Author Notes: this is a "My Hero Academia (Boku no Hiro Akademia) fanfiction story. I claim no rights, or anything associated with this series as they are rightfully owned by Kohei Horikoshi. This is an AU story that I came up with after seeing the images of Izuku looking like a snake. Some of the abilities and attacks that Izuku will have either come from other anime/manga series (so please don't hate). The images that I will be using aren't mine as I got them from the web so all credit goes to them. Warning before I begin, it won't be exactly like the series as I did change things to make this story my own. First thing is that Katsuki Bakugo isn't a bully to Izuku as he is a true and loyal best friend, second thing is that All Might never gives his quirk to anyone nor is he injured or getting weaker, third thing is that Izuku's have a quirk will have abilities similar to that of Mina's and Asui's but very different in the way that he uses it, and fourth thing is that I will be not having four people in the story because I don't either like them or don't find them useful for this story (Yuga Aoyama, Koji Koda, Toru Hagakure, and Minoru Mineta). Chapter Four: class 1A

After Izuku's meeting with All Might, Izuku ran back home with his acceptance letter in hand. He was so excited as now it seemed that he was well on his way towards the achieving his dream of becoming a hero. Izuku ran into his house to find his mother preparing dinner.

"Mom I got my results from UA. I got into the hero course with the highest scores!" Izuku exclaimed waving the letter. Inko turned towards her son as she could see the letter in his hands and the wide smile on his face.

"That's great news Izuku. I knew that you could do it. Because of the good news, I will make your favorite for dinner, katsudon." Inko stated before she went over to quickly hug her son.

"I am going to call Kacchan and tell him the news." Izuku stated once free from his mom's hug. Izuku quickly ran up to his room. Izuku knew that he couldn't reveal All Might's secret without permission as he hated the fact that he had to keep this a secret from his best friend. Izuku picked up his phone that he had left on his bed as he clicked on the last message saving All Might's number into his phone. Izuku then proceeded to call Katsuki Bakugo as he picked up by the second ring.

"Hey nerd... Did you get your letter yet?" Bakugo asked after he picked up the phone.

"Yep... I did. I got into the hero course with the highest marks ever seen."

"Damn you beat my score of seventy-seven. But I also got into the hero course. This is great Deku as we are now one the way to become heroes. Have you had the chance to talk to All Might yet?"

"Only briefly after the exam was done with as they had to pry a zero pointer off of me."
"Shit... That was you?! Damn Deku... What the hell? Do you have a death wish?"

"Not really... There was another student who was trapped in the rubble caused by the robot and was about to get crushed!"

"And you decided to play hero. Of course, I knew that there had to be more to the exam then destroying those damn robots. We need to celebrate on passing."

"Well, my mom is making katsudon if you want to come over."

Izuku snickered trying to hold back his laughter when he heard Katsuki shout out to his mom that he was going over to the Midoriya's house for dinner. Izuku laughed out loud when he heard Mitsuki's, Katsuki's mom reply.

"I'm coming over!" Katsuki stated after he got his mom's permission.

"All right. I will see you shortly." Izuku replied before he hung up the phone. Izuku went downstairs telling his mom that Katsuki was on his way over. "We are going celebrate as Kacchan got in too."

"That's good news. I will make extra and one super spicey one for Katsuki." Inko stated. Izuku began to help his mother with dinner before he could hear Katsuki's familiar knock on the front door. It was a knock that the two boys came up with when they were younger. They still used it for when they went over to each other's house.

"Kacchan is here." Izuku told his mom before he went to let Katsuki in.

"Deku... You have to tell me exactly what happened during your exam."

"Of course, Kacchan. But can you believe it? We are both in the hero course at UA high." Izuku stated as he hugged Katsuki once he entered the Midoriya home. Katsuki returned the hug. "Let's go up to my room so we can talk."

Izuku informed his mom that he and Katsuki were going up to his room.

"I will let you know when dinner is ready." Inko told them. Izuku nodded his head as he and Katsuki went up towards Izuku's room. Before Katsuki came over, Izuku hid the notebook that had information and the truth about All Might's quirk away. He made a copy of the book. One book had all the notes of the heroes that were in that book. He kept the original book with All Might's signature hidden from view. He took out any other pages leaving enough pages to add in more notes. He changed the label on the notebook to read "One for All and All Might." He placed the notebook somewhere in a place that even Katsuki would never find it. Izuku proceeded to tell Katsuki what happened during the entrance exams.

"Damn Deku. No wonder why you got the highest score. Is it a sad thing that I am jealous?"

"I don't think so. If I am honest, I was a bit jealous of you growing up since my quirk hasn't fully activated yet. Your quirk was super powerful as I felt that you were going to change because of your quirk as I have seen others whom have changed once their quirk activated."
"I would never do that Deku. Even if you had turned out to be quirkless. We are best friends as friends stick with one another." Izuku felt relieved to hear those words from Katsuki.

Izuku hated hiding the truth about All Might and his quirk from Katsuki but, he knew that he couldn't divulge Toshiori's secret without permission. During the next couple of days, Izuku and Katsuki got ready to begin at UA. Then the big day came as both entered the UA as they found their way to class 1A. The two chose their seats as Katsuki proceeded to put his feet up onto the desk.

"Take your feet off of there this instant. You are ruining those whom came before you and the great heroes whom roamed these halls." stated a familiar voice. Both Izuku and Katsuki turned to see the boy with the glasses whom they had meet in the assembly hall before the entrance exams began. Izuku let out a snarled hissed upon seeing the boy with engines in his legs. "Oh it's you! My name is Tenya Iida, I should thank you for what you did during the entrance exams. What you did opened my eyes about how a true hero should act." Iida stated as he took Izuku's hand into his and began to shake it wildly. Izuku had to make sure that his claws didn't cut Iida. For some unknown reason Izuku didn't like Iida and that was actually saying a lot.

Bakugo got up as he grabbed Iida's arm forcing him to let go of Izuku whom clearly looked uncomfortable with the whole situation.

"It's clear that Deku and I don't like you damn preppy four eyes jerk. So I suggest that you back away if you know what's good for you." Katsuki snapped as he set off small explosions with his free hand to prove a point. Iida did as Bakugo stated backing away from the two boys. Suddenly Izuku could feel someone tap him on the shoulder. Izuku turned to see the brown hair girl whom help him and who he helped.

"I thought that it was you. I never did get the chance to thank you after the entrance exams. I also never did get your name. Mine is Ochaco Uraraka." she stated. Izuku turned towards her smiling softly.

"I am Izuku Midoriya but my friend calls me Deku." Izuku replied while pointing towards Katsuki.

"If you are here to make friends then I suggest that you go elsewhere. This is a place for learning. I want you all to put on your gym uniforms and meet me outside." stated a man in a yellow sleeping bag. It was clear to the students from the person's tone that he was their teacher. Seconds later all of the students from class 1A stood outside.

"I am your homeroom teacher Shota Aizawa as we are going to be doing a quirk assessment test. Anyone who comes in with a low score will be forced to leave the program and from the school. We can't afford to have weak heroes in our line of work. I want you all to use your quirks while performing these tests." Everyone performed their bests some succeeding while others failed. Aizawa tested them in the 50 meter dash, grip strength, standing long jump, side-stepping, and throwing. Izuku performed well in the 50 meter dash, the grip strength test, and the standing long jump. It was enough for him to remain in the class. "Well, it seems that you all performed well and gave it your all which is what expect from new and promising future heroes. Never give anything less than one hundred percent and go beyond what is possible."

"Plus Ultra!" the students shouted out knowing full well the school's moto. Aizawa smiled softly as he could already see a lot of potential in this class.
