Honestly, I had a chapter prepped up and ready to go, but it's just gone for some reason. Literally couldn't find it, so I had to rewrite all of Chapter 2 for the most part.
Oh and here are some questions that I can answer real quick.
Guest: Will Moro from the manga be a villain in this?
Answer: I haven't been able to keep up with the Manga, so I don't know too much about Moro as of this moment. It will mostly depend on how I feel about him and his arc before I make a final decision.
Guest: Will the other demon gods and the artificial time breaker Majin Fin from sdbhs(Super Dragon Ball Heroes Super) appear in this?
Answer: Only if I can find a way to work them in and with a good reason for them to exist in the first place.

Chapter 2: Trapped in Time?! Patroller No More!
(Pod Crash Landing) (Age 751)
Rukido couldn't believe it. The Time Scroll, his way of getting home, was currently ashes. Hearing the sound of laughter, he turned around and was shocked to see Raditz laughing and at full health! Clenching his fist, the Patroller released a bit of his ki, catching the attention of Raditz's scouter!
"W-what the?! Over 10,000!" Raditz exclaimed as he looked up at Rukido fearfully. His new power didn't feel that close at all! He needed to get away while he still had the chance! 'But how!'
Then he spotted a plane up in the sky and smirked before firing up at it. Seeing this, Rukido quickly dashed up to the plane and knocked the blast away. Snapping his attention back to Raditz, he found that the Saiyan was gone. He tried sensing his energy, but couldn't find it for some reason!
'GAH! This is all going hell real quick!' Rukido thought annoyed as he looked around for Raditz. Ignoring the others, he flew off with the intent to find Raditz and take him out before any more changes happen!
Meanwhile, Raditz was currently swimming through a nearby river to avoid the stronger warrior. 'Damn it! I wasn't expecting this! I need to contact Vegeta and Nappa right away!'
(With Rukido)
"WHERE THE HELL DID HE GO?!" Rukido exclaimed out loud. He couldn't find the long haired Saiyan at all, no matter how hard he tried! "I swear when I find him, I'm gonna-"
Then he felt something vibrate in his pocket. Pulling out of his pocket was a scouter, which he completely forgot about. It vibrated again, making him place the scouter on and turn it on.
And to immediately regret it.
"HOW COULD YOU BE SO CARELESS AND HAVE ONE OF THE SCROLLS DESTROYED, NOW YOU HAVE OFFICIALLY CHANGED TIME IF WE HAD ANYONE ELSE THEY WOULDN'T HAVE BEEN AS STUPID AS YOU ARE!" Elder Kai had screeched on breaking Rukido's eardrum the entire time. Rukido had to give himself a few moments before he could hear again at all.
"Did you have to yell in my ear?! Damn it, I think I'm a little deaf now." Rukido said as he shook his head.
"Well you deserve it! Do you realize what you have done, you idiot!?" Elder Kai yelled, softer, but still loud enough to annoy Rukido.
"That's enough!" Chronoa yelled as Elder Kai went quiet. Rukido waited for a few seconds before the Kai spoke up. "Rukido as much as I hate to say this...y-you can't come back to the Time Nest."
"Huh? What are you talking about?" Rukido asked worriedly.
"*Sigh* The Time Scroll contains a lot of Time Energy in order to be used. It's the only way to allow passage through for Patrollers by focusing their ki into it along with thinking about a place and time." Chronoa started off, despite the info being basic knowledge. "However despite it's importance, they are fragile and can be destroyed. When destroyed...they...they change the Timeline from the point where it was destroyed."
"...WHAT?!" Rukido exclaimed in shock. 'Why wasn't this in the Patroller hand guide?!'
"That burst of energy was pure time energy and it affected everything in it's own way. Because of that, we can't see anything in the future for this new Timeline. When the Time Scroll was destroyed, you diverged from the original timeline with the one you currently stand in." The Supreme Kai explained her tone becoming more somber. "That being said, I can't allow you to come back. When a Patroller breaks the rules and changes time, they are banned from ever returning to the Time Patrol and to stay within the time until it is changed. However, due to the time scroll's energy being released so violently...the changes are permanent...therefore you can never return. I'm...I'm sorry."
Rukido remained silent as he processed the new info. Because of him, he allowed the Time Scroll to be destroyed. With it, breaking the rules of the Time Patrol in creating a whole new time. Now...he couldn't return home.
"I...I need a moment." Rukido said as he quickly turned off the scouter. He floated down behind a rock and leaned against it with a sigh. "Great...I really messed up this time."
(With Raditz)
Raditz was currently in the forest, trying to contact his allies. His power up was gone along with the voice, not to mention his space pod was destroyed thanks to his nephew. He needed help and now.
"Come on. Come on!" Raditz muttered before he finally got a signal. "This is Raditz! I'm stranded on Earth and my space pod has been destroyed! Lord Vegeta, Nappa, please respond!"
"Heh. Don't worry little Raditz, we heard everything. You left your scouter on the entire time." Nappa responded as Raditz breathed out in relief. However it was soon short lived as Vegeta then spoke.
"You were defeated by your low-class runt of a brother, his son, a Namek and a random Saiyan? Seriously, how pitiful can you get." Vegeta mocked as Raditz clenched his fist.
"You don't understand Prince Vegeta! That other Saiyan is far more powerful than he let on! If I stayed any longer than I would have perished for sure!" Raditz defended himself.
"Like your life is worth anything important. You're just a Low-Class Saiyan who got lucky to be on the same Patrol as me. You're an embarrassment to our race and warriors across the galaxy!" Vegeta declared as Raditz's anger only grew. However, he dared not speak up. "Infact, as of this moment you're no longer a part of the Saiyan Race. As Prince, you will forever be seen as a renegade that will no longer make a mockery of the Saiyans!"
"WHAT?! YOU CAN'T BE SERIOUS!" Raditz exclaimed. He was being tossed aside just like that?! "I'm still a warrior damn it! You can't just act as though I'm just trash!
"HA! You forget that you're only worth a single Saibaman Raditz! You're easily replaceable!" Nappa laughed as Raditz lowered his head with a growl. It was true, he only had the power of a Saibaman, but it didn't hurt any less. "Hey Vegeta! How about we head to Earth for that other Saiyan? At least we'd get someone worth the effort! Plus, I wanna take on that Namekian! He sounds like a Warrior type!"
"Whatever. What was his power level again? 10,000, right? It'll certainly be a step up." Vegeta said not really caring. "Oh and Raditz? If me or Nappa ever see you again, we will kill you. For your sake, I advise you crawl into a hole and hope we don't blow the planet up! HA HA HA!"
The Commission ended as Raditz ripped his scouter off and crushed it. He then let out a roar, allowing his ki to explode around him and destroy the forest area he was in. Now standing in a crater, he fell to his knees and punched the ground, cracking the ground a bit.
Now what was he gonna do?
(With Rukido)
The Former Time Patroller could only sit where he was, as he thought long and hard about his situation. No one could help him get home back to the time period he had come from. Sure he may have been taken from this timeline but that was only because he was presumed dead along with all of planet Nero with him being the sole survivor of its destruction. He had a lot to give to the Time Patrollers for saving his life and now he couldn't even do that much. What was he going to do now that he was stranded in a timeline he knew barely much about it to an extent. He only remembered what had happened during the Z Fighters years; he had no idea how this planet worked or what there was to do at all! Plus there was the fear of what had changed.
As he was moping to himself he sensed several ki-signatures heading his way and quickly stood up, on guard. Landing in front of him was the plane he saved earlier as it opened up, showing Bulma, Krillin and Roshi coming out. The Brief heiress looked grateful, but the Turtle School Fighters looked uneasy.
"HEY! I was hoping to find you!" Bulma exclaimed as she walked up to the Saiyan. "I wanted to thank you for saving us. I'm Bulma Briefs, nice to meet you."
"Oh, um...I'm Rukido." The Saiyan said a bit awkwardly. He was meeting Trunks' mother after all, so it was a bit strange.
"Hang on, we gotta know something." Krillin said as he walked next to Bulma. "A-are you a Saiyan as well?"
"...Yeah, I am. Though I'm not with the Saiyan that attacked you." Rukido said, quickly. Naturally they looked worried and all he could do was convince them that he was on their side. "I wouldn't have saved you guys if I wasn't on your side."
"Even so, it could be a trick!" Krillin pointed out as Rukido quickly grew annoyed with this.
"If I wanted to kill you.." Rukido trailed off as he released some of his energy. Only Krillin and Roshi could sense it and it was much larger than that of Raditz! "I would have done so already."
Suppressing his energy once more, Rukido gave them a small glare before sighing. "Sorry, I'm just a little ticked at something. I really don't mean any of you any harm."
"...Well, you don't seem all that bad." Krillin said, finally talking. He then turned to his mentor. "Master Roshi?"
"He ain't giving me any bad vibes. Besides, if Goku trusts him then we should give him a shot." Roshi said with a small grin. His student had mentioned how the Saiyan had helped him out with the fight. Besides, it wouldn't be wise to make an enemy at this point.
"Well it's settled then. You're a friend!" Bulma said as Rukido rubbed the back of his head. "And as a powerful friend...we need a favor."
"You see, after Goku died, Piccolo took Gohan, Goku's son. He said something about preparing for you and that Raditz guy." Krillin explained, still cursing to himself for allowing the Demon to take his best friend's son. "He's always talked about world domination and I think he plans on using Gohan for just that. I know we just met, but can you help us?"
"...I'll see what I can do." Rukido decided after a moment. He knew he was gonna get an earful for this, but he couldn't help. "However, I have a feeling something worse is coming to this planet."
"Huh? What do you mean?" Krillin asked worriedly.
"I'll tell you about it later, for now gather as many fighters as you know. I'll find you." Rukido said before taking off to the sky.
"HEY! HOLD UP! YOU OWE US SOME ANSWERS!" Bulma yelled up at him. She didn't expect him to take off so casually!
"Hmmm...Krillin, I want you to find Yamcha and Tien as soon as possible." Roshi said as Krillin nodded. The short warrior took off as he turned to Bulma. "I don't know why, but it feels like dark days are coming to the world."
"You got that feeling too huh? I was kinda hoping it would only be me." Bulma said with a sigh. She then went stiff before giving Roshi a bright smile. "By the way...Can you tell Chi-Chi that her husband's dead and her son was kidnapped? You can?! Good, bye!"
"WAIT! HOLD ON!" Roshi exclaimed before tripping over a rock. Looking up he could only watch as Bulma took off, leaving the old man in the middle of nowhere. "...She could have given me a ride at least!"
It was gonna be a long walk.
(With Rukido)
Rukido was flying through the sky before his scouter vibrated again. Cautiously, he pressed the side of it, bracing for impact.
"Rukido?" Came the soft voice of Chronoa.
"Oh thank-"
"WHAT IN THE UNIVERSE DO YOU THINK YOUR DOING?!"
There go his ear drums...again.
'Kai's are way too loud!' Rukido decided as his hearing returned. He spoke nervous nly, knowing he had pissed off his former boss. "N-now I know what you're gonna say, but hear me out."
"You can't just make decisions like that Rukido!" Chronoa exclaimed furiously.
"Well I can't just sit back and pretend that nothing is going on either!" Rukido yelled back. He stopped himself and took a deep breath before speaking. "Listen, you said it yourself, I'm a part of this Timeline and can never return. You can't see anything past it, but that doesn't mean I'm going to treat it like it's nothing. Besides, you said changes are already happening as we speak. Shouldn't we at least try to make sure that these changes work out for the better?"
"Even so, too many changes can have disastrous effects. You can change the timeline into something that even I can't predict." Chronoa said, her tone filled with worry. The Timeline was kept as it rolled out in order to deal with future events much easier.
"Then it's something I'll deal with! I'll try my best to keep things, but I won't stand by and let something bad happen if I can help it." Rukido said firmly. While he could understand the consequences of doing this, he could also see them for doing nothing either. "Just...trust me. Alright, Chronoa?"
"...Fine." The Kai caved in with a soft sigh. "Just be careful. Who knows what you'll face."
"I'll face it all the same. I'll talk to you later, I promise." Rukido said with a small smile.
"You better or else." Chronoa said jokingly before ending the call. The Saiyan let out a sigh as he rubbed the back of his head.
"Just gotta make sure things go as normally for the most part...yeah, no pressure or anything Rukido." The Saiyan mocked himself before shaking his head. "Anyway, it's getting late. I better go find Piccolo and Gohan."
He could only hope that he could find them.

Next Time on A Change in Time!
It's Raditz this time! Vegeta and Nappa will be here in a year's time, and I'll be destroyed with how I am now! I'll need Kakarot's Son if I wanna stand a chance and-hang on, what the hell is that renegade doing around here?! Grrr, whatever, now's the perfect time to take him out!
Next Time: Battle Under the Full-Moon! The Low-Class Saiyan: Raditz!
A/N: Like I said earlier, I had a chapter prepped, but it just vanished. Honestly I have other chapters made, but due last second decisions, I'll have to revise them and add on in between them. Either way, I know this didn't have any action, but there was no point in trying to force it in.
As for the Time Scroll bit, I never explained why in the original why Rukido had to stay other than it being a rule. Also as far as I know, a Time Scroll hasn't ever been destroyed so I made my own version of what would happen if it was. Finally, do expect me to borrow ideas from What If's that were either from games or from major fans of the series. Only because I generally like them and they'll make the story more interesting.
As for current changes, Raditz is Alive, Vegeta doesn't know about the Dragon Balls, none of the Z-Fighters know about Vegeta and Nappa coming to Earth. I'll let your imagination wonder what will happen because of this, along with the next change.
