Answer: Yes she will, but she won't be paired with Rukido. Don't get me wrong, she's perfect wife material, but I'm out of the new girl high like I was previously. However, as I stated, she is gonna be in the story.

Emperor of the Universe: Frieza! Pride of the Rebellious Saiyan!
(Namek)
Everyone looked up at Frieza in either shock or fear while the Frost Demons looked down at them gleefully.
"Now then...wish one shall I kill first?" Frieza asked ever so thoughtfully. He then turned to Cooler with a smirk. "I'm sure you want to deal with at least one of them right? If I am to understand, they're the reason why our forces are destroyed."
Everyone immediately stiffened. Frieza alone was enough to put fear in their hearts, but Cooler was involved to make almost all of them give up. However they were surprised when they saw him shake his head.
"This feels more personal for you, so I'll allow you to handle this." Cooler said while crossing his arms and closing his eyes. 'I'll let them wear you down before I end you personally after that...I guess I'll take over the Universe.'
"Very well, don't blame me if you get kill happy all of a sudden." Frieza said uncaringly. He floated down to the ground with his arms to his side as he turned his attention to Gohan. "A Saiyan Child? I doubt it's yours Vegeta. Maybe Raditz? He looks similar to him."
"N-no! I'm Son Goku's son!" Gohan said with a small glare. Before Frieza could ask, Vegeta stepped forward with a smirk on his face.
"Don't act all high and mighty now Frieza! My power has already exceeded your own Frieza, I can feel it!" Vegeta declared while clenching his fist. Frieza quirked an eye as Vegeta continued. "I've become the very thing you feared! A Super Saiyan!"
"A Super Saiyan?" Frieza asked with a bit of a shock. After a moment he then started laughing in a low tone as he took a step forward. "If you are a "Super Saiyan" then all that means is that I get to kill you in front of your kind. I doubt you've grown as strong as you think."
"In that case, I'll show you!" Vegeta declared as he powered up instantly. He then rushed at Frieza at full speed, making the Frost Demon go on guard. They caught one another's fist as their power rose up drastically!
'How interesting..." Cooler thought as he watched the two try and over power one another. 'This May be easier than I thought!'
(With Tarble and Raditz)
Both Saiyans noticed the high power level of Frieza in the distance, but still made their way to the unknown source. It was close to the ship and the last thing they needed was for Goku and Rukido to be killed while they went away!
"These Power Levels...they feel familiar." Raditz said as he thought about who it could be. However that was impossible with the dark energy that was coming from the area. "Be on your guard."
"Right." Tarble said while looking at the direction where his brother was. He was concerned for their well being, but as of right now, there wasn't much he could do. 'I'll catch up later, I promise!'
Up ahead they came across...a tree? A rather large tree at that, not natural to Namek at all. Standing on one of the extremely large branches was Turles and Nappa, holding two spiked red fruits as they greeted the pair with smirks.
"Well now, look who came to the party." Turles said to while consuming the fruit whole. His and Nappa's eyes glowed red violently. "Let's see how well you do against us this time around."
(Namek)
Frieza and Vegeta glared to another's souls as both Frieza and Cooler's scouters exploded from scanning the Prince's power beyond it's capability. Both then jumped away from one another, Vegeta looking satisfied while Frieza looked annoyed and their spectors were on guard the whole time.
"Maybe we don't have to worry about anything after all! We can win this!" Yamcha said in a pleased tone.
"Don't get ahead of yourself, this is nowhere close to Frieza's true power." Raditz growled out while glaring at the duo.
"What...what do you mean?" Krillin asked while gulping.
"Enough of this Frieza! Transform already!" Vegeta yelled out rather arrogantly. The power was currently going to his head as he baited the Frost Demon on. "You're no match for me in that form, so hurry up and change!"
"He can transform?!" Krillin yelled out in pure fear. He instantly imagined something larger than a Great Ape and gulped.
"Hurry up Frieza! You're boring me with this form!" Vegeta declared with a mad cackle. Frieza looked at him annoyed, but decided to have a bit of fun.
"Fine, if you wish to move your scheduled demise to be soon then who am I to deny it." Frieza said calmly. He then clenched his fist and began to power up with a mighty roar.
Instantly the others were pushed back by the immense power coming Frieza, whose body was starting to change to an extreme level. His armor, unable to handle the sudden form and a bit outdated, tore apart to show the new Frieza!
This was his 2nd Form.
"I should let you know right now, my full power in this form is a million." Frieza said in a much more mature voice. Vegeta took a step back in shock while the Earth residence shook in fear.
"O-O-One M-Million?!" Yamcha exclaimed in pure shock and horror.
"That's...that shouldn't be possible!" Gohan said slowly as he took another step back.
"Allow me to show you all the greatest power in the Universe." Frieza said ever so calmly while raising his hand up slightly. The island shook as Cooler casually floated in the air while the others quickly scrambled off the island quickly. Instantly a large explosion consumed the island whole, flattening the landscape and leaving a rather noticeable burn mark...Frieza unharmed by his own attack. "Excuse me, I believe I used less than I meant to. You'll have to forgive me for not doing this too often."
No one said anything, stunned by the power that Frieza had displayed while Cooler sent his brother a small glare. Frieza looked up at the warriors who defied him for so long and made a choice. At blinding speeds he dashed up at them, passing Vegeta and a Yamcha as he closed in on Krillin, who pushed Dende away. Impaled by one of Frieza's horns, Krillin gasped out in pain as the Frost Demon licked the blood dripping on his face.
"KRILLIN!" Both Yamcha and Gohan exclaimed as Frieza casually tossed the short Human off and allowed him to fall to the dark sea below.
(Namek, Tree of Might)
"Consider this to be the end of the line." Turles said with his arms crossed. Before either Saiyan could react, the Space Pirate suddenly appeared before them and harshly slammed his knee into Raditz's stomach, breaking the armor a bit. The Rebel gasped out in pain before he was kicked across the field with Turles on his tail.
"Raditz!" Tarble exclaimed before he was punched across his face by Nappa.
"Focus on your real opponent runt!" Nappa roared out while pushing Tarble back. The young Prince tried to jump in the air, but was grabbed by his arm and slammed into the ground. "Too slow for me!"
Tarble was then lifted up as Nappa uppercutted him in his stomach and sent him flying into the tree. The Prince groaned in pain before he saw Nappa rushing at him and quickly jumped over him as he rammed his fist into the tree. Seeing a chance, Tarble fired a ki-blast down at the former General, catching him in a rather large explosion. He moved to create a large ki-blast before Nappa came out the smoke and grabbed him by his neck with a mad grin.
"Gonna have to try harder than that!" Nappa roared out as he pulled his arm back and threw it forward.
Meanwhile Raditz was stuck in a game of cat and mouse. No matter how hard he tried, he just couldn't land a solid blow on the Space Pirate. Turles however was having a grand time with this. He was hoping to test out his new found power, even if it wasn't someone worth his time.
"Come on, is that all you have little Raditz?" Turles asked with a grin while dashing backwards. Raditz chased instantly, throwing a punch at his fellow Saiyan only to hit an afterimage. "Over here!"
Raditz snapped around only for Turles to dig his boot into the back of the Saiyan's head. It was enough to catch him off guard and sent him crashing towards the ground. Luckily he was quick to recover and land on his feet before raising his arms up, blocking an axe-kick from Turles. However the Space Pirate was quickly to dash over him and implant his foot into Raditz's back, getting a gasp from the Saiyan before he was yanked back by his hair. Turles pulled him close enough to slam his elbow down on his chest, slamming him into the ground.
Turles moves to stomp on his face only for Raditz to fire a Double Sunday close enough at Turles' face. It made him back off while Raditz jumped back on his feet and rushed at the Space Pirate with a roar. Turles did the same, speeding right at Raditz and grabbing his neck before kneeing him directly in his stomach. Instantly Raditz spat up a large amount of blood before he was heavily assaulted by a barrage of punches from Turles before he was finally knocked away. Appearing ahead of him, Turles brought both his hands up and slammed them down on the Rebel Saiyan's head, harshly slamming him down on one of the branches of the Tree of Might. It was enough to keep Raditz down at the moment while Turles floated above him with his hand pointed down at him.
"Sudden Storm." Turles said calmly as he fired a massive barrage of purple ki-blast down at Raditz. He cackled as he heard the Saiyan's cry out in pain, forced to take each blast. Once he was done, Turles gleamed down at Raditz, his armor destroyed and his back heavily bleeding. "Try not to bleed out too much. It would be a pain to get it all out of the tree."
He laughed out loud before flying away from the downed Saiyan. Landing on one of the branches, he closed his eyes with a smirk on his face. Meanwhile Raditz could feel himself losing his strength with every second that passed and his vision began to fade.
'Forgive me...'
"Is that all you got? Get up already!"
'T-that voice...'
"Get up Raditz, please! I know you can win!"
'F-father...Mother...'
"You are more powerful than I ever was at your age yet you can't defeat my reject of a brother? Stand the hell up already!"
"Raditz, your brother, your nephew, they need you."
"Stand up...Frieza won't spare anyone. Anyone! He won't stop not until our kind is completely wiped out!"
"Please...please get up. You're nothing like our kind, you're better! Stand up, it's not your time to leave for the other world."
'Mother! Father! I-'
"Raditz? Raditz! Can you hear me?" A new voice asked the confused Saiyan greatly. "My name is King Kai! I'm the one who trained your brother!"
"King Kai?" Raditz said questionly before noticing that he was up in the air, holding a Fruit of Might. "When did I...?"
"Raditz! Turles is planning on going to the ship after Nappa deals with Tarble! The Fruit of Might has healing properties, eat it and gain it's power!" King Kai explained. The Rebel looked down at the Fruit with a small glare before he opened his mouth.
Meanwhile Nappa harshly slammed Tarble to the ground as the young Prince screamed out in pain. Try as he might Nappa alone was stronger than him with his new Power.
"About time you went down runt." Nappa said with a growl. However as the other Soldiers landed next to him, he smirked. "How about you boys finish off the runt, I'll be saving my power for his Big Brother."
The men grinned at the opportunity to kill off Tarble, who tried to get up to no avail. 'Come on! Come on! I need to move!'
Aiming their blasters down, they got ready to fire down at the Prince before several ki-blast suddenly hit them, killing them on impact. Snapping his head up he saw Raditz landing in front of him with a glare.
"You wanna go weakling Raditz? Fine! Bring it on!" Nappa yelled while getting into a stance. However he soon coughed up a huge chunk of blood as he looked down to see Raditz with his hand in his chest. "W-what...?!"
"I have far more important matters to deal with, you are not one of them." Raditz declared in a cold tone before he kicked Nappa off his arm and onto the ground. Grabbing the bleeding out Nappa by his leg, the Rebel tossed the former General up into the air and fired a massive ki-blast up at him.
Turles eyes snapped open as he felt Nappa's energy completely vanish and growled as he stood up. 'Who could have killed that moron? Even with his power the Fruit of Might is more than enough to give him an edge!'
"Get moving, now." Raditz said not looking at Tarble. The tired Saiyan could only nod as he slowly walked towards one of the small mountains. At the same time Turles arrived over to see Raditz glaring up at him. "I have a lot to pay you back for."
"You're still alive? How annoying." Turles said with disgust. "I'm assuming you're the one who killed Nappa then?"
"Just not making the same mistake I did on Earth." Raditz said unnaturally calmly.
"I won't lie, I hated having him around, but his power was needed at the time." Turles confessed without even a small glimpse of mercy on his tone. "You on the other hand have shown great skill and power! We should be working together and getting off this dirtball while we have the chance."
"And why should I work with you of all people?" Raditz said while gloating this on.
"We're the last of our kind! As soon as we have the power to deal with Frieza and his family then the whole Universe is ours for the taking!" Turles exclaimed as he gained a rather sinister gleam in his eye. "Think about it! We can eat good food! Kill all we want! Live free with what we rightfully deserve!"
"Is that all you can muster up? I can get better deals from Frieza before getting killed by him!" Raditz declared with a smirk.
"Not interested? Then you can just die." Turles said calmly as he dashed down at Raditz with the intent to kill. However he was soon shocked as Raditz flew right past him with ease. "What?!"
"Consider this the end of the road." Raditz declared before kicking the back of Turles' head.
(Namek)
Gohan shook in rage while he glared at Frieza with pure hatred. Krillin was currently in the sea below and he did nothing. Nothing to stop it! So with a roar he rushed at Frieza despite Yamcha's protest and actually landed a powerful kick that sent the Frost Demon flying. Dashing after him, Gohan slammed into the Frost Demon, making Frieza hunch over as the Hybrid began punching him repeatedly.
"WOO-HOO! KEEP IT UP! KEEP IT UP!" Yamcha cheered on while Vegeta was silent. However it wasn't long before the Hybrid stopped his assault, tired from his attack.
They looked down to see what remained of Frieza only to see Frieza shoot up from the dust cloud and ram his knee into the boy's stomach before punching him to the ground. The Saiyan crashed on the ground hard as Frieza landed right before him and stomped on him harshly. Gohan screamed out in pain as Frieza pressed down even harder with a sick smile on his face. However he found himself blinking as he felt a small pinch of pain in his back. Turning around, he saw that he had been stabbed rather deeply by a very, VERY nervous Yamcha.
"Heh heh..." Yamcha chuckled rather weakly as he backed away, leaving the blade into Frieza's back. The Frost Demon looked unimpressed as he stepped off the Saiyan and turned his full attention to Yamcha.
"You have a lot of nerve to casually stab me in the back." Frieza said as he took out the blade. He then made it explode, destroying it with his ki alone. "It's a shame that I have to kill such a handsome creature, but it's your own fault for even thinking about going against me."
'Great of all the aliens to get hit on by, it has to be an evil emperor who's a dude! Wait! I can't die like this! I gotta think of something fast!' Yamcha thought as Frieza pointed a finger at him. An stupid, but quick idea came to his mind as he pointed behind Frieza's shoulder. "Look! It's...COLD!"
"Father?!" Frieza exclaimed in surprise as he turned around to see nothing. Blinking a bit, he realized that he had been punched and turned around to see Yamcha slowly pulling his fist back.
"..."
"..."
"...Mercy?"
"...I-"
"DESTRUCTO-DISK!" A Familiar voice yelled out as both of them snapped their heads. A large yellow ki-disk was coming their way as Yamcha ducked for cover while Frieza tried to jump over it. He held back his tongue as part of his tail was sliced off easily by the attack as the voice cheered. "OH YEAH! I'M THE BEST!"
"No way...KRILLIN!" Yamcha exclaimed, more than happy to see his friend alive and well. The short warrior was currently standing across from them with his armor kind of messed up, but still looked like a 100%!
"CATCH ME IF YA CAN FRIEZABURN!" Krillin yelled out before taking off with a mad laughter. Frieza growled in rage before taking off after him in a hurry.
Yamcha looked confused by all of this while Dende flew over to them. He instantly ran over to Gohan and raised his hands over the young Saiyan before healing him almost instantly. "YOU CAN HEAL PEOPLE!?"
"Y-yes. Most Namekians learn it around my age." Dende said while Yamcha cursed silently. They could have healed Rukido and Goku by now and they would have gotten a huge boost of Power from it if Gohan was anything to go off of!
It was at this moment where they saw Krillin flying towards them in a panic with Frieza right on his tail. Then out of nowhere, Frieza appeared in front of Vegeta, who was trying to escape at the time. The Prince froze in place as Frieza raised a finger to his chest, charging up a full powered Death Beam. However the Emperor was then blind sided from above and sent him crashing into an island below. The attacker was none other than...
"Mister Piccolo!"
(Namek, Tree of Might)
Turles growled as he and Raditz kept on trading blows. While he was easily keeping up, this shouldn't be happening in the first place! The only way it should have been possible if he had-The Fruit of Might!
"Bastard! You took one of my fruits, didn't you!" Turles yelled as he and Raditz caught one another's fist. They butted heads as Turles allowed a grin to come across his face. "You tasted it's divine properties! I never would have thought a low class Saiyan like you would be able to handle it's true power! You've taken the next step in becoming what a Saiyan is meant to be!"
"I don't give a damn about how a Saiyan is meant to be! They don't matter to me! None of them do you fool!" Raditz yelled as he harshly headbutted Turles. It was enough to send the Pirate's head back before Raditz struck him across his face and sent him crashing to the ground.
With a growl, Turles stood up and looked up to see Raditz dashing down at him. With a scoff, the Pirate raised his hand up and fired several ki-blasts at the Rebel Saiyan. However, his eyes went wide as Raditz dashed past them all and closed in, making Turles jump back as a small crater was created by the Saiyan's kick. Jumping at Turles, Raditz forced him into a clash, pushing him back while keeping up with his assault.
"Don't get cocky now!" Turles roared as he grabbed both of Raditz's fists. He then hook-kicked the Saiyan in his face before sending another kick into his stomach, sending him sliding back. While Raditz slid back, Turles held out both his hands as a ki-ring appeared before him. "Kill Drive: Max Power!"
"Black Friday!" Raditz yelled firing a pinkish-black ki-blast. Their attacks collided, exploding on impact as dust covered the area.
Raditz covered his eyes only to be suddenly tackled by Turles. Both started trading blows with one another as they flew over the ground, finding themselves back at the Tree of Might. Landing on one of the Branches they glared daggers at one another before Raditz suddenly smirked. Turles quirked an eyebrow before Raditz fired a large ki-wave at the top of the Tree, catching it on fire in several different places.
"NO!" Turles roared in horror before rage filled his eyes. With a roar he charged at Raditz, catching him off guard as he was sent crashing to the ground. Turles held up both his hands as a purple and black ki-blast appeared above him. "YOU'VE GONE TOO FAR! I'LL REDUCE YOU AND YOUR FAMILY TO ASHES!"
Raditz stood up as he held up his hand as a purple ki-sphere appeared in his palm. 'Not this time. I'm not losing this time!'
He fell too many times these past few months, but he'd be damn if this was gonna be like last time. He finally had a reason to fight. Not for Vegeta, not for the Saiyan's and definitely not for Frieza.
His family.
His Parents. His Nephew. His Brother. They were the reason that he had come so far. That's why he wasn't going to lose. He was tired of disappointing them all.
"CALAMITY BLASTER!" Turles yelled, throwing the ki-blast down at Raditz. The Saiyan's attack glowed violently as he aimed his hand up at Turles and the Tree.
"Rebellion Trigger!" Raditz yelled, firing a ki-wave straight at them. As the attacks closed in with one another, Raditz's instantly pushed straight through much to Turles' horror.
The Space Pirate had no way to avoid the attack as it instantly crashed into him and pushed him into the tree. Upon impact, it exploded on impact, taking the entire tree along with Turles. The force was enough to send Raditz sliding back a bit before he steeled himself. Looking up at the tree he held a passive glare.
"Don't ever threaten my family." Raditz declared quietly before allowing a smirk on his face.
It was time to face Frieza.

It's Piccolo. The first time I'm on the home planet of my People and only a handful remain. Lucky for me, I was able to fuse myself with another Namekian by the name of Nail and became a Super Namekian. However even with my power, I'm not a hundred precent sure if I can take Frieza. Unfortunately for him, I'm not going down without a fight. Get ready Frieza, today you fall!

A/N: I hope it was worth the wait and again I'm sorry for not spotting sooner. However I was able to work on the next chapter and it's almost done now, but I won't be posting that immediately. If only so I can allow everyone to catch up with this chapter.
This chapter was also mostly for Raditz and his development. Hell, since the 2nd Chapter it was all about his development to this point. Going from a typical Saiyan Warrior into a caring Uncle and soon to be family man. Expect to see similar development for other characters. Also, if I didn't make this clear, Bardock and Gine are dead so don't expect to see a Masked Saiyan any time soon.
Also a question: What is your opinion on Spirit Control? If you don't know what it is, then I advise looking it up beforehand before answering. Personally, if I do the Moro Saga, I will add it in, but with a small nerf for one aspect. I do like the idea and purpose of it to be honest.
