A/N: Sorry for this one taking so long, but another chapter for "Rising Alliance" needed some work at the time. I do only work on these one at a time if only so I don't overthink too many things for separate stories. Heck, we're even working on a reboot for "Courier of Fairy Tail." Obviously with a much different name now, but it's being worked on.

With that out of the way, into the story!

Cell's Challenge to the World! The Stage is Set!

(Kami's Lookout)(Much Later)

"...What?" Raditz asked, his body trembling and fist clenched. The group from Archipelago had returned, completely defeated after their battle with Cell. Trunks and Piccolo were now explaining the situation to the others. "He...evolved?"

"Yes, even further than his Perfect Form." Trunks explained, missing how horrified Chronoa was. "Even with me using my full power, I couldn't even fight him. He was just...too powerful."

'...Damn it, no matter how hard I think back, I can't think of any time anomaly that had Cell evolve so rapidly!' The Kai thought while clenching her fist. The worst they ever had to deal with was Cell absorbing the Androids earlier than normal or Cell simply being powered up by dark energy. 'I know that some Androids attacked them earlier. Does that mean Gero is still alive somehow or is it the Time Breakers? Ugh. Things used to be so much easier.'

"Man I thought a Super Saiyan was basically invincible until these past few days." Yamcha said, looking down nervously. He then shook it and slapped his own cheeks. "Easy, Yamcha, breath. We still have Goku."

"Goku may not even be able to handle someone like Cell." Piccolo brought up, catching their attention. "Cell is made up of all of us, including him and is now enhanced with power we haven't seen before. There may not even be a chance for us to win, even together."

"How the hell did he even get to his next level! Weren't you two there!" Raditz exclaimed, eyes snapping in rage.

"..." Trunks remained silent, but his head turned to his father. That was all the Low-Class Saiyan needed as he turned his full attention to the weakened Vegeta. Transforming into Super Saiyan he lunged at the Prince and punched him to the ground. "FATHER!"

"Get the hell off me you low-class scum!" Vegeta snarled out, attempting to turn Super Saiyan, but to no avail. He was still weakened from his battle and was unable to defend himself from Raditz's punches.

"YOU DID THIS YOU STUPID ARROGANT BASTARD!" Raditz held the Prince down as he harshly beat his face. "YOU AND THAT DAMN PRIDE OF YOURS!"

He would have continued, but was soon shoved off by a Super Saiyan Trunks who was glaring at Raditz. "Fighting my father isn't going to fix this! We need to think of another plan to take down Cell!"

"It doesn't change the fact that it's his fault boy!" Raditz yelled out, more than ready to start a fight. However he was held back by Ranch as Rukido stepped in front of him.

"Calm down Dad!" Ranch was angry, that was a fact. She got angry a lot at the others when they didn't want to fight the Androids and she fought them. But her father had murderous intent in his eyes and while she wanted to kill Vegeta as much as he did, they needed him. "Fighting right now isn't going to make anything better!"

"Raditz, you can beat the hell out of Vegeta as much as you want after we've dealt with Cell for good." Rukido said, ready to turn into Super Saiyan.

"You say that like it's gonna be easy!" Raditz snarled out before snapping his attention to Chronoa. "And what about you! Shouldn't you've known that this would happen! Maybe if you actually stepped up and said something, we wouldn't be in this situation!"

"This situation hasn't happened before. Never in another timeline as Cell gained another Evolution like this." Chronoa said, not at all phased by Raditz's outburst. "And I've already said multiple times due to the destruction of the Time Scroll, the timeline has changed and anything that was originally supposed to happen, can change."

"Dad, please don't do anything." Ranch pleaded, earning his gaze. It was harsh at first before it settled down, even just slightly as he relaxed.

"Tch." Reverting back to Super Saiyan, he pulled himself away from his daughter and stepped away. Rukido sighed in relief as he calmed down before turning to Trunks, the Hybrid Saiyan reverting back to normal with a frown on his face.

"Hey don't worry. This isn't even remotely your fault." Rukido said, placing a hand on Trunks' shoulder.

"Isn't it?" Trunks asked, not at all convinced. They were the ones to create the Time Machine and it was because of that Cell was able to arrive here to begin with.

"Unless you have the power to see into the future, then it isn't." Corvus said, coming up to Trunks. "I won't lie and say that us coming here hasn't brought on any trouble, but if we didn't, we would have died facing the Androids."

"Not to mention, the Cell of our timeline might absorb them as well." Ranch said, coming up next to him. "Once we beat Cell here, we'll take care of the Androids in our world along with Cell. Either Uncle Goku is gonna crush him or I will!"

"...Thanks guys." Trunks said with a smile as Ranch forced them all into a hug. She giggled happily while Trunks chuckled nervously. Corvus sighed and accepted his fate with a smile as the others looked on.

Then they felt an overwhelming amount of power so close to them. However it didn't feel like Cell's, but rather...Goku! Not just him either, Gohan's power was large as well! They soon came into view, their clothes torn, but with smiles on their faces. Gohan even looked a bit older as well, given his height gain.

But that wasn't what caught their attention. It was the fact they were Super Saiyan's, but almost as if they had suppressed all their power into their form. They looked as if they were just their normal selves, no negative emotion running through them at all. Yet the power remained.

"G-gohan?" Piccolo muttered in shock seeing his pupil before him. He instantly saw the small boy he had trained so long ago before it was replaced with the warrior before him. "You've grown Gohan...even pass my power."

"I-I don't know about that Mr. Piccolo!" Gohan said while rubbing the back of his head.

"Gohan. As you are right now, you have surpassed me. That is a fact." Piccolo said firmly, making sure his student was looking at him. "Keep your head up kid, you're far from weak at this point."

"I-I...yes Mr. Piccolo." Gohan still didn't sound so sure of himself, but he was at least able to show his master that fire in his eye.

"Good. Now...I'm afraid we have bad news." Piccolo had then went on to inform Father and Son about what transpired while they were in the Time Chamber. Needless to say, they were shocked, with Gohan being extremely worried about Cell while Goku held on to a thoughtful expression. "That's all we know so far. Bulma is going to keep us in contact with television stations that involve Cell."

"Oh man. So he's even stronger than he was meant to be." Goku said, a small sweat appearing on his head. However it quickly went away, giving Gohan a side stare that went united by the boy. 'I don't know if I can beat Cell as I am. Gohan on the other hand...maybe I should talk to someone first.'

"Enough about that!" Vegeta yelled, pushing past the Namekian in favor of standing in front of his rival. "How are you sustaining that form so easily!"

"Heh heh! Me and Gohan trained ourselves to the point where Super Saiyan is like second-nature for us. I guess you could say we mastered it." Goku confessed with a wide grin.

"Drop that smug look! Just because you mastered the first stage doesn't mean anything! There are other levels fool!" Vegeta managed to grow out. It was almost as if he didn't realize the power that Goku and Gohan held.

"What do you mean? We already went past those forms." Goku confirmed, shocking Vegeta and the others. There was another stage of Super Saiyan. "Honestly we're not even going at full power either!"

Vegeta looked ready to kill everyone there...maybe everyone on the planet as well.

"So this Super Saiyan at it's full power then?" Rukido asked, a wide grin coming across his face along with Ranch and Raditz. "...Yeah I think I understand what you did. Not gonna be easy though."

"Is it ever?" Corvus asked with a snort.

"...Damn Saiyans and transformations." Polar mumbled under his face plate. It was heard by Piccolo who could only nod in agreement. "Tch. Fine, I guess I'll have to see how much further I can go."

"I'll be joining you then." Piccolo said. He desired to also bring up his power for whatever Cell had planned.

"So long as you can keep up, I don't mind." Polar said with a shrug.

"Bold of you to assume your next." Vegeta said with a glare. "Once I'm fully recovered, I'm heading in again and I refuse to wait for any of you to finish!"

"Well if you wanna get to the time chamber, then you'll have to get past me." Goku said cheekily before a smirk grew on his face. "Then again, you wouldn't make it too far to begin with."

"Dad." Gohan said with a small groan while Vegeta was ready to snap.

"What the hell did you say, bastard!" Vegeta yelled.

"Well you are a lot weaker than me right now, I'd be surprised you can take me at base!" Goku chuckled while rubbing the back of his head. He only laughed harder at Vegeta's angry face. 'Then again, he always looks angry.'

"Mark my words Kakarot! Once I defeat Cell, you're next!" The Saiyan Prince declared before stomping off.

"Heh heh, guess I got him all riled up." Goku said with a wide grin as he turned to the others. "So who's next?"

"Anyone mind me and Corvus going in?" Rukido asked, aloud. Ranch pouted, but didn't say anything and Raditz was still a little heated about earlier. Everyone else was more or less okay. "Guess we're up. A Mastered Super Saiyan huh? Looks like we know what to aim for."

"Doubt it will be easy though. Then again, it never is." Corvus said, trying to hide his excitement. He really wanted to know more from his father now.

After gathering up the supplies for the Time Chamber, Rukido and Corvus entered it, in hope to reach the same level that Goku and Gohan had gained. It was also at this time, Bulma had made contact with the Dragon Team on the whereabouts of Cell. It was...interesting to say the least.

(Orange City, Blue Star News Station)

Blue Star News was the most well known channel across the world, doing all they can to get news and inform the public on it. Which is why they placed all their resources into learning about the mysterious disappearances over the past few years and most recently, the destruction left behind with no explanation. Now however, they had their answers.

In the form of a Bug-Like man.

"A-and what was your name again?" A Newsman asked, sitting across from-

"Cell. Though you may call me Mr. Superior Cell." Cell said with a "kind" smile. It felt as though the room itself was filled with an unreadable pressure that screamed death itself.

"W-well Mr. Superior Cell, considering you...kindly decided to join us this e-evening." The Newsman trailed off, side-staring at the bloodied bodies of guards they had hired before quickly looking back to the Bio-Android. "You c-claimed to have an announcement to share for o-our watchers?"

"Ah yes, thank you for reminding me." Cell then looked towards the camera with a smirk. "I am the reason for the destruction these past few days. The King's Military? I wiped them out alongside the very people they were trying to save. Very sad, well for them. Not so much me."

"But that is not why I'm here. I'm here to tell you all about my personal fighting tournament! The Cell Games!" The Bio-Android declared proudly ignoring the horrified expressions on their faces. "You see, I was created to be the perfect Warrior. However, I desire to test myself and see if this body of mine is truly worthy of having such a title. Which is why I have declared this challenge to Earth's greatest fighters. To not only have a shot at preparing to face me and unlikely to end me, but to see how far I can go with this power of mine."

"The rules follow the same as that of the normal World Tournament. You win by either knocking your oopent out or knocking them out of the ring, ect, ect. But as an extra addition to the Cell Games, killing in order to win is very much permitted." Cell explained, sitting up from his chair and holding a hand up in the air glowing red. "The Cell Games will be located in the local fields, East of West City and begin in 10 days from now. Be ready for when I do win in the end, the Earth will be destroyed by me and me alone. Thank you for your time and with that, goodnight!"

Blue Star Radio was then consumed by a firefly red explosion.

(Cell Games Arena)(Later)

Cell lowered his hands and looked upon his recently created arena. It was a simple format, much larger than what the World Tournaments had in his opinion. He even went as far as making stands for anyone waiting for their turn. Then again he didn't expect many coming to see the end of their world...unless he had a cult.

He really didn't want that.

"CELL!" Repressing a groan, the Bio-Android turned around to see his creator, along with two versions of 19 landing across from him. "What was that stunt earlier on the news!"

"Did you see me? Be honest, how did I look?" Cell asked, flexing his muscles. "To be honest, I may have overdone it a bit with my exit. Accidentally destroyed the block while ending it, but it should have gotten the point out."

"...How dare you...How dare you waste the power I gave you!" Gero yelled, not hesitating to get right and personal in the Bio-Android's face. "You should be ending Son-Goku and his little band of barbarians this instant."

"Well one way or another they'll die. Either they come and face me, dying in the battle, or they simply don't and I blow up the Earth." Cell said simply.

"In Ten days?!" Gero asked, his rage reaching his breaking point. He put in so much time and effort into Cell, the orb, everything and now his creation was throwing it in his face? No, this rebellious attitude is ending now. "I order you to annihilate my foes!"

"Hmmmm...no. I don't think I will." Cell said, crossing his arms as a smirk came across his face. "You should learn to lighten up and live like a little old man. Maybe then, you would have gone with a much younger design choice. Honestly you look like a dried up prune fruit that was forcefully taken from behind by an ape. Hey, I should remember that one."

"Insult your master will you? Fine. You left me no choice." Gero soon took out a remote control and pointed it at Cell. "I should have done this from the start. Controlling your mind will be easier once I disable you temporarily. Goodnight Cell!"

He pressed the button...and nothing.

"...Now that's just sad." Cell said, enjoying the look on Gero's face as he rapidly pressed down the button.

"Impossible! I built this for if you ever turned on me! You should be deactivated!" Gero declared, still pressing down on the button before it suddenly exploded. "GAH!"

"Well I appreciate the effort, but you sadly made one miscalculation." Cell said, a smile coming across his face. "I'm not the same little larva you started to grow up. I'm all new and improved, dear father."

"You are still MY creation! You should be doing as I say! You should be even grateful I allow you to exist!" Gero had the nerve to point in Cell's face to the point it was almost touching him. "NOW DO AS I SAY YOU WORTHLESS, IGNORANT MACHINE!"

"...You know I think it's time we clarified something about how I feel about you." Cell said, a smile on his face. Explosions went off behind Gero as he turned around to see his creations gone, only a black smudge on the ground.

"W-hat are you-" A hand soon fell on his shoulder as he turned back around to see a calm, yet frightening smile from Cell.

"You see my dear creator…I fucking hate you." Cell said calmly as his smile morphed into a full on scowl. "Do you have any idea how much hell you have put me through in my short life so far?"

"I-I-"

"You put the very things I needed to evolve into two rebellious teenagers that you failed to get under your control. Thus making me, your so-called greatest creation, search across the very planet for them with barely any means of capturing them!" Cell ranted on, gripping the shoulder of the doctor tight enough to break it instantly. He ignored Gero's panicked scream and went on. "I had to travel through space and fucking time because of your irgnorance! I murdered three of those Saiyan brats because they destroyed the Android that you thought could handle anything! Well guess what Old Man! They couldn't! All because you couldn't leave my evolutionary pieces IN ONE DAMN PLACE!"

"Y-you must understand Cell, I had no idea you were coming!" Gero yelled, hoping that his life would be spared. "Even creating 17 and 18 were a challenge, much more so giving them the power for you to absorb."

"Yet you made 16 with little difficulty. Then again, you made him the perfect image of your boy." Cell said, earning a forced glare from Gero. The doctor then found himself pushed on the ground as the Bio-Android pointed a finger at him. "Regardless of your reasoning, it fails to matter to the likes of me. I am the Superior Life-Form on this planet and I will mold the fate of it within my hands alone. Good bye, father."

Gero's eyes went wide as he began to speak up only to be blown up from within. Cell looked down at the broken remains of Gero before chuckling. "Oh my dear creator...you didn't even have the guts to come here yourself."

This Gero was yet another copy, not surprising the Bio-Android by much.

"Shame for you however, considering I know all of your dirty little hideouts." Cell then held up his hand, forming a large ball of enegry. It had soon split apart and traveled across the world, towards each and every base that was known to be Red Ribbon territory. "There. Nowhere left to go. The end of Dr. Gero starts now."

"Oh I wouldn't be too sure about that now." Cell blinked at the voice feeling the presence of two people behind him. He turned around and narrowed his eyes at the sight of them, not recognizing them in the slightest.

"And who would you be?" Cell asked, his arms crossing.

"Introductions are important. My name is Towa, resident of the Demon Realm." Towa said with a wide smile before pointing her staff to Mira. "This here is Mira, my creation and love. I suppose you could say he was an inspiration to you."

"Hmmm..." He could sense it within the Bio-Android before him. The energy of the same warriors he had, yet others he did not. Regardless, his power was extremely lackluster compared to his own. "Is he suppressing his power? If not, then it's disappointing."

If Mira was offended by the comment, he didn't show it. Towa however merely shook her head with a grin. "Mira is restraining himself, but he does not have the power to defeat you."

"In that case." Cell raised his hand up, showing a charging ki-blast forming as he spoke again. "Then you'll tell me what you mean involving Gero."

"It's quite simple Mr. Superior Cell. We saved him before your attack could kill him." Towa explained ever so simply as she stepped forward with no fear. Cell only narrowed his eyes as she continued. "His research is going to help the Demon Realm finally be free and spread out the Universe. He was more than willing after promising to defeat Goku and subdue you."

"Oh? And how do you plan to do that?" Cell asked, preparing to wipe them both off the face of the planet.

"Like so." Raising her fingers, a dark red glow formed between them. Cell instantly felt a burning sensation in his chest, making him gasp and stop his attack. It spread throughout his body, reaching even the tiniest muscle points as he kneeled over in pain. Even his mind was clouded with pain, unable to allow him to think.

"What-WHAT HAVE YOU DONE!" Cell growled, rage consuming him quickly. All that power and he was reduced to this so easily!

"Oh come now Cell. Do you really think that Gero found that little Orb by chance?" Towa asked mockingly as he knelt down to his level. With a single finger, she forced him to look right into her sadistic eyes. "That Orb was my creation."

"The he-hell are you talking about?!" Cell was trying to move to no avail. "ANSWER ME!"

"So quick to anger, no doubt the Vegeta and Frieza in you." Towa said, slowly standing up while forcing Cell's head up. "That Orb that Gero found was my personal creation meant to amplify and evolve a fighter beyond their normal limits. It was originally meant for Mira, but I needed a test subject to see if he would survive."

"You were the perfect choice for that." Towa said, raising her boot and stomping it down on Cell's head. He didn't budgie, but the annoyance was clear in his face. "Don't feel too bad, Cell-Dear. I have no intentions of making you do what you don't want to. Nor do I have any plans of weakening you during your tourment. I merely wish to see how successful my experiment is."

"And you think I'll allow myself to be used?"

"You act as if choices in this world matter. Least of all for the...less-species." She wasn't referring to him. If anything it was to anyone that wasn't a powerful being in the world. They held all the keys and rules. Even then, they had their limits. "For now though, we will leave you and observe."

A portal opened up behind Towa as she stepped on through with Mira right behind her. As soon as the portal vanished, the pain subsided as if it was never there. Cell however gripped his chest in anger.

'Damn old fool! How dare he be so reckless." Cell thought as he stood up. This was bad. Having a weakness of any kind went against his very existence. He was meant to be perfect with no flaws! 'Tch, that old saying about power coming at a price is making more sense. This is something that he needed to deal with.'

Cell's power boost however was something he was not going to take out. He was going to need it for the Cell Games for when the day came. Not to mention his creator was alive, much to his disgust. He no doubt was going to try to control him once again, but he wouldn't succeed. Despite these setbacks however, he forced himself to stay calm and stand in the middle of the arena.

Regardless of his troubles, he focused on the upcoming days to the Cell Games. That was what mattered. Showing the world that he was the strongest being, that he was unmatched, undefeated and above all else, Perfection.

Which is why he ignored the slight headache he held with little difficulty. His eyes gleamed ruby red before fading back to normal.

The Cell Games were underway!

(Chapter End)

Next Time on a Change in Time!

Hey it's me Goku! I can't lie when I say I'm a bit worried when it comes to Cell. The others made him sound way overpowered than I thought he was gonna be. Then again, I don't have a reason to worry about all that. At least not yet. Might as well enjoy it when we still can!

Next Time: Countdown to the Cell Games!

(A/N: Another one done and ready for the next!

Now I know that Gero might have felt a bit rushed, but I really didn't have a reason for him to continue on currently for the Cell Games and this was the best way to get rid of him. For now that is. He still has a place within the story, now with the Dark Empire and Demon Realm. It's for the best really.

Onto to Cell and his enhancement. I made it so it was created by Towa and the Demon Realm to give him a bit of a weakness to have or for them to further strengthen him. It all depends on what Towa wishes to do and even more so, how it will work against other fighters. Mira is important to her after all and it's important for the Demon Realm to have their warriors at their best.

That...actually is all to go over for this Chapter. If I missed something or you feel the need to ask anything, just ask via review. With that in mind, I hope you've enjoyed today's chapter, that you return for more and that you have a great day overall. Until next time!

Reviews

Guest: What do you think of the new trailer for the new Xenoverse 2 DLC?

Answer: Better than the last.

Guest: What do you think of the newest episode of Big Bang Mission and the upcoming Ultra God Mission?

Answer: They...really said to hell with Limit Breaker Xeno Gogeta by making him fire two ki-blasts before defusing them...that's just messed up. And now we have this power-up for both Gokus to beat up a small child-like Fu...still like it though.

HunterSilas: Personally I'd have gone with Cell Supreme/ Supreme Cell.

Answer:...Shit that is a better name...but you may have given me an idea for the future. So thank you.

Ushindi: Fantastic chapter! Superior Cell is a cool name in my opinion and now I get know Chu's purpose. I'm curious on the object that gave Cell so much power.

1. When Chi chi got killed by Majin Buu, Goten saw that and got really angry. Do you think that Goten could have achieved SSJ2?

2. If you had one day to live before you die, what would you spend your last day before you go to heaven?

3. If you was in the Naruto world, which village would you live in? Which clan do you want to be apart of? And which jutsu s would you really like to have?

4. What was your reaction when you saw the Universe 2 ladies transforming into their "lovely" forms, my reaction was a what the fuck and deadpan reaction. Seriously their transformation takes a lot of time and not to mention an enemy can easily kill or hurt these ladies.

5. If Future Goku didn't get the Heart Virus, how would the outcome be?

6. Have you watched Edens Zero? If so what do you think of it?

7. Which giant monster is stronger? A Tailed Beast or an Oozaru?

8. What do you think of Godzilla?

9. If Gohan had the Omnitrix instead of becoming The Great Saiyaman, would this have some great impact?

10. If Bulma had the Omnitrix, which aliens would be suitable for her to use?

11. If Tony and Bulma met, would they be good friends?

12. How does one create a black hole?

13. If Babidi and his minions was in Naruto world? Who would Babidi enslave? I know Sasuke would be one of Babidi's warriors and how powerful would he be?

14. If Chi Chi hadn't given up as a fighter, would have some big changes or just the same?

15. Which beings in your eyes are dangerous? Dragons, Demons, Devils, Angels and Gods?

16. If Chi Chi, Videl, Bulma and 18/Lazuli fused, what would the fusion be called?

17. What if Baby actually used Goku's body, how powerful would he be? And if Vegeta achieved SSJ4 to fight against Baby Goku, would it be enough?

Answers:

1: If they had gone in that direction, then yes it would make sense. However they were more focused on Fusion at the time and realistically, Buu would have killed Goten with Super Saiyan 2 with ease.

2: In my home where I'm most comfortable.

3: Konoha, Uzumaki, and preferably water and lightning style jutsu.

4: Disgust followed up with the temptation of bleach in my eyes, but I knew better. It would follow me into my mind if I did that.

5: Androids would more than likely still kill him along with the others. However if he were to escape with Gohan, then there's a chance he would take him to the Time Chamber to train up to the power to kill the Androids. Imperfect Cell wouldn't be much to them at that time either and because of there being no time interference, Black may not appear either.

6: Not yet sadly. I heard it's decent too.

7: It depends on the Oozaru itself and who they are, but it's likely that they would win.

8: I have not seen a lot of it to be honest. He more or less wants to keep to himself, but is willing to do anything to take down threats to his peace. Regardless of who gets killed along the way.

9: Perhaps? His Power should be transmitted to his forms and gain some depending on who he uses. Especially when it comes to more powerful forms such as Atomix and Clockwork, having far more superior techniques and abilities.

10: She's not a fighter so no one like Fourarms or Heatblast. Greymatter and Brainstorm are more likely. Or anyone that looks beautiful to her.

11: Friendly Rivals at best. They both do things better than the other, but Bulma would be more than intrigued with the Ironman Armor.

12: To make a black hole, one must concentrate mass or energy sufficiently that the escape velocity from the region in which it is concentrated exceeds the speed of light. Some extensions of present physics posit the existence of extra dimensions of space...totally didn't copy and paste this from Google...okay I did.

13: Anyone who easily gives in to power. Sasuke is one without a doubt, along with Madara, Orochimaru and possibly even Zetsu. As for how powerful they would be? Immensely so, depending on when this takes place.

14: There's a chance for that. Goku wouldn't be as weak as was in the beginning of Z maybe. Gohan wouldn't be as shy and reserved like he was, not to mention have natural confidence within him as well. That alone would have solved a lot of problems he had during Cell and even Buu. Overall, a lot would be changed if she stayed as a fighter.

15: Gods outside of DB are easily the most dangerous because...well they're gods. In Dragon Ball, it would have to be Demons, specifically from Towa's group.

16: Fem-Fatal(A Reference to one of my favorite games Ultimate Alliance)

17: It would have to be Adult Goku's body due to Baby needing a larger host in order to sustain his power properly. He would have more than enough power to defeat Vegeta the first time and as for the second battle with a Super Saiyan 4, would be closer, but as soon as Great Ape gets out, then it's over for Vegeta. He wouldn't think of something as the other Saiyans lending him power to earn the Full Powered Stage of Super Saiyan 4 and because of that he would lose.

Thank you as usual!

Markus2994: So vegeta's many mental disability also still exist

Answer: I'd need a good reason to change them at this time and he really didn't care about much until after Perfect Cell appeared. Hell he didn't really change fully until Buu came around. It's all part of his character however. Unlike some series where they force out a redemption(If you can even call it that), this at least took it's time to do so.
