drill-like shape and firing it at the heroes' barrier, which cracked from the impact. She then grew wings from her shoulders and flapped them to increase the effect of her air powers, forming many more drills which she concentrated around the hole she'd pierced earlier.
Wu Xing Long then said, "Ryu! Before the hole you created in their barrier disappears, pour water inside! Water contains oxygen!"
Ryu Xing Long, regaining her cool to an extent, then did so and manipulated the green water around the island the battle was taking place in and poured the water inside, at which point Wu Xing Long then yelled, "Now you trash are done for! Thunder slime!"
Wu Xing Long fired a series of electric slime around the heroes, most of which were kept out of the confines of the barrier through #17, Super #17 and Redjic closing it swiftly. However, the one that did make it inside used the water that Ryu poured inside to conduct electricity around them, shocking them all.
"Me save bald ones!" yelled Mister Boo as he quickly formed multiple antennae arou-nd his head and then healed Kuririn and Tenshinhan to avoid their swift deaths, at which point the heroes desperately fired off all the blasts they could muster at Wu Xing Long, blasting him to bits.
"Fools! You think it'd be that easy to kill me, the most versatile of the Evil Dragons?!" yelled Wu Xing Long as the pieces of him became electric slime and regenerated, during which Boo managed to heal most of the other heroes except Brapan, whom Wu personally targeted, surrounding her in electric slime that reformed along with his main body.
"You have by far the most annoying attacking ability of the bunch, I'm killing you first of all!" yelled Wu Xing Long as he used his electric power to cause his hand to take a magnetic attribute of N, and the electric slime surrounding Brapan into an attribute of S, forcing her out of the barrier and pulling her inside himself. He then said, "Now you die! Dragon… Thunder!" and formed a massive, explosive burst of pink and white electric energy that surrounded the atmosphere in a blinding flash of light, with a seemingly dying Brapan then remaining when the electric slime he'd transformed himself to almost dissipated from the impact. As it tried to slowly regenerate around Brapan's body, she suddenly got up, smirked at Ryu Xing Long, and then punched the Dragon Balls from inside her skull before yelling, "Shin Kikoho!" and completely eradicating her body. She then trapped the electric slime surrounding her in a small Ki barrier and shot it toward the sky and yelled, "Super Dodonpa!", firing a massive ray of yellowish-orange light and destroying the electric slime around Wu Xing Long's Dragon Ball. She then threw the Dragon Balls at Super #17 and said, "Two down, twelve more to go!" as Goten teleported behind her and took her back inside the barrier.
"Grr…. How?! How did you survive?!" yelled Ran Xing Long, the green lizard and frog hybrid-looking dragon, at which point Bra answered, "Simple. I knew we needed more than just plain ol' healing abilities to be prepared for this fight, so I brought a spare Senzu, and stuffed it inside a rubber glove in case we got zapped or something! My only problem was that I didn't know how to spit it out of my stomach and it was a gamble whether or not it'd still be in my body after fusing, but it paid off pretty good if I say so myself! And while I'm at it, I'll kill you too!" yelled Brapan as she fired off a series of Shin Kikoho at Ran Xing Long, only for her blasts to be cancelled out by Su Xing Long's inferno and Qi Xing Long's earthen shield.
"Won't be that easy, huh… In that case, Boo-san, heal me right away!" yelled Brapan as she suddenly threw up again, and began choking on her bile as she suddenly reverted to base form.
"H-Hey, Bra and Pan-chan clearly fused while they were transformed to Super Saiyans, right?! Transforming back shouldn't be possible until the Fusion has ended!" said Trunks, prompting Ran Xing Long to then say, "Heh! Hehehehehehe! You didn't think it would be that easy to take out us Evil Dragons, did you?! Fools! The moment that she stepped out of your little shield, I engulfed the air around her in an atmospheric gas that saps the energy of any fighter! With a bit of poison I'd added in, to boot! That Senzu only saved her for a moment!"
"Ku! The guy's just like Gurd of the Ginyu Force, he has the peskiest special ability but the lowest power! W-We have to kill him first of all!" yelled Kuririn as he then threw a Kienzan at the lizard-dragon, only for the seven Namekian Evil Dragons to blast it away casually.
"Playtime is over! I will infect each and every one of you!" yelled Ran Xing Long as he converted his form into a dark mass of energy, which swirled with a huge whirlwind of poison vapor.
"This will finish off you trash," said Qi Xing Long as he opened the surface of New Namek to expose the crust and core of the planet, at which point Su Xing Long absorbed the heat energy dormant in the planet's nucleus to fire a massive stream of lava and heat energy at the heroes, completely breaking the first two layers of the barrier they'd formed. Su then yelled, "Burning Spin!" and fired a circular heat energy ball shaped like a molecular bond, shattering the last layer of the barrier.
Ran Xing Long then yelled, "This is it! I'll infect each and every one of you!"
Brapan, spitting blood out of her mouth, then yelled, "Ten-san! Take out the bottle!"
Tenshinhan smirked and said, "That's my student!" and took out a sealing bottle that was used to seal Kami by Piccolo back in the 23rd Tenkaichi Budokai, opening it. The two then yelled together, "Mafuba!" and trapped Ran Xing Long in a green whirlwind of pure energy, forcing his toxic, energy Dragon form inside and sealing the jar. Brapan, having accomplished this with the last of her power, defused, at which point Oob applied a Ki shock to both Pan and Bra's chests, forcing them to regurgitate the toxic fumes they'd swallowed before Boo then healed them.
"I'm running out of patience," said Yi Xing Long as he immediately charged at the group, who managed to halt his punch by quickly forming a double-layered barrier. Yi, however, grew spikes around his forearms and hacked away at the shields, forcing a hole to open. Bra and Tenshinhan fired a series of Shin Kikoho at him, only to damage him only mildly. He then knocked them both out with a double backfist and then blasted Boo to pieces with a finger beam, saying "No more instant recoveries for you filth!"
Yi Xing Long then formed spikes all around his body and shot them in all directions, which impaled several of the heroes, but failed to kill any of them.
"You're all annoying little shits, having good enough defense to dodge all of that. It's about time I wipe you all out!" yelled Yi as he sicked the Namekian Evil Dragons on the heroes, having them quickly knock out Tenshinhan, Kuririn, Oob, Bra, #18 and fight Trunks, Future Trunks, and Oob to a standstill. As The Namekian Dragons were about to kill his two best friends and Oob, Goten flared up his Super Saiyan 3 aura and yelled, "Yi Xing Long! You bastard! I'll finish you right now!" as he swung Trunks' samurai sword at Yi, who knocked it out of Goten's hand with a finger and blew him away with a Kiai.
"The time is rife. I will erase each and every one of you! You won't be able to survive this!"
Yi Xing Long took a deep breath and collected the negative energy of the other Evil Dragons except the sealed Ran Xing Long, and then summoned the Namekian Evil Dragons to his side. He then fueled the Minus Energy ball that had begun to take shape above his palm to dangerous levels, pumping more and more of his energy into the attack.
"T-This blast…! He intends to destroy not only the fourteen of us, but the entire galaxy as well! Stop! An attack like this, you won't be able to come out unscathed from either!" yelled Oob.
"Do not worry, I am condensing it so that my pawns and I will survive. Your weak, flesh and blood mortal bodies will be nothing but dust!"
Pan yelled, "Guys! We have to stick together and run! This is no fight, now!"
"It's too late, far too late!" yelled Yi Xing Long as he fired off the strongest Minus Energy Power Ball he could muster, smirking and saying, "It's game over… DIE!"
Pan smirked and said, "Super #17! He fell for it!" as Super #17 nodded and then put himself in the path of the blast, consuming it using the two energy absorbing red jewels embedded into his palms, and then spreading his arms out and enlarging massively before yelling, "I have to return this to you!"
Super #17 fired off a massive, reddish-orange burst of energy that crackled with black electricity and completely engulfed the Evil Dragons, who'd been following the heroes as they fled. The Dragons all yelled, "GWAAAAAAARGH!" and vanished into the midst of the humongous flare of power that erupted from the beam, and the ray of dark crimson light that it generated could be seen from galaxies away. Most of the Evil Dragons had disintegrated completely from the attack, having become clumps of smoldering meat with only the cracked Dragon Balls that had formed their core rolling vapidly in the wake of the blast, which completely erased the oceans of New Namek in the direction it was fired in.
"D-Did we do it?! W-We got him! Yay!" yelled Pan as she reverted to her base form and danced around happily, at which point Redjic used his healing power to put life back in the pieces of Boo that had been destroyed by Yi Xing Long, allowing him to quickly regenerate. He healed Tenshinhan and Bra and said, "They not done yet. Three or four of them survive."
From the smoke, Yi Xing Long, San Xing Long and Su Xing Long emerged, each of them missing a limb and a portion of their heads, and Qi Xing Long having survived through latching onto Su Xing Long at the last second. They collapsed onto the ground, however, as Qi had been reduced to a mere red-colored salamander with two Dragon Balls attached to its back and the other three Dragons were no better for wear.
"Well, well, well…" said Vegeta as he quickly disintegrated Qi Xing Long with a Final Shine Attack, "It seems the table has turned, Evil Dragon-san. Gohan! We have to finish them off in the most efficient manner possible! They seem to have untold parasitic abilities, so you and I will tag team the strongest one!" The rest of you, kill the other two, but exercise utmost caution!"
"Aye-aye, sir!" yelled the rest of the heroes as Goten, Future Trunks and Trunks each formed Ki blades on their right hands and hacked away at San Xing Long, who could do nothing but barely dodge their attacks while murmuring, "Grrr…. My abilities would be most compatible with Ryu Xing Long's, if she weren't already destroyed! My twin Su's power is my polar opposite!"
"Opposites attract, don'tcha know?!" yelled Bra as she fired off a Kikoho, knocking San Xing Long away, as Oob and Pan then fired a double Kamehameha at Su Xing Long, knocking them into the other.
"Now! Full-force attack! Everybody, join in!" yelled Bra as she charged up a Shin Kikoho barrage with Tenshinhan, as Goten, Kuririn, Oob, Pan, and the two Trunks' fired a six-pronged Kamehameha and the #17 and #18 twins fired massive Ki spheres at the two of them as well. San Xing Long completely disintegrated into blocks of ice, which melted instantly on Su Xing Long's body. Left with no choice, Su Xing Long sucked in the grime that remained of his twin into his mouth, barely regaining the stamina to regenerate his missing limbs.
Super #17 then yelled, "Get out of the way, everyone!" and fired a massive black and white electric sphere at Su Xing Long, nearly destroying him.
"G-Grrr… To be done in by these pathetic mortals… W-We are the disgrace of the superior draconic race!" yelled Su Xing Long as he attempted to regenerate from the blast, only to collapse onto the floor and barely manage to regain his footing enough to stumble on one knee.
"Finally, it seems your comrades are done for, Dragon," said Vegeta as he wiped a sweat from his brow and said, "Gohan! Drop the inhibitions! We'll kill this indignant piece of garbage from the face of this universe, once and for all!"
"W-Wait, Vegeta-san! He's severely cornered, but his smirk hasn't left his face…! He's got something up his sleeve, don't you sense it?!" yelled Gohan.
"Heh, heheheheheheheheheheheehehe…" laughed Yi Xing Long…
The disembodied Dragon Balls left by the eradicated Dragons gleamed with a frightening, dark light…!
