Unwanted Deathmatch! Polar Vs. The Galaxy Soldiers!
(Cash Island XS, Battle Island 1)
Polar stood across from the Heras with a less than impressed expression. So far no move was made, but they all still held the intent to kill him. "So how long are you gonna wait? I'm getting bored over here."
"I'll show you bored!" Bido declared before he fired an energy beam. Polar merely stayed in place and held out his hand, stopping the attack completely. "What!"
"Seriously? This is pathetic." Polar declared as he forced the beam to vanish. "Do I need to make the impression of how pointless this is?"
Bido growled at him, but stopped upon feeling a gaze on him. He barely turned his head and saw the stare Bojack was giving him. It was clear that he couldn't be hot headed here. Not during a battle like this. With a nod, Bido settled himself and began to gather up his power.
"You will learn fear when it comes to the Galaxy Soldiers." Bojack declared, setting his harsh gaze on Polar. "Once we have your head, the rest of the Universe will perish the thought of even facing us."
"Bold of you to assume that people would even care about my death. Least of all this world." Polar said, coolly. Bojack narrowed his eyes at Polar, who continued. "I'm not anywhere as important in comparison to the rest of the family, I am far more powerful however."
"You're power while notable is still nothing when sized up to our power. We've yet to use even a fraction of what we can do now." Bojack said as the Heras began releasing their power. It was more than enough to make the island shake a little, meaning they had some form of control.
"Yeah, just wait till we-" Bujin began, only for Polar to suddenly appear in front of him and ram a ball of energy into his head. The death was instant, leaving no remains to be seen. This had forced the Heras to jump away and look on with a mixture of shock, and anger. Polar only stood in place before letting out a sigh.
"Well that was quick. At least he had it painless. I can't make the same promise for the rest of you." Polar then turned his head to face the rest of them, giving them a cold glare. "So, are you sure you still want to do this?"
The Heras only responded by charging in head on.
(Capsule Corp Island)
"Well there goes one of them." Chronoa said, shaking her head with a smile. "Guess there isn't any need to worry about Polar, is there."
"Not in the slightest." Rukido said while snickering. "Still, better stay on guard in case they pull something. You did mention them being a challenge in the old timeline."
"That I can agree with." Chronoa said before feeling a pair of arms wrap around her. She giggled at the action while Rukido placed his hands on her stomach. "Still excited?"
"I'm having another child, how couldn't I be?" Yes, Chronoa was expected. Having been along for five months now and having a sizable stomach for it. She really didn't see it coming, but with how...eagar Rukido and Tights were, it happened. "And you still wanna be surprised right?"
"Of course! It is a big deal after all." Chronoa said, unable to hide her own excitement. This had never happened before in history, at least not officially. There was some fear that filled her as well, not knowing what the Child would be like. Or how others would react. "I do still want to tell Shin though."
"The Supreme Kai of this Universe, right?" Rukido asked, getting a nod of confirmation. "As long as he doesn't try anything stupid, I'm fine with it."
"Oh Rukido, if they even try anything, I'll leave their minds stuck in an infinite time loop with no escape." Chronoa said darkly, yet keeping her smile up.
"...You scare me sometimes. Yet I love it all the same." Rukido admitted.
"Then you must love me!" Rukido felt another pair of arms wrap around him and chuckled at Tights' "surprise" attack.
"Corvus is asleep then?" Rukido asked as they all let go of each other.
"Yup! He's been a lot more active as of late. No doubt he gets that energy from his father." Tights said, giving him a pressed look.
"Guilty as charged." Rukido said dryly.
"I think he's just excited about getting a sibling." Chronoa giggled.
"You think he knows?" Tights asked.
"He was flying the other day. He'll know when to sense energy soon enough." Chronoa explained.
"Heh, I wonder what kind of person he'll be. How they'll grow." Rukido said, referring to babies. He already knew that Corvus was going to live a different life in comparison of his future self and was more than okay with it. He just wanted what was best for not only him, but his soon to be sibling as well.
"Only time will tell. At least we know Corvus will grow up to be a cutie." Tights said with pride. "Must come from his mother."
"What? No, he gets it from me obviously." Rukido said, giving Tights a smirk. He got a punch in his chest for it. "Ow."
Tights merely rolled her eyes at him and settled for punching him again. Chronoa smiled at the sight before turning her focus back towards Polar and his battle.
(Cash Island XS, Battle Island 1)
Polar was dodging the aggressive attacks of the Galaxy Warriors with little to no difficulty. His arms lazily staying by his side and his expression showing he was less than impressed so far with their attempts. Left alone with his thoughts as they tried futilely to attack him, he could only think one thing.
Why?
That's what it always came down to.
Polar's whole life had been based on asking that simple question. Why did his family needlessly slaughter at their own whims? Why did their baser instincts rule them so for such a "civilized" family?
Why did the remnants of a dead race standing before him insist on taking the path that would lead to the final death of their people?
All that death and destruction caused…all of it for what?
Why, why, why?
What was the point of it all?
Some manner of control in the chaotic galaxy full of fighters they lived in? Or just because they could, and reveling in their power to take lives and control them?
…it didn't really matter at this point though, did it?
His brother and nephews, the Hera before him…they toyed with the universe in destructive ways that would eventually gain the attention of beings infinitely their greater. Beings whose heights were perhaps impossible to reach for even his saiyan comrade's abilities.
Polar had spent his entire life asking the question "why" to those around him. He'd wandered endlessly searching for something, anything, that was worthwhile enough to dedicate himself to instead of meandering from one planet to the next in an unmotivated slump or following murderous, sadistic impulses like his family.
For once, maybe he'd finally found an answer. A place to call home with some friends to boot. And now, once again, it was in danger.
At the very least, unlike these pirates, Cell had the power to back up his arrogance.
The Hera certainly didn't.
He dashed backwards to avoid the incoming attacks while the Heras chased after him. With a glare he suddenly dashed forward, ducking past the fist of Bojack and kicking Zangya away. Bido tried to close in for a strike, but Polar vanished at the last second, reappearing to ram his knee into the Hera's back. While Bido yelled out in agony, Polar grabbed his shoulder and flipped over him before tossing him.
Bido slammed into Bojack and knocked them both over while Polar prepared to fire a death beam. However a shadow casted over him and made him look up to see the incoming blade of Kogu. He raised his finger and blocked the blade, smirking behind his face plate at the enraged expression of the Hera. Kogu kept on trying to strike, but Polar blocked them all. He would have countered, but quickly saw a pair of energy balls thrown at him.
Both Kogu and Polar jumped back to avoid the attacks with the Frost Demon keeping focus for the next attack. It came in the form of ten beams shot from a smirking Bido. Polar dashed up and avoided the attack only to be struck in his chest by Bojack and forced on the ground. Zangya landed behind the Frost Demon and aimed out her hands as ki-strings shot from her hand. Polar barely got up before he found himself restrained out of nowhere.
"What the heck is this?" Polar questioned, not fighting against the restraints.
"You're done!" Kogu declared, charging forward with his blade in hand. He was shocked however once Polar used his tail to stop the blade in place. "W-what?"
"Tch. You're annoying." Polar's eyes glowed red and fired a beam from them, blasting Kogu back. He expelled the bindings around and glanced around at the angered Heras. "That goes for all of you. I get more challenges from my allies when they're using their base power. Compared to them, you're mediocre at best."
Despite the insult, Bojack managed to keep a smirk up and crossed his arms together. "You talk as though we've shown our hand. Behold the power of the Hera!" Clenching his fist, he let out a roar as he was consumed with a green light. It was shared by his allies, who were consumed by the same light. Polar remained in place as they finished their transform, gaining a yellowish-green skin tone and bright red hair. Bojack himself had actually torn through his cloak and stood before Polar with a smirk. "Now you shall go through pain unimaginable."
"You're more than welcome to try." Polar said, not intimidated in the slightest. The Hera saw that as more than enough reason to attack and charged all at once. While their attacks were far faster and carried more power, they were unable to land a proper hit with how Polar blocked their attack. "This is actually sad. Your little power up isn't even on the same level as a Super Saiyan. Not to mention the fact you can't land a hit on me, what will you do if the others decide to get involved?"
The crew didn't respond, too focused to continue their attack on the Frost Demon. They continued on until Polar suddenly vanished, making them stop and look around. Light flickered above them, getting them to look up and see a barrage of Death Beams raining down upon them. They had quickly scattered before the beams struck the ground, blowing up many parts of the island.
Zangya spotted the Frost Demon and dashed up to him while preparing her binding. She fired them only for him to vanish at the last second. He appeared in front of her and forced her into a brawl, easily dominating over her, landing strike after strike. Kogu saw this and was preparing to save her only for Bojack to stop him.
"Even you should see an opportunity as good as this." Bojack said with Kogu understanding immediately.
Zangya was forced to take all of Polar's attack with no chance to recover or even counter from anything thrown at her thus far. Punch after punch landed on her body until he finally settled on kicking her away. She managed to catch herself and glare at the ever calm Frost Demon. He slowly floated over her while Bido and Kogu appeared behind her. Without saying another word, they jumped back and fired a full powered energy wave into Zangya's back. She didn't even have time to scream as the beams tore through her and struck Polar. It was more than enough to blast the Frost Demon back. Bojack took this chance to appear just above them with a large ball of energy in hand.
"GRAND SMASHER!" The Hera tossed the attack down at Polar and made contact. It pushed the Frost Demon down to the ground where the attack seemed to be shrinking in size and grew more unstable. "NOW!"
Both Bido and Kogu quickly fired down their own attacks to join in with Bojack taking the lead. The combined assault forced the energy to explode, consuming Corvus and leveling the island they remained on. As it faded a large crater could be seen, sea water falling into it for many and all to see.
"Ha! He wasn't so tough!" Bido declared.
"Indeed. Though it did take a considerable amount of effort." Kogu said, glancing back to stare at Bojack. "Not to mention, he killed one of us with ease while Zangya..."
"Hey, she knew what she was getting into." Bido said without a care. "Besides, she would've done the same thing to us and you know it."
Bojack allowed a chuckle to escape his mouth. "You are right on that one, Bido. Our crew is quite cut throat, but it's necessary to defeat such an enemy." Bojack then settled for looking out into the distance with a smirk. "The only thing left to worry about are the Saiyans now."
"They won't be a match for us. Our power goes well beyond that of the Cold Family itself now." Kogu said, glee coming to him. "So, should we level this island to make a point?"
Before Bojack could respond, Polar suddenly appeared and slammed his palm into the Hera's face. Kogu and Bido could only watch with bugged eyes as Bojack went flying far off the island and out towards another one. They could hear the crash that took place, echoing out across the entirety of the islands. The Frost Demon slowly turned towards them with a cold expression.
"Next." Beams shot out from his eyes, forcing both to dodge back.
Kogu gritted his teeth before feeling a presence behind him. He turned around to attack only to find his blade missing from hand. His arm was roughly grabbed before it was cut from his body, making blood spew out everywhere. The Hera jumped back while clenching his stump only for his blade to come flying into his head, tearing right through it.
"KOGU!" Bido yelled before Polar came in and struck him to the ground. The Hera pulled himself to see Polar standing a fair distance away from him while holding a finger up. He froze upon seeing a small sphere of bull energy form in the finger. 'H-he's gonna use that Supernova thing! That'll kill me for sure!' However rather than run, he charged forward with the intent to kill. "I won't be dying by the likes of you!"
Polar however tilted the ball of energy and pointed it forward as it grew unstable. Before Bido could reach, a large beam fired from Polar and incinerated the Hera instantly. Looking at his finger, Polar could only nod in approval. "Good. Turning the power of a Supernova into a Beam was a good idea. Destructive, yet reserved to ensure it doesn't destroy the planet. I still need a name for it...oh wait. I still have one more left."
(With Bojack)
The Hera gasped as he held his head, feeling pain spread throughout his body. He pulled his hand back to show a large amount of blood, no doubt spilling from his nose and covering his chest now. Anger came quickly to Bojack. Clenching his fist, he forced himself to stand and began gathering up power further.
"That bastard will pay! LET'S SEE HOW HE HANDLES THIS!" Pain soon filled him as he started screaming out for all to hear. His vines bulged out while glowing red while his chest began glowing red and his eyes consummed by a yellow light.
(With Polar)
"Okay, where did I send him off to again?" Polar muttered while flying over the sea. An explosion of crimson caught his attention, making him stop in place and narrow his eyes at the growing power. "Hm. That's new." He watched Bojack come flying through the explosion, his eyes glowing yellow and red vines spreading out of his chest. Once he locked eyes with the Hera, he was instantly introduced with a feral roar. "Alright then, be sure to give it you're all now."
Bojack responded by charging forward with energy built up in his hands. Polar raised his arms to block it, surprise coming soon after at how quickly he was pushed back. Another strike forced him down to the ocean below while Bojack began tossing down blasts at him, screaming all the while. Explosions echoed out across the islands, many wondering what was going on.
The Hera didn't seem to want the assault to end as he fired endlessly down below. However Polar suddenly shot from the bottom and uppercutted him directly in his chest. This didn't even phase Bojack, the Hera attempting to grab Polar as he dashed back.
Time to use some more power.
Beams shot from Polar's eyes, instantly blasting Bojack straight up into the air. In a purple blur, the Frost Demon aggressively attacked Bojack from all sides. He left no room for the Hera to recover and continued his assault for as long as he could. That was until Bojack made a barrier of all of things and actually managed to knock him away with a shockwave. He barely stopped himself and glanced to see Bojack flying at him with his fist reeled back. Upon trying to strike Polar, the Hera missed completely as the Frost Demon spun around his blow and stabbed into his elbow with a ki-blade. Not a second later, Polar forced that blade to explode and blew off Bojack's arm.
Polar floated back and watched Bojack scream in pain while holding his stump. Red vines suddenly shot from the stump and formed a makeshift arm that pulsed occasionally. 'Regeneration huh? That just means I have to destroy him down to the cellar level.'
Bojack's new arm formed into a makeshift blade before he charged forward while screaming. Dashing backwards, Polar avoided the incoming slashes and strikes extremely narrowly. They soon made contact with the ground with both of them separating from each other and glaring intently at each other for different reasons.
Bojack charged forward and reeled his blade around to continue the attack. He was met with another ki-blade stopping him in place. Polar back stepped, blocking each and every aggressive blow that was thrown his way. Despite the clear power boost Bojack had, Polar had yet to use any of his true power. Mostly because he didn't want to take the risk of overdoing it. Well, not anymore at least.
Polar jumped back and avoided another strike from Bojack, vanishing from sight. The Hera looked around furiously before noticing a bright yellow light above him. He barely had any time to see before a giant ball of energy slammed into him and took him in. His screaming only grew as he found himself caught in Polar's attack, the Frost Demon fully concentrating on it. A barrier formed around Bojack briefly only to shatter instantly.
"Unfortunately for you, there's no escape from this move. Anything inside this energy sphere will be reduced to atoms." Polar declared calmly, ignoring the screaming Hera. "May you find peace for your wretched soul." He pushed more power into it, tearing apart Bojack's already burned skin. Bojack screamed as he was torn apart at the atomic level, leaving no trace of anything behind. Once that was said and done, Polar sighed at the sight. "Wonder if I went too far...wait, no! My reward!"
He'd be damned if he wasn't gonna get something out of this shit day!
(Capsule Corp Island, Living Room)(Later that Day)
Chronoa and Rukido could only sweatdrop at the sight of Polar and Tights going over the Frost Demon's reward. It was a large golden statue...of Hercule. To be fair, the thing was even taller than Piccolo and was made from real gold too!
"It's obnoxious, but given how everyone on Earth thinks he's their savior it'll fetch plenty for you." Tights said thoughtfully.
"They do think of this guy as if he's the ruler of the planet." Polar said thoughtfully while gazing upon the statue. "It even has diamonds for eyes."
"Oh they're big too. That makes it even better!" Tight said with a smile as she turned to him. "I'm sure we can get someone to buy this for around say...Forty-Seven Million Zeni."
"No. Put it up for auction. Start it at Ten Million and go up from there." Polar said, turning to face her. "That should be possible if everyone knows about this too."
"Ohh! Good idea!" Tights praised, patting his head.
"Don't do that." Polar said, stepping away and looking very disturb. He then kept stepping away as Tights followed him around with the attempt to pat him. "I am far too old for that."
"Too bad! You deserve it!" Tights announced, chasing after him. "You're never too old!"
"Cease this. Now."
"Never."
"Good thing there wasn't any reason to worry." Chronoa said with a smile. "I suppose it was silly of me with how strong everyone is now."
"No doubt. Regardless, we appreciate you caring so much." Rukido said, bringing her in close. "Thank you."
"No need for thanks. Got to make sure you stay good after all." Chronoa said, placing her hands on her stomach. "All of us."
"Couldn't have said it better myself." Tights said, wrapping her around the two with a smile.
(Otherworld)
"Hey! I told you things would be okay." Goku said, giving King Kai a cheeky smile.
"Yeah, yeah I was wrong." King Kai muttered, trying to hide the smile on his face.
"Still, I wish I could fight those Hera's too. Or anyone really." Goku admitted with a frown. King Kai however perked up.
"Actually Goku, you'll be happy to know that there's a Tournament coming up in a few months." King Kai said. Goku sprung up on his feet with a wide grin. "All Warriors of the Other World are allowed to join. Which means plenty of strong warriors."
"Sweet! I can't wait!" Goku exclaimed.
"I knew you would love it. It's actually in my honor too." King Kai said smugly. "Even other Kais are gonna come with their own warriors. You better work hard if you wanna beat them!"
"No need to tell me! I'm off!" Goku announced, leaving the small cave they were in to continue training.
The strongest warriors of the Other World were going to be fun to face! He just knew it.

Yo! It's me, Goku! There's a Tournament coming to Otherworld and everyone is gonna be there. I know there's bound to be some pretty powerful fighters up here if King Kai is giving me any thoughts. Though, only a few caught my attention so far. They're hiding some serious power behind them...wait! I-isn't that!

A/N: Well...that's it. That's the Bojack Arc, barely even that much. I know some of you may be disappointed about that, but as I mentioned before, not my favorite movie...it's actually down there with Bio-Broly for me.
Plus I really couldn't do too much in terms of an actual challenging fight. It realistically wasn't possible, not with how strong I've made the characters currently. Sure I could have done the Dark Energy power up, but I really didn't want that. Instead I just chose a strange addition to Bojack that Towa mentioned in the previous chapter. Will it get mentioned again? Most likely, especially if you understand where the design is meant to resemble.
That is...actually it. I just didn't see a reason to have the Galaxy Warriors to be taken seriously. Not at all. But if you know me by now, it doesn't mean we're through with them just yet. It just means they'll appear later on with their own role, that's all I'm willing to do.

Answers: Well I hope you like it, Polar deserves his own chance to shine after all. Though I only wish I could have given him a more interesting opponent. Thankfully I have the future to work with.
1: Just being disturb...that was just weird.
2: Given how they have U.I. at their age, he'd be pretty pissed.
3: I am not allowed to disclose the events that transpire between characters due to signed contracts. If I were, I would have had the thought of lemons...though they love it.
4: A bit underwhelming in comparison to his other battle suits, but it's still good. Just not a fan of his eyes or that red stripe either.
5: Well in the words of Stan Lee, bless his soul "The winner is...whoever the writer decides!" And I fully agree with that statement, it really is up to the writers. Now personally, I think Saitama would beat the shit out of Goku from Super, but that's just due to my own bias against Super...and it's really hard to beat someone that is meant to be a gag character.
6: Interesting, though a bit OOC, it is an interesting way to actually have a Human Fighter keep up with people like Piccolo, Goku, ect in a realistic way. Look at the Androids after all, they had no formal training yet have easily defeated trained warriors in the past. But that's all they are, androids or really cyborgs. So it shouldn't be impossible for Bulma to make her own Iron Man suit that can keep up with them. I mean, look at the comic Iron Man. He has suits meant to take on Thor, Thanos and even Galactus!
7: Any of them really. So long they have a pure heart and enjoy battle.
8: I won't answer that question, yet. What I will say is that Ultra Instinct is going through a change for this story. So it fits my likings rather than what it is already. Trust me, I think everyone will like it.
9: Well the appearance change would be minior, she went through some changes when she got Cell and Frieza, so there's no reason to think she'd go through anything too major if she took Broly, who is closer to her style in comparison of the other two. In terms of power, Beerus is just gone and destroyed. Gogeta and Vegito too for that matter just for taking Super Broly alone. Adding in Z Broly just makes it over kill due to him having a vast variety of forms and potential to add on to his Super counterpart.
10: I'm still debating if I should use it or not. After all, that's Vomi's name, not 21. 21 is meant to be a biologically android that was created after what I can only assume to be her template's(Vomi) demise. So she's her own person, being really young in reality. 17 and 18 are basically Humans turned into Androids/Cyborgs.
11: I actually talked about this to my friends, but we really didn't have an answer for it. Mostly because our thoughts at the time went to main characters. That was until I thought outside the box of who would be willing to take on the evil of the Universe personally. So I thought of Toppo. I originally thought of Jiren, but I doubt he would accept a power outside his own ability. Toppo on the other hand may be worthy to take on the title due to his history with the Pride Troopers and how much he strives for Justice. Ignoring his bit with G.O.D. power that is.
12: She may just fight it if it causes trouble with her relationships, such as Gohan and Mark(Mr. Satan). With Ki, she should be able to force it off and even then, she can still get plenty of help from anyone else.
13: There isn't a definite answer for that. It's just a ground hog day thing altogether.
14: The Time Loop would be worse, because you would be aware of it the entire time. Being stuck on the same day for the rest of your life is it's own living hell. Erasure, you won't even realize that you're gone. You just cease to be.
15: Super Broly would look on in a mixture of concern in confusion while Z-Broly-

anon9919: i think the harem part ruins the story, specially because the romantic interactions between rukido and thigts are weird and unrealistic.
Answer: In a story like Dragon Ball where I'm trying to follow it's now altered story, trying to make a realistic romance isn't realistic. Not by their standards, you've seen how that's handled and their most realistic one was Gohan and Videl, and that alone is barely something if I'm being honest.
I'm not saying this because I don't disagree with the Rukido and Tights romance being unrealistic, but due to how much time has to go by to get to certain points, there isn't enough time to build up a proper romance unlike with other stories. I can actually make that work with my other stories and take it very seriously. If I were writing something that's meant to have it's own original plot, I would then focus on it, but that's not the case unfortunately.
