The ship sails in the calm belts,'' says Ellie, shouting out " activate the prattles."
I walk over to Senji who was looking at a map. He looks up at me and says "where to captain. Pick an island and the logpose should lock on to it when we get closer to it. According to this map the three closest islands are Kuraigana, Deadmans Cape and Noodle Island."
"Well Kuraigana is the home of Hawk eye. I hear he doesn't like visitors best not piss him off. Deadmans Cape yea well I'd rather avoid that island as well. Noodle Island though sounds nice" I say while I look over his shoulder.
" Noodle Island is home of the noodle. Funny it's even shaped like one. It makes you wonder which one got its name first." Senji says while chuckling.
I look over and Kanda is fiddling with the Canons. "What are you doing?" I ask.
"Just recalibrating them. No offense but Marines don't take good care of their Cannons. They are way out of whack" he says While he starts to take them apart.
while laughing I say "no offense taken I am not a Marine anymore. You are welcome to fix all of them. They need to be in tip top shape."
I walk over to the Kitchen and Viper is checking the cabinets for food. " There is no good food to eat. This noodle Island better actually have noodles or I am killing someone. I am hungry and I need food in my system." She says as she looks at me.
I then walked over to Ellie, she was on the deck of the ship. She looked at me and said, What is up , you captain."
" I am just talking to our crew. They seem to be getting used to the ship. You're quieter than usual are you ok" I say to her.
She sighs and says " yea! Just wondering what will happen to our old crew. They are good men and women. Hope they don't die."
"Well they were good men and women but they will survive. But we are your family now" I say as I hug her.
Senji walks over to us and says " Sorry I am ruining a moment. But we will arrive at Noodle in about 3 minutes."
We arrived at the dock of Noodle Island. I see a sign that reads The Fettuccine Fishing Docks. we all walk around the docks a bit then I say " Everyone meet back here in 1 hour. We can't stay here long."
As the crew goes on their way I look over to see a Panda. He is buying ingredients it seems. "Hello Mr. Panda. I am Asahina of The Phoenix Pirates. Can you point me to the nearest clothing store" I say to him.
"Not too rude but Mr. Panda is a bit racist. Call me Kuroshiro. And I just arrived here myself so maybe we can find the Clothing store together" he says Happily.
Me and KuroShiro walk around the town a bit. When he points out the Shop "There it is what a funny name Alfredo Clothing. Hahaha this town is so cool. Look they have shirts that say I heart Noodles. So Asahina, what brings you to Noodle Island did come for the noodles like I did."
Laughing I say " No I came to start my journey to the new world. What are you here KuroShiro other than the noodles."
"Well I am on my pilgrimage. It is a time when Mink comes of age. A time when you venture into the to find your greater purpose. I came here hoping to find mine. You see I am a chef" KuroShiro says while smiling.
The crew walk up the KuroShiro looks a them" I am KuroShiro I am a Panda Mink. Nice to meet you. And is your name" says KuroShiro as he shakes Senji 's hand with his paw.
" I am Senji but are you aware your name literally means Black white. And ur a Panda..." Senji says.
"Wait, it does... Oh no my name is racist to my kind. I feel ashamed" KuroShiro says as a tall pale skinned man walks behind him. In a saddened rage KuroShiro picks up a chair to beat Senji with. Senji ducks and The chair hits the pale onion shaped man. while beginning to cry KuroShiro says "Oh no kill an Onion man. HE IS NOT BREATHING."
"Wait, that's no onion man, that's Gecko Moria. And he has no pulse. You Killed a former warlord Damn KuroShiro." says Senji.
" I am going to have to ask you all to leave. You brought death to our quiet island. I am Mayor Lasagna, leave before I report your crimes to the world government" says Mayor Lasagna.
"Hey I have to get my stuff out of my Hotel and get my stuff. I am staying in the Angel Hair Inn" KuroShiro says in a depressing voice.
"Ok but you must all be gone by nightfall" says Mayor Lasagna.
On the way to The Angel Hair Inn KuroShiro stops at a tree and says"I am tired, let sit awhile. Ooow a food."
"You're about to eat a piece of black corn you found. since when does cord grow on trees" Senji confusingly says.
" OH GOD it's so gross," KuroShiro says while eating the black ear of corn.
"Then why are you continuing to eat it" Says Senji
Still crying "Because i am Hungry. Well the Inn is just up this hill and in the Ravioli district."
KuroShiro runs in and grabs his stuff. Then we all walk back to the ship. "Well we have to stay here on ship till tomorrow. That's when the logpose resets' ' Senji says with a Sigh.
" Um not to alarm you guys but my shadow is moving. It must be broken" says KuroShiro in a confused voice.
"Everyone's shadow moves Kuroshiro. It's how life works." Senji says with frustration. I
"Ummm... not like this. It's literally moving without me moving. Wait, maybe these powers came from the Black corn I ate" KuroShiro says with a smirk.
"Wait what you're the new owner of the Kage Kage No Mi. Lucky Bastard you kill the old user in a freak accident and then happen to eat his devil fruit. And who the hell eats random black pieces of corn they found '' Senji says while chuckling.
"But I was hungry. And worked out in the end besides it looked tasty at the time. But it was like eating a piece of moldy corn covered in poop" KuroShiro says
[The Next Day]
I wake up and smell fresh Bacon and eggs. I walk into the kitchen and see KuroShiro cooking breakfast for the whole crew. I walk upto the table. As I take my seat next to Senji I say " so KuroShiro do you want to actually join us? We could use a chef on the crew."
"Really you want me to join. Even though I am a Murder" KuroShiro says while setting the food on table.
"Yes we are all outcasts or criminals. So what's it? matter you kill someone." says Viper.
"Yea if you cook this good I already love you" says Kanda as he stuffs more food down his throat.
"Ok I will join. But I must tell my dream is to taste all the greatest cuisine from all over the world. That is the reason I was here on Noodle Island. It is the Noodle capital of the world" KuroShiro says with excitement.
We all eat breakfast and chat as we get to know KuroShiro.
We started sailing and I noticed Kanda drawing something. "What are you doing?" I ask.
"I realized we are still sailing under marine flags so i drew up this" He says as he shows me a Flag.
It was black flag with a Phoenix skull. Instead of Crossed bones Pile of ashes that looked to be floating up to for Flaming wings.
"I love this flag. It's perfect. Attention everyone. I would like to make a quick announcement. From this moment on we will know The Phoenix Pirates and this is our flag" I say.
[ One Week Later]
We make it to The next Island this one is called RavenWood Island. It's Dark,Drury and raining. In the distance I see an old castle that looks to be run down. "Hey Senji how long till the logpose resets. I say.
" 2days so we should go into town and see if we can get supplies. BECAUSE SOMEBODY GOT US KICKED OFF NOODLE ISLAND" he says while staring at KuroShiro.
"I'm sorry I didn't mean kill him. And is it just me or does this island give anyone else the chills. This Island is cursed I don't want to get eaten by gg-Ghost" KuroShiro says as he starts to whimper.
"Yes they say this island is cursed but there aren't any ghosts! Gargoyles yes ghost no. This Island is actually home of the legend of the Gargoyle king. Or at least its origin" Senji blurts out.
As he jumps back at the men G-gargoyles oh fish paste that's way worse. I hear they eat people if they look at them wrong. Good thing I need to go change my pants I may have just soiled this pair.
"As if he wasn't scared enough with the idea of ghosts Great… way to go asshole" Viper says in a very rude sarcastic way.
Very calmly Kanda walks up to his sister. He put his hand on her shoulder and said "sis. Stop talking and making things worse. KuroShiro there aren't any gargoyles left. That's a myth to scare children so they don't go out past midnight."
A well dressed man walks up and says "Oh they really. RavenWood is home to the legend because the legend is true. Where are my manners the
names Axel. By the way pirates like you will be caught in an instance on this island. Sail your ship around to the docks below the Castle. I will meet you there."
"Ok Axel we will do that but how do we know we can trust you" I say.
Sarcastically he says "You don't. But do you have a choice? Because at this point the Marines already know you here and my Castle is the safest place."
We begin to sail around the castle. KuroShiro looks back to say thank you to Alex then says " um guys not alarm everyone… But he's gone"
"Simple he walked away" says Kanda
When we make it to the dock behind Axel's castle he is standing there waiting for us. "Whoa, how did you beat us here this castle, way far from the other docks?" says Senji.
"Let's just say I know my way around this place. I grew up here my whole life. Oh this man standing next to me is my butler Carlos. He will show you all around I have some business to attend to. I will see you all at dinner" Axel says as he walks away slowly.
"Right this way. I will show you around RavenClaw Castle" says Carlos.
As we all walk into the castle we KuroShiro looks at a broom that is moving on its own. " I Told you guys this place was hunted. The broom is moving on its own" he says while cowardly stands behind me.
"No this place is not hunted. It's my devil fruit ability. I have the Akuma Akuma no mi. It allows me to possess inanimate objects such as that broom. Or a suit of armor by a simple touch. However it does not work on people" says Carlos.
"Cool, I have the ability to make my shadow come to life and also take other people's shadows. I am KuroShiro" say KuroShiro
"Yes you are the fool that killed Gecko Moria. Word travels fast" Says Carlos.
"OH… You had to bring that up I still feel ashamed" KuroShiro says in a saddened state.
" Well now you're definitely a criminal" Senji says with a chuckle.
"CARLOS THE CASTLE IS UNDER ATTACK WHERE IS THE YOUNG MASTER" Says a maid.
