Superior over All! Spirit from All!
(Cell Games Arena)
Cell allowed the dark energy to flow around him, glancing at the Dragon Team with nothing less than disinterest now. His current power was well beyond what it was before, something that even he didn't think was possible. Yet here he was, several Saiyans right before and ready to continue on with the fight. Not for his own entertainment, Gohan ruined that. No. This was officially personal.
And the entire Earth was going to pay for it.
Pulling his hand back, he swiped it forward and released a tall and wide wave of energy that soared at the Team. Gohan quickly fired a Masenko into it, stopping it in place as it tried to push forward. With a roar, Gohan managed to force the wave of ki to explode before it could grow any closer. At the moment however, Raditz, Vegeta and Corvis charged forward together at Cell.
"DIE!" Vegeta yelled, firing a ki-wave at Cell. Raditz and Corvus had joined him as well, firing their own attacks as well.
Cell remained in place as he was consummed by the blast, echoing throughout the land. They weren't done there however and started firing ki-blast into the explosion to add on to the damage. While Raditz and Corvus were still going, Vegeta stopped for a moment and held out his palm
"I'LL WIPE YOU OF THE FACE OF THE UNIVERSE!" A Big Bang Attack formed in hand, growing faster than expected. It was welcomed nonetheless by Vegeta and was released with a roar. The explosion shook the planet itself, the blast shooting straight into the sky. 'Did I kill him!?'
The smoke only grew until Cell came flying through with his fist reeled back. He moved straight for Vegeta only to have his punch matched with an enraged Gohan. "YOUR NOT KILLING ANYONE ELSE!"
"Try and stop me, boy." Cell kicked the boy away then vanished before the others could attack. Gohan managed to recover until he noticed Cell appear behind him at the last second and received a harsh elbow upon his head for it.
"GOHAN!" Corvus yelled, seeing the young Hybrid crash into the ground. Turning back to Cell, he charged up at him with a ki-blade in hand. He went straight for the neck only to have the energy blade broken.
The Bio-Android glanced at him briefly before forcefully breaking the ki-blade and throwing an uppercut into his stomach. Covus hunched over in pain before grabbing Cell's arm. Then Raditz charged in and kicked Cell's head, releasing him from the Hybrid's grip. The Bio-Android recovered himself and glanced up to see all three Super Saiyan 2's charging at him together. Cell merely laughed, remaining in place as all three attacked. They threw multiple strikes at all sides, using their speed to change their position to try another attack. Yet the Bio-Android had dodged, not blocked, dodged every single attack thrown at him the entire time.
"This is starting to get boring now! Nevermind, I'll just counter." Cell announced before vanishing from sight.
Vegeta looked around for him before feeling a presence behind him. He turned around to strike only to be kicked in his stomach and sent flying into Raditz, both flying into a mountain. Corvus casted his eyes towards them briefly before charging at Cell. Several strikes were thrown at the Bio-Android, but failed to affect him. Forming another Ki-blade, Corvus thrusted it forward only to break across his chest.
"What?" Corvus gasped before he was grabbed by his neck. Cell used his free hand to strike the Hybrid's side, breaking a rib in the process. Cell could only laugh at Corvus's glare before raising his hand up and firing his Gravity Impact, sending him flying back! Stopping himself, he held his arm out and enegry built up within. "RIOT CANNON!"
The beam soared at Cell only for it to be casually smacked away, to the time traveler's shock. The Bio-Android then dashed forward at him, but was suddenly uppercutted by Gohan. Both glanced at one another briefly before they entered a clash, Corvus joining Gohan not long after. The Hybrids kept throwing attack after attack, yet all were blocked effortlessly until Cell's power exploded, pushing them back.
"Again, getting bored over here." Cell announced with his arms crossed. His eyes glanced towards Corvus before flashing red. The next thing they knew, Corvus was thrown back by an invisible force.
"Corvus!" Gohan yelled, being met with a similar type force that sent him up into the air.
"So disappointing." Cell declared, shaking his head. He then spotted two flashes of light, in the form of Raditz and Vegeta. "Coming to join in?"
Both Saiyans stopped just across from Cell, their hands held out for their attacks.
"FINAL FLASH!"
"WEEKEND BREAKER!"
Both Ki-waves exploded from their hands and blasting at Cell, taking up the sky and shooting out into space. The two stayed their ground to allow themselves to recover while Cell floated out for the smoke completely unharmed. They growled at the Bio-Android before forcing themselves to power up once more and charged forward. However Cell did the same thing and closed in on them instantly, slamming his fist into their stomach. Gasping out in pain, the Saiyans almost doubled over in pain, but held on. Forcing themselves through the pain, Raditz and Vegeta kept on their attack and started throwing strikes once again. Cell however brought his barrier between them, smirking as they failed to break through. Then he caught both Gohan and Corvus fly above them with their hands raised up.
"MASENKO!" The Saiyan Hybrids yelled, firing the ki-wave downward. Hearing this made Vegeta and Raditz dash back while the Bio-Android remained in his spot without so much of a care as he was caught up in the explosion.
They glanced on with their guards up, knowing by now that such a simple attack wouldn't work. The smoke cleared showing no signs of Cell, filling them with panic immediately while trying to sense for him. Vegeta then out of nowhere saw Cell before him and threw a punch on instinct. However his fist went right through him before he vanished completely. Cell repeated behind a stunned Vegeta before swinging his leg around and kicking into the Saiyan Prince's arm, breaking it on impact.
"A-AHHHHHHH!" Vegeta wailed out in pain, catching the other's attention. He gripped onto his now shattered arm and turned around only to be struck down on his head. The other watched as the Saiyan Prince hit the ground while Cell floated in his place.
"That's one of you. Now, how to take down the rest?" Cell asked mockingly. He then turned his head to see multiple Death Beams rain down from above and chuckled. "At least I know who's next."
Before anyone could stop him, Cell vanished from their sight. Higher up in the air, Polar stopped his attack and looked around until he felt his arms grabbed from behind. He soon hollered out in pain once Cell rammed in his knee into his back. "D-DAMN YOU CELL!"
"You should consider yourself lucky. If you were a lesser being, your back would've been broken." Cell 'praised' before letting the Frost Demon go. Polar was then trapped in a barrier, yelling out at the moment when lightning coursed through it. "Though you're out of your league here."
Polar soon collapsed within the barrier, fading away and allowing him to fall. Corvus dashed in to help him, but Cell appeared in front of him at the last second and bashed his knee into his face. The Bio-Android then grabbed him by his leg and tossed him into the falling Frost Demon, making them both crash. Cell dusted his hands off before taking note of Raditz and Gohan rushing at him. He rolled his eyes and entered a stance until he heard a voice from behind.
"LIGHT GRENADE!" A large blast soared towards Cell from behind. Yet the Bio-Android merely smiled before using Instant Transmission at the last second. Raditz and Gohan quickly separated for the attack to fly by them only for the beam to penetrate it. The force of the explosion managed to knock them out of the sky.
Piccolo watched this with a growl until Cell materialized in front of him. He moved to attack, but the sudden force of power before him made him freeze up in shock. The Namekian was then harshly uppercutted off his feet, knocking him out completely. Cell watched begin to fall then grabbed his leg, pulling him over himself and slammed him down into the incoming Gohan. The Saiyan Hybrid looked up with wide eyes seeing a Death Beam charging up from Cell's finger. The Bio-Android smirked at his expression until he was kicked back by Raditz.
"YOUR DONE FOR YOU, YOU HEAR ME! DONE!" Raditz yelled, pure rage in his eyes as he closed in on Cell. He took advantage of his stunned state and released a flurry of attacks on his body. Adding more and more power to break the bastard in front of him. "JUST DIE!"
Kicking Cell back, the Saiyan fired a Double Sunday, blasting him back further. Raditz dashed up then downward at Cell while firing his Saturday Crash. The electricity actually halted the Bio-Android long enough for the Saiyan to smash him into the ground. Raditz roared as he began blasting down into Cell without so much of a care anymore. He kept this up until he was booted off by Cell. Landing across from the Bio-Android, he watched as Cell casually rose up from the ground and dusted himself off before turning to him.
"Oh sorry. Is your little moment over?" Cell asked, yawning. Raditz snapped at that and held him together while pointing at the Bio-Android. Energy built up in front of him before an energy sphere formed.
"No, but yours is! REBELLION TRIGGER!" Raditz roared out. The sphere released a pure wave of energy that washed over Cell instantly and covered the land with flames. He breathed heavily, looking over his handy work for the end result. "How...did you like that!"
"I never seen that move before. I'll be sure to remember it." Raditz looked on with wide eyes at seeing Cell step out the smoke, covered in flame yet never harming him. "Perhaps that's how I'll end this futile attempt."
"H-how did you-GAK!" The Saiyan cried out once he was suddenly kicked away. He hit the back side of the mountain before Cell appeared before him and repeatedly kicked him in his chest, earning another cry of pain.
"Yes, yes, keep it up. This is actually starting to entertain me now." Cell said, keeping it up until the Saiyan reverted back to normal and fell unconscious. "Oh come on. I wasn't hitting you that hard!"
He moved away from the Saiyan and left him there before taking notice of Gohan charging at him. Pure rage and anger in his eyes, amusing Cell greatly. The Hybrid closed in and sent a roundhouse kick into the Bio-Android's neck. Seeing Cell's unimpressed gaze only enraged him further and made him strike down at Cell's head. A crater formed underneath them, but failed in actually affecting the Bio-Android. Gohan growled and tried to attack again, but found himself pushed back by Cell's power instead.
It was intense, more than enough to almost force the Hybrid to his knees, but he held on as best he could. That was until he was lifted off his feet and collided with a mountain instead. Cell held him in place, applying more pressure around his head making Gohan gritted his teeth in pain. The Hybrid tried using his own power to push the Bio-Android back, but it proved futile to the being before him.
"I grow tired of this Gohan. Even your starting to bore me and you're supposed to be stronger than all these losers." Cell sighed, applying more pressure. Gohan continued to struggle while the Bio-Android was thinking about ending this all. 'Perhaps I should do my own move for once? No. It needs to be dramatic. Ironic even...I wonder if I could use-'
"Riot." The voice of Corvus came from his side. Turning his head, Cell was greeted with the sight of Corvus flying toward them with a ki-blade out. However it was coated in electricity and the blade was made out to be a spiraling spear instead. "LANCER!"
Cell let go of Gohan to face that attack head only to be surprised by the fact he was launched back. He managed to stop himself and looked down to see his Bio-Armor damaged, even broken through almost. "Well, color me impressed. You actually did something to me! Where's your daddy so I can tell him...oh, right. I killed him."
Corvus glared hatfully at the Bio-Android and reformed his ki-blade, but his movements were completely halted. He tried to power his way through only to find himself pulled forward and harshly kneed in his stomach. He collapsed over while Gohan stood back up and charged at Cell with his fist covered in energy. However the Bio-Android vanished at the last second, leaving the Hybrids to themselves. Gohan located his ki signature and quickly used Instant Transmission to get over him.
Appearing before him, he found him standing out just across from him with his hands cupped to his side. "Try and stop it this time Gohan. I assure you the end result will be much different."
Gohan could only growl before he cupped his hands together as well. "KA! ME! HA! ME!"
The Hybrid's enegry grew and grew, but was still being surpassed by Cell's current power. He wasn't even chanting it either, he was just charging up his attack with a gleeful expression. This only enraged Gohan further as he placed all of his power into the charging attack, shining brightly for all to see.
"HAAAAAAA!" Gohan yelled, firing the Kamehameha at max power. Cell had done the same without the extra effect, his beam instantly colliding with Gohan's, but had swiftly begun to overlap it. "W-what?!"
"Should you really be surprised at this point? You are against the Superior being after all." Cell bragged, pushing more power into the attack. Gohan struggled to push it back, finding himself slowly losing ground. "I advise you to actually win this too. If you lose, then your world dies. Simple as that!"
Cell's Kamehameha suddenly grew over Gohan's and began to inch closer to the Hybrid. Gohan breathed heavily as he tried to force more power into it, but soon found himself beginning to fall. 'I need to push it all or else it's over!'
Forcing every last bit of his power into his attack, Gohan caused an explosion of energy to go off between the blast. Cell stopped his attack and brought up the barrier before being consumed by the blast. The planet shook for what felt like hours before finally stopping. Cell lowered his barrier and saw Gohan on his back and his base form, nearly out of power completely.
"So this is it? Honestly, I don't know what I was expecting. Maybe a grand final? I guess this works out though." Cell said, approaching the boy. Gohan couldn't move a muscle as Cell stood over him, a Death Beam charging in hand. "Kinda sad really. All that power and you die like this. Pathetic."
Gohan could have given him a weak glare. Cell was more than ready to fire until he stopped suddenly.
"No...not like this. I know exactly how to end this now." Cell announced floating up in the air. Gohan managed to push himself up to get a better look at Cell and saw him with his hands raised up in the air.
"W-what?" Gohan muttered confused before his eyes widened in realization. "No...NO! Y-YOU OF ALL PEOPLE CAN'T USE THAT TECHNIQUE!"
"Oh Gohan. You poor, poor fool. I am the warrior above all. There is no technique that I can't do." Cell scolded lightly. Above his head a small ball of energy began to form, slowly growing far larger. "Your Father's "Spirit Bomb" is nothing to me."
Gohan could only watch in horror as the Spirit Bomb grew and grew. Confusion and terror filled him. "But that's not possible! The Spirit Bomb can only be used if people willing give their energy to you!"
"Ah, but who said I was asking?" Cell asked darkly.
(Capsule Corp Island, Living Room)
Chrona gasped out and held her chest for a moment before realization struck. Clapping her hands together, a green shield of magic surrounded her before she released it all. It surrounded the entirety of the house, Chronoa doing all in her power to keep it up. It wasn't long before Tights came in, a crying baby Corvus in her arms.
"W-what's going on?" Tight asked, feeling strange. Weaker even.
"It's Cell." They flinched at hearing his name before the Kai continued. "He's...he's taking everyone's power. He's forming his own Spirit Bomb!"
"What?! He can just take energy!" Tights asked concerned.
"I'm afraid anyone can with enough focus." The Spirit Bomb may have been created with pure intentions, but it was something that could easily be corrupted. "Becaise of the main idea of giving energy to the Spirit Bomb, someone like Cell could use that method to simply take it as if it's nothing. I can keep the barrier up, but if he's going for that technique..I don't know it will be good for anyone on Earth."
(Son Household)
Chi-Chi fell limp on the couch while her father was passed out on the floor. Across from them was Launch, currently with blonde hair, holding onto Ranch gently as the baby cried her little lungs out while she laid out across the floor.
(Brief's Residence)
Inside the lab, Bulma could be seen lying on the floor unconscious while Trunks' crying was echoing throughout the building.
(Kame House)
Roshi was using his staff to hold himself up before he looked around. Oolong and Puar were already out, unable to keep themselves. Chiaotzu was struggling to keep himself up just like him. Though that wouldn't matter for long as he fell forward and entered darkness, the short Crane Student right after.
(Cell Games Arena)
"You see my boy, I plan on destroying the Earth. Not by a basic technique, but through the power of the planet itself. The irony in it all, am I right?" Cell asked, chuckling, only to get nothing, but silence. "Tough crowd. Forgive me, but this is the end. Once you're all gone, I'll explore the cosmos in search of those worthy of my power, though I doubt I will find another to match my power."
"You won't get away with this!" Gohan declared, forcing himself to stand.
"Do you wanna know the best part?" Cell asked, ignoring the threat. "I'm only taking enough to make sure they stay alive long enough to hear the boom. Isn't that exciting? Knowing that your friends, your family, everyone your little Dragon Team fights for is gonna be the reason why you all die. Though your mother is quite tempting to kill off, I'm a merciful being. You can die together."
The Spirit Bomb was only growing larger and quickly too. Easily overlapping the one made on Namek so long ago. From afar, Yamcha looked on in fear, Tien watched in frustration and Krillin was looking down solemnly at the Android Woman within his arms. 16 shared his expression as he looked at the forming Spirit Bomb with a frown.
"What...do we do now?" Yamcha asked only to get silence. "...Oh..."
Gohan pushed himself to stand up, but soon fell forward instead. Yet he continued to force himself through the pain and exhaustion in favor of standing up straight. He only had a little bit of power left now and used that fly up as quickly as he could. His hair was flashing back and forth between yellow and black in an attempt to transform to no avail.
"You wish to be the first to go? Then so be it." Cell said, the Spirit Bomb in hand growing to the point it shadowed over the area. Laughing all the while, he tossed it down at Gohan.
Gohan stopped in his place and crossed his arms together for the large ball of energy to clash into him. There was no pain from it. Even when used by Cell, he made it out of the energy of those pure on Earth. However even though he was good, if he allowed the Spirit Bomb to hit the Earth, the impact alone would desimate the land and destroy it's core. Earth would be gone by then.
"Come on! Come on!" Gohan said, trying to pull up some power he had. Even if he did, then what? Somehow push it back to Cell? The Bio-Android would simply teleport out of the way. Then they would die. Everyone would die. 'What...what can I do...Everyone...I-
'Gohan? Is that you?'
'D-dad?!' Gohan thought in shock. 'H-how are you talking to me?'
'Oh I'm using King Kai to talk with you. He's great like that!'
'Damn right I am!' King Kai grumbled.
'But that isn't important, Gohan. What's important is that you win this!'
'But how, dad? I don't even know how I'm holding it back right now!' Gohan thought.
'Maybe you're out of power, but right now you're the only one who can stand up to Cell. Everyone else will...they'll die, Gohan.' Gohan only gritted his teeth harder. 'But maybe that's it. You're trying to do this alone because Cell made you feel this way. I don't think I made it any better honestly.'
'Dad...' Gohan thought solemnly.
'Gohan, even though Cell used the Spirit Bomb, you feel how it is. There's only positive energy within, filled with everyone's power taken away from them. You know they want Cell gone as much as you do. Let them be your power, Gohan.'
'Let them...be my power...' Gohan thought briefly about it before finally nodding his head. 'Yeah...I know what I have to do dad.'
'I know you do. Make sure you give Cell what he has coming to him, I'll be watching you the entire time!' Goku was gone from his mind, leaving Gohan to his battle. Gohan looked up at the Spirit Bomb as it easily pushed him downward tot he ground. Closing his eyes and taking a deep breath, he let go and allowed himself be taken in by the Spirit Bomb.
"A wise move boy. It'll be less painful this way." Cell announced, glancing down at the Spirit Bomb as it decended on the Earth. At least it was until it came to a complete stop. "What the? What's happening here?"
The Spirit Bomb shinned brighter than every before, blinding many of them. Vegeta awoke from the commotion along with Raditz and glanced up at the Spirit Bomb with wide eyes. The light slowly faded away as the large ball of energy slowly began to swirl around within, becoming smaller and smaller. Soon enough the light was all, but gone while Gohan was left in view. Seemingly taking in all the power before it was fully absorbed. He opened his eyes as an explosion of energy shot out of him.
The boy had transformed back into his Super Saiyan 2 form, but his green eyes had been replaced by blue while his aura was flowing around him like a flame and his bio-electricity was replaced by waves of energy circling around, fading into and out into vision.
"...What?" Cell questioned before feeling the boy's power. It was...simply incredible. "Why, this is simply incredible! Quite the handy miscalculation on my part. It seems you somehow evolved further than Super Saiyan 2! Good on me for helping you achieve your new power!"
"...You couldn't be further from the truth." Gohan declared, hands clenched as the power flowed through him. He laid his glare upon Cell, actually making him back off in surprise. "This power...is from everyone on Earth. Everyone you've placed fear into. That you've attacked. That wants you gone. I was never alone when it came to facing you, Cell. We'll defeat you!"
"Tch. What an annoying little speech. Can we fight already!" Cell exclaimed, his dark energy exploding around him. Gohan didn't move an inch, i stead choosing to look at his hand.
'Sorry everyone, but I'll need your power in order to defeat him. I'll return it once Cell is done for.' Gohan thought before placing his full attention on Cell. He then charged up at him with a roar, more confident than ever before.

Next Time on A Change in Time
It is I, Android 16. Briefly I believed that this was the end yet now we have a chance. Through Gohan. Even my scans can't begin to measure this newfound Power. Cell however is far from an easy threat. This will decide it, won't it. Either Earth's Salvation...or it's destruction.

A/N: Another one done and I sense pitch forks in the distance, so best I explain quickly.
Did I have Cell make a Spirit Bomb? Well no duh. Nearly every Villain has the ability to do this from Mira, Buu, Cell, even Goku Black and Zamasu. Granted their versions are completely different, the idea is still the same. I always thought about why they decided to give Cell it in the Xenoverse games, no one would willingly give him energy after all. Outside his Cell Juniors. Then it struck me. What's stopping him from merely taking it? A being with focus like his would be able to figure it out in reality.
Did I also have him fail his Spirit Bomb in favor of creating a Spirit Saiyan? Yes.
I did this so I didn't give a random excuse of a Zenkai Boost saving the day. Happens a lot in Super nowadays. Besides the point, this is also fitting for Gohan completely given his nature is to protect the planet, why not have them actually help out. Even if it is unknowingly. And none of that Super Saiyan Rage crap either, this is based off the Spirit Saiyan made in the Super Android 13 Movie. That's reasonable compared to that...thing.
Either way, I merely allowed Gohan to absorb the energy of the Spirit Bomb completely . It is made up of the people of Earth, their positive energy being more than enough to be allowed within his ki pool and add on to it. Will it be enough though? We'll see next time.

Answer: Given how this was from the first chapter, then yes.
Messiah of authors: Rukido Getting killed. That was something I did not think what's going to happen but then again father will do anything to protect her child no matter what.
Answer: Ironically I actually did the same thing for the original story, though it was in favor of Trunks not getting killed due to Corvus not being a character at the time.

OK this was/is a very good chapter full of action and I love it. Well one things for sure, the future is in good hands. There are a few spelling mistakes, but they're easy to look past.
I can't wait to see what you do past the Cell Saga, like the Otherworld tournament? Bojack or even Broly? There are quite a few options

Ushindi: What an fantastic chapter! Well things just got a lot worse than canon, with Rukido, Trunks and Ranch dead and Cell gaining a new and powerful form certainly makes the final battle even more intense. Good job on giving Raditz and Vegeta SSJ2 and Corvus too.

Answers: I'm glad that you've liked it so much. As you can see things have gotten better for the Team altogether and the Cell Saga reaches it's closing next chapter. Now I'll give a brief explanation of Fallout.
Fallout is a video game series that's meant to take place in a post-apocalypse future, created by the downfall of Humanity. This was due to a resource war, fossil fuels were almost gone, creating tension between the United States, China and Russia. This war lasted up until 2077 where atomic fire was laid down across the land, effectively destroying America. The way people had survived was through underground bunkers known as Vaults.
Fallout has several stories, each one crafted fitting the setting of the game. Washington D.C., Vegas, Boston, etc. The player more or less has the choice of how to be. Be good, be bad, kill everyone, spare everyone, that is the power of choice within the games. No character ever made is actually connected to another from another game, and rarely will you ever hear about the exploits that have been done to them being an unknown factor over all. Regardless of how much Humanity has changed and grown however, there will always be blood split and are doomed to follow violence. The Wasteland is yours to do with, so make your choice...Gosh I sound like a sales pitch.
I'm sure if you want a better explanation, you can find people on youtube such as "Oxhorn." He practically lives for the lore of these games and would no doubt help explain things a helluva lot better.

3: MCU Thanos is dead as hell. Like fully dead. Date with Death Dead...just dead.
4: No they cannot as stated by Beerus during the Future Trunks Saga.
5: Probably and God-Like being from Comics Books, they're much more fleshed out and have writers who will actually explain everything.
6: Assuming he would be willing to settle down, there's always...no one...I can't think of anyone else he would actually be willing to be with.
7: That sounds about right, but maybe with a bit more whining with the Majin Mark still affecting him.
8: Goku: Hope. Vegeta: As of right now, Love. Gohan: Will. Krillin: Will. Piccolo: Compassion or Will. Bulma: Love. Chi-Chi: Rage. 18: Love.
9: Eevee as my starter, that's for sure.
10: Hell on Earth as is everything that happens in the future timeline.
11: This actually happened in a game once. Dragon Ball Z: Supersonic Warriors. In there he was on par with Super Buu to the point where neither could destroy the other at all.
12: Vegeta honestly. He fits all the requirements of a King in my opinion.
13: That would be a terrifying experience, one not dealt with easily. Definitely in need of a fusion to properly deal with as well. As for how she'd look, her normal self would only be a bit taller and showing off some muscles. Maybe with a touch of green and white mixed together.
14: I'd like to think she wasn't aware while she was an Egg and just died upon the stomp. So the inflation thing, that shit is actually scary.
