Answers: Well...thanks, I wasn't expecting this comment to be honest, but I thank you for knowing the less. As for your question, I'd prefer the origin of the Saiyans, but mostly because I want reimaged Movie villains to appear in the series, both Manga and Anime!

Answer: I don't really know how to feel about it to be honest, sorry.

Answers
1: Super Saiyan 4, no questions asked. From it's power to originality to even how it ties into a form that hasn't been seen since the Saiyan Saga.
2: It depends really, there was a reason why Goku was as powerful as he was. Training normally and changing/increasing may work, but for a Saiyan they need someone they can constantly challenge. Goku had access to multiple fallen warriors in other world while someone like Vegeta has been training in solas. Gohan would need someone to train with constantly, if he would like to continue to increase his own power. In fact, within Heroes, there's a version of him that trained under Piccolo during those seven years, obtaining Super Saiyan 3 as a result. While I'm not sure that would have happened in Z, I'm sure he would have had enough to face Buu alone, only requiring some help to make sure of his destruction.
3: I have not read too much of the beginning Manga's of Heroes, nor have touched any of their games, only observing them on youtube. They are quite good as they are, but I haven't had the chance to see them as a couple unfortunately.
4: I...I accept it. I understand that their show series is made as a commercial while their mangas dig deeper into the story, While I have certain issues with Power Level scaling, I think it's good, if not just not reaching it's true potential. I didn't see as much with the Prison World Saga, which could have gone on longer, but focused on Kanba or Cumber, whichever you prefer. The Universal Conflict was a bit better, but didn't provide an explanation to some things. Either way, for something meant to simply support Dragon Ball as a whole, it's acceptable for what it is.
5: Too many to go over...Okay Dan Dan Kokoro Hikareteku.
6: I have to try, so expect a few minor changes and a lot of major ones. It'll be more entertaining this time around, I assure you.
7: It depends on who's using it. Had Black taken it on, he could have continued fighting and easily over power everyone that opposed him. For someone like Frieza, it would be used to ensure his position over others. To me personally, I don't think it would be all that great, at least in our world.

Answer: For the last time, no on any moves from Yusuke. You will have to wait and see about Super Kaioken...and it's Rukido.

So romance in the near future I hope it's kinda been gathering dust fir a while and I'm hoping you do a after cell arc with rikudo and his family cause last time just time skipped to buu a breather from the battles even during the 3 year training before the androids feels perfect to write character development but in the end up to you.
Answer: Well blutz waves can make it happen, however it isn't natural as it is with the Tail. Plus they never keep the form, only able to use it if their hit with the same energy of Blutz Waves once more.
Romance also isn't a speciality of mine, I will admit despite being a huge fan of fanfic romances. It also isn't a huge focus in Dragon Ball either. However that doesn't mean I won't try and attempt to do so. Just understand that it won't be my immediate focus.
Guest: What did you think of chapter 62 of the DBS Manga?
Answer:...I'm...the only thing that I liked from it was that bit wasn't a clear Goku Win with that chest shot. Other than that, due to some randomness with the Android and some last second crap pulled. Not to mention how quick it disgraced Vegeta and ruined his moment. Moro randomly gaining a new form that just puts all their work to nothing is just beyond annoying to me. So...not a favorite.
Guest: When we get to the 3 year timeskip for this new timeline will it be like in Deagon Ball Z Kakarot where we see an actual fight between Future Trunks and Mecha Frieza with Mecha Frieza being powered up by the dark empire?

Guest: This was an intense battle it was clear the Cooler was using instant transmission during the battle because it's confirmed in the return of Cooler movie he knows the technique and he may have been using when he fought Goku in the movie that came before Cooler's revenge.
Answer: Um...actually he was just moving faster than their eyes could see. It's common if the fighter happens to be stronger that they can move faster than their opponent can see. If I had to guess, the Big Gete Star absorbed someone with knowledge of Instant Transmission and gave it to Meta Cooler.
12Memnon45: Rukido finally achieved Super Saiyan, now it's going to get even better. Keep it up. I have a few questions.
1. We all know how Goku and Goban fully mastered Super Saiyan and how Gohan achieved Super Saiyan 2. Will Rukido go through the same training or will you have something different lined up?
2. I take it after the next chapter, we will see more bonding with Rukido and Tights right?
3. Also during the Android Saga will there be any other future half Saiyans coming to the past with Trunks or will it still be relatively the same?

Super Saiyan Rukido, The End of Cooler!
(Earth, Forest)
Cooler shook from the Super Saiyan's glare, unprepared for another legend to surface on the same day! The legend had only spoken of one Super Saiyan, lost to time, but remembered among Saiyan culture. Even so, for another to appear around the same time of another struck a certain kind of fear into him.
This Legend was more of a transformation if anything, far more fierce than anything a Great Ape could muster yet so similar. How many Saiyans were left? How long before they achieved the same form? What if they could evolve further, like him?
That last one truly struck him.
'I can't risk anything, I'll need to assure this Super Saiyan's cooperation.' Cooler thought stubbornly as he descended to the ground. Many lives he ruined, were quick to join them so long as they were threatened enough or a deal was set. Here should be no different. 'Everyone must desire something in this Galaxy. If not, then I'll destroy him, no holding back!"
Rukido's glare pierced straight through him, feeling something dreadful crawling on his back. Steeling himself, he crossed his arms, ignoring the presence of those around him. Only the Saiyan before him mattered.
"I must admit, I never expected another Super Saiyan to appear. It seems that there was more to your Legendary Super Saiyan than what was recorded. Quite a spectacle, is it not?" Cooler asked, not receiving a response. "In fact, this works in both our favors. You see, my father has yet to show his true power to me and I desire his throne. To be the rightful ruler of this sad Universe. Should you join me, I shall offer you the right to rule as my right hand man. Think about it. Good food from many worlds, plentiful wenches to claim for your own, fight as much as you please. The list goes on. All you need to do is stand down."
He felt like he knew Saiyans well enough. They ate and they fought, it was as simple as their minds. Despite the fact that he destroyed this Saiyan's world, it shouldn't have mattered too much to him. All he needed was to keep his attention away from his vengeful thoughts and to his future. A few galaxies should work, not like he'd really need them with his title coming soon.
"So...what do you say friend?" Cooler asked, hoping to get through to the Saiyan. However as soon as he saw the snapped eyes of Rukido, he instantly regretted his poor choice of words.
Before he could react, Rukido closed in and slammed his elbow into the Emperor's stomach. Cooler's eyes exploded into pain before he was sent flying past the spector's, disappearing into a few knocked down trees. Shocked by the display of power, those who watched had stayed still as Rukido slowly stomped towards the Emperor. Meanwhile, Cooler stood up from the debire of the trees, showing a new wound on his stomach. He growled as he waited for the Saiyan to approach him.
"Another Super Saiyan? How?!" Radotz exclaimed, in both wonder and awe.
"I-I wish I knew." Tarble confessed, unsure himself, but nonetheless impressed. He turned to his brother to see him trembling, but with...a grin. "Brother?"
Vegeta had felt lost when he saw Kakarot as a Super Saiyan, quickly wanting to regain what pride he had left to try and kill Frieza to no avail. Then another Super Saiyan, Rukido appeared, not too long after Kakarot, his power much greater. Despite all that, one thing remained clear.
Super Saiyan was possible for all!
"Soon..." Vegeta mumbled, a new desire growing. His pride would be restored.
"It's unreal, power like this...to think Goku has the same thing." Piccolo said, now having a better understanding of the form. "Tch...I'm gonna need to catch up fast if I'm gonna compete with that."
For now, he would enjoy the beating of one of his race's exterminators.
"That was your final mistake, your first surviving that pitiful planet's destruction. Now to stand before me, to strike me?! The True Ruler of this Universe!" Cooler's tone was filled with rage as he glared down at the Saiyan. It was returned with equal force, Rukido clenching his fist tight enough to draw blood. "You could have had it all, but you blew it over some petty revenge!"
"...All I want is your corpse reduced to ashes." Rukido coldy replied, his power rising.
"If that's how it's gonna be, then I suppose we'll have to do things the fun way!" Cooler declared, confident he could defeat.
All was silent between the both of them before they both vanished into yellow and purple blurs. Massive shockwaves exploded across the land, destroying the forest as it soon traveled up further. Soon enough, both Warriors appeared, clashing instantly as they continued to trade blows to one another. As the Saiyan lunged in for an attack, Cooler vanished in an after image, appearing behind Rukido. Acting quickly, he kicked the Saiyan across his face, sending him crashing into one of the mountains below.
Holding his hand up, he formed a small Supernova before throwing it down, quickly reducing the mountain to atoms. He approved of his work at first...until a flash of light came from the debris, harshly uppercutting the Emperor, cracking his mask badly. Rukido then unleashed a rapid barrage of hits upon Cooler, not allowing him to defend himself as he dared not stop his assault. He kept this up, before slamming both his hands into Cooler's sides before jumping up to smash his hands down on the Emperor's head.
Sent crashing towards the ground, the Emperor quickly forced himself to recover, landing straight on his feet. Forming a ki-disk, he tossed it up at the Super Saiyan, who had dashed down to continue his assault. Just as it was about to make contact, Rukido vanished as the disk soared up in the air. Cursing himself, he felt a presence behind and spun around to attack only to receive a powerful knee in his stomach. He gasped, grabbing his stomach on instinct as he backed away from the Saiyan, who reeled his fist back slightly. Cooler growled as he was about to lunge at Rukido, only to be sent back by a power Kiai, blasting him into the side of a mountain. Raising a hand up, Rukido fired a quick blast into the mountain, blowing it up on impact. The Super Saiyan watched as a bright light emerged from the wreckage, showing Cooler with a ki-blade formed.
"Saiyan Scum!" Cooler roared as he dashed down at Rukido, bloodlust filling his eyes. He raised his blade up before moving to strike it down Rukido, only for it to be caught with one hand before it broke before him. 'H-how did he do that?!'
Before he had the chance to pull back, Rukido harshly uppercutted him once more. Despite this, Cooler fought through the pain before raising his arm up and swung it down on the Saiyan's head, actually moving it. He smirked from behind his cracked face plate before Rukido looked back up at him with cold glare. Instantly he slammed his fist back into Cooler's stomach, more powerful than before as the Emperor hunched over in pain. He forced his head up, ready to fire a beam from his eyes before he was roundhoused-kicked across his head. The Emperor was sent spinning across the ground until he dug his hand into the ground to stop himself.
Standing up with a growl, he began firing Death Beams at the Saiyan, each within it's own barrage. The Super Saiyan growled as well, taking off to the air as Cooler kept up his attack while charging up a ki-blast up in his hand. Rukido soon dived down at the Emperor, narrowly avoiding the Death Beams as he closed in. Once he was close enough, Cooler fired the charged ki-wave from his free hand, consuming the Saiyan whole as it shot up into the sky.
Not letting up, Cooler continued to push more power into his attack until a hand came out of it and grabbed his face. He was then smashed into the ground by Rukido, hardly phased by the attack. Stepping away from Cooler, he held his hand out, firing a quick ki-wave, blasting Cooler away while burning away some of his bio-armor. Barely standing at this point, Cooler raised his arm up to fire another Death Beam only for Rukido to appear in front of him, kicking his leg into the Emperor's elbow, snapping it in the other direction.
"G-GAAAAAAAHHHH!" Cooler exclaimed in pain, holding his broken arm. Everything from the elbow down was completely shattered into nothing. He glanced at the enraged Saiyan before him before he quickly fired a ki-blast from his free hand. It blinded Rukido for a split second before it faded, showing Cooler no longer before him. Looking up, he was greeted with the sight of the Emperor, glaring down at him. "No...NO!"
Cooler roared out in pure fury, his ki appearing around and flaring violently. The spectators tried to hold their ground, but were soon blown away by the Frost Demon's ki alone. Rukido however stood his ground, not moving an inch from Cooler's power.
"I REFUSE TO FALL TO SOME DAMN APE! NOT AFTER ALL I'VE DONE TO GET THE POWER I RIGHTFULLY DESERVE!" Cooler screamed to the top of his lungs. Raising his good arm up, he formed a Black and Red Supernova, growing in mass as he laughed. Seeing this, Rukido held both his hands out as the Supernova grew to max size. "This is it! Everything I have into this one attack! SUPERNOVA: DEATH BALL!"
Soon enough he threw the massive planet buster down, the heat of the blast quickly setting the trees on fire while the ground started to burn up. Rukido's hands formed two massive ki-blasts before he forced them together and held them out. His aura grew violently as he fired a powerful ki-wave into Cooler's attack. It stopped it almost immediately as the Saiyan let out one final roar, pushing his own power into his attack. Instantly it pushed the Supernova back to Cooler, the Frost Demon unable to move. Instantly he was caught in his own blast, pushed up into the sky as he screamed in both agony and pain.
He tried to push himself free, but found himself only able to turn his head. His fear grew once he saw the fun behind him as he tried only harder to escape, but to no avail. Within seconds, he was within the sun, screaming in pain as he was melted alive between his own attack and the sun itself. Soon enough, he was caught up in an explosion, seen from the Earth below.
Seeing this himself, Rukido lowered his hands, letting out a few huffs. Then he fell back on the ground, riveting back to his base form, unconscious. However a small smile etched on his face as he laid in the crater.
Nero was finally avenged
(Space, Planet Namek Remnants) (Hours Later)
King Cold stood before the display of what was left of his son. He came to Namek, worried if his sons' would act out against him and try to use the wishes for himself. However, the planet was gone and all that remained was the hand of his son, Frieza. No Dragon Balls, no Namek, his eldest was missing and his youngest was dead.
"...Message Repeat. Lord Cold, I fear that we may be in more trouble than I had originally thought. Several Saiyans and some Humans are here on Planet Namek. While I do not think they are a threat, I fear that they will do something that will upset your sons. I know not of where the Humans came from, they mentioned a planet known as Earth, but it seems as though our records were wiped of the Planet's existence. Forgive me, my Lord. Message End..."
That had come from his former soldier, Bonyu before it was reported of her scouter being destroyed. Now all he left was the name of a Planet that was erased and that Saiyans of all things may be responsible for the Death of his Son...it enraged him.
"...I want every soldier to find out as much as they can about this Earth. I refuse to let this go unnoticed in my name." The King declared, his tone filled with ice as he spoke to his men. They had immediately scrambled as a result, not wanting to fail their lord. Cold himself clenched his fist, prepared to take down any threat there was to HIS Universe. No one would be spared from his wrath, all those remaining and broken would only serve as foot stools. 'I will kill each and every last one of them.'

Next Time on A Change in Time!
Hey, it's Rukido here. I finally did it, Nero was avenged and Cooler remains as ashes. However, I know that this is only the beginning of Earth's troubles, maybe even the Universe. However, I'm more than confident that I can handle it, especially with everyone backing me. We'll be ready for whatever comes to Earth!

Author's Note: Finished this sooner than I expected, but here it is nonetheless. Now I have to say this first. I'm gonna be taking a small break from Dragon Ball for a little while to focus on more stories. I may still work on it from time to time, but I should really be working my other stories as well. I also have a Job to think about so it may either make me write harder or slower, it's weird like that.
Anyway. Yes, Frieza is dead by the hands of Son Goku. Surprised? Not as much as I was to see Frieza come back with the cheapest cyborg upgrade I have ever seen. Besides, Goku deserves that one. Other than using Bonyu's message as an excuse for Cold to find Earth this time, those records were erased by Bardock. Felt like that was obvious.
