Authors Note: Welcome back to A New Start Chapter 3, we will be continuing off where we last ended and I am very excited for this chapter, I just feel there are a lot of directions I could take this story, and in all honesty, I don't know what I am going to do. The brackets with letters indicates which brother is talking and anything written in brackets is what Raph is thinking, happy reading and see you at the end, this one is going to be good. :)
A New Start Chapter 3
"I'll be waiting".
Raph's hands are balled down by his side, he can feel his sai hanging from his belt, it would be so easy to grab them. He spins around, walking down out onto the street, he starts at a walk but then begins to jog, reaching into his belt for his T-Phone, dialling in a number. He waits only momentarily when his Sensei's voice comes down the phone.
"My son, what is the problem"?
"Sensei I need your help I messed up, meet me at the location I'm sending to Donnie's computer".
"Is everything ok"?
"For now yes, but I don't know what is going to happen and I need your help".
"What do you need"?
[One hour later]
Raph has the book in hand, he tries to take his anger out on the book by bending it up and down, he finally arrives back, holding the book tighter, afraid something is going to snatch it from his hand. Kanz immediately looks up upon Raph's arrival, slamming his book shut.
"OK Krang I have your stupid book".
"It seems you do, I am surprised".
"And why's that"?
"Cause you, Raphael, aren't the type of person to just give something up, I'm guessing you have some sort of plan"?
"I have nothing, you have me right where you want me".
"You're not very good at lying, but regardless of this, it doesn't matter, I'll win".
Raph looks around to find the other droids missing from the roof.
(What have you got planned Krang).
"Well if you want your brothers, hand over the book".
"No, you let my brothers walk halfway and then I'll …".
"Save your breath, if you honestly still think you have any say in this situation you are badly mistaken, give me the book and your brothers go free, that was the deal Raphael, or do I have to show you what happens when people cross me".
Raph glares at Kanz, squeezing the book tighter until it feels like it might fall apart in his hands, the pages squeezing up against one another.
"Fine".
Raph slides the book over to Kanz, gliding along the floor it slams into Kanz's foot. Kanz takes a few seconds to examine the book, picking it up and flipping through its pages, not even glancing at them, simply just staring at Raph. A portal opens up behind Kanz, a droid comes walking out, taking both books from Kanz and then walking back through, closing the portal behind him.
"A deal is a deal, I'm a krang of my word".
Kanz snaps his fingers and his brothers are set free, all except Leo who remains still trapped.
(R) "All my brothers".
Kanz stares at Raph, finally freeing Leo, they all walk back to Raph, slowly hovering over their weapons, anticipating what is going to happen next.
"It's so nice to have the book back in my possession, but the deal isn't finished is it".
"No, it's not".
(D) "Raph what are you doing"?
"Chill Don I've got this".
Raph slips the Shell Raiser keys into his hands, he begins to walk to Kanz, withdrawing his two sai and his brothers doing the same with their weapons.
"What are you doing, Raphael"?
"Come on Krang as if you thought I was going to come with you, it ain't happening".
"Oh I knew you weren't going to come willingly but I thought …".
"You thought nothing Krang, if you wanna take me you're gonna have to drag me out".
"You don't wanna do this Raphael".
"Yeah".
Raph spins his sai around in his hands and places them in front of his face.
"I do".
Suddenly the droids head goes rolling across the floor, landing at Raph's feet, he kicks it up and holds it up to show Kanz.
"Look what I have".
Kanz looks over to the side, he's yanked out by master Splinter and sent flying into a dumpster. The Krang screams inside the dumpster, Raph slamming the lid shut.
"We gotta move, Donnie".
"On it".
They all run out onto the street, the Shell Raiser flying up the street and screeching to a stop. They all quickly scramble in, Raph slamming the door shut.
"LEO PUNCH IT"!
Leo pushes the pedal to the floor, sending the Shell Raiser speeding down the street, he weaves in and out, speeding up to 80 and then 90, slowly the speedometer gets higher.
(L) "Raph why would you give Krang the book, it's obvious that's what he wanted".
(M) "Yeah dude, even I wouldn't have given it to him".
(R) "I had no choice and plus".
Raph reaches into a drawer, pulling out a mathematics book.
"I didn't".
(D) "Raph that's one of my mathematics books".
"No it's not".
Raph flips open the book to reveal the bestiary crudely shoved into the cover of another book.
"I swapped the covers".
They all stare blankly at him, eyes blinking slowly from shock.
(L) "You were actually smart enough to come up with that plan"?
(D) "So you gave him a fake book, Raph there's no way he didn't realise".
"Relax he took it didn't he, plus I got us out of there so I do deserve some credit".
"Now is not the time Raphael, we are not out of the water yet".
(L) "Splinters right, we don't know what kind of plan Krang has cooking up".
(M) "It's probably something dumb".
(R) "Like you".
"HEY"!
(D) "GUYS LOOK OUT"!
Leo tries to slam on the breaks to avoid a giant roadblock in the middle of the road but he isn't quick enough, sending the Shell Raiser flying into the air, eventually coming back down, shaking everyone around as it slides across the tar, scraping the metal. They soon come to a stop and everyone groans from the impact.
(D) "The paintwork is totally ruined".
(L) "Donnie now probably isn't the best time to worry about that".
(M) "Yeah it feels like I broke every bone in my body … ow).
(R) "You guys ok"?
(L) "Yeah, we're fine Raph".
(D) "Probably only a mild concussion… ow … or a big one".
(R) "Sensei are you ok"?
"Yes, my son, only a few scratches".
(M) "Good driving Leo".
"Hey it wasn't my fault, it came out of nowhere, kind of like someone had … placed it there".
Suddenly the door to the Shell Raiser flies off, a rush of cold air filling the inside, they all look out onto the road to find Kanz holding a plasma whip, he sends it flying towards Raph, yanking him out of the Shell Raiser, dragging him to his feet. Raph tries to free himself but the whip sends a current of electricity through him, the pain radiates across his entire body and he can't help but yell out in pain. His brothers are already advancing onto Kanz, trying their best to reach Raph. Raph pushes through the pain, slowly standing to his feet, he manages to find the handle and turn it off. Finally, the pain stops, Raph charges at Kanz, turning the whip on and chucking it around him. The droid suit, however, isn't affected by the electrocution and just merely absorbs it instead, Kanz faces Raph, a surprised look on his face. He doesn't get long to look when his brothers are again on the attack. Kanz manages to wrap the other three up into one bundle.
(M) "Oh no".
Suddenly all three are shocked, the electricity passing through them like an electrical conduit. Raph yanks the whip from Kanz's hand, letting it drop to the floor. The whip stops, Raph however focuses on attacking Kanz, he starts aiming his sai for Kanz, sending him dodging backwards until Master Splinter comes along, knocking Kanz's feet right from underneath him. Kanz manages to grab Master Splinters leg's as he falls to the floor, taking him with him, continuing to hold onto Master splinter's leg he releases a knife from inside the droid's arm and stabs it right into his leg. Splinter yells out in pain when suddenly he is then sent flying across the road, slamming into a building.
(All) "SENSEI"!
Splinter manages to stand to his feet, Donnie running to his side, Leo and Mikey joining Raph at his. They stand off staring at Kanz, waiting for him to move. Raph then decides he is going to make the first move, so he reaches into his belt and pulls out a smoke bomb, smashing it to the ground as they all run out in different directions. It was like they already knew what he wanted them to do, soon they are charging at Kanz, emerging from the smoke and landing a few hits on him, other times Kanz is blocking them, sending sparks flying as Leo's blades run across his arm. Kanz grabs Leo's swords by the blades and with all the droids strength snaps them in half, Leo looks down at what remains before being flung back by Kanz. Mikey and Raph try charging again, this time Kanz grabs Mikey's numb-chucks, yanking them from his hands, Mikey looks down at his hands and embarrassingly grins, he starts to whistle as he slowly walks away, Kanz picking him up and throwing him into a building, now all that is lefts is Raph. Raph runs at Kanz, jabbing his sai towards him, Kanz tries to grab Raph's sai, but they are tightly gripped in his own hands. Donnie joins in the fight but isn't much help, he goes to aim for the droid's head, hitting it with his staff, only for it to be stopped, bouncing off. Kanz spins to look at him and scoffs, he grabs Donnie's staff, crushing it with his hand, he kicks Donnie in the chest, sending him flying across the road into some trash cans.
"Is this really it, the great Mutant Turtles? Come on Raphael, why do you hang around these fools".
Raph angrily charges at Kanz, Kanz simply walking backwards dodging his attacks.
"Only I beat up my brothers".
"Come on Raphael, come with me, I can give you immense power, strength, speed, and agility. Why limit yourself to your brothers".
Kanz picks Raph up, smashing him into the floor, forcing one of his sai from his hand, Kanz kicking it away. Raph flips to his feet, standing ready, he looks over at his brothers, they slowly get to their feet and walk over to him. They stand behind him with nothing but their fists and wait for the attack.
"Because they are my family and family doesn't leave".
"Come on Raphael, make a good choice for once, join me".
"You are getting on my nerves Krang".
"Very well, I'll show you what you're missing".
Suddenly portals from Krang's home world start opening up, droid after droid start pouring out, carrying blasters and plasma swords, they surround the turtles and aim their weapons towards them. Raph spin's his sai and places them in front of him.
(R) "You guys ready to kick some Krang butt".
(L) "I was waiting for you to ask".
(M) "YOU'RE GOING DOWN KRANG"!
(D) "We've got this".
(L) "Mikey, Donnie you handle the droids, me and Raph have Kanz".
They both nod at Leo and begin to attack, snatching swords from the droids hands, slicing the suits to pieces. Leo and Raph give each other a look, they run to Kanz, ignoring all other droids except him, one after another throwing attacks at him. Kanz starts to stumble but manages to hold his ground just long enough to pull out another knife.
(R) "What's wrong Krang, can't handle two of us".
"Please this is nothing".
Kanz starts slicing at them with the knife, he does this for a while until he quickly switches to vials, throwing at Raph mainly, trying to hit him. Raph runs around while Leo tries searching for Kanz's whip, eventually spotting it just in front of him, Kanz notices this and beats Leo to it, tripping him over with his leg. Kanz wraps it around Leo's leg, swinging him up into the air and then through the window of a nearby building.
"LEO, THAT'S IT KRANG"!
Raph charges at Kanz with his remaining sai, not getting far when his hand is suddenly wrapped in the plasma whip, shocking him, forcing his hand to release the sai. Raph watches as it drops to the floor but is unable to move from the pain, slowly Kanz walks towards him, pulling out his other knife. Kanz reaches Raph, turning the whip off, and diving at him with the knife, Raph manages to grab at the droid's wrist before he plunges the knife into him, Raph pushes back against the droid but its power is too much and slowly the droids knife inches closer to his face.
"You know what Raphael, I'm not sure if I even want to bother with you anymore, maybe killing you will make me feel just as good".
The droids knife inches closer, Raph's wrist starts to throb from the pressure, Raph tries to think but the knife closing in on his face is putting him off. Raph manages to look out just behind Kanz and notices his Sensei running to him, his blade drawn out. The droid begins to crush his wrist.
"AAAHHHHH"!
The pain jolts through Raph's hand, he then gets an idea.
"Hey Krang".
"What"?
"How good are you at limbo".
"What"?
Raph suddenly brings his legs up to his chest and kicks Kanz off of him, sending him stumbling back, to which Splinter then slices the top half of the suit off, it falling to the floor. Mikey's numb chucks tie themselves around the remaining droid suit, trapping Kanz inside. Mikey and Donnie walk over.
(R) "Wait Leo".
Raph turns to the building but Leo has already made his way out, his body covered with tiny cuts from the glass.
(R) "You good bro"?
"Yeah, I'll be fine, but we gotta decide what we're gonna do with him".
They all look over to Kanz, he tries to free himself but remains stuck in the suit. Kanz pulls out a small device and places it near his mouth.
"You turtles are going to pay for what you've done".
(R) "Can it Krang head".
(M) "Yeah, what he said".
"You turtles think I didn't know".
(L) "Didn't know what"?
"That it wasn't the book, do you honestly take me as a fool, it doesn't matter I have the book now".
They all spin around to find the Shell Raiser being raided, two droids emerging with the book and disappearing into a portal.
(All) "NO"!
"You fools are going to get yourselves killed".
(R) "We've faced far worse things than you".
"If you think this is the end of me your wrong, I'm only just getting started".
"Yeah, yeah whatever just shut up already".
Kanz looks up to a nearby building and smiles, Raph follows his gaze to find an army of foot soldiers lined along the roof.
"It's a good thing I work for shredder".
The turtles reach for their weapons but there not there.
(M) "We're toast dudes".
The foot soldiers charge at the turtles, they look around for any weapons they can use. Raph picks up his one sai, Mikey runs to retrieve his numb chucks, Donnie finds a rusted pipe, Leo finds a plank of wood and Master Splinter holds onto his cane. Soon the foot are upon them, the turtles and Splinter attacking back against them, but no matter how many they take out, they just seem to keep coming.
"My sons I think it is best if we fallback".
(L) "Splinters right, we aren't in the right shape or situation to be fighting these guys".
(D) "What about the Krang"?
(L) "We don't have time".
(R) "Come on we can take them".
A foot soldier comes behind Raph, kicking him to the curb, he jumps to his feet and backs away with his brothers.
"Ok maybe we should".
(L) "We are".
Leo smashes a smoke bomb to the floor and they all run off, except for Raph who is grabbed by Krang droids and held down. They smash him to the floor holding him completely still, his brothers look back and skid to a stop. The Krang bots begin dragging him, placing him on his knees in front of Kanz who is now in a new droid suit, they hold him down, he looks behind him to find his brothers trying to run to him but are stopped by foot soldiers.
(L) "RAPH"!
(R) "JUST GET OUT OF HERE"!
(D) "What no, we aren't leaving you".
"WHAT CHOICE DO YOU HAVE, THERE ARE TO MANY, TAKE SENSEI AND RUN"!
"My sons we are outmatched here, we must regroup and come back for your brother".
(L) "Just hang in Raph, we'll come back for you".
His brothers and Sensei retreat, the foot soldiers chasing them off. Raph is now left alone with Kanz.
"So I finally have you, but I'm still deciding if I should just kill you or use you for a higher purpose".
"Pffft, as if I would work for you Krang".
"You wouldn't have a choice".
"Try it and see what happens".
"I want you to read something, Raphael, take this paper, it's from the book".
"And why would I do that".
"Cause then you'll understand that you have no power here".
Kanz holds the paper in front of Raph, at first he doesn't read it but then he gets curious.
(A mind bug uses a host as a vessel, digging its way into its host's skin and eating its way to the brain, if even a single piece of the bug remains inside without being removed it will reach the brain, it can reproduce from just a single leg and takes no more than a few minutes to do so. Once at the brain it will implant itself and wait for the queen's orders or be taken control of by them. They've created a special formula that allows them control over the host, they've already started doing it, people who we thought were our friends started killing us, it wasn't them though, they were mind controlled, a mindless slave to her. Avoid these bugs at all costs, it never ends well for those who don't).
Raph's heart sinks, shivers run down his back, he looks up to find a smile plastered across Kanz's face.
"Those bugs you turtles released were mind bugs, and you Raphael are infected".
Kanz pulls out one last vial, swirling the liquid around inside.
"Hold him".
The Krang droids hold him down tighter, Raph squirming under their grip to free himself.
"We are going to have some fun, I have a new plan for you Raphael, I'll make you into one of my little soldiers, send you out to kill our enemy's, including your brothers".
"You bastard, just wait till I get my hands on you".
"I'd like to see you try".
Kanz begins pouring the solution over Raph, it burns him like acid, dripping down his skin and onto his face. He tries to move but is held down, the pain flowing over him. As he kneels on the ground grovelling in pain, he can't help but think of his brothers, how he had almost got them killed multiple times and would now need to be saved by them.
"Come on Raphael you should be happy, now I can give you endless power of your choosing".
"Shove it Krang, I want nothing from you".
"Very well then, you should stop feeling the pain soon".
Just as Kanz had said, the pain started to subside, a cooling sensation washing over him like water. He opens his eyes and everything looks fine. The Krangs release him and he rises to his feet.
"Attack me, Raphael".
"With pleasure".
Raph spins his sai and runs at the krang, going to jab at him when he freezes, the Krang remains where he is standing but Raph can't move. He tries over and over again to hit Kanz but it's useless, it's like he has some sort of force field surrounding him and no matter what angle Raph comes at him, he can't strike him.
"What's wrong, I thought you wanted to kill me".
Raph tries again but it's as if something is stopping his arm, he uses his other arm but with the same result.
"You want to know the best part of this Raphael"?
"What"?
"I can attack you and you can't fight back"?
"I would like to see you try Krang"?
Kanz charges at Raph punching him in the face, Raph is unable to block it, he stumbles back dazed from the strike.
"See".
"No you just … caught me off guard".
Kanz begins charging, striking Raph over and over again, flinging him into walls and smashing him into the road. He can't do anything, it's like he's being flung around like a rag doll.
"Come on Raphael what's wrong, fight back".
"Imma kill you"!
Raph charges but is again stopped by the force filled, with his sai in hand Kanz rips it from his grasp, grabbing his hand and pushing it backwards. Raph slowly is pushed to his knees, his wrist being bent back further and further, the bone feeling like it might snap.
"Should I break your wrist, you don't need it right … tell you what say I'm master and I'll stop".
"What"?
"You heard me, say it and I'll stop".
His wrist his bent back further, he tries to fight back but he can't the droid suit is too strong and it's like something is holding him hostage.
"Fuck you Krang, I ain't saying it, break my wrist".
"Oh I wasn't asking, SAY IT".
Raph's head becomes cloudy, his thoughts are all over the place and for some odd reason he hears himself say it.
"You're my master".
(WHAT, DID I REALLY JUST SAY THAT)!
"See wasn't that hard".
Kanz releases Raph's wrist, Raph grabbing his wrist with his other hand, trying to rub the pain away.
"STAND UP RAPHAEL".
Without even a second thought Raph rises to his feet, he doesn't want to but has no choice.
"Good now let's go".
The portal opens behind Kanz and he extends his hand to point to the portal, Raph's feet start to move, he gets inches from the portal when Kanz places a hand on his shoulder.
"Stop for a second, we have guests".
Raph turns around to find his brothers cutting down krang droids, they've re-organised themselves with new weapons and are slowly closing in.
"Awwww how adorable, your brothers are here to save you, too bad it's too late, you're mine now".
Raph's brothers eventually reach him, standing only a few feet from him, their weapons drawn out.
(L) "Ok Krang let our brother go".
"Does it look like I'm holding him here, well go on Raphael, go back to your brothers".
Raph tries to move but can't, he becomes angry and glares at Kanz.
"If I could get my hands on you Krang I WOULD STRANGLE THE LIFE OUT OF YOU"!
"But you can't, go on, go to your brothers".
(L) "Raph what are you doing let's go".
(R) "I … I can't".
(M) "Dude let's just go".
"I can't … I physically can't".
(L) "Raph what are you doing"!
Kanz Wraps an arm around Raph's shoulder, a smile plastered around his face.
"Huh, I guess he doesn't want to go with you, he would rather stay here with me".
(R) "Over my dead body Krang".
"If you keep talking like this Raphael I can arrange that, now zip it".
(L) "Let our brother go".
"Or what Leonardo"?
"Come find out".
"I'd rather not, now if you excuse me, me and Raphael are going to go, leaving you behind and little Raphael here is going to fight for me, isn't that right".
Raph again doesn't believe what comes out of his mouth, he doesn't think any of this but he still says it.
"Yes, I am fighting for the Krang now, they're far superior to us and I belong with them".
"Aww Raphael do you really mean that".
"NO I DON'T … I DIDN'T EVEN SAY THAT"!
"Oh but you did, oh this is so much fun, you're like my little puppet".
(L) "Whatever you've done to our brother, you're going to pay for it".
Kanz walks through the portal and Raph starts to follow, his brothers scream after him.
(D) "RAPH STOP DON'T GO IN THERE"!
(L) "RAPH WHAT ARE YOU DOING"!
He finally enters the portal and it shuts behind him, he falls through the portal, swirls of purple and pink surround him, he eventually falls through the portal and lands into Krang's home world, he starts to choke on the air, unable to breath.
"Welcome home Raphael, take this".
Raph doesn't take the breathing device.
(Over my dead body am I taking help from a krang)
Kanz pushes it closer to him, Raph shoves his hand away.
"Are you really going to let your pride be the end of you, honestly Raphael, don't be a fool".
With hatred in his eyes he takes it, slipping it on and finally breathing.
"As before welcome home".
(R) "HOME YOU TOOK ME FROM MY HOME, IMMA KILL YOU"!
"You've already tried this come on now".
"Shut up"!
He runs at Kanz trying to swing at him, he does manage to punch Kanz a few times in the face when Kanz gets fed up and just simply picks him up and throws him across the void to another floating island, smashing into a dirt hill. Kanz comes jumping over and looks down at Raph, he jumps to his feet and tries again to swing at Kanz.
"That's enough".
Raph freezes mid-punch.
(YOU BASTARD)!
Slowly Raph's rage allows him to move, inch by inch he closes in until the control is completely broken, he punches Kanz so hard that he falls onto his back. Raph rushes to him, applying all his strength and slamming his fists down into Kanz's face, over and over again until he starts to draw blood.
"COME ON KRANG, WHAT'S WRONG I THOUGHT I WAS YOUR PUPPET"!
Through a blood-covered mouth, Kanz shouts out.
"I SAID STOP"!
Raph freezes again, Kanz stands himself up, stumbling a bit to get to his feet, he reaches a hand to his face and pulls away a blood-covered hand, the blood slowly dripping to the floor. Kanz balls his hands into fists and turns to face the still-frozen Raph.
"My turn".
Kanz cracks the droid's knuckles and sucker punches Raph right in the stomach, sending him flying into the air, Kanz jumps after him and sends him flying into a metal building. Raph slams into the building, his shell taking most of the impact, suddenly Kanz is on him, picking him up and slamming him into the floor over and over again.
"WHAT NOW RAPHAEL"!
Raph feels everything, the pain coursing through him, finally Kanz slams him into the floor a final time, stepping onto his stomach, crushing his shell until the sounds of cracking start to appear.
"I knew I should have killed you, you are a waste of time and very stubborn to keep under control".
Raph is running out of air, the droid crushing down on his chest, through a rasped voice he speaks.
"I think … you're a fucking coward … at least let me … fight back".
"You would like that wouldn't you, but I think our little deal is off".
Kanz stamps down further, Raph's already present crack slowly expanding downwards. All Raph can do is angrily stare at Kanz, the pressure starting to push on his organs.
"Tell me Raphael, what does a turtle look like without a shell".
Suddenly Kanz is shot backwards from a blue plasma ray, the pressure on Raph's chest being lifted, he flips himself over and finally breathes. He looks up from his spot on the floor and finds a group of Krang advancing towards them, except these krangs don't wear the purple colour and are instead branded by a light blue. Raph turns around to find Kanz struggling to stand, his droid suit almost rendered useless. Raph decides to go with the other krang but again freezes, slowly the other Krang approach, walking straight past him and towards Kanz.
"OK RAPHAEL KILL THEM, THIS IS YOUR MISSION"!
Raph can't stop himself, suddenly he's attacking the other krangs, pinning one down and being electrocuted from behind. He spins around through the pain, snatching the rod from the droid's hand and shoving it into the krang's flesh, electrocuting it until it falls from the suit onto the floor dead. Other droids run at him but meet the same fate, Raph crushing some under his foot. They start firing, leaving burns on his skin, managing to eventually get a rope over him and start pulling him to a portal, Kanz trying his hardest to Reach Raph.
"RAPHAEL COME BACK TO ME, WE HAVE UNFINSIHSED BUSINESS"!
Raph doesn't want to go back to him but regardless his body tries to, however he's tightly bound by rope and unable to move, the Krang's dragging him look down and shake their heads, they eventually get to the portal and are teleported to a building. Raph is still bound by the ropes but is no longer under Kanz's control, he lies on the floor looking around, there are Krang everywhere but they are all branded with a blue colour. He doesn't get long to look when they start dragging him again, Krang's stopping their tasks to have a look at him. They arrive at a cell and throw him in, untying the ropes and leaving him in the cell alone.
"HEY GET BACK HERE AND LET ME OUT"!
(What the hell is this place)?
Raph doesn't know how much time passes while he's in that cell but it feels like a few hours. Soon enough he lies down and stares at the ceiling, he thinks about his brothers and if they are affected by a time differential, similar to that of dimension X. He Knows he isn't in dimension X because it looks very different, less freaky stuff trying to kill him every second.
(I need to get to them).
Raph continues to wait, time moving on while all he does is lie in a cell, this thought gets to him and he grows angry.
(How could I have been so fucking stupid, now my brothers have to come save my sorry ass, these Krang can't hold me. Kanz… your head is mine).
Suddenly a door opens and four krangs walk through, three of them are guards and one walks in a human droid suit. The droid bends down to be at Raph's level on the floor and holds out a device. Raph simply looks at it.
"Please take it, it goes on your arm".
Raph remains where he is.
She sighs and looks back up at the guards.
"Would you please excuse us"?
The guards look at each other and nod, leaving the room, closing the door behind them, leaving Raph and the droid by themselves.
"I should introduce myself my name is …".
"I couldn't give a shit what your name is, I want my brothers".
"It's better if you do".
Raph stands up and walks to the bars.
"I don't give a shit who you are, just let me leave this place".
"You know I can't do that".
"WHY THE HELL NOT, WHAT EVEN IS THIS PLACE"!
"If you would just let me explain".
"No just leave me alone".
"Do you want to see your brothers again or not".
Raph crosses his arms and takes a few seconds to think, he stands in the middle of the cell.
"Fine, but I want my brothers".
"You will if you let me talk".
Raph takes a seat.
"My name is Isezas, you however can call me Liz. You have been captured by the anti-mind foundation, a group of Krang dedicated to freeing all Krang from the rule of the queen. You are currently in dimension DMXC and at one of our headquarters. To us, you are what is known as a slave".
"I AM NOBODY'S SLAVE"!
"LET ME FINISH, a slave is a term we use for someone brainwashed, and in this case that is you".
"I ain't brainwashed".
"You're not, well then my mistake, guess we're just stupid".
Raph folds his arms, not saying a word.
"Look I know this must be hard but you are, and that's why I want to give you this".
She again holds out the device and puts it through the bars. Raph hesitates but walks up and grabs the device.
"What is it"?
"We don't particularly have a name for it, but it stops creatures like you from being controlled, whenever you're wearing this, he can't control you, but remove it, and well then he can".
"How does it work".
"Simple, just attach it to your arm and press the button".
Raph follows the instructions and the device sticks to his arm; he tries to pull it off but it's hard to move.
"I had to do a lot of convincing in order to spare you, cases like yours are almost always cleared though, people still aren't happy about you though".
"I'm sorry …I didn't want to, it was …".
"We know, it wasn't your fault, but those Krang still had families, no one holds you to that though".
"I'm sorry".
Raph bows, he's ashamed of what he's done, the grief eating away at him.
"Please it's honestly fine, they knew what could happen if they left".
"So are you like the good guys"?
"I like to say we are, those Krang out there have been brainwashed, we all used to live peacefully until she came along and ruined everything, she started brainwashing us, some were affected and some weren't, and that is why there is a divide among us".
"Can I see my brothers"!
"I'll have to get back to you on that, we still haven't decided what we want to do with you".
"What but you said".
"Just give me a few days, I promise I'll try".
"DAYS, THAT WASN'T THE DEAL"!
She begins to walk away leaving Raph in the cell.
"HEY, I WANT MY BROTHERS, GIVE ME MY BROTHERS"!
"You'll see them soon enough".
