Amanny: Awesome chapter and I love this new technique of Piccolo. My filler favorite character is Annin. She's a guardian of the Furnacof Eight Division. I like her serious personality and has a quite temper when someone makes fun of her age. She's quite an honorable and hospitable deity. She was never seen again after Goku saved Ox King's home.

4. Do you ever wish for DB Heroes to be a canon series like DB, DBZ and DBS. While I do like SDBH anime, it feels so short and the battles are less impressive and cut off. At least the manga is better than the anime.

1: Yes
2: Personally, both. He more or less had his childhood ripped away from him at the age of 4 and didn't have peace until age 11. I felt like he actually deserved a break, what with his father dead and all. At the same time, he should try and keep the power he has, should another threat comes up. Vegeta was the only other person there that could potentially deal with another Cell level threat if he got Super Saiyan 2, but even then they shouldn't need to rely on one person alone.
3: There will be, but not any time soon. I refuse to keep using the excuse of a missed Saiyan that happened to be off-world at the time...despite the fact I did that for my character. They will more than likely appear around the same time of Universe 6.
4: If they put more effort into power scaling and make sense of the story, then yes.

I have another question concerning Piccolo this time.
1. Will Piccolo have the red eyed Namekian transformation its a form in Dragon Ball online and Dragon ball heroes it's the namekian version of super saiyan and then they got the blue eyed form in Dragon Ball heroes that is the equivalent of SSGSS, will Piccolo have access to this?

Answer: I already have plans for Piccolo, in order for him to keep up with the Saiyans, I can't share them for obvious spoil reasons, but there will be something...similar.
The Fall of the Prince of Saiyans, Goku's Promise!
(Namek)
Vegeta roared as he closed in on Frieza, throwing a flurry of punches at the Emperors head. Frieza however dodged them casually, a bored look upon his face which went unnoticed by the Prince. The others watched on, not sure what to make of their situation.
"This is bad. Really, really bad." Krillin muttered as he watched the fight go down.
"Dende." Gohan said weakly, turning to the friend he had made in just a day. Piccolo walked up to him and placed a hand on his shoulder.
"We'll bring him and all the Namekians back with the Dragon Balls on Earth." Piccolo declares as Gohan could only nod. Looking up, Piccolo gained a stern expression. "We should go while we still can."
"But what about my Brother?!" Tarble exclaimed.
"He's not gonna win." Piccolo said, his tone cold, but true. "I can tell just by looking at Frieza, he's barely using his true power."
"No one here stands a chance against him. None of us at all." Raditz mumbled, knowing they had lost their chance now. Had he been a little faster, maybe they could've killed Frieza. "Even if we somehow convinced Vegeta to come with us, then Frieza would only kill us all on the spot. If we're gonna leave, then this is the time."
However...
"I'm sorry, but I can't allow that." Cooler said from behind. Snapping around, they froze at the sight of the elder brother, who smirked at them. "I still have uses for all of you. So long as you stay in your place, you may actually make it to the next day."
'Damn it, I completely forgot about him!' Krillin thought with a gulp. This whole time, Cooler remained on the sidelines, not even attempting to help his brother. 'But...how powerful is he?'
Something told him, much higher than what Frieza was showing.
Back with Vegeta and Frieza, the Prince continued his assault until Frieza suddenly vanished before him. Looking around, he caught the Emperor standing just across from and roared as he began firing consecutive ki-blasts at rapid speed. With a bored yawn, Frieza casually flew backwards avoiding the incoming blast with ease as they destroyed several islands across the sea. Several of them came closing in on the Dragon Team, only to be swiped away by Cooler of all people, holding a solid smirk on his face.
"RUN ALL YOU WANT FRIEZA! YOU'LL NEVER ESCAPE ME!" Vegeta roared as he kept up his assault with a mad cackle. However he soon stopped as he felt something tap his shoulder and turned his head around to see Frieza standing right behind him with his arms crossed. "W-what?!"
"Confused? Did you forget who you're up against Vegeta? I'm the Emperor of the Universe for a reason after all." Frieza smugly declared. With a growl, Vegeta dashed up to the sky before stopping. Holding his hands out, a pinkish-purple aura appeared around him as he yelled up to the heavens. "Oh? You planning to attack me from right there? You may destroy the planet if you land that."
Vegeta wasn't listening, he was far too angry at the moment. Frieza needed to die no matter what. Even if he had to kill himself and the others in the process, Frieza would fall! "I'LL KILL YOU! NO MATTER WHAT YOU WILL PERISH BY THE HANDS OF A SAIYAN! MY HANDS!"
"Oh crap, he's gonna kill us all!" Yamcha exclaimed as the others looked just as shocked. Cooler however was staring at his brother, knowing full and well he was about to break the Prince's Spirit.
"FINAL BURST CANNON!" Vegeta roared, firing a massive ki-wave down at Frieza. As it closed in, Frieza jumped from the ground and kicked it up in the air, passing by a stunned Vegeta as it blew up behind him. "...What?"
"Forgive me, but my ship is damaged enough as is. I would rather not be forced to fly back myself if you don't mind." Frieza said with a mock head shake. Vegeta could only be frozen in place as Frieza flew up to him, a smirk appearing on his face. "Though I have to admit Vegeta, I am impressed. For you to have around 15% of my power is certainly an achievement. However, I doubt you'll be able to handle say...20% now?"
Frieza then spun around and kicked Vegeta cross his face, sending him crashing into the sea below. The Emperor floated down, forcing the sea to split apart to reveal Vegeta at the bottom, clearly in pain from the attack. Using his tail, Frieza wrapped it around the Saiyan's neck and lifted him, facing him away from the Emperor. He then immediately began to punch Vegeta repeatedly in his back, making him cough up a large amount of blood with each hit. Once he was done, Frieza tossed him up onto a nearby island before slowly floating on top of it.
Walking over to the Prince, Frieza smirked seeing him stand up with a glare on his face. He immediately charged at the Emperor, throwing a fist only for it to be caught instantly. He tried throwing another one, only for it to be caught just as easily. Forcing the growling Vegeta to his knee, Frieza threw his own into the Saiyan's face, knocking him on his back. Frieza walked towards the Saiyan as he started to stand up before back handing him hard. He did it several times, each one pushing Vegeta back more and more, leaving no room to defend himself. Pulling his hands back for a moment, the Emperor smirked watching Vegeta catch his breath. Then with a massive roar, Vegeta lunged at Frieza while enhancing his fist in ki. However, Frieza was quick to shift around and slam his tail into Vegeta's side, sending the Prince skipping across the ground.
"You're starting to bore me Vegeta. Do I need to hold back more or have you reached your limit?" Frieza asked, as if he was looking down on a kicked Puppy. Vegeta however stood up, trembling, eyes fueled with rage that made Frieza chuckle. "So you still wish to fight? Very well then, I'll ensure that your death will be one filled with agony and pain."
He'd make sure of it.
(Namek, Frieza's Ship)
Bulma screamed in annoyance as she tried everything to get the ship to work, but to no avail. She was trying to get everything ready for when those jerks, minus Gohan, got back after giving everyone so they could get back to Earth as soon as possible. However, large portions of the ship were blown up earlier and there was a giant hole in one of the rooms that would take out all the air they had on this ship.
So they were more or less stuck.
"If I had the time, then maybe I can get those ships outside to work if I'm lucky or maybe I can find the ship Goku took to get here!" Bulma exclaimed only to sigh. "Though that can be anywhere and I don't have my equipment to track it...I'm gonna die here aren't I?"
However a large explosion that shook the whole ship caught her attention. Running to the healing room, she saw that the door was more or less gone and that there was a new hole above her. Looking into the room itself, she saw that Rukido was still resting in his pod, but Goku's had been busted open from within the tank. She shook her head in annoyance before allowing a small smile to come onto her face.
Maybe she wouldn't die after all.
(Namek)
Frieza could only laugh maniacally at the state Vegeta was in. Cooler looked uninterested while the others were either horrified or stunned. The Prince of all Saiyans was currently on his back, blood dripping from the many holes Frieza's Death Beams left and with his back nearly broken. Vegeta's face was one filled with agony, his limit reached and his power basically gone at this point.
He had failed.
"I do hope that you enjoy Hell, Vegeta. At least you'll be reunited with your primate kin." Frieza declared, pulled his hand back, ready to pierce Vegeta's heart. He almost did so before a sonic boom caught his and the other's attention.
They all turned their heads to see Goku before them, healed completely and looking less than pleased.
"DAD/GOKU/KAKAROT!" Was the combined yelling from the Dragon Team. The Cold Brothers looked at the new arrival, Cooler interested while Frieza was annoyed.
'His power is different. It feels more natural compared to the other's power ups. I wonder what he has up his sleeve?' Cooler questioned himself.
"Kakarot is a Saiyan name right?" Frieza asked, his annoyance clear at this point. Goku remained silent as Frieza continued. "I intend to rid the Universe of every last of you."
Disappearing at blinding speeds, Frieza appeared in front of Goku, throwing his tail towards the Saiyan's head. Almost instantaneously, Goku dodged it easily and countered it with a powerful kick to the Emperor's face. It sent Frieza back as he quickly recovered, shocked by the sudden move. Cooler could only smirk, while Vegeta looked at the Low-Class Warrior shook to his core.
'C-can it be? Is he really?' Vegeta thought as he sensed Goku's power. "This is it, y-you did it, didn't you Kakarot?"
"Still alive Vegeta? How annoying." Frieza said, not ceasing Vegeta's laughter at all.
"Y-your a fool Frieza, as was I. I never thought it to be possible for a Low-Class Saiyan to achieve it b-before an Elite like me, but Kakarot has done it." Vegeta declared, forcing himself to lean up and stare at Frieza with a weak smirk. "Remember the name known as Kakarot for he is the Super Saiyan that you've feared for so long."
"Him?" Frieza questioned as he took a long good look at Goku. An image of a Saiyan wearing a broken black and yellow battle suit appeared for only a split second before vanishing. 'How annoying, however there is one thing that could make this better.'
Before anyone could react, Frieza fired a Death Beam into Vegeta's chest, shocking everyone greatly.
"BROTHER!" Tarble exclaimed as he tried to reach his brother only to be held back by Raditz.
"S-stay back Tarble!" Vegeta coughed out weakly. His brother stopped, looking disheartened by his brother as he spoke. "Y-your the last of the Royal Bloodline, Tarble. D-don't you dare allow yourself to die here, live on and carry out our bloodline...just...just survive."
"Vegeta..." Tarble mumbled out, unable to say anything. This was probably the best he's ever seen his brother and it was on death's bed.
"WHY DID YOU DO THAT! HE WAS ALREADY DONE FIGHTING!" Goku growled as he glared at Frieza. All he got was a smirk in response, annoying him further.
"K-Kakarot." Vegeta said weakly, catching the Earth-Raised Saiyan's attention. "Y-you must defeat Frieza. He must d-d-die by Saiyan hands."
"Forget about it, that's not my way." Goku said firmly.
"Your an idiot!" Vegeta exclaimed before immediately coughing out blood.
"Save your strength, Vegeta!" Goku exclaimed as the Prince glared up at him.
"D-do you know what Frieza is? He's not just some Emperor commanding on a throne, he's the spawn of the Devil himself. He's the reason I am the way I am, the way any of the Saiyans were!" Vegeta snarled out, ignoring the pain and forcing himself to continue speaking. "He took me away from my father at a young age, forced me to become the killer I am today! He's the reason why the Saiyans aren't alive today, that includes your parents. Doesn't that mean anything to you?!"
Goku said nothing.
"Compared to Frieza, someone like me is a Saint! He's forced other planets to fight one another for his own entertainment. He's enslaved more planets, using the same people that he's conquered to rule over them! He's tortured the whole Universe for his benefit alone!" Vegeta exclaimed, tears spilling out of his eyes at this point. He was done for and he knew that. "Kakarot...please...avenge our race, end his tyranny for the good of every living being within the Universe...please...please kill him."
The Prince then went limp, fallen with his last request spoken. Goku said nothing at first before he clenched his fist and glared at the ground, firing an invisible impact that blew it up. Silently, he walked over to the corpse of Vegeta and picked it up before gently laying his body into the newly formed grave. He filled it up quickly, his hand trembling every now and then before he was finished. Once he was done, he looked down at the grave of the Prince of all Saiyans with a stern expression.
"...Vegeta...I thought that you were the most rotten guy I met before, but I know better now. For someone as proud as you to ask me for help, must have hurt worse than anything before..." Goku looked at the grave silently before turning to Frieza with a glare. "Your Frieza right?"
"That I am. Care to face me now?" Frieza asked smugly.
"...In the name of the Saiyans...in the name of the Namekians, I promise this to not only those that you've slain, but all those that you've tortured and enslaved." Goku said, gripping his fist firmly and his power rising. "I will defeat you here and now Frieza."
That was a promise.

Next Time on A Change in Time!
Hey it's me Goku! Even after recovering, I wasn't able to make it in time to save Vegeta. He's entrusted me with his final wish and I plan to see it through. However, Frieza's a lot stronger than I expected. I may need to push myself even further if I want to win!
Next Time: Goku Vs. Frieza! Everything or Nothing!
A/N: It's short, I know, but I didn't want this one to be too long. I don't have to explain much here, because there was very little to change.
However, I do want to ask your opinion on a theory. What do you think of the idea of Fusion being able to gain a form that the fusers don't have? Goten and Trunks only have Super Saiyan, but when fused they turned Super Saiyan 3. Goku and Vegeta in GT are normal Super Saiyan 4s, but Gogeta having Red Hair may as well be the next level or evolution for Super Saiyan 4 itself. It's a theory, but I believe it's pretty sound.
