Authors note: Welcome back to A New Start Chapter 4, in this chapter, we are starting the story 10 days after Raph's capture, I have realized that the word count has been slowly increasing, which was totally unintentional so I'll try not to go over 5000, but I won't make any promises. A New Start Chapter 4
(Ten days later)
Raph is laying on a bench, he is still locked up in the cell and has been for the past few days, he hasn't been keeping track. He throws a spoon up and down in the air, catching it with his hand, spinning it around his fingers, and throwing it back in the air. He's been doing this for the past 2 hours, as it's the only sort of entertainment he has. Suddenly a droid walks in, carrying a food tray, Raph continues to throw the spoon up and down, not taking any notice of the droid.
"Krang has that which is known as Raphael's food".
Raph ignores the droid, continuing to throw the spoon up and down, he focuses all his attention on this. The droid slides the tray under the bars of his cell, the droid tries to grab the empty tray but it's just too far out of its reach, he struggles for a good 30 seconds, Raph taking no notice of what is happening.
"Can the one called Raphael be pushing the tray closer"?
Raph finally stops, he bends the spoon in half with his hands, creating a ball-like shape, which he throws at the droid's head. The two bits of metal clink together and the spoon falls in front of the droid. Raph looks over at the tray from his bench.
"How about you come in here and get it yourself".
The droid picks up the bent spoon and examines it.
"This is the one hundred and twentieth time that Raphael has done what is known as ruining the spoons, krang would like to request that Raphael would cease to do this".
"You can request all you like Krang, I'm going to keep doing it until you let me out of here you piece of …".
"RAPHAEL"!
Raph looks over to the door to find the female droid walking in caring a folder, she stands outside of his cell staring in at him. They make eye contact for a few seconds, Raph eventually getting uncomfortable and looking away.
"Please refrain from using bad language, it doesn't help your reputation".
"Reputation, if you honestly think I give two shits about what my reputation is with the Krang, then you are sorely mistaken, I ain't going to be friendly to people who have kept me locked up, kept me a prisoner".
"You're not a prisoner, you've been here for ten days and look I know keeping you locked up in here isn't what you want".
"Really how'd you figure that out"?
"Please just… look I'm trying my best but the council doesn't know what to do with you, your case is a really hard one to argue".
"You said all these cases end out the same, why's mine so different".
"All the others who were mind controlled were easily taken down, but you … you are the most dangerous we've had yet, you're trained and really dangerous if you fall into the enemy's hands, do you understand"?
"Yeah, I understand".
"Good".
"THAT YOU'RE ALL A BUNCH OF DIM WITS, I AIN'T STAYING ANOTHER MINUTE IN THIS PLACE"!
"Keep your voice down".
"OR WHAT, I'M GETTING OUT OF HERE, AND WHEN I DO, YOU ARE GOING TO REGRET PUTTING ME IN HERE"!
"We aren't the bad guys Raphael, they are".
"Yeah well, keeping me locked up in a cell doesn't exactly scream good guys".
"This is for everyone's safety, including yours, I wish I didn't have to keep you locked up".
Raph gets up from his bench and picks up the empty tray, he slams it against the bars, plates and bowls fall to the floor, smashing everywhere, bits of porcelain sliding across the floor.
"I guess I'll try again later".
The female droid leaves, the other droid following behind her. Raph watches as they leave, closing the door behind them, he goes to kick the new tray but stops himself. On the tray they've given him a fork, he looks up at the light and back down to the fork.
"This is either going to kill me or it's going to work".
[Two hours later]
They always come around every two hours to bring him new food, regardless of if he's eaten the old stuff or not. Raph hears the droid walking down the hall towards his cell.
"Now or never".
He climbs up the bars of his cell and reaches out the fork to the light, he jams the fork through the lightbulb only getting shocked momentarily. The light flickers off and his whole cell goes dark, he grabs a bowl from the tray and props himself up in the corner closest to the door, hiding in the darkness. Soon the droid walks in carrying a new tray of food, he looks into the cell through the darkness to find Raph missing, he places down the tray and unlocks the door, walking into the cell. The droid takes a second to look around, when suddenly Raph is on him, he tackles the droid to the floor and with all his strength uses the bowl to knock the Krang out. The krang lays on the floor motionless, he snatches up the droids key card and heads for the door, before he lets himself out, he looks out the window to check for guards, when he peers out, there are no other guards outside, so he makes a break for it, quickly he flings open the door and sprints down the corridor.
(Got to find a portal room, they surely have one, there's no way they don't).
Soon Raph reaches a t-section corridor, there are three separate corridors he could go down but before he can make a decision three droids start walking towards him from one of the other corridors. He frantically looks around and stumbles upon what looks like a storage cupboard, he runs over to it and quietly sneaks in, he listens as their footsteps get louder, stopping directly in front of the door.
"It has been longer than usual, Krang should be done delivering the food to that which is known as Raphael".
"Krang shall go check on Krang and then go back to that which is the portal room".
(Bingo).
The Krangs eventually walk off, Raph waits until he can no longer hear them and bolts out of the cupboard, he runs down the corridor they had just come from. He runs past a multitude of different rooms in search of the portal, but before he finds it one room catches his attention.
(Liz – Li) "Welcome Krang, I would like to discuss Raphael".
(R) "Looks like I ain't leaving just yet".
Despite Raph knowing he should leave, he creeps into the room and hides behind a table, listening in on the conversation. The female droid is staring at a screen with 10 other droids displayed across it, some are wearing human droid suits like hers, while others wear the normal krang droid suits, however, it seems that each Krang speaks normally.
(Li) "Krang of the council, I have tried to speak with Raphael but he is proving to be much more, irritated than we had hoped for".
"Well, it's understandable, after all, we have kept him here longer than what was promised".
"Yes but it is for our safety, Raphael cannot be trusted, especially being that Kanz is the one who possesses control over Raphael".
"Council members, we must decide what we are going to do with him".
"I suggest we …".
(Li) "If I may, I think Raphael will be of the most help, I say we use him to help us fight the other Krang".
"Preposterous, if Kanz manages to regain control of Raphael, we could lose hundreds of our Krang to him".
(Li) "The same could be said for them, just look".
The female droid lays out her folder, revealing photos of him and his brothers, fighting the other Krang, some looking like they are from months ago.
(Li) "We have been watching him and his brothers for months now fighting the other Krang and they are phenomenal, not even breaking a sweat, if we could use them to help us, I think we could win".
(I don't know whether to be concerned or creeped out).
"He and his brothers can help us win if we just …".
"SILENCE, this idea of yours is to go no further".
"But"?
"The answer is no, we must come up with a better solution, one that doesn't have as much risk, one where he stays here, he cannot go back to his home and we must hurry, we don't need him escaping and falling back into their hands".
(A bit too late for that Krang, I'm outta here).
Raph sneaks back out of the room, he continues off down the corridor when he sees a giant sign labeled 'Portal room'.
"I'm guessing that's it".
He pushes open the door to reveal a giant portal frame sitting idly, it's completely turned off and none of the computers connected to it show any sign of life, he walks up to the computer but doesn't see an on switch anywhere.
"How the hell does this work"?
Raph tries pushing buttons but nothing works, he tries slamming his fists against the computer and that also doesn't work.
"God if only Donnie was here, he'd know how to get this sack of junk working".
Raph looks some more when he stumbles upon a card reader, he grabs out the Krangs key card and just as he is about to scan the card, the door behind him starts to open, he dashes under a nearby console and waits, two droids walk in and start up the portal, the computers come to life, and parts of the portal frame start moving.
"What is Krang doing"?
"Krang is using the portal, can Krang not see that Krang is using the portal".
"Krang can see that Krang is using the portal, but Krang is inquiring knowledge as to why Krang is using the Portal".
"Because Krang wants to prove Krang wrong by doing something Krang cannot, finding the book that belongs to Krang".
"But Krang does not know where Krang's book is, how will Krang be finding that which is the book"?
"Krang does not know, but Krang should help Krang find that book which belongs to Krang".
(I feel like I'm losing brain cells, I'm going to be dumber than Mikey).
"Krang is saying that this idea that belongs to Krang is what is known as a terrible idea".
"Well, Krang is going whether Krang likes it or not".
The portal then comes to life, it opens up and the droids walk towards it, suddenly alarms start to echo throughout the building.
"That which is known as the prisoner has escaped, repeat that which is known as the prisoner has escaped, all Krang are to be on the lookout for that which is the prisoner that has escaped that belongs to krang".
(Not a prisoner huh, and I think I've escaped).
The two droids look at each other and begin to panic, they grab two blasters off the wall and run through the portal. Raph doesn't waste time and runs in after them, he's flung through the portal and is then spit out into some trash cans, colliding headfirst.
"Ow, what the heck"!
He hears two blasters start up behind him, as he spins around he finds the two droids pointing their blasters at him. Slowly Raph gets to his feet and wipes something imaginary off his shoulder, he death stares at the two Krangs, his hands balled into fists.
"I'm going to give you two, one chance to walk away".
The two droids look at each other and begin firing their blasters, Raph dodges the plasma beams, he picks up one of the trash cans, and throws it at the krangs, making them stumble back enough for him to make a break for it. He runs up to a ladder and begins climbing, a plasma beam nicking his arm, leaving a scorch mark behind.
"Krang do not be letting the prisoner escape".
They start chasing him across the rooftops, he runs as fast as he can, and slowly he gains some distance.
(Gotta think, gotta think … I got it).
Once Raph has enough distance between him and the Krangs, he drops down into a nearby alley, hiding in the dark corner. Soon the Krang follow him down into the alley but are unable to locate him, they look around confusingly.
"Krang has lost the prisoner".
"This is not going to be good for Krang, Krang is going to be in big trouble when Krang reports this".
"If, Krang reports it".
They both look at each other and chuckle, walking off. Raph lets out a sigh of relief.
(Now to find my brothers).
He finds a man-hole cover and drops down. Slowly he starts to make his way back to the lair, as he walks along the concrete he looks down to examine the burn on his arm, it had come close to hitting the device but just missed it.
(What would have happened if they hit it)?
[Six minutes later]
Soon Raph starts to see the entrance to the lair, he continues walking at a slow pace, eventually getting close enough to hear his brother's arguing in the lounge room.
(D) "Leo I can't do anything without one of their teleportation devices, I haven't exactly invented dimensional travel you know".
(L) "You said you had a plan".
"I did, but then it didn't work how I thought it would, and now I don't have a plan".
"We need a plan Don and you're the only one smart enough to make one".
"DON'T PRESSURE ME"!
(M) "I miss Raph".
(L) "I know Mikey, we're trying".
(M) "We shouldn't have left him; they could be doing anything to him".
Raph jumps silently over the turnstile, standing at the entrance just watching them in amusement.
(Who knew watching them fight over me would feel so nice).
"Don you have a plan yet"?
"FOR THE 100TH TIME NO I DON'T HAVE A PLAN"!
(R) "God do you guys always argue this much"?
They all quickly spin around to stare at him.
(All) "RAPH"!
They run up to him, Mikey flinging his arms around him and squeezing him into a hug.
"I missed you too Mikey".
(M) "I thought you were Krang bait".
"Pffttt please, the Krang couldn't kill me if they tried".
(D) "What happened, how did you escape"?
"Long story".
[Sixteen minutes later]
(L) "So you got out using nothing but a fork and a bowl"?
"Yeah, would have liked my sai but, I don't think they would have willingly given me weapons, OW"!
(D) "Sorry I told you it was going to sting, I have to clean the burn … I wonder how long exactly they've been spying on us".
(R) "Who knows but all I know is we can't trust them, something is off".
(L) "What makes you say that"?
"How about they kept me locked up".
(L) "I don't know they seem trustworthy".
"Leo they're Krang, Krang can't be trusted".
(L) "It's good to have you back bro".
(M) "This calls for a celebration dudes, who's up for ramen"?
The brothers start to walk to the kitchen when Splinter calls Raph over.
"Raphael, I need to speak with you".
"Hai sensei".
Raph walks over to the dojo, shutting the door behind him, they wait a few seconds to make sure his brothers aren't spying.
"It's good you've made it back home safe my son".
"Thank you sensei, but that isn't the reason you've called me, is it"?
"No, it is not, I have recently been having visions during my meditation sessions".
"And I'm guessing that's not normal".
"Not particularly no, the vision changes from time to time but it always has the same outcome".
"What"?
"You always die, be it at the hand of the Krang or simply by you ending yourself, it is very confronting".
"What does it mean"?
"I am unsure, but all I know my son is that we cannot allow this to become reality".
"But I don't understand sensei, why would I end myself"?
"I am unsure as of the moment, the visions are very scattered, never cohesive in any sense".
Suddenly a sneeze comes from outside the room, followed by whispered voices.
(L & D) "MIKEY"!
Splinter walks over to the door, opening it to find his three sons crouching, listening in on the conversation, guilty expressions covering their faces.
(L) "Uh sensei we … uh".
(R) "IS THERE NO PRIVACY IN THIS PLACE, ME AND SENSEI ARE TRYING TO HAVE A CONVERSATION HERE"!
"You know it is not wise to integrate yourselves into one's private conversations".
(L) "But sensei, don't you think it's important that we all know".
"It wasn't".
(M) "Sensei is Raph going to die"?
They all look over at Raph, he balls his hands into fists.
"No Mikey I'm not going to die, if anyone's going to die it's going to be the Krang, I still owe them a little something".
Raph punches his palms, cracking his knuckles.
(D) "Hey Raph, I forgot to ask earlier but what's with the thing on your arm".
(R) "Kinda forgot to mention that huh … it ain't important".
(L) "Raph you know keeping secrets never ends well".
Raph looks down at the floor, he sighs heavily.
"Fine, it's a device the Krang gave me while they had me locked up, it stops my mind from being controlled by Kanz.
(M) "LIKE A MIND BLOCKER, BOOM I NAMED IT, YOU ALL HEARD IT"!
(R) "Sure yeah, whatever you wanna call it".
(L) "But how are you controlled by the Krang"?
"Those bugs from the jars brainwash people, and because I am infected that includes me".
(M) "SEE I SAID IT, I TOLD YOU, NO ONE EVER LISTENS TO ME"!
(L) "ok, ok we get it, Mikey".
(D) "But you cut your arm open to remove it, I had to sew you back up".
"Even though I removed the bug, it left a bit of itself behind to replicate from, meaning I didn't exactly remove it and well, now I'm brainwashed".
(D) "Fascinating".
"Yeah, Don real flipping fascinating"!
(D) "What happens if you remove the device"?
(M) "Mind blocker".
(D) "Ok thank you, mind blocker".
"Let's not find out, I have a vague idea of what he has planned".
(L) "Wait you said the other Krang were also after the book, what's so important about it"?
"I don't know, I didn't exactly stop to ask, I was too busy having my ass handed to me".
Donnie's alarms start to go off, they all run to his lab, looking down at the computer.
(L) "What's happening"?
(D) "The krang have broken into a nearby warehouse, they seem to be transporting something, I'm not sure what it is but we need to check it out, this could be bad".
(R) "Let's kick some Krang butt".
(M) "YEAH"!
(L) "No".
(M) "No".
(R) "What, why not"?
"You aren't coming with us, it's probably a trap".
(R) "Leo I can handle myself".
"In this scenario no you can't".
"Leo I'm going".
"I'm ordering you to stay here Raph".
"Yeah nah, that's not how this is going to work".
Leo walks up to Raph, poking his finger into his chest.
"You are staying here".
(D) "Maybe he could just hang behind, if we get in trouble he can bail us out".
(L) "No, if its a trap we don't want Raph to be anywhere near there, we don't need him to fall into their hands, have we already forgotten about him being brainwashed".
(R) "Leo you once said we ain't a team unless we're all together".
"That doesn't apply to this scenario".
(D) "Leo just let him tag along, he stays behind unless we need him".
(R) "Oh come on, I'm not being your little bail boy".
(L) "Fine look, it's either that or you don't come at all, your choice".
Raph angrily looks at the floor and then nods his head.
(L) "Good, ok let's go".
"Be careful my sons, we still do not know their full intentions".
(All) "Hai sensei".
"Raphael a second".
His brothers walk out of Donnie's lab and head to the dojo to gear up.
"Please be careful I'm still not sure if …".
"I will sensei, I'm not leaving any time soon".
His sensei nods and Raph runs after his brothers.
[Eleven minutes later]
They finally arrive at the warehouse, rows upon rows of different warehouses lined up next to each other, the brothers stake themselves out on a nearby roof, staring down as the Krang load boxes up into trucks, one after another they are brought out from the warehouse and thrown into the back of a truck.
(R) "Are we just going to let them keep loading"?
(L) "Raph be quiet, I need to focus".
"Krang move faster, get the boxes that belong to Krang in the truck that belongs to Krang, so that everything in the truck belongs to Krang".
(M) "Dudes I totally forgot how stupid they sound".
"Seriously Leo, the longer we let them load, the closer they get to finishing".
"RAPH CAN IT"!
(D) "Ok so what's the plan".
(L) "Ok Mikey, you go down over there, distract them long enough for me and Donnie to flank them and then I guess we take it from there".
(M) "Got it".
(R) "Ok, what about me".
Leo turns to stare at him, he rolls his eyes, guiding Raph away from the roof ledge and sitting him down.
"You Raphael are staying and sitting here unless we need you, you'll know if we need you because we will call out for you".
"Oh come on Leo, I can help, you aren't seriously going to make me sit here while you get to smash in some Krangs".
"You can stand if you want, but you're helping by staying here and not moving".
"I can be more help down there".
Leo stares angrily at him.
"YOU'RE STAYING HERE, your eagerness to put yourself in harm's way is how you got captured in the first place remember"!
Raph says nothing, he crosses his arms and faces away from Leo.
(M) "Sorry dude".
(L) "Ok let's go".
His three brothers sneak off, and he is left alone on the roof.
(I can't believe I'm just their backup plan, their little bail boy).
Raph hears a noise coming from a few warehouses down, he walks over to the roof ledge, and upon looking down at the other warehouse he sees Kanz starting up a portal and getting ready to walk through.
(Oh no you don't, you ain't getting away).
Raph jumps down from the roof, Kanz spinning around at the noise and smiling at Raph.
"Well, well, well look who it is, missed me that much did we Raphael".
"I only came by because I owe you something".
"And what would that be".
Raph pulls out his sai, spinning them in his hands and holding them out in a striking position.
"These"!
"Well, why don't you come give them to me then".
Raph takes a second to glare at him, eventually sprinting towards him with his sai. The two start off into a battle, they strike each other, Raph managing to just scratch Kanz's suit and Kanz punching him. Raph blocks the punches, his arm starting to hurt from the force the punches are being thrown.
"You know what I found out Raphael"?
"What"?
"That with you being out of my control we are actually pretty well matched, unlike your brothers that is".
"Oh really".
Raph links the droid's arm through his sai, flipping Kanz over onto his back, striking down into the droid's suit and tearing open a hole, Kanz rolls away before Raph can make another one. Kanz rises to his feet and examines the hole.
"I don't think we are Krang".
Kanz angrily stares at Raph charging at him with a Knife, Raph dodges the knife when suddenly the droid sweeps Raph's feet from under him, forcing him to fall over. Kanz picks Raph up, putting him in a headlock, and slowly choking him.
"You hear that Raphael"?
Raph listens closely and hears his brothers crying out for him.
(L) "RAPH WHERE THE HELL ARE YOU, WE NEED YOU, RAPH"!
(M) "RAPH"!
(D) "RAPH THIS IS YOUR JOB"!
"Your brothers need you, so why don't you go to them".
Kanz pushes Raph in front of him, kicking him in the chest, sending him flying backwards until he smashes into a truck, dinting its side and falling to the floor. Raph looks up to find his brothers cornered. He gets to his feet, running at the droids and smashing them to pieces, his brothers join in.
(L) "Raph where the hell have you been".
"I thought you guys were fine".
(D) "We gave you one job and you didn't even do that".
"Get off my shell I was busy".
(L) "Busy doing what".
Kanz lands in front of the turtles, standing up tall and pulling out his knife.
"Fighting me".
(L) "Really, you had one job Raph and now you've made this ten times worse".
"I couldn't let him get away Leo".
(L) "RAPH HE WAS CLEARLY BAITING YOU"!
"I was, and you fell right into my trap, you may be strong Raphael but you aren't too smart".
As Leo holds back multiple Krang droids with his sword he angrily looks over at Raph.
(R) "Ok so maybe it was a trap".
(L) "YOU THINK"!
Kanz then runs at Leo who's hands a full fighting other droids, Raph steps in front and blocks the knife with his sai, he flings it from Kanz's hand, kicking Kanz back. Kanz doesn't take long to recover and starts swinging at Raph, Raph swings his sai but his hand is grabbed and he is flung into Mikey.
(M) "Dude"!
"Agh, sorry Mikey".
Raph get's back on his feet and tries again but with the same outcome.
(M) "RAPH ARE YOU SERIOUS"!
(R) "Leo I think we should …".
"RETREAT YEAH THAT'S PROBABLY BEST"!
The brothers huddle together and Leo pulls out a smoke bomb.
"You cowards are seriously going to run away, fight me Raphael".
Raph doesn't face Kanz, the smoke surrounds them and they scurry away up the side of the building and onto the roof. They sprint away, following Leo as he jumps from roof to roof, eventually, they slow down and come to a stop.
(D) "God that did not go well".
(R) "No kidding".
Raph looks over to Leo, his face is plastered with rage.
(R) "What"?
(L) "RAPH WHAT THE HELL DO YOU MEAN WHAT, YOU COMPLETELY BLEW IT, YOU HAD ONE JOB, ONE, TO STAY ON THE ROOF UNTIL WE NEEDED YOU"!
(R) "I WASN'T EVEN GONE LIKE A MINUTE BEFORE YOU GUYS NEEDED ME"!
"That's my point you were gone and you want to know why we needed your help … BECAUSE IT WAS A TRAP"!
"WELL, WHO'S FAULT IS THAT"?
Leo blankly stares at Raph in disbelief, he clenches his jaw and palms his face.
"Tell me you aren't serious; we knew it was gonna be a trap".
"Well, you should have made a better plan".
"You know what Raph, when are you going to start taking responsibility for your actions, you're always angry at Mikey when he doesn't admit to his mistakes, but you're no better than him".
"OH DON'T EVEN START COMPARING ME TO MIKEY"!
(M) "Dudes I'm right here".
(L) "Just admit it you messed up".
"I did nothing wrong, if you were as good as you think you are, you wouldn't have needed my help".
They both angrily stare at each other, Donnie and Mikey off to the side, looking at each other annoyed by their arguing.
(D) "Not to break this up or anything, but we didn't find out what they were transporting".
(L) "It was a trap Donnie, they weren't transporting anything".
(D) "Leo while we were fighting the Krang, they were still loading up the trucks, I don't think they're that committed to a bit".
(L) "Oh so great not only did we fail at beating them, but we don't know what they were transporting, nice going Raph".
"THE HELL DID I DO … YOU KNOW WHAT SCREW THIS I'M OUTTA HERE".
(M) "Not again".
Suddenly a plasma beam is shot right in front of Raph, he stops in his tracks and looks in the direction it had come from, his brothers following suit. On top of a taller building stands the female droid, she drops down from the roof and stops just in front of the brothers. Raph and his brothers slowly start to pull out their weapons, not taking their eyes off her for a second.
(L) "I'm guessing you're the droid who kept Raph locked up"?
Raph slowly walks himself back over to his brothers, standing in front of them as a sort of shield.
"I am, my name is Liz and unfortunately I need Raphael to come back with me".
Raph scoffs at this statement.
(R) "As if I'm coming back with you, you kept me locked up".
"It was for our safety".
"THERE WAS NO DANGER, THAT'S WHY YOU GAVE ME THIS STUPID THING"!
"I know and that's why I am not asking you to come back as a prisoner but as an ally".
The brothers lower their weapons and look at each other confused; Raph however doesn't take his eyes off of her, gripping his sai harder.
(R) "What are you talking about"?
"I've had a talk with the council, and we have come to the conclusion that you can be used to help us, you can help our forces advance, to stop the Krangs".
"You're a liar, I heard your conversation, you planned to keep me locked up".
"That was originally going to be the plan, I didn't want that but it was what the council had decided, fortunately, somebodies escape persuaded the council to go with my idea".
"They changed their minds because I escaped".
"Yes, I told them that if he can escape from our facility without anyone really even seeing him, then he and his brothers could be the final element that determines if we win or lose this battle".
(R) "How can we trust you"!
"How could you not trust us, we fed you, gave you water, saved you from Kanz and I don't know if you've noticed or not but I'm the only one here".
(L) "So what exactly is your plan"?
"For that, you need to come back with me".
A portal then opens up behind her, bits of leaf litter being sucked through.
(R) "Nuh uh, no way, we ain't trusting her".
"Please this battle doesn't only affect us but it affects your entire world, if they get this machine up and running it spells doom for us all, we can discuss more if you just help us".
The brothers don't move they simply look to Leo for answers.
"Please look, I'm not going to force you to come with me, how could I, but I'm telling you, we need your help . . . I'm begging you please".
Leo looks to his brothers and all but Raph nod their heads in agreement.
(L) "Fine we'll help you, but just know if you double-cross us, it isn't going to end well for you".
(R) "WHAT, LEO ARE YOU MENTAL, SHE IS A KRANG AND I JUST ESCAPED FROM THIS PLACE"!
"Raph it actually sounds like they need our help, now you can stay here if you want but we're helping them".
The female droid then walks through the portal, the other brothers following behind. Raph angrily sheaths his sai and walks through the portal. They are flung around and spit out inside the building that Raph had just escaped from, when Raph and his brothers go to stand up they are met with hundreds of blasters aimed towards them, Krang on every level pointing blasters at them.
(R) "Ah sewer apples".
This is the end of chapter 4, it isn't exactly where I wanted to get up to but I did promise not to go to far over 5000 words. I don't know how I feel about this chapter, I feel it may be a little boring to read but I'm sure the next few chapters will be better. If you enjoyed I hope to see you next time, happy reading.
