Cell's Rampage! Emergence from the Time Chamber!
(Chapter Start)
(Archipelago)
"Where are they!" Cell exclaimed, rage fuling his very being. He turned to Chu and instantly grabbed her by the neck, eyes glowing red with hatred. "TRACK THEM NOW!"
Chu had looked at him with passive eyes before speaking. "I can't track down Androids, otherwise you would have the ability to as well."
Seeing him growl and feeling the grip round her neck grow tighter she continued. "However, tracking down the Slug will be easy enough. His power was far too low and his focus was off, wanting nothing more to get away from you. He also wouldn't head where his allies are nor in a too heavily populated area. Yet at the end, somewhere close by."
"Archipelago itself." Cell muttered, a grin coming across his face.
"Don't get too happy. We'll still have to find them out in a crowd of people." Cell merley frowned at that. It just meant that he couldn't go destroying the place at the risk of killing 18. "Not to mention their little friends could come at any moment."
"Like any of them are able to stand a chance against me now." Cell declared, allowing his power to explode around him. He released Chu and held out his hand before blowing up a row of Islands around him. "With power like this, I will never be humiliated again."
"Of course, you're the strongest being in all of existence." Chu said with a smirk as she watched his power. She then looked down at her chest, her smirk growing larger. 'Soon my purpose will be complete.'
(Archipelago, Islands)
The towns of the East Islands were small and vast, but they were still filled with life. The residents however have been evacuating on boats, having heard the mighty explosions coming from not even that far from them. The Kings Army were currently on route towards it to investigate all the while helping with the evacuation.
During all the chaos, no one noticed as Piccolo, 16 and 18 appeared in a group of them as they were leaving. Piccolo huffed as he fell to his knees while 16 was barely able to stand up. 18 was the only one who was remotely fine, but she was still in shock as to what. With what little strength had remained, Piccolo, managed to get the Android into an ally way to avoid the populace.
"T-this is as far as I could go? Damn." His mind was all over the place and he barely had time to pick a place. "Cell...he'll come here if I show even the slightest hint of power."
He was quick to suppress it, a new problem forging. His power would still return, but at a much smaller rate. It would take a moment, but he needed to focus on where to go next with Instant Transmission. He only needed just a moment without Chaos.
Sadly that was all that was around him.
"We cannot stay here." The Damaged Giant noted the fleeing civilians.
"...You and your friend can leave. They can't sense your power, much less find it." Piccolo offered. He could at least make sure to buy some time.
"I'm sorry, but that is not an option for me." 16 declared, looking down at himself. "The damage done upon myself is too severe. My flight capabilities are no more."
"Then the other one will have to fly on her own-
"NO!" 18 suddenly screamed, catching him off guard. She was glaring at him with small tears in her eyes. "I won't leave 16! I won't damnit!"
"Are you gonna risk getting everyone killed because of your arrogance!" Piccolo snapped at her. She was shaking once more, making him curse himself and Kami. He blamed the old Namekian for making him feel this way.
"I can't lose him...not like 17...I can't be alone again." Damn it, she was really breaking down. "I won't..."
"...I cannot allow her to be by herself." 16 said, glancing over at Piccolo. The Namekian only grumbled with annoyance as he forced himself to stand. There was nothing he could really do in this situation.
"...Fine." Piccolo muttered out while walking away from the panicking people. "I need somewhere to have a clear conscience. Once I can sense it further, I can transport us to the others."
"And after that?" 18 asked.
"...Pray that we can come up with a plan." Piccolo said darkly while walking away, the Androids following right behind him. He raised his fingers to his forward and began focusing only for a massive headache to come before him. 'W-what! I-Damn you Cell!'
Cell's power was huge. Huge enough to cloak over the world and allow it to mess with his senses. He couldn't even try to find the other's ki signature with how much energy was coming off the Bio-Android. This...this was too much.
"I can't...I can't get us anywhere with Cell's exploding like this!" Piccolo growled out, forcing himself to calm down quickly. 16 looked around the area, his eyes scanning the sky.
"My calculations cannot comprehend Cell's current power." 16 stated. He could practically feel the Egotism from here. "We will need a new plan."
"...We'll take the ships." Piccolo said, seeing the docks. They were extremely packed, but were moving effectively well. However... "Hold still."
Raising a hand up, he placed it upon 16's chest as the Android glowed momentarily. Soon enough his damage was non-existent, having been replaced completely. The Android noticed that he couldn't generate power through his new arm, only able to move it and created a fist.
"This is not my normal equipment." 16 pointed out.
"Be lucky I am able to do that much. I'm a warrior, not a mechanic." Piccolo said.
"That much is true." 16 confirmed.
"We should leave while we still can." Piccolo said while turning away. 16 looked toward 18 to see she had merely followed behind, holding her shoulders and shaking.
It had been a long hour for 18. Facing Piccolo, learning Gero was still alive, dealing with Cell, losing her brother...16 would have to watch out for her. If only because she was his only remaining friend now. 'I will not allow Cell to get to you.'
However nothing was ever easy it seems.
"18!" The Blonde Android jumped at the booming voice before looking up in horror.
Cell was floating up in the air, Chu by his side as they scanned over the sight of the island.
"Android 18! Reveal yourself so that you can finally complete your purpose! It's all you were ever meant to be!" Cell exclaimed for all to hear. The people down below were panicking once more at the sight of Cell while the King's Army were aiming whatever they had at him.
Soon enough a weaponized Helicopter flew across from them, several others surrounding the two Androids. "ATTENTION! YOU ARE TO STAND DOWN AND SURRENDER DUE TO YOUR SUSPICIOUS NATURE! NO HARM WILL COME TO YOU SO LONG AS YOU COMPL-
Cell merely raised a finger and fired a beam, blowing up the Police-Copter along with the air forces surrounding them. He turned to look down at the forces below as cannons were soon fired at them, blowing up before they could even touch him. He grinned manically as he dashed down at one of the battleships, going straight through and blowing up the inside.
The Army was soon targeting upon the sight only for a barrage of Death Beams to come flying out and excellently piercing their Cannons. Cell soon came flying out and landed upon one of the Ships, grinning at the sight of the panicking Soldiers. In mere seconds he reduced them to literally pieces with his bare hands as he appeared before the captain of the vesal. While frightened out of his mind, the Captain chose to take the shot as it bounced off the Bio-Android.
"Oh you poor Humans. Bold yet..." Cell soon swiped off the Man's head, not caring about the blood spilling off him. "Fragile."
He blinked as fire soon came across his vision, not affecting him in the slightest. Realizing that the remaining ships were still firing upon him with spare cannons of all things had irked him only slightly. Raising a hand up he formed a red and black ki-blast before launching it in the middle of the ships'. WIthout even making contact it exploded, taking both Battleships and Evacuation Ships.
"I am not a being of patience 18. If you value the lives of these worthless Humans then you will reveal yourself." Cell announced as he turned the island. "Otherwise I will kill them all. One. By. One!"
Piccolo growled at this, his power still far from replenished. However, seeing the destruction before him. "I can't allow him to go on."
"You are not powerful enough to face him. No one on Earth is." 16 commented.
"Even so, if I can give enough time for both of you to escape then that will be enough for me." The Namekian managed to get out, trying to think of some kind of plan. "Head under the sea if you have too, just leave now."
"The chances of you beating them, even at your full power, are low."
"I know."
"...You are a good warrior." 16 said, getting nothing from the Namekian. Turning to 18, he spoke. "It is time for us to leave."
She could only nod slowly before looking towards Piccolo. "...Thank you."
Not even a head motion.
"It's time to go." 16 said, placing a hand on her shoulder. She nodded as they turned around and began making their way to the otherside of the island. Piccolo in the meantime waited till they were long out of sight before breathing in.
Then he allowed his power to flow.
"Hmm? Piccolo?" Cell turned, having sensed the Namekian and grinned at the sight of him. "Ah, good. I was starting to get bored."
Piccolo placed two fingers on his head and growled while his power appeared around him. Cell himself grinned at the sight and crossed his arm, only giving a single finger motion. Growling as the power flowed through him, the Namekian only increased the pressure he could bring out. Soon enough his fingers started glowing red along with his eyes as he let out a roar, his power shaking the ground around him and breaking it apart.
Then he vanished.
Cell looked confused for only a split moment only to notice a bright light appeared next to. He barely had time to move before Piccolo yelled. "SPECIAL BEAM CANNON!"
A bright red light followed by yellow lightning pierced through his chest, blowing out the other side. Piccolo huffed as he felt his body soon grew tense and extremely stiff. He had used the Demon King Fist with the Special Beam Cannon in order to do as much damage as possible. However it came at it's own cost of stressing his body to the extreme due to usage of power. Despite it all however...
"Is that all you got?" Cell asked, a frown crossing his face. His body soon glowed as his chest began to reform back to normal. "Did you honestly expect that to kill me? Even with me allowing my guard down?"
"You? No." Piccolo huffed out as he smirked at him. "Her? No doubt."
The Android went wide as he turned around to see Chu. The left side of her torso was gone, her clothes barely hanging on as much as she was. Which really wasn't saying much. Her face was filled with shock as she looked down at the damage done to her before she suddenly fell into the sea below.
"Clever as always, Piccolo, but you seem to misunderstand what really matters here." Cell stated, not affected at all by the loss of his...tool.
"No, but you're going to have a harder time locating the machine without your little pet." Piccolo said with a slight chuckle. It was stopped short as Cell grabbed his neck and gripped it tightly.
"Then I'll have to make use of what you know." Cell said, his eyes glowing red while raising his hand to the Namekians face. All the while, never noticing a short figure in the distance...nor another deep in the ocean below.
(Kami's Lookout)
"WE CAN'T STAY AROUND AND DO NOTHING!" Gohan yelled aloud, glaring harshly at his father. They had all sensed the battle that was going on aways from them, Piccolo's fading power and Cell's rising one filled fear in them. Gohan wanted to go out and save his mentor, no matter the cost.
Goku wouldn't let him.
"Gohan...I want to save Piccolo as much as you do-
"If you wanted to then we would have already been there, by his side right now!" Gohan exclaimed.
"But we can't take that risk, Gohan! With how powerful Cell is right now, we'll only end up making things worse." Goku explained before turning away from his son and looking off into the distance. "I'm sorry Gohan, but until Vegeta and Trunks leave the Time Chamber...he has to do this himself."
"He shouldn't need to at all!" Gohan snarled out, his power spiking. Seeing how his father was ignoring him, he made his own choice. "FINE! I'll save him yourself if you're too scared!"
Gohan raised his hand up only for it to be caught. He looked up to see his father, not even looking at him before he was punched across his face and sent flying back into a wall. Instantly Ranch and Mr. Popo rushed to his side while the others remained where they were with Goku turning away once more. Gohan looked up at his father with a teary eyed glare.
"What the hell is your problem!" Ranch growled at her Uncle, ignored as well.
"Ranch, Gohan...if any of us dies, that's it." Corvus said, catching their attention. "The Dragon Balls are gone now. If we go out there now, we will die or worse get absorbed and make Cell more than powerful to reach his full potential."
Gohan went a little stiff at that while Ranch seemed to be attempting to repress her glare. It was then when her own father spoke out. "I doubt the Namekian wants you anywhere near the danger anyhow. Not with your power."
That got him a full forced glare while Gohan looked down.
"Know this Gohan, I won't take any risk that will get you or the others killed. I promised that much when Trunks warned us to begin with...if you want to blame anyone it's me." Goku said, turning to his son. Gohan was about to disagree, but was cut short. "Once we're in the Time Chamber, you can take out whatever anger you have for me, but please. Just wait. If not for me, then do so for Piccolo and your Mother."
It worked. Gohan instantly calmed down at the thought of his mother and mentor, their feelings towards a sudden demise towards him fresh in his mind. And what of the others? His friends and family would be affected as well if he went rushing in to get himself killed. He couldn't bear the thought.
"...Okay Dad." Gohan said silently, earning a nod from his father.
"Thank you Gohan." Goku said with a smile. Meanwhile, Raditz had brought his Daughter away to make sure she kept her cool.
"How are you holding up?" He asked, earning a glare from her. "Not well it seems."
"How the hell can any of you just stand around and do nothing! All those people are gone and Piccolo's in trouble!" Ranch yelled, a hint of fury coming in strong. He could practically see the blonde hair begin to grow.
"...So this is the result of Saiyan Blood and Launch's Blonde side. At least I know what to prepare for when you grow up here." Raditz chuckled, not at all phased by her. She glared at him, but didn't say a word. "Keep up that anger for when it's our turn. You'll need it if we're going to reach the next level of Super Saiyan."
"Next level?" There was another level to Super Saiyan.
"Kakarot believes that Super Saiyan is merely the beginning. That we can ascend to a new level that hasn't been seen before." Raditz explained, clutching his hand as a fair yellow glow appeared in it. "Even Super Saiyan itself hasn't reached it's full power."
"It hasn't?" Ranch asked confusedly while looking down at her hands. Super Saiyan was amazing to have alone yet it wasn't at it's full potential? Suddenly Gohan's Broken body came into view of her mind, making her clench her fist once more. "How...how are we going to reach that level?"
"No clue, but the power is there."
"How are you so sure?"
"Because I trust my brother to not lead us astray." Raditz said, confident in Goku. Ranch seemed hesitant at first, but nodded.
She was really eager now.
Then a swarm of energy came out of nowhere and ever so close as well. Turning their attention towards the lookout, everyone was greeted with the figures of both Vegeta and Trunks, the Hybrid's hair fair long, their clothes and armor torn and broken. While Trunks appeared to be passive, Vegeta was smirking up a storm.
"Woah! You guys got crazy powerful in there!" Goku exclaimed.
"So much power..." Polar trailed off, only a bit ticked off.
"Tch." Raditz grumbled, believing he would be more powerful than him.
They weren't even Super Saiyans and their power was amazing.
"Kakarot...I've long since surpassed you. You might as well forget about going in." Vegeta declared, arrogance gracing his being. "I'll have Cell begging for Mercy before I finish him off."
"Just make sure you actually do so." Polar commented, earning a glare from the Prince.
"Oh? And who are you to order me Lizard?" Vegeta asked mockingly.
"Someone who isn't an Egotistical Moron." The Frost Demon didn't miss a beat.
"HA! You're quite brave to stand up to me with my current power. Maybe I'll wipe you out after I deal with Cell." Vegeta said, a bloodthirsty smirk coming across his face.
"You can try." Polar declared with a glare.
"Enough!" Rukido called out, stopping their hate-glares. "Cell already absorbed one of the Androids, he only needs one more and then he's at his full power. Can you beat him?"
"Yes. Father and I have passed the normal Super Saiyan." Trunks confirmed getting a nod from Rukido. During this, Vegeta was deep in thought about Cell.
'Cell...your power is great, but it will be no match for the Mighty Vegeta!' The Saiyan Prince thought. However he felt his hand shake, not out of fear, but excitement for a challenge...one he could assist with. 'If he turns out boring then maybe...'
"HEY GUYS!" Turning around, they were greeted with the sight of Bulma landing on the lookout with her Capsule-Copter. She exited her ride while tossing out another Capsule, revealing itself to be a case filled with new Battle-Suits based off of Vegeta's design. "Guess who made you some awesome armor to wear!"
...Why couldn't he admit how much he loved this woman?
(Archipelago)(Piccolo and Cell)
Piccolo roared out in pain as he was blasted through a building onto the road below. He gasped out in pain before forcing himself to stand and turned around, greeted with the sight of Cell before him. Clenching his fist Piccolo made his body grow, even taller than he was when he first used Gigantification against Goku so long ago. Raising his foot up, he stomped down on Cell with all his might, making the island shake from the force alone.
However despite his new found size, Piccolo found himself flung off and sent flying up in the air. Barley catching himself, he quickly took notice of Cell dashing at him and fired a large bolt of Lightning from his Atteneas. It struck Cell, but hadn't slowed him down in the slightest as he slammed his feet into the Giant Namekian's stomach, making him hunch over in pain. Cell soon floated in front of the Namekian with a ki-blast charging only to get squished in between two large hands.
Piccolo gripped his tight and was trying with all his might to keep Cell at bay. However the bright red light within his palms dashed any hope of that. Soon enough the light erupted, incertating his arms and blasting the Namekian back. Piccolo soon began to shrink back down to his normal size and crash alongside the shore of the island. He gasped out in pain as he began healing himself, but far slower than before.
Cell soon enough joined by his side, staring down at the Namekian with a smile. "Are you done yet?"
He got spit on his foot.
"I see..." Ramming a foot in his ribs, Cell proceeded to dig in deep as Piccolo screamed out in pain. "Do you realize what you are? You're nothing. You and your friends are nothing. I am the most powerful being on this planet!"
However as he was about to attack again, Cell was kicked from behind and forced away from the Namekian. He caught himself and forced himself to stop, his eyes wide at the sight of Vegeta and Trunks across from him, the Prince grinning up a storm while Trunks was checking in on Piccolo.
"Wanna bet on that?" Vegeta asked, transforming into Super Saiyan.
"T-took your time, didn't you?" Piccolo asked, smirking.
"Sorry, but take this." Trunks then fed the Namekian a Senzu Bean, easily helping the wounded warrior. "Leave the rest to Father and I. Cell won't be here much longer."
"Right...and Trunks." Piccolo siently called out. "Watch out for your father."
He got a nod in return.
"Ah! Vegeta! Good to see you! I was interested in an appetizer before I fought Goku himself." Cell mocked. It didn't phase the Prince as he took up a stance. "Oh please, what are you gonna do? You're nothing compared to Goku and never will be-GAH?!"
The Bio-Android froze as pain exploded throughout his body. Looking down slowly, he was greeted with the sight of Vegeta, the Saiyan's fist deeply embedded within his stomach. Vegeta took great joy in the fear upon Cell's face, more than satisfied. It only grew as the Saiyan allowed his true power to flow, making the Bio-Android shake as the feeling of dread came over him.

Hello there! It's me, Trunks. Father and I have recently left the Time Chamber, more powerful than ever before. Goku and Gohan entered right after us, but I believe that Father can defeat him on his own. Wait, isn't that-Father?! What are you doing!

Lelouch of Zero: Fantastic chapter! This was an interesting twist to use 17's obvious arrogance against him, he's similar to Vegeta in this regard. Poor Piccolo always getting 'worf effected', but at least here Goku taught how pop in and out of reality. This was a nice touch.

It was pretty shocking and I thought it actually the end of Goku only to find out it was just a dream, thought I can't help but to think if that dream was actually a warning or if it can actually happened. What do you think of that?

16 What did you think of when Trunk's and Mai went to a another timeline where they're past selves are alive. It's sad that everything Trunk's and Mai had been fighting has been completely wiped out by Zamasu and they're timeline erased from existence. Do you think they were other options other than this outcome?
Answers: Glad you like it.
1: Sad, but now it's safe for whatever Humans remain…until Babidi decides to rear his ugly head with Buu on if he's able to release him in time.
2: Powerful enough to face off against a Super Saiyan God. Those Namekians from Universe 6 are that strong alone, yet never fused with one another. It was a lazy decision in my eyes, but what can one do?
3: Nail, just…just Nail.
4: He gets own more often in the Regular Series! They really don't like Vegeta, he's just around to help make Goku look good and I hate it! And I'm not even a huge Vegeta fan to begin with!
5: Well his own kind nature, plus his control he would have thanks to Piccolo, he would be able to get a good amount of Control over it, Similar to Kale or Z-Broly(Sometimes)
6: It depends. His fear of the Super Saiyan had caused him to do that, at least originally, but while they were getting more powerful, it wasn't like they were reaching Zarbon or Didoria's Level at the time either. Plus if he was a bit more manipulative than he could have easily kept a close eye on the Saiyans while allowing their power to grow.
7: Anytime Abridged Goku suffers. They enjoy the memes way too much.
8: It was crazy. I mean not unexpected given how Zeno is written. Enjoyed it though. As for it being a warning, unlikely for the most part due to Goku living past that point, but there is a chance he was simply brought back or in a separate timeline.
9: Probably the Cursed Seal due to it having much more controlling features, including a Snake Pedo being a part of it. I honestly can't say how much more power the Majin Mark makes the others either, though I would say it's a race and Potential thing in general given the random power increases it has. Though it would be a safer bet than the Cursed Mark.
10: No, but at least she didn't get turned into Pudding or something like that.
11: It's not a matter of worthiness, anyone can wear it. It's just a matter of who gets it first. But if I were to choose anyone...Bulma. She would actually use it for something that isn't fighting.
12: MCU Thanos? So long as he doesn't snap his fingers instantly. Comics? Well...Comic Book Versions of Characters are hundreds of times stronger than their MCU Versions. I'd doubt they'd actually beat Thanos if he Masters the Infinity Stones.
13: Pokemon: Eevee, Luxray, Lucario, Grooky, Mew, Gardevoir, Blazineken, Cyndaquil, Scizor and... Blastoise.
Characters: Marnie, Lillie, Any Hex Maniac, Brock, May, Dawn, Blue, Professor Oak, Ash and Delia.
14: He's just murder everyone on Earth within a Single Blast, Buu included.
15: Extremely Accurate and Heartbreaking.
16: Using the Super Dragon Balls to bring back the TimeLine, Actually using the Mafuba on Zamasu, Successfully killing Goku Black, Wish Immortality to no longer exist. A lot of things really and it made me so mad because of how pointless it was. All they did was move to a new timeline...they really hate Trunks if they were willing to do all that for no good reason.
