A/N: *SIGH* I hate to come to this conclusion. After realizing that 'Wendy's Blood Contract' didn't make any sense at all, I decided to expand on it in the form of a full chapter. This story will be listed down as 'COMPLETE' but who knows what will happen in the near future as I need to focus on my other stories. Fairy Tail and Bloodborne, now this is going to be interesting. This takes place after the Father Gascoigne fight and for the reason why, well, you'll find out why.

One more thing, I know a little bit of both series and its lore. So, if you can spot a mistake, then please inform me. Saying that, I really, REALLY want to play Bloodborne someday.

Another thing, I saw another Fairy Tail/Bloodborne Fanfiction story. I haven't read it but what the reviews I saw…let's just say that it was not good. But I had a thought of a good version of it.

Now that is over, let's get on with the story then with the introduction of 'Fairyborne'.

DISCLAIMER: I do NOT own Bloodborne and Fairy Tail.

Fairyborne First Hunt: Wendy Joins the Hunt

Nighttime had fallen over the Kingdom of Fiore. The townspeople were peacefully doing their usual routine or were sleeping in their homes awaiting the next day. One Guildhall located in Margaret Town was quiet. Yet it doesn't mean that an individual didn't use this time to search within the town's library.

Wendy Marvell yawned as she closed a book that she read. She had the look of dissatisfaction on her face after finding no information that she wanted. She was about to put her head down on the table and shut her eyes when she heard a familiar voice. "Wendy?"

Wendy looked at her side to see two faces that she recognized. "Oh, hi Chelia. Hi Carla." The latter was holding a cup of freshly brewed tea that had recently been poured and was for Wendy. "What are you two doing here? I thought you were busy back in the guild?"

Carla sighed as she placed the cup near Wendy. "We're here to check up on you."

"Have you found any information?" Chelia asked her close friend. She remembered that the both of them had fought against Dimaria back when Fiore was at war with the Alvarez Empire, and had lost her magical powers. Since then, Wendy had been helping her acquire her magic back. She had hope that her friend had made some progress.

Unfortunately, the young Dragon Slayer shook her head after taking a sip from her tea after blowing on it. "No. I haven't found what I was looking for. There's not many books of how to get one's magic back." That was expected for the two. There hasn't been an exact way on how to exactly get a person who had lost their powers back.

"Well, how about you give it a night? We could look at more tomorrow before returning back to the guild?" Carla suggested as she saw how tried the Young Dragon WAS. Wendy couldn't help but to exhale at her close compatriot's words. She was right. The Young Child had spent most of the day in the library and looked like she was about to collapse.

Perhaps with a few good hours of sleep, maybe she'll find what she was looking for.

As Wendy stood from her chair, all three heard a book falling down from one of the library's shelves. "What was that?" Chelia had asked.

Wendy followed where the sound had exactly come from and she saw a book on the floor. It was unique as it had a symbol that she had not seen before as it was crimson red. It was a line that was at the center of the black book cover, along with two symmetrical semi-circles and in the middle was shaped in a diamond. Wendy picked the book up and felt that it was made out of leather. She opened the book and flipped through the page. During this time, she stopped when a title chapter caught her eyes.

"Wendy?" The young Dragon Slayer looked at her left to see Chelia and Carla walking towards her.

"What are you holding?" Carla had asked out of curiosity while pointing at the book that Wendy was carrying.

Wendy turned to face her two close friends with a smile on her face. "I think I may have found a way to get Chelia's power's back."

-Scene Change-

Within the outskirts of Margaret Town, Wendy, Chelia, and Carla were in their hangout spot. The Full Moon was their only source of light as Wendy was drawing the symbol on the ground beneath her. Carla and Chelia, meanwhile, were sitting down. Both were looking at the instructions inscribed on the pages. From what they were looking at, it seemed to be an odd ritual. "What do you think this summon is?" Chelia had questioned Wendy's closest friend.

Carla looked in between what was in the book and what Wendy was doing. "From what Wendy is doing, I'm guessing she's summoning some sort of celestial?"

Chelia remained skeptical of the manual. "But what kind of Celestial would need to be summoned under a full moon and also a drop of…blood?"

Carla could see the conflict in the God Slayer's mind. All she could do was to exhale at that thought. "Who knows. Maybe it was written by someone who has ever encountered this… Celestial being." he last part wasn't unsure as the two weren't too familiar with the symbol seen in the front cover.

"Okay, I'm done!" The two heard the Dragon Slayer's voice calling out to them. They turned to see Wendy walking up to them. "Now all that is left is to drop some blood into the symbol and chant whatever is written in the book."

"Wendy. Are you sure that this will work?" Carla warned the Young Dragon Slayer about this summoning she is about to do.

That had brought some sense into her. Wendy had to consider what it could possibly summon. "I am not sure about it, Carla. But if what the book said was indeed true, maybe it is the only solution to get Chelia's powers back."

Chelia was grateful at hearing this. But the cat was right to be skeptical about this summon. "How about we do this to summon once and not tell anyone about this?" That was something that the three would agree on. Who knows that their friends/guildmates would react to them performing this summon.

Seeing the look on the two's faces, Carla just let out a tiresome groan. "Alright. But if anything happens, then it's your responsibility, Wendy. You got that?"

"Yes! I'll take full responsibility!" The Young Dragon Slayer quickly responded back to her. She proceeded to grab the book off from Carla and headed back to the summoning sign.

"Let's not also forget that we are doing this behind everyone's back," Chelia pointed out. The Young Dragon Slayer knew what they were doing was not a good thing. That and how this was her first time doing a summoning, but she knew that this was the only solution to regain her close friend's powers.

"Okay. Then it's said that it needs only a little drop of blood..." Wendy read the instructions before she bit deeply into the tip of her right thumb. This caused her to wince at the pain she inflicted on herself before she put a tiny drop onto the ground. As it met the symbol. It suddenly glowed in the same color seen in the book cover and this, in turn, made both Carla and Chelia, wide-eyed in disbelief.

"It-it worked!" Chelia commented.

"My Goodness. I never knew that blood would have an effect on this kind of summoning." Carla has spoken, still in the same state of shock.

Seeing the results of what the book had exactly instructed, Wendy had begun to chant the words that were written. "O Flora, of the moon, of the dream. O fleeting will of the ancients." Petals from the nearby flowers had flowed to the sky. Both Chelia and Carla had to cover themselves from this. "Let your presence be known, let your existence bring you here. And let this world, Earth Land, foretell of a sympathetic creature arrival."

Now that was done. The summoning has been completed. The bright light that was seen within the symbol had dimmed. Wendy had hoped that this Celestia being would immediately pop up. To her shock, nothing was in front of her. She looked at the surrounding areas and it appeared to be that nothing had significantly changed. "Um, nothing happened." she spoke.

"I told you it wouldn't summon anything right away." Carla told her while grumbling.

"At least you tried." Chelia added. The two walked towards Wendy and the God Slayer placed a hand on her shoulder. "Come on. We better get back to the Guildhall. I don't want Lyon and the others to be worried."

"Yeah. Natsu and the others would worry about me as well." Wendy added. As the three were about to embark back to Margaret Town, Wendy had stopped in her tracks as her dragon senses had caught something…abnormal within her surroundings.

Seeing Wendy in this kind of state made her two friends also stop in their tracks. "Wendy. What's wrong?" Carla questioned. As she did, the moonlight shines brightly. This had caught their attention and turned to look at the moon. Once they did, all had their eyes widened in horror.

The moon had turned to the color of Crimson Red and the moon was right above the sky, yet that wasn't the reason why the trio were in a state of shock. Their eyes caught what appeared to be a large creature descending down from the moon. From what they can visibly see, it had dozens of tentacles coming out from its head and tail. As it got closer, all could see that its body mainly consisted of a large human spine and ribs and a hole was visible on its face. This made the three step back in despair and had come to realize that its colors closely resemble the book that was in Wendy's hands.

Speaking of the girl, Wendy had taken a few steps back as her Dragon instincts had told her to get away from this being. This creature is telling her that it's way worse than Acnologia. As she did so, she tripped to the ground. Wendy was about to get back to her feet when the creature landed near her and tilted its head to the side. They locked eyes on each other and only the sound of winds were present.

Before Wendy could move, she was suddenly grabbed by the creature. She began to hyperventilate as she thought the creature was going to eat her. "Let her go!" She heard Carla's voice shouting. Wendy saw her friend flying towards the creature. As she got closer, the creature used one of its hands to grab her and immediately slammed her down to the ground before throwing the Exceed towards Chelia, knocking them both down to the grassy field.

"CARLA! CHELIA!" Wendy cried out in despair at seeing her friend being slammed by this being. Seeing this had enraged the young dragon Slayer and she felt the build-up of releasing her Dragon Force and unleashing her wrath to the Eldritch creature. Despite this effort she made, the Eldritch creature only made its grip tighter and before she knew it, everything went to while.

-Scene Change-

The scent of blood. That was not what Wendy was expecting as she woke up. She soon saw that she was lying down on some sort of operating table. Her vision was blurry. Yet, she could tell that she was in some sort of clinic. The structure had reminded her of the clinics that she has been to in both Earthland and Elodas. But it was dingy and old, as if no one had been in here for a while.

"...Creature of the moon..." Wendy unconsciously mumbled before her dragon instincts told her that someone was here. Her attention shifted to her right side and could see a shadowy figure just watching over her before it spoke.

"Oh yes… paleblood…" Her blurry vision became visible as she spotted a shadowy figure bound to a wheelchair. Her scent had told her that she was in a clinic but the only question was where.

"Uh. Where…where am I. And what is he talking about with this 'paleblood'?" Wendy thoughtfully spoke as she faced the man in the wheelchair.

"Well, you've come to the right place." The man had vaguely answered the dragon slayer's question while letting out a small chuckle. He placed both hands on the side of the wheelchair and went for a stroll to where she was lying. "Yharnam is the home of blood ministration. You only need to unravel its mystery."

Yharnam? The young Dragonslayer doesn't recollect a place being called that. Wendy was about to come to a conclusion when the man continued to speak as he became visible when he got nearer. "But, where's an outsider like yourself to begin?"

"Wait…" Wendy had thoughtfully uttered as she realized where she was. "This place doesn't look like anything I've seen in Earthland or Edolas." This made her eyes widened in shock and felt she could not move her entire body with the only exception to the head.

"Oh? Quite a strange statement you made there." The man in the wheelchair had stated, his face became clearer. Wendy saw that the man was old. He wore an attire that was not seen through Earthland and what was unique about his appearance is that there was a bandage that covered his eyes. "Well. If you want your answers, then with a bit of Yharnam blood of your own would do the trick…But first, you'll need a contract…"

"C-contract…?" Wendy had no idea what kind of contact she was about to sign. Out from the pocket of the Old man was a paper and he presented it to her. There is one thing missing that the young dragon slayer noticed. "That's the contract. But what am I going to sign it with?"

"With your own blood, of course." The man had nonchalantly explained to the young girl. This, in turn, made her shiver from using her blood to write. The man saw her reaction and just chuckled. "Afraid of signing it?"

"Just the thought of using my blood…I've done something like this before." Wendy admitted to the man. "Truth be told, I cannot feel the rest of my body and I think I am in no state of doing it. But, I am wondering why do I need some blood?"

She heard the old man chuckle again. "I didn't say that you'll be the one to write it. As I told you before, you need a bit of Yharnam blood to have your answers." He proceeded to poke a needle onto the tip of Wendy's right index finger and using her blood to fill in the form. Since he only needs the general details, the youngling had to speak to get the information right. During this time, Wendy coughed as her senses smelled multiple chemicals and equipment that wasn't cleaned.

"There. All signed and sealed." The old man commented as he wrapped Wendy's finger that he used. Afterwards, he reached out for a needle attached to a long, thin latex cord that was hung from a vial that was filled with blood. "Now, let's begin the transfusion." Saying that made her shiver once again.

All of a sudden, Wendy heard the man cynically laughing while her vision became blurry yet again. Without realizing what was about to happen, she felt something being jabbed to her elbows and in turn, made her scream in pain. "Oh, don't you worry. Whatever happens… you may think it all a mere bad dream."

Those were the last words the man had spoken to her as she felt the substance of blood racing through her veins and heard the old man laughing before she was knocked out yet again.

Waking up in a lucid-like state, Wendy's saw the ceiling of the room. Her ears heard the sound of something being dropped to the ground. Leaning over to the left side, her eyes were wide as she saw a pool of blood emerging from the floor near to where she lay.

"W-what is going on?!" Wendy's mind was wandering in both fear and confusion as she saw a wolf-like beast emerging from the pool of blood. Its fur was covered in blood and had tattered clothes as it was crawling towards her. She started to mentally hyperventilate as the beast got near and let out one of its sharply clawed hands. Yet as it laid a single tip on the young Dragon Slayer, the beast was suddenly engulfed in flame which soon spread through all of its body. This, however, only confused Wendy even more. "How?!"

As the beast fell to the floor, Wendy saw its body disappearing. She didn't have time to think what just happened as she saw a pair of small white hands climbing on the operating table.

It was a form of a baby yet it was deformed. The strange creature hissed at Wendy as it climbed to her left side while giving a ghastly groan.

Wendy was freaking out and felt another pair of similar hands on her right. There, she saw another form of the same little white creatures crawling towards her. Her eyes only went wide as she saw multiple of these creatures coming up to her. All present creatures were all seen crawling to her. She was feeling both confused and despair at the same ytime as it was shown as had the look of horror on her face. 'Whe-where did they came from!?'

All Wendy could do to stare at these grotesque creatures as she couldn't move her body. She then thought about the friends from the Fairy Tail and Lamia Scale Guilds and even her two close friends, Chelia and Carla. The former which she thought on dearly as she wanted her to have her powers back.

"Chelia, Carla…I'm sorry." Those were the last thoughts from Wendy as she closed her eyes and was eventually consumed by these beings. Yet as she did, she heard a voice speaking in a strange accent right before knocking out.
