Cell Vs. 16! Evolutionary Evil!
(Chapter Start)
(Archipelago Islands)
Piccolo growled at the sight of Cell, feeling the massive increase in power the Terror had attained. He had thought about how this came to be before a terrifying realization came to him. "Y-you didn't! All those people! You absorbed them, didn't you!"
"Aren't you quick!" Cell laughed out loud, enraging the Namekian. Piccolo took a step forward only to fall on his knee. "HA! Don't bother trying, I can practically feel how weak you are now!"
'D-damn it, he's right. That fight took far more out of me than I expected. Even if I had my full power...I don't think it would be enough.'
Cell was far much more powerful now, stronger than he was by a lightyears. Yet he could get even stronger if he absorbed 17 and 18. The Terror would reach a level where even a Super Saiyan wouldn't mean anything to him and if that happened...then they were all doomed.
"I have to keep going." Piccolo declared while forcing himself up. He settled himself into a stance as he prepared himself to face Cell with all the power he had left. However, Chu took that moment to land in front of him. "Out...of my way."
"No, I don't think so." Chu said with a sick gleam in her eyes before she rushed at him and struck him across his face. He slid back next to 16, barely stopping himself short as blood spilled from his mouth. "In the name of Dr. Gero, Son Goku and his allies must be destroyed. Android 17 and 18 have failed their objective and now must complete their true purpose of being absorbed by Dr. Gero's greatest creation, Cell."
"Gero? Gero's dead you moron!" 17 called out only for laughter to be heard.
"Do you honestly think that he would have believed you two would have obeyed him? He is the world's greatest Scientist after all." Chu mocked as she stepped forward. She ignored the shocked look on 17's face and turned to 16. "Android 16, you are hereby ordered to assist me in completing Gero's Ambition of bringing the Earth and it's inhabitants to it's knees. Starting off with killing Piccolo."
"...I refuse." 16 said simply.
"What!"
"My only program is to kill Son Goku and that is to be removed soon enough. I have no desire for Violence only for life to live on unthreatened...Dr. Gero is a threat to that." 16 declare while narrowing his eyes. "I will not allow you to harm 17 and 18."
"16..." 18 said softly, struggling to get herself back up.
"Tch. You're nothing more than a useless, outdated bucket of bolts." Chu declared as she rushed at them. "I'll break you down here and now!"
The Giant Android merley glared as Chu closed in and threw a punch at his chest. He didn't even flinch, looking down at Cell's Helper while startling her for only a moment. It didn't last sadly, Chu quickly grew angry as she soon began punching his chest in an attempt to cause damage to no avail. Cell saw this and quickly grew tired before his eyes wandered over to the downed forms of 17 and 18.
'I'll just snatch them up while they're distracted.' The Bio Android thought before vanishing from his spot. He was about to go for 18 first before 16 suddenly appeared in front of him. "What the-GAK?!"
16 had punched the Bio Android across his face and sent him flying back to the ground, skipping into the water. Chu looked up in shock, never even seeing the Giant Android move from his spot. Growling, she prepared to fire an attack only to be kicked in the side of her head by Piccolo. She had barely caught herself before catching Piccolo's arm and threw a kick into his side. He grunted out in pain as he was then uppercutted and forced back from the Android.
"If you wish to be destroyed then so be it!" Chu declared as she rushed at the Weakened Namekian.
Meanwhile Cell rose from the ocean, glaring the silent Android across from him. Cupping his hands to his sides, he began to charge up a Kamehameha in hopes to finish this quickly. Seeing this, 16 raised up his arm and launched it at the Bio-Android. Cell had no time to dodge as he was struck across his head and sent flying over the sea. 16 soon appeared before him, arm reattached and shoulder tackled him onto a nearby island.
"DAMN YOU!" Cell cried out as he was grabbed by the tail and lifted up in the air. He was then slammed down repeatedly by the Android harshly. Soon enough he found himself tossed up in the air where he had finally recovered and glanced down at 16 with a harsh glare.
Raising his hand up, he formed a ki-disk before tossing it down at the Android. It however missed as 16 vanished into thin air and appeared behind Cell. He moved to strike down onto the Bio-Android's head only for Cell's Tail to stab him in his neck! A smirk grew in Cell's face, more than ready to absorb the power from 16 in order to make his job easier. However...there was nothing, nothing at all!
"Wait...what the hell!" Cell exclaimed before being grabbed by his tail and tossed into the ground. He stood up slowly only for 16 to slam both his arms down on his head, forcing him back to the ground. "Why couldn't I take your life energy!?"
"I am Android 16. I am merely metal." The Android said with a smile dawning on his face.
He received a growl because of it.
"EVIL EXPLOSION!" Piccolo roared while firing his attack. He was then struck across his head and forced back once more. "Damn it!"
"Do me a favor and give up." Chu said simply as she floated towards him. The battle was going well in her favor. It helped that he was still tired out and wasn't getting the chance to recover. "Dr. Gero wants you all dead."
"Tell me something I don't know, scrap heap." Piccolo snarked before he was struck again and sent on his back. He grunted as he felt her step on his chest, pressing down on it hard. 'This is bad, I need to deal with her quickly.'
"I've grown tired of this, please die." Chu said as she pointed a finger down at him. He glanced up at her for a split second and fired lightning from his antennas. "GAAAAAAAAHHHH?!"
Raising his hands up, he fired a ki-wave and blasted her off him. Jumping back on his feet, Piccolo went on guard to see Chu getting up on her feet. She was enraged so far and had shown it by holding out her hands and firing ki-blast at the Namekian. Jumping back and dashing into the air, he could only curse as the blast soon followed after him.
Chu watched from below as the blast followed after the Namekian, her hand under her chin as she pointed a glowing finger up at him. Piccolo could only scowl as he narrowly avoided the ki-blasts before a beam suddenly went by his antennas. He caught Chu down below, waving at him while firing beams up at him. He found himself annoyed by this before an idea came to him quickly. Taking a swan dive below, Piccolo flew with all his might as the ki-blast followed after him with haste. He turned up and started dashing towards the Android, who was charging up another beam as he stopped in front of her. His eyes closed, Piccolo raised his hands over his head and yelled.
"SOLAR FLARE!" A Blinding Light appeared, making Chu scream as she shielded her eyes. Piccolo took this chance to jump over her and aim his hand behind him. "MYSTIC FLASH!"
Blasted from behind, Chu found herself propelled forward and into her own ki-blast, striking her on impact. Piccolo was forced back by the shockwave, unable to see what had become of the Android. His eyes narrowed as he tried to make out through the smoke only to suddenly be blasted in his stomach. He cried out in pain as he felt back, a fresh hole now in his stomach. He slowly raised his head to see Chu come out of the smoke, her clothes merely burned, but annoyance crossed across her face.
Piccolo coughed up some blood yet still tried to get off his back. However a foot pressed down on his wound, making him scream out in pain even further. Chu growled as she raised her foot up and stomped down deeping into his wound, taking pleasure in his pain. Gritting his teeth shut, he glared up at her while trying to power up.
A quick shift of her leg in his rib cage got him going again.
"Come on, scream louder for me! Gero would like to enjoy this recording!" She really was recording for her creator. He wanted his revenge to be remembered to the world.
"I...I..." Piccolo could barely breathe at this point. He could feel his power fading quickly, not even allowing him to bring up his ki.
"Tch. Forget about it. You can just die." She placed her foot upon his neck, pressing down hard as he gasped. Wanting nothing more than to break through his neck, she pressed down even harder. She prepared to go in for the kill before she was suddenly kicked across her head and sent flying back. "Who the hell-YOU!"
"Heya, Bitchy. Miss us?" 17 asked as he stood before her while 18 was nearing Piccolo. "I had a feeling I wasn't gonna like, but now that I know for a fact Gero's alive and you're working him...well I'm just really damn pissed."
"You should just give up now and allow Gero's Dream to begin much easier! Gero becoming the ruler of this world is the only thing that should have mattered to you!" Chu growled out.
"See that's where the problem is. This world is gonna be right under my foot. One way or another." 17 declared while irritating the girl. Meanwhile 18 was kneeling down next to Piccolo, unsure as to what to do.
"G-go...leave now." Piccolo mumbled out, yet still allowed her to hear him. "Cell...he's absorbing the people of Earth, using them to get the power to take...to take you two. To absorb the both of you achieve his so-called "Perfect Form. Y-you can't let him."
18 was about to respond before her brother spoke up. "Yo 18! Give me a hand with Chu here and then we can go on and destroy the annoying Bug-Guy!"
"D-don't...run...please..." He was pleading at this point and 18 was more than willing to take his advice. However, she felt compelled to stay in order to make sure 17 didn't do anything foolish.
"Any day now!" 17 yelled, more ready to take on Chu. 18 could only shake her head, ignoring the Namekian's pleads and joining her brother. "Yeesh, any longer and I would have gone insane!"
Chu cursed under her breath. Her situation was not a good one at that moment. Cell was still occupied with 16 and while the Namekian may have been down, dealing with both 17 and 18 would be suicidal. Even if she did activate her core, she was at more risk getting immobilized because of it.
However she wasn't chosen to watch over the teens for no reason.
'17 is as gullible and prideful as ever which means...' Chu thought an idea came quickly. "How about another game?"
"Oh? Got something to barring your life with?" 17 asked with interest.
"17, no!" 18 growled.
"Relax, will ya? If it ain't good-
"Enough of the games!" 18 let out a snap making her brother take a step back. "Let's just waste her and help 16 already!"
"16? Oh he's already finished by now." Chu caught their attention quickly. "Cell is the strongest being ever created by Dr. Gero. Perhaps the Superior Android out of us all."
"...What?"
"Is it that hard to understand? He was created with the Cells of multiple fighters, including Son Goku. Unlike you, his power can grow and reach limitless heights that your small mind wouldn't be able to comprehend." Chu mocked, taking glee in the Android's angered expression. "Oh, I'm sorry. You actually thought you were his strongest toy? Think again, pretty boy. You're just another weapon for his conquest."
"I'm...far stronger than that bug freak." His anger reached his eyes quickly as he glanced at Chu.
"Then prove it." Gero's Loyal Assistant demanded, crossing her arms under her breast. "Prove that you are the strongest being on this planet! Cell will show you otherwise."
"...You aren't actually gonna listen to her, are you?" 18 asked, seeing her brother's face. He seemed to think hard on it and by that, wanting to prove himself. "We-"
"Shut. Up." 17 said coldly, making her hold her tongue. "Deal with Bitchy here. Cell is all mine!"
"Wait, Lap-" 17 took off from the ground, dashing off towards where he saw Cell get sent flying from. She got ready to give chase before Chu suddenly blasted her back. "Damn it..."
"Sorry little girl, but it's time for Cell to evolve." Chu couldn't stop the giggle that came out, but it was extremely amused and uncaring.
Meanwhile Cell could be seen dashing at 16 with hatred in his eyes. He was battered up, but nothing serious. Yet 16 was able to fend him off easily enough with barely any damage down upon him. The Bio-Android was only alive thanks to his regeneration and enhanced durability. If he didn't have that then he would have been wiped out a long time ago.
Cell cried out a furious roar as he tried to strike 16 only for his arm to get caught and for him to smash his fist down on his head. The Bio-Android cried out in pain before he was picked up and held up in the air before he found himself and 16 dicing towards the ground. The Giant-Android grunted as he slammed Cell deep into ground, entering a deep cavern where he laid. Not letting up for a moment, 16 crossed his arms and unhooked his hands, leaving them under him while he aimed down. A bright light shined from the inside of his arms before he called out his attack.
"HELL'S FLASH!" A powerful ki-wave fired into the ground, exploding fire within the Cavern and consuming Cell whole as he screamed in pain. The power of the attack even pierced out from the ground and shot out from different areas to the sea and island. Once he was done, 16 reattached his hands and looked down at the smoking hole. "…Where is he?"
Cell was gone. Not killed or vaporized, but just gone.
"…Nothing. 17 and 18 must be relocated." The Giant Android decided before a voice perked in.
"Heya." Turning around the others a glare, 16 was shocked and angry to see 17 walking over to him. "Mind telling me where Cell is so I can waste him already? Honestly you're taking too long."
"You just leave the area as soon as possible! Cell is still active and searching for you." 16 informed only to see 17 shake his head.
"Nah. I think I'll just wait it out…in fact." 17 raised his hand and aimed it at the ground. Before 16 could stop him, he fired and created a dust storm around them. "Damn it, I thought I had used more power in that. Now I can't see anything."
"Get up in the air! NOW!" 16 was warning him to no avail.
"Forget about it! I'm the strongest Android on this planet and I'll prove that by breaking another one if Gero's stupid machines!" 17 declared, unaware of the presence stalking towards him. "Now get out of here you overgrown Bug!"
"If you say so~"
"What the-AAAHHHHH!"
"17!" 16 called out, rushing over to the scream. However as I fought past the dust, a bright green light appeared as power erupted around it. It was more than enough to force 16 back, even as he guarded himself from the ever growing power. As the light faded and the smoke cleared, the Giant Android could only look on in shock. "No..."
Before him was Cell. His wings had disappeared while he had become more humanoid and muscular compared to his previous form. His horns now pointed upward and formed a crown shape, and his face, though gaining a large-lipped mouth and lacked a nose, had taken the general shape of a human face. His pupils became round with pale blue irises and white sclera. Cell's feet had lost their toes and instead resemble shoes, though his tail remains much the same as it was in his Imperfect form.
He was half way to perfection!
"Ah finally!" Cell's Voice was no longer scratchy, but was now rather deep for the most part, having a boastious sound to it. "Hmmm...Semi-Perfection at last! It's just as powerful as I always imagined! But...who do I test this on..."
16 barely made a move before Cell was right in front of him with a hand in front of face. It glowed red as Cell smirked with his newly formed lips. "You'll do~"
18 and Chu were standing across from one another, trying to figure out a way to over power each other before a bright explosion could be seen from behind them. The shockwave alone shook the island they stood on as the Blonde-Bombshell could only look on in horror. A figure could be seen flying out of the blast and came crashing down towards them, landing in a rather deep crater.
It was 16, battered up badly to a point where his combat vest and bands had been burned off while pieces of skin were gone, showing his machinery. His left arm was completely gone, sparking badly while his knee caps were missing. The side of his head was also set aflame while his right eye was missing.
Needless to say, it was a miracle he was even alive.
"16!" 18 dashed past the smug Chu and next to the Giant Android. "Are you alright! What happened to 17?!"
"I'm sorry...I failed..." 16 said solemnly. Before she could ask what he meant a booming voice echoed.
"Android 18! I've come for you!" Looking up to the sky slowly, she froze at the sight of Cell. The Semi-Perfect being was slowly landing down across from them, his power exploding around him. "This power that I achieved through 17 is quite spectacular, yet remains incomplete."
"17...what did..." She was mumbling as dread filled her entire being.
"He is now part of me as you will be too soon enough." Cell answered, scaring the blonde greatly. She didn't need any more answers to figure out his plan for her. Her fear outweighed her anger as she collapsed to her knees, unconscious grabbing 16's remaining arm as Cell walked towards her. "Now don't be difficult. This was your only purpose after all."
'No...' She still couldn't move, unable to process everything properly. However, to her surprise, Piccolo limped in between them with a growl.
"You're still up? Good. Maybe I can have an extra snack." Cell said, licking his lips with a hungry expression. The Namekian said nothing as he placed two fingers on his head, making the Bio-Android laugh. "Your Special Beam Cannon? Do you think you can kill me with such a pathetic technique? Much less get me to stay still long enough to allow you to hit me?"
"No, but it was a good guess." Piccolo said with a smirk. He then suddenly grabbed 18's shoulder, vanishing along with both her and 16. Cell's eyes poped out of his head while Chu cursed herself for not acting sooner.
"I...what...I HAVE SO MANY QUESTIONS!" Cell echoed throughout all of the Beach.
18 needed to be found now!

Hey! It's me, Goku! Vegeta and Trunks' time is almost up and it'll be me and Gohan's turn by then! Though I wish we could help out more, I-Huh? C-Cell's destroying islands! All those people..damn it! I hope they get out soon, otherwise Cell won't be stopped! Hurry up guys! We need you now!

17 during this Saga is actually easily heated compared to how he acts in Super. This version is proud of his power yet would feel the need to prove himself as superior to others. Especially other Androids made by Gero.
That should be all that needs to be explained...yeah that's it.

17. In the Future Trunk's timeline, 17 and 18 were ruthless and cold hearted monsters and in the present timeline 17 and 18 were not the same as they're future counterparts but kinda neutral. Can you tell me why there's a difference between them?
18. If Krillin had deactived 18 to save her from being absorbed by Cell couldn't they activated her again if they succeed in stopping Cell?

1: I certainly enjoyed it. Unlike the anime where Trunks just has it, Kakarot gave him a believable trigger for him to transform into Super Saiyan 2. Not to mention they did Future Gohan some justice by not just making him die like in the OVA. Overall, 10 out 10.
2: He's more likely to join them and use the other Goku Black to increase their power even further beyond.
3: I think he's awesome. He's Time-Space Jutsu is amazing, even better than Instant Transmission in a lot of ways, his use of the Nine-Tails Chakra and overall isn't a shitty character in the slightest.
4: Firstly, the Rasengan. Typical choice, but given it's natural power and it's ability to fuse with different Chakra Natures, it's a good choice. Kamui: Phasing through things is also an OP. Susano: Because that kind of power is too much for anyone that isn't the user or a main character.
5: Obito is actually my favorite Uchiha outside of Itachi. He had suffered greatly, had his mind broken and was easily manipulated afterwards into Madara's plan. I'd say he deserves being with Rin despite all he's done...though that may be the show's thing with why you should feel sympathy for these "evil" characters.
6: Rin actually jumped in front of Kakashi's attack on purpose...damn I hope I didn't spoil anything!
7: Cabba is just Tarbel so nothing there. Caulifa is crazy battle hungry, but it's not annoying thankfully. Kale is just...perfect, shy while packing more power than what most would think. Plus her and Caulifla's is adorable.
8: Naruto X Sakura. Maybe if they didn't just shove in some random BS flashback in the movie and actually brought it up early in the show then maybe I wouldn't think about how much of a Stalker Hinata is...don't worry, I still think she's a good character with a Nice personality. However Naruto and Sakura just make sense to me in a lot of ways.
9: They make it work, plus they made Sarada as a character so that's automatically a win for me.
10: Rushed and not properly developed outside of Shikamaru and Temari's Relationship.
11: As crazy as it would sound, Cumber. He was able to take on Vegito Blue Kaioken quite easily(No matter how BS that is), plus his Evil Aura could technically control Broly.
12: The End of the Multiverse. Also DBZ Broly due to his focus on Goku rather than Cumber's natural bloodlust that both do have.
13: Same, but we get...Ultra...Ego...*Hard Facepalm*
14: Goku would probably die to be honest. Broly at least had the power to fight back on Vampa when he was born. As for Broly, I don't think his forms would make him go crazy due to being raised in a much more natural and calm environment...also minus Paragus is a plus.
15: A complete improvement from what she had in GT.
16: I never wanted to break someone so damn bad. Frieza had his damn moment, but for some F-ing reason they brought him back! Anyone, anyone else would have been better, even Cell! Cell would have been more interesting to see and a better choice altogether! Also Pikkon!
17: Simple. Gero in the Future Timeline was able to prepare all he wanted to do, including taking away what he believed was preventing them from obeying him from the beginning. In the present Timeline, he was rushed and focusing more on increasing their power at the time rather than taking away what made them Human. Which also explains why they're stronger, thanks to Goku being still active at the time.
18: Well I won't lie when I say that it took some digging on the specifics of the remote, but I have an answer. Within Dragon Ball Z: Super Sonic Warriors, one of the What If's go over this and the remote's deactivation had killed 18 and made it unable to bring her back until Krillin used the Dragon Balls. So that would have left her dead in the end if he did use the remote.
