Author Notes: this is a "My Hero Academia (Boku no Hiro Akademia) fanfiction story. I claim no rights, or anything associated with this series as they are rightfully owned by Kohei Horikoshi. This is an AU story that I came up with after seeing the images of Izuku looking like a snake. Some of the abilities and attacks that Izuku will have either come from other anime/manga series (so please don't hate). The images that I will be using aren't mine as I got them from the web so all credit goes to them. Warning before I begin, it won't be exactly like the series as I did change things to make this story my own. First thing is that Katsuki Bakugo isn't a bully to Izuku as he is a true and loyal best friend, second thing is that All Might never gives his quirk to anyone nor is he injured or getting weaker, third thing is that Izuku's have a quirk will have abilities similar to that of Mina's and Asui's but very different in the way that he uses it, and fourth thing is that I will be not having four people in the story because I don't either like them or don't find them useful for this story (Yuga Aoyama, Koji Koda, Toru Hagakure, and Minoru Mineta). Chapter Eight: All Might's secret

Class 1A was given the rest of the week off considering what had happened at the USJ. Somehow word about what had happened at the USJ had been leaked out to the press which made UA beef up security but, also look into the fact that there was a possibility of a traitor whom was leaking out delicate information. No one besides the UA staff knew about Class 1A's trip to the USJ and that All Might was supposed to be helping with the class. Principal Nezu went over everything with a fine tooth comb as he was a bit surprised to find out that somehow they had been hacked. It happened on the same day that the reporters had broke in. Principal Nezu found a way to keep hackers both internally and externally out from hacking UA's computer network.

Seeing how they had the time off, Izuku texted All Might to meet him and Bakugo at Dagobah Beach. Bakugo had spent the weekend at Izuku's seeing how his parents were out of town due to his father's business as a fashion designer.

"Remember Kacchan... You can't let anyone know what you are about to learn about All Might."

"Why won't you just tell me?" Katsuki asked.

"I can't until I get the go ahead." Izuku answered. A frown crossed Katsuki's face as the two made their way down to the beach. Yagi was already there waiting in his normal appearance. Izuku went straight up to him as Yagi ruffled the snake boy's fluffy green locks. "Have you been waiting long?"

"Not at all Young Midoriya." Katsuki watched the interaction in confusion. "So Young Bakugo I know that you have a lot of questions on your mind so lets start with after the event with the sludge villain." When Yagi mentioned the sludge villain, Katsuki knew that the person whom stood before him was indeed All Might as the only ones who knew about the attack was himself, Izuku and All Might. "When Young Midoriya handed me his book to sign, I was surprised by his notes as he figured out or was close to figuring out my true power and quirk which has been a highly guarded secret. I knew that I had to find out just how he managed to figure it out."

"Remember when I told you that they had to pry a zero pointer off of me and another student? It was All Might whom lugged the thing off of me. I had written my phone number down on a piece of paper incase I should ever see All Might especially with what he had wrote in my book." Izuku stated as he handed Katsuki the book once he saw Yagi nod his head. Katsuki took the book from Izuku into his hands as he noticed that it was different from the one that he was used to seeing. This caused Katsuki to raise his brow in question.

"That's the original book as I had transferred most of the notes on the other heroes to a new book as I strictly kept that one to be a journal about All Might's secret." Izuku told his friend. Katsuki opened the book as he saw additional notes that was written in a different hand writing other than Izuku's own. He figured out that it had to be All Might's hand writting as he could see the note that read "we need to talk."

"You see... My quirk isn't my own as it was given to me. I was actually born without a quirk. Back then it wasn't that common for someone to not have a quirk. Even though I didn't have a quirk, I wanted to be a hero as I worked hard to achieve that goal. I wanted to become the pillar of hope that people could always rely upon during harsh times. That is when I meet a hero whom had gifted me the quirk that I now hold."

"Isn't it impossible for someone to give another their quirk?" Katsuki asked.

"Normally yes. But I know of a villain whom can not only steal another person's quirk and make it his own but, I believe that he can also give people quirks. I think that is what happened in the case of that Nomu. The quirk that I wield, One for All is the only quirk that can be handed off to another with the current wielder's permission. It is a quirk that continues to grow and get stronger as it is passed on. I am the eighth user of this quirk. The form that you see before is my normal appearance. This is the form that I am usually in when I am not doing hero work in order to avoid unwanted attention that follows me from being the number one hero." Yagi explained.

Yagi then turned towards Izuku as he handed the snake teen a ratty worn out notebook.

"Young Midoriya, this is all the notes about the previous holders of One for All. It gives you information about the quirk they held, how they died, and information about the user. I was never able to fix the notes as I tried my best to keep the book together as much as possible. Hopefully you can put all the notes together into one book especially with your analytical skills that will help the next wielders of One for All."

"Sounds like you plan to hand off your quirk All Might." stated Bakugo.

"I have held this quirk for nearly forty years. I'm not getting any younger as the world's greatest enemy is still out there. Because of Young Midoriya's analytical skills, I asked for his help me look for someone to be my successor and get One for All. And when I'm not in my hero form please call me Toshinori Yagi." All Might told Bakugo. Bakugo nodded his head understanding All Might's need to keep his super hero identity separate from his actual persona. Both Izuku and Katsuki knew that when they become heroes, they would have to do the same.

"Would you consider giving me the quirk?" Bakugo asked in honesty. Yagi scratched his chin as no doubt Bakugo's power would be a good linchpin with the quirks that were already a part of One for All. Then again his former sidekick Sir Nighteye had a person in mind for gaining One for All.

"I will think about it after Young Midoriya goes over the information that I just gave him. I have come to respect his view on this quirk." Yagi answered.

"I know what you mean. Deku is able to analyze and help me out with my own quirk as no doubt that he will do the same considering your quirk." Bakugo stated. This caused Izuku to blush.

"Gosh guys I don't know what to say. You both flatter me and think so highly of me that I hate to disappoint you in some form or another."

"That's not going to happen Deku!"

"He's right Young Midoriya. Don't doubt your skills. You should be proud of the skills that you possess." added All Might.
