Chapter 1 Loss of Cliffjumper
Starscream and his sister stood on the ship's bridge watching the short fight that took place near Nemesis (decepticon ship) . After a while, two terrestrial venicons appeared with a captured autobot called Cliffjumper. The Autobot, after seeing Starscream, started talking to him: "Scream ... it's been a while...( cought) " . While coughing, Cliffjumper noticed that there was a con standing next to Starscream that looked exactly like him. He thought for a moment, then asked:
"Do you miss looking at yourself that you've made a similar Cybertronian?"
" What did you say?! " - Darkscream shouted at him after what she heard
"Calm down, Darkscream " - Starscream said
" If that horned bot says that again, I'm gonna rip out his transducer "-Darkscream replied angrily looking at her brother
Cliffjumper looked at Starscream, then at Sreamy's sister, and realized they were twin decepticons. He noticed that Darkscream's right hand had three distinctive claw marks.
" As I heard, you are Darkscream, aren't you? " - Cliffjumper asked looking at Darkscream
" You heard right. Now you probably know I'm his sister " - Darkscream replied, arms crossed
" Now I know. What's with your hand? "
" On this hand? " - Darkscream asked, showing him her hand. – " These are old scars from a brief encounter with one such clawed lord on Cybertron."
" Who do you mean ? "- asked Cliffjumper
"MEGATRON" - replied at the same time Starscream and Darkscream , and then Darscream said : -" He couldn't even recognize us by our voices, so he made these wounds for me."
Cliffjumper had a sad look on his face for a moment and then asked a question about their master, causing that Starscream to angrily thrust his claws at him causing a profuse leak of energon from the left side of his chest. Darkscream tried to stop her brother from doing so , but it was too late. Cliffjumper fell to the floor and was immediately pronounced dead . Darkscream looked at her brother and asked :
" Why didn't you wait ? "
" Because he shouldn't talk to me like that? " - replied Starscream in a nervous voice
" Well, yes, but we could have asked him details like: are there other Autobots on Earth or does he know the location of their base?"
" (sigh) maybe you're right "
They both just realized that the venicons were looking at them waiting for an orders .
" However, worrying about one autobot is actually a waste of time . Take him away," Darkscream ordered .
At the same time at the site where the energon explosion occurred, the decepticon ship managed to fly away before the autobots appeared there across the earth bridge. Everyone was ready to attack, but they didn't make it in time because the decepticons were no longer there. Optimus , Ratchet, Bulkhead, Arcee and Bumblebee looked around the huge crater that had formed and suddenly Arcee saw Cliffjumper's horn lying on the ground. Ratchet checked the life signal of their missing crew member, which disappeared from his handheld monitor after a few seconds.
Meanwhile, on Nemesis
Starscream was clicking something on the onboard computer , when Soundwave appeared behind him with Arcee's voice recorded. Strascream easily recognized the voice and thought for a moment about what Darkscream had said earlier about capturing the other members of Optimus Prime's team. Starscream contacted his sister and asked about the prisoner, to which she replied that he was lying dead in a warehouse where empty energon cubes were once stored.
one hour later
The Autobots gathered at the top of the plateau to say goodbye to their slain team member Cliffjumper. Arcee, unable to look at it any longer, transformed into a motorcycle and rode away from the others. She drove through various streets of Jasper until she came to a restaurant called K.O Burger, where a young boy named Jack Darby works. After work, Jack noticed a parked motorcycle with Arcee on it. He decided to sit on it, not realizing that he was sitting on a Cybertronian motorcycle. Unfortunately, this moment of silence didn't last long, because after a few minutes two venicons in car modes appeared and started chasing them. Arcee had to flee with a stowaway. During the chase, one of the Decepticon soldiers contacted Starscream to report that they had found one of the Autobots accompanied by a human. Without waiting even ten seconds, Starscream gave the order to finish off both Arcee and the human. While driving, Jack was startled when he heard a voice that warned him not to let go of the wheel . Jack had no idea what was happening because he couldn't control the motorcycle he was on because it was accelerating all the time. After fifteen minutes, they arrived at the site where a twelve-year-old boy, Rafael Esquivel, was playing with a toy car. When the decepticons arrived, a fierce battle began there. Jack and Raf were surprised to see huge robots fighting each other. Along with Arcee, Bumblebee also joined the fight, but when Bulkhead joined, then the decepticons fled. A few minutes ago, Rafael and Jack managed to escape from the battlefield through the pipe where Bumblebee had hidden them earlier.
The next day
Jack was just leaving the school when he saw the little boy with glasses he met yesterday waving at him. The conversation didn't even last a minute as a Bumblebee pulled up next to them, picking up only Raf. Arcee was waiting for Jack outside the school, but the boy, not wanting to go with her, walked down the street alone, away from her. At the same time, Miko was sketching Arcee in motorcycle form when her phone rang, which she quickly dismissed because it was her handlers. Miko wanted to go back to sketching, but she saw that the vehicle was gone. Seeing which way he went, she decided to follow him a piece. Miko was impressed when she reached one of the side streets, and there she saw Jack talking to Arcee in robot mode. Seeing the girl, they decided to take her with them to make sure she wouldn't tell anyone the Autobots' secret. That's how all three humans arrived at the hidden Autobot base, where they met Bulkhead, Ratchet, and Optimus Prime .
