Chapter:25 Another Mission!
After the Breach, Beacon have finally returned to normalcy.
Well... If you can call this normalcy?
"Damn it!!"
"How does she keep winning!"
"I don't want to play anymore!"
Sitting in Team RWBY's room are Ruby, Yang, Jaune, Red, and Yellow.
And they are playing Mario Party with the exception of Red as he watches them.
"This is the 4th game we have ever played! How are you so lucky!" Yang said in an outrage.
"With skills and great knowledge," Yellow simply said as she used Yang's aviators to taunt them.
"I think you guys should stop," Red said as he saw his fellow leaders crying on the floor.
And Mario Party supposed to be a friendly game?
"Come on, one more round," Yellow insisted as the other four immediately glares at her.
"No!" They yelled at her as she just pouted in dissatisfaction.
"And come on, we are getting a mission tomorrow before we train for the Vytal Festival so we could get more experience," Red said to his partner/girlfriend.
Yellow huff and said, "Fine."
"C-Can we come?" Ruby asked in a shaky voice since she didn't calm down after the game.
"Sure," He said as he then look at Jaune, who was now calmed down. "How about your team Jaune?"
"Well I've got nothing against it and Pyrrha would be thrilled by this," Jaune said.
"Now that is what I am talking about," Red said with a smile. "After we take the mission, let's plan it out in the cafeteria. Blue have some ideas."
"Okay, see you tomorrow then," Ruby said as Yellow quickly took her game from the sisters' console and quickly ran out with Red just walking behind her. Jaune followed suite as he closed the door behind him.

"I should've break her game when I had the chance."
"She'll buy one again."
"Then I will destroy all of them till she stops!"
Blue is currently by the mission board looking for any mission that they might take.
Since the Breach, people began to be worried and released a lot of negativity, which results of more Grimm appearing. More missions to hunt them went up the roof as every single Huntsmen were so occupied about it that other Huntsmen outside Vale came to help.
Right now, he was looking at a board filled with missions to kill Grimms in every part of the country.
"Man, what do I choose?" Blue mutters as he scratches his head in frustration.
"Ah! Mister Oak," The brown haired teen then looked behind him to see Professor Port.
"Hello Professor," He greeted the elderly man as he just continues to look at the board while Port stands beside him.
"So you are looking for a mission?" He said to his student.
"Yeah, but there is a lot here, so it's really hard to choose," Blue said as he points to one of the missions. "Like this one, a pack of Beowolves are last sighted by a village nearby."
Then the mission suddenly disappear as he look at it with a deadpan look on his face.
"And someone immediately took it," He said with an annoyed tone.
"I see what you mean," Port said as he has his hand on his chin. "There's nothing we can do, there are so much Grimm in our region and Huntsmen would take the opportunity to get some money or the Grimm are so much that a lot of Huntsmen needs to be sent."
"I see what you mean, but it is still annoying that another mission is gone," Blue said as his teacher laugh at this.
"I still remember the good old days when I was your age. I was looking at the same board that you are looking right now, to see if there's a mission that my team would take it it also taken from me as well. My old teacher did the same thing that I am doing right now, so what do you think he told me during that time?" The professor said as Blue look at him.
"What?"
Port smiled and said, "He said 'You must understand Peter, time is a fickle thing. If you rush in then you're just going to hurt yourself, so stay back for a moment and think. We have limited time in this world, so it is better to keep your eyes to here and wait for the future.' It was one of best advice that I kept in my heart, and you should too Mister Oak."
Blue was actually listening, which is rare since he always blabbering in class, and nods at his words and began to think about it.
"Now, you still want to get a mission tomorrow?" Port asked as Blue look at him.
"Yes sir," He said.
"Then you are in luck, I was going to repair the security system in the Emerald Forest and I really need some people to protect me while I am doing it," Port said. "Think of it as a mission for Beacon."
"Well Red and I decided to let Team RWBY and JNPR join with us if we ever take a mission, and this really perfect since it is very close. I hope you don't mind three teams," Blue said as Port waved it off.
"I don't mind Mister Oak, your team's cooperation with Miss Rose's and Mister Arc's team is just marvelous. It would be counterproductive to not let you," Port then left as he keeps walking while looking back to Blue. "See you tomorrow then Mister Oak."
Blue waved to him goodbye as he keeps thinking to the advice he was given before leaving to tell Red about this.
Red doesn't know what to do in this situation, he doesn't.
"HAHAHA!!"
And Green wasn't helping!
"The things I do for love," Red mutters as he was in the cafeteria with most of her team, Team RWBY, Team JNPR, and Sabrina. He currently has both Yellow amd Sabrina latching on his arms with the shorter blonde glaring at the psychic while Sabrina just cuddles him.
The two other teams, except Pyrrha, look at this weirdly.
"You can't be seriously letting her join us," Weiss said with her arms crossed.
"Do you think I have a choice? Even if we did leave her, she would just follow us," Red said as Sabrina look at him with a dreamy look on her face.
"You won't go away from me darling~"
He really wanted to cry right now. Yellow was just grasping his other arm and continued to glare at Sabrina, small sparks coming out of her body.
"I don't know if he is lucky or not?" Jaune whispered to his only male team member.
"Lucky on one hand, definitely not on the other. Literally," Ren said.
"Dude, are you sure that she won't do anything to us?" Yang asked.
"I promise that she wouldn't, and we have some ways to control her. Albeit a bit disturbing," Red said with a down cast look as Yellow just comforts him.
"Why?" Ruby asked innocently as she just look at Sabrina strangely.
"We have a taser," Green said as she held a small taser.

...
"Can we change our minds?" Blake asked as she and almost everyone look at the device and Sabrina in horror.
"Guys, why are you looking at it like that?" Ruby asked.
"You don't? Sabrina is a-"
"Don't finish that sentence!" Yang yelled at Green as she covers her sister's ears.
"Hey what's going on?!" Ruby said as any noise was blocked off.
"Come on, she's fifteen. She must already know what a masochist is. You clearly are one because of your Semblance," Green said as Yang's face was completely red.
"I-I am not!"
"Ha! You stuttered! You're lying!"
"I'm not into that!"
"Oh sure~"
"Am not!"
"Are to!"
"Am not!
"Are to"
"Am not!"
"Are to!"
"Am not!"
"Am not!"
"Are to!" Yang quickly shut her mouth as Green has a victorious smirk on her face. "T-That proves nothing!"
"Yang, why is your face red?" Ruby asked.
"Nothing!" Yang quickly tries to change the subject.
"Hey guys," Then her savior came in the form of Blue as he just came in and walked towards their table, he look towards everyone and said, "What happened when I wasn't here?"
"You see-" Green was immediately silenced by a pancake to the face.
"Headshot!" Nora happily cheers, not really intending to hit the brunette at well, and Yang was glad that Green didn't spill it out.
"Okay?" Blue said as he looked very confused before shaking it off and faced everyone. "Alright, I got ourselves a mission."
"So what is it?" Pyrrha asked as everyone was now paying attention to Blue.
"The security system in the Emerald Forest has broke down and Professor Port wanted to us to guard him while he is fixing it."
"That sounds easy enough," Yang said.
"It would if the Breach didn't happen," Blake said. "There are more Grimms than usual, they essentially flooded the forest. They're might be a lot of them there."
"That is why Red and I decided to invite you guys into this. There would be more eyes to watch our backs and we could possibly protect each other," Blue said.
"Jaune and I already prepare a lot of food for the trip, we made sure that it would be enough for everyone," Ren said as he presented a thin notepad to the brown haired teen.
Blue grabbed it before reading it and said, "I think this is enough, but we can't be so sure. Make another quarter of this then it would be good."
"Me and Weiss-"
"Weiss and I," The heiress corrected her partner.
"- Have bought enough Dust, ammo, spare parts, and cleaning materials for all of us," Ruby then gave Blue a receipt as he checks it.
"The spare parts are good but I don't think that this would be enough Dust and ammo. Buy another half of these then we're set."
"Blake and I bought enough camping gear for everyone. We did have to ask Weiss to borrow her credit card for it thou," Yang said as Weiss glared at her.
"Then you bought a case of alcohol. We don't need that in a mission!" Weiss scolded the older blonde as Yang just have a cheeky smile on her face but it soon disappear when Blue look at her.
"If I see that case with our stuff, I'll have Red blow it up," Blue warned her as Yang just grumbles.
"How about tent arrangements?" Red asked as he really hoped that it would be separated by gender.
Blue looked at him and saw that both Yellow and Sabrina are glaring at each other. While not doing it co'ed is safe, Yellow and Sabrina would cause some major problems in the girl's tents. If he did choose which people while sleep in the same tent, Red would have to endure being in the same tent with the two.
Then Blue pass his verdict.
"We only have five tents for every single one of us. Surge still needs to watch us and having more back up is needed, so there could only be three people in the same tent."
"Weiss and Yang!" Ruby quickly called out. Weiss grumbles as Yang just smiles.
"Pyrrha and Blue!" Jaune immediately said. There are not that much many guys so he will take what he could get. Plus, Blue and Pyrrha are friends.
"I guess Nora and Blake then," Ren said as he really didn't mind the two. Nora is his childhood friend while he and Blake have formed a friendship between books.
"I guess I will sleep outside then, I will not sleep in the same tent with two grown men," Green said nonchalantly
'Traitors!' Red was in complete despair. He doesn't even know if he could handle two girls after his affections.
"So that only leaves Red, Yellow, and Sabrina. It looks like everyone doesn't want any change so it's final," Blue said as Red looks at him as if he was saying 'I'll get you back for this'.
Blue gave him the 'Try me' look.
In combat, between him and Red. They are almost equals. While Red is powerful, he was more precise. He could immediately defeat Red before his Semblance is activated but couldn't after it.
So Red look down in defeat while the two girls are still grabbing his arms.
"Now, we need to be awake tomorrow morning. Just before six," Blue said as most of his friends look at him in shock.
"That's too early!" Weiss complained.
"Do we have to wake up that early?" Ruby asked.
"Yeah, it is too much too ask for additional hours?" Yang asked.
"Please," Green pleaded
"We are doing this because we are going to prepare our stuff before we leave in seven," Blue rebutted as he look to the rest. "And I don't see the others complaining."
"I always had to wake up very early, you have to be very vigilant," Blake said.
"If you live in the same house as I am, you need to be awake very early for everything," Jaune said.
"Training," Pyrrha simply said.
"Renny and I are always on the move so we always need to wake up early," Nora said while taking a bite of her pancakes.
"Having a younger siblings sometimes amoes it difficult to sleep," Red said.
"I always wake up early to do my chores," Yellow said as she continues to glare at the Psychic clinging on Red.
"I don't sleep that much," Sabrina said as she returned the glare.
The ones who opposed just look down in defeat, clearly seeing that there is now way to convince the others.
"Then it is decided then. After we finish our mission, how about we do something... fun after that," Blue said as everyone now looked ecstatic to hear that. "Now let's continue what we need to do today and sleep early, Professor Port expect us in the Bullhead hangar tomorrow."
Everyone nods as they began to eat their lunch and continue what they needed to do today. Almost all of them are just excited to get another mission.
It was now nightime in Team RABG's room as almost all members are now asleep. Red had just come out of the bathroom drying his hair while in his pajamas till his Scroll began to ring.
He looked confused till he saw the name and picked it up and puts it by his ear.
(Good evening Red,) An eldery voice said through his Red's Scroll as he chuckles a bit.
"Hey Grandma Opal," Red greeted back as he sat on his bed.
(I haven't got the time to call you ever since I got my surgery, so I want to know what have been happening since you left home?) His grandmother asked.
"Well I have my own team now, new friends, I even have a girlfriend," Red said as he then heard his grandmother laughing a bit.
(What exciting news! I bet this girl is very lovely and quite kind to you.)
"Well she is cute but she is also tough, trustworthy, and very easy-going when we finally got used to being in the same room with each other," Red said.
(Oh, now I really want to meet this girl of yours.)
"You can see her after you recovered, you shouldn't be this excited. It might be bad for your health," Red said with worry as he heard his grandmother laughing a bit more softly.
(Something like this won't hold me back. Even if I didn't take the family name, I am still a Ketchum, and we don't let anything drag us down!)
Red chuckles when he hears this and he was just happy that his grandmother is still okay.
(Now I think I took a lot of your time, so sleep for now. I'm going to call your sisters tomorrow and I want to hear about Diantha's boyfriend.)
"Like hell I would let this continue," Red said angrily as his grandma Opal just laugh at this.
(Just give him a try Red, its your sister's decision to love him like you have decided to love someone.)
Red just let out a sigh and smiled, he can't really talk back from that.
(Now go to sleep dear, you have a lot to do tomorrow.)
Red chuckles and said, "Thanks grandma, I hope you call me next time. Good night."
(Good night)
The call then ended as Red then laid down on his bed before closing his eyes to sleep.

His eyes then open as a deadpan expression was on his face.
Sleeping with him on his bed was Sabrina, who was already passed asleep as he then noticed Yellow waking up when she somehow noticed this and joined in his bed as well, almost hogging Red to herself.
Red just sighs and let it be, he was already tired for goodness sake..
And that is it for this chapter.
This is a bit of a preparation for this arc of the story. I think I am going to do this more often so I could get the hang of it more.
I have a great time doing this a lot for years now. I know that I am not that well known but I am happy to create more of this stories.
I just love to do this for so long now and I am still going to continue this.
But that's it for now, there is nothing interesting anyways. I just hope that you guys enjoyed this chapter.
