Answer: Ah. I think I may do it...if I remember to.

Answer: No, I got my own plans for Cell and the Dark Star Dragon Balls in this series.

Guest: I think the most powerful technique in Dragon Ball thus far is the spirit control how one can use it to take energy from others and compress it and in the case of the newly released DBS chapter 61 of it's stolen energy then the user of the technique can return all the energy from the places where they came from.
Answer: You know what, fair enough.
Guest:Have you thought of doing an opening for this story a few people do it so maybe you can make an opening and theme for this story.
Answer: I'm not sure what you mean, you mean going in detail about an anime opening for the story?
Amanny: I'm interested in those other stories you mentioned. As for the the most powerful technique it is the Spirit Bomb for me. This move is powerful enough to damage and destroy enemies for example: Vegeta, Frieza and Majin Buu. Well Vegeta and Frieza didn't die from the Spirit Bomb, but they didn't come unscathed, but Kid Buu died due to all the life force from everyone on Earth. Three questions:
1. Tell me what's your thoughts about Super? Positive and negative.
2. Will the Dark Dragons be in this story?
3. Will Android 16 be alive?
1: Oh boy...Okay I'll keep this...short. The Best, positive thing of Dragon Ball Super is Broly, or at least how they redid him. However, that's about it. For the most part it's just a bunch of fight scenes of Goku and some random enemy trading fist at rapid speed. Yes it has some good fighting moments, but it lacks the magic that it's predecessors had.
Not to mention the Sagas are kinda...bland to me. Two of which are longer versions of Battle of Gods and Resurrection of F, another two being Tournaments, The Goku Black or Future Saga may be the best one, but that alone is a whole mess that got worse over time. Moro...well he's just a mixture of King Piccolo, Gero and now Cell and Buu...mostly on that Cell part.
Overall, it's just fanfic to me. Beings more powerful than the main cast, New Super Saiyan Colors, female Saiyans, Female Broly, Evil Goku, Using Kaioken on top of Super Saiyan, overpowered characters that can only be defeated by the main character. It's all just another fanfiction that sues things from either other stories or just reusing things from previous series.
2: I'm assuming you mean the Shadow Dragons of the Dark Dragon Balls, so...yeah, their in.
3: Undecided.
Guest: Speaking of Rwby I'm a bit of a believer in the whiterose ship.
Answer: That's...interesting.
Guest: You know I thought it was actually a pretty cool twist how Moro transformed from eating seven three because he stored his combat data in seven three it shows why Moro is a formidable opponent and one of the most godlike threats the dragon team has had to face.
Answer: It just felt like their milking it dry because they don't know what their next villain is gonna be and the reason I don't like it is because it reminds me way too much of Cell absorbing the Androids for a new form.
Guest: Will the next chapter be something like in the original Xenoverse?
Answer: Nope. Rukido ain't getting body swapped.
Guest: Have you given the galactic patrol prisoner saga more thought?
Answer: I never said I wouldn't consider it, I just need to give it more thought.
The Savage: For me, the most powerful attack might as well be Hakai because while the Destruco Disk can cut through anything, the Hakai can vaporize one just like that.
Response: Fair enough.
Next Time: Arrival of Goku and Rukido! Reveal of the Dark Empire!
Everyone could only look at Goku in both shock and awe. Dore was just as powerful as Recoome, a man the whole team struggled with and were beaten to beat death by.
And Goku just one shots him.
"W-what?!" Vegeta growled out, struggling to stand up. "Kakarot!"
"T-that's Kakarot?!" Tarble mumbled out. He remembered his brother's story of his defeat on Earth, specifically to Kakarot. Seeing him just casually one shot a powerful and well known member, made him realize how serious his brother was in surpassing him.
"To think he's gotten this powerful! It's only been a month!" Yamcha said in awe.
"Heh, that's good old Goku for ya. Always coming in at the last second." Krillin said, weak from his injuries.
"D-dad!" Gohan cries out in pure happiness.
"Heh heh heh. Good to see you made it, Kakarot." Raditz mumbled, not even angry. Sure, he was weaker than his brother, but he was more than thankful for his arrival. 'This power...I won't fall behind for long Kakarot.'
"W-who the bloody hell are you?!" Jeice exclaimed, his body shaking violently. Goku however ignored him, walking towards everyone else, angering the Ginyu Force member greatly. "I asked you a damn question, ya damn dirty ape!"
Still ignoring them, Goku walked to Gohan and kneeled down to him with a smile. "Hey buddy, sorry I was late getting here. Who thought Space would have traffic?"
"Heh. I'm just glad to see you dad." Gohan said, allowing some tears to shed. His father only nodded before pulling a brown pouch from his side, opening it and taking out a Senzu Bean.
"Eat this and give the rest to the others. I'll finish up here." Goku decided while feeding his son. Burter having enough of this dashed at a downed Vegeta.
"ENOUGH OF THIS! I'M OFFING THEM NOW!" The Speedy Member of the Ginyu Force declared. However he was stopped in place as Rukido appeared in front of him. "WHAT?!"
"You're too slow." Rukido said plainly, throwing a fist at blinding speeds. However he stopped just in front of Burter's face...before flicking him away. The Speedster was sent flying straight into Jeice, knocking them both into the water. "Well that was disappointing."
"Rukido too!" Yamcha exclaimed as Gohan handed him a Senzu Bean. The Saiyan above them was wearing a black, short-sleeved muscle shirt, olive green pants, brown laced combat boots, brown gloves and his scouter.
"Goku, you take care of these freaks. I'm heading over to the Dark Ki." Rukido said aloud before turning around and taking off. As he flew off, he thought of who it could be and had a good idea. 'If this is who I think it is from Chronoa's stories then I'll need to head in with everything I got!'
"You can count on me!" Goku yelled up at him as everyone got their Senzu Beans. Just in time for Burter and Jeice to come back, now with a dark ki surrounding them and their eyes glowing red. "Hmmm, I may need some help...Hey, how about Vegeta and Raditz stay behind to give me a hand while the rest of you see about using the Dragon Balls?"
"But dad-"
"Leave it to your father boy." Raditz interrupted, keeping his glare on the Ginyu Force. "You still want to revive your friend right? Then get going to those Dragon Balls. We'll finish up here."
"Don't worry about your father, if anything you should really worry about those Bonyus. They're pretty much screwed." Yamcha declared as Gohan looked down unsurely...before nodding in agreement. "Now come on, we can't let that Frieza guy get his wish anyway!"
With that in mind, the Dragon Team took off to the sky and raced towards Frieza's ship. Tarble soon followed them after receiving a glare from his brother. Now only Goku, Raditz and Vegeta remained as Burter and jeice drew near.
'Their more powerful than Recoome with this power, maybe even more so...good.' Vegeta thought with a wide grin. His power was much greater than Kakarot now, but to fight him now with both his Kaioken Technique and Raditz here would be suicide. However he a plan formed. Without even thinking about it, the Prince took off to the air with a mad cackle. "HAVE FUN LOW CLASS!"
"Oh no! Vegeta!" Goku yelled up to the Prince before snapping his attention to his brother. "Raditz! Go help the others, I'll handle these guys!"
Raditz hesitated at first, but saw the determined glance in his brother's eyes. It reminded him of their father.
"Fine! But don't mess around when it comes to them!" Raditz yelled before taking off after Vegeta. Burter and Jeice growled, catching Goku's attention as he gave them a smirk and entered into a stance.
"Guess I'll have to deal with you two myself." Goku decided as the Ginyu Force members soon lunged at the Saiyan. Almost instantly he vanished, appearing behind Burter and kicking in the back of his head.
As the speedster was sent flying, Jeice snapped around and threw a quick punch at Goku only for it to be caught. Shifting around the Brench-Seijin and landed a solid round house kick across his face. Yet Jeice stood his ground before jumping up and forming a Crusher Ball!
"Die already ya damn Monkey!" Jeice yelled as he tossed the blast down. To his shock however, Goku kicked it back up at him as he narrowly avoided it. "What the hell?! What kind of Saiyan are you!"
"One raised on Earth." Goku said before catching Burter's leg. Before the Blue Demon could react, he received a punch in his stomach, nearly making him cough up some blood. "Give up already, I don't wanna hurt you. Just stay out of my way or get out of here."
"Don't you...LOOK DOWN ON ME!" Burter exclaimed, his eyes burning brighter than before. His and Jeice's aura expanded as Goku jumped back on guard.
"Guess you got stronger...Hmm?" Goku hummed as he looked up to see Ginyu land in front of them, lacking their aura.
"WHAT IS GOING ON HERE?!" Ginyu exclaimed as he looked down at the warrior before noticing Goku. "Ah! You were one of the guys who passed me! A Power Level of 200,000! That other one was just a bit higher though...but...your body will be quite useful!"
Why did Goku not like those words?
(Namek, With Rukido)
Landing on a nearby island, Rukido walked ahead towards a small canyon nearby. With a frown on his face, he stopped in place before looking up with a glare. Up above him was Towa, floating in place while holding her staff with a stern stare.
"So, your Towa." Rukido said, his arms crossed.
"And you're the Time Patroller trapped in Time." Towa said, her tone serious. Unlike the Towa he heard of, this one seemed less than cocky. Which meant...
"You're the Towa from this Time aren't you?" Rukido asked.
"As if that matters to you. You're just another pest in the way of the Demon Realm's Revival." Towa declared, raising her staff up. A portal appeared behind her as she continued. "I still have work I must do, but I'll give you a chance to give up now and surrender to the Dark Empire."
"I guess you haven't been paying attention to me. I don't do surrender." Rukido declared with a glare. Towa only shook her head as a figure came out of the portal.
"Mira, deal with this fool. If he dies, then so be it." Towa said, backing out into the portal. Mira, the Android of the Demon Realm, looked down at Rukido with a passive glare while the Saiyan could only roll his eyes at him.
"Let's just get this over with already." Rukido said with his arms crossed.
He waited as Mira landed just across from him, his arms crossed while staring at him. "You've proven yourself to be a worthy adversary to me. Now come, show me the power you wield."
Rukido knew exactly who this was from Chronoa's discription. The Bio-Android that was created by the leader of the Time Breakers. From what they understood, Mira possessed the cells of Saiyans, Frost Demons, Namekians, Majins wasn't hard to figure that he was without a doubt one of the Time Breakers greatest creations.
'His power is lower than I expected, unless he's suppressing it.' Rukido thought annoyed as he entered a stance. No way out of this either way, he was gonna have to fight. "You'll make a good warm up, at least I hope so."
"Your Saiyan nature blinds you from knowing your place in the Universe. Allow me to remind you." Mira declared, uncrossing his arms. Both warriors glared at one another before dashing from the ground, disappearing almost instantly.
Multiple shockwaves went off in the air before Rukido and Mira appeared, slamming their arms into each other. They quickly backed away from one another as Rukido dashed up in the air, firing ki-blast down at Mira. The Time Breaker flew up after him instantly, easily avoiding the blast as he closed in on the Saiyan. Seeing this, Rukido threw a punch at Mira, who had quickly done the same as a shockwave went off between them.
Rukido moved to hit him again, only to hit nothing, but air as Mira appeared above Rukido and dashed down. The Saiyan turned around just in time to receive a kick in his chest as he was sent flying towards the water below. Barely recovering, he soon dashed from above the water while Mira was firing ki-blast after ki-blast down at him. Making it to an island, Rukido snapped around as he slid across the ground before suddenly charged up at Mira, giving him a powerful uppercut in his jaw. While it did catch him off guard, Mira was quick to recover and grabbed the Saiyan's fist once he tried to attack again.
"Is this all?" Mira asked, his tone filled with disappointment.
"No. Figured I go easy on you, but I see that's not needed." Rukido said, as he slammed his knee into Mira, sending the Demonic Android flying back. He stopped himself just barely and looked up to see Rukido smirking at him, allowing his power to flow around him. "Hope you're ready Mira!"
Mira didn't even crack a smile.
(Namek, Frieza's Ship)
Bonyu watched over the Dragon Balls with a stern eye while Salza stayed unnaturally quiet. A few seconds went by as Bonyu rolled her eyes and quickly raised her hand up, catching a ki-blade.
"I betted on Ginyu being the first to go against me, but it seems that you're much stupider than I had originally thought." Bonyu said dully as she looked at Salza with a glare.
"I should be in charge, not some overweight whale of a woman who was busy getting taken from behind by King Cold!" Salza exclaimed as he tried to jump back, finding himself unable to as Bonyu gripped his hand tightly. "I always knew you were a slut!"
"Far from it, though you should know all about that, shouldn't you?" Bonyu asked, a smirk growing on her face. Before Salza could get another word in, he was tossed up into the air as Bonyu killed him with a quick beam in his chest. "Maybe you can find more like you in hell."
She of course expected some resistance from both the Armored Squadron and the Ginyu Force, but not this late in. However her only problem lied in Ginyu himself, more specifically his body change ability. Even with that though, she had her own way to make sure such an ability wouldn't be able to land in her.
"Hmmm?" Bonyu hummed as her scouter went off. Letting a growl out, she cursed out the squad she had left behind. "Those fools, I knew I should have killed them myself."
Arriving near the ship was the Dragon Team along with Tarble as Bonyu could only shake her head. However, her irritation grew as she saw Vegeta, followed up by Raditz fly up next to the group.
"Don't think for a second that I'd trust you with the Dragon Balls, Vegeta." Raditz growled, more than ready to attack the Prince.
"Don't get cocky with me, Raditz! I'll kill you where you stand!" Vegeta declared, raring to fight himself. However a cough from Krillin made him snap at him. "WHAT!"
"We have other issues to worry about you know." Krillin said as he lazily pointed at Bonyu. The Loyal woman could only growl at them as her power began to show. "That lady alone is more powerful than several of those guys from earlier. We gotta focus on her."
Vegeta was about to respond before they all sensed a Ki coming from behind them and snapped around to see Jeice and Burter behind them while giving off the same dark energy from before. Floating in front of them was Goku...now wearing a scouter?
"...Okay guys." "Goku" said as he strikes a pose with Burter and Jeice. "CAPTAIN GINYU OF THE GINYU FORCE IS HERE NOW AND WE'VE COME FOR ALL OF YOU!"
Ginyu's eyes then glowed red as a purple aura appeared around them as he and his crew charged at them with killer intent.
(Namek, With Rukido)
Rukido and Mira roared as they clashed arms with one another, glaring into one another's eyes. They soon pushed away from one another and landed on the ground afar from each other, about to charge in again only for a portal to open in between them.
"Back up? So much for trying to beat me yourself." Rukido growled as he went on guard.
"Speak for yourself, Time Patroller." Mira said, going on guard himself.
"You're both fools." A Voice said from the portal as a figure stepped out. He stood over Mira quite easily, carrying a staff and held a stern glare. "The Time Patroller, who changed Time and the Abomination created by the leader of your cause. You both will be punished for your deeds."
"It can't be...Sealas?!" Chronoa exclaimed over Rukido's scouter.
She just couldn't believe it. The very First Time Patroller she recruited, she helped train, was here...
And he was their enemy.

Next Time on A Change in Time!
It's Rukido here. With everything going on, I thought I would be able to expect everything. However, this guy is way stronger than I expected, maybe even more so than anybody on this planet. I don't know what his deal is, but I won't go down so easily!
Next Time: The First Patroller: Sealas!
A/N: And we're done here...okay, I gotta say this now, I hate power level scaling for a multitude of reasons, but I do it for fun anyway. However, I gotta a limit of what makes sense and what doesn't...and I won't lie. I'm a little pissed off.
Vegeta bumps from 24,000 or something to a solid 530,000 or above after getting healed during the Ginyu Saga...the hell?! Also, the fact that Goku goes from 90,000 to a full 1,000,000. I get it, it's so they can match up better against Frieza, but when it comes from Vegeta, it pisses me off that he just had to heal up from a Senzu Bean in order to surpass Goku despite showing that he was much stronger beforehand.
Gotta love these Anime moments.
Also, I wanted to add Sealas early for fun and to add in another enemy to worry about.
