Deadpool, Shang Chi, She-Hulk and Wolverine continued to fight the two Kangs.
Wolverine fought hard with Centurion, but the two could not bring one another down.
Centurion attempted to use the rings, swinging them at Wolverine.
Shang Chi leapt in front of him, catching the rings and stopping the blow. The two struggled for control of the rings.
Immortus and the Kangs stole the Pym Particles and the bangles. They put Shuri, Kamala and what remained of the Ant Fam into a heavily inescapable cell. Janet cried over what had become of her husband.
"I am sorry for your loss," said Shuri. "My brother, father and mother were taken from me. Not all in such a brutal way. Death is but another path that we all must take," said Shuri, comfortingly holding Janet and Hope's hands.
Scott and Cassie were absolutely speechless. The old Ant-Man who taught them everything and for whom they had a mutual respect was gone.
Above them, shouting was heard. In the cylinder tube that was their cell, a figure fell from above, screaming.
It was Shang Chi. He landed next to Kamala, groaning and slowly getting to his feet.
Wolverine and She-Hulk also landed, but more gracefully on their knees.
Deadpool and his weapons fell, the red-suited warrior cursing the whole way. He landed directly on his katana, impaling himself in the lower abdomen.
"Aw, damn it! I hate when shit like this happens. Hey Ant-Dude, little help here? Logan?"
Doctor Doom sat upon a throne, reading an old rune in a tattered book and scoffing to himself.
Love was in a cage, looking depressed and scared.
"You can't do this! Let me out, you big nerd!"
The young girl wasn't very good at insults just yet.
"Oh, but I wont, little one," said Doom, tossing the book aside. "You are soon to serve me a greater purpose than that of yourself."
"What are you talking about, mister?"
"Oh, I forgot, you're practically a kindergartener. Well, you see, there were four people whom I had a grudge upon. They banished me into that temple, far from my home and own universe. I will take vengeance on them, and the very multiverse itself will be mine! Mine to rule, and to take vengeance upon. Mine to watch as others tear-"
Love yawned, interrupting him.
"Fool! If you weren't worth much to me, I'd have killed you by now!"
"You can't kill me," said Love. "Uncle Thor will come for me. He's gonna kill you! He's even meaner than you are. He killed guys tougher than you are a gillion times."
"Oh dear, oh dear! I'm quaking!" mocked Doom. "He won't be so tough when I'm done with you."
Doom put his hands on the top of Love's cage.
"You were reanimated with the powers of Eternity. You hold a fraction of his power! I will use it to create a world where I am supreme, and the multiverse is a mere toy in the hands of a child! For now, until I can contain your power, you're sticking here with me, at the end of all time!"
Indeed, the two were in a Citadel at the end of Time. A place overseeing the many timelines.
