A/N: So yeah. I am very late. My motivation was just completely down hill writing for anything really. Guess it comes with the season, at least during these times. There are really no good excuses and I'm sorry for that. But for now, I do hope you enjoy this chapter, it isn't overly long, but it's decently sized. I had to work with little when it comes to the Otherworld Tournament as is. But let's get into it.
Saiyan Spirit! Go All Out!
(Space, Unknown Homeworld)
A portal appeared in front of a frozen wasteland as two figures stepped out. The first of which was Mechikabura, the other being King Vegeta himself. The Dark King gleamed out to the distance while Vegeta looked unsure.
"Are you sure this man is alive? It's been decades since his time." Vegeta said.
"I was able to pinpoint his unique energy to this planet. He'll be of good use to us." Mechichkabura.
'You mean another tool for you to test the Earthlings.' Vegeta thought with a frown. They both ventured out into the raging snowstorm with the intent to find their target. As they felt a malicious ki, Mechikabura could only grin in anticipation.
(Otherworld, Grand Kai's Planet)
Goku could only look around with a sweatdrop. He was surrounded by all of his opponents, currently unconscious from trying to face him. Not a single one came close to making him use his full power and it made it underwhelming to say the least. He thought at least some of them would have pushed him in some way or even had a neat technique, but so far it was pretty basic.
'Still Pikkon and Bardock made it through as well! At least I have them fight!' Both warriors were heading into the Semi Finals, having defeated every member of their group with ease. There was another warrior, but Goku would be lying if he said he remembered his name. 'I can't wait to get started!'
'These guys are so intense.' Grand Kai thought, sweating nervously at the display. Sure they had powerful warriors before, but these guys were fighting on his planet! He hoped to the Supreme Kai's that his planet comes out unharmed. "Looks like all of you made it to the Semifinals! Good job! Now let's take a little looky at our randomizer."
A large screen appeared out of nowhere, projecting the next fights to happen. Goku would be facing Bardock while Pikkon would be facing Meno, the same warrior who made it.
"I hope y'all are ready, because now you really gotta show what you're made of!" Grand Kai announced. "Now get to your spots, that first fight starts in 30 minutes!"
'About time.' Bardock thought, a mad grin on his face. It may have been a bit too long for his taste, but it would work, 'You're gonna be surprised Kakarot. That's for sure.'
Goku himself was too excited to wait for the fight, it had been too long since he had a proper one. Admittedly he was more excited to face Pikkon than Bardock. Between the two of them, Pikkon was just much stronger than his fellow Saiyan, but he still believed he could get a good fight out of the man.
Half an hour had passed since then with Goku and Bardock standing across from another in the arena. Smirks settled on both their faces, clearly wanting nothing more than to get it started. Grand Kai could only sweat nervously at the two, feeling how powerful they were. The fact that they were Saiyans meant this was gonna be destructive.
'Best I start this up now before anything else!' Grand Kai coughed in his hand before putting on a big smile. "Alright! LET'S GET THIS BATTLE STARTED!"
"You better not disappoint Kakarot!" Bardock declared, his power pouring out around him.
"Heh. You're actually stronger than I thought." Goku declared, powering up to half his power. "But it's not enough to beat me."
"We'll see about that!" Bardock declared before jumping back and firing a beam at Goku.
Goku could only grin before dashing straight up into the air to avoid the attack. Bardock appeared just above him and attempted to slam his hands down, but was grabbed in place by the Saiyan. A growl escaped his mouth as he flung his leg forward and kicked Goku away. With his fist clenched and coated in energy, Bardock closed the distance and uppercutted Goku's stomach. While he hunched over a bit, Goku recovered almost instantly and brought a heavy strike down on Bardock's head. He followed it up with a swift kick to the man's side before throwing one more punch down, slamming him back down to the ground.
Bardock gritted his teeth as he back flipped on his feet before looking up to see Goku gone. Feeling a presence behind he barely dodged the incoming spear kick from Goku before lunging forward with his palm out. Once he got in close, he fired a fast ki-wave and forced him skidding back. Not letting up, he clenched his fist once more as it coated in bright yellow energy before charging forward and striking Goku across his face and towards the edge of the stage. Goku managed to stop himself and looked up to see Bardock with his hand held out.
"Heated Spirit Cannon!" A straight beam of energy shot straight from the Saiyan's hands, heat pouring from it's power. Goku however stood his ground and held out his hands, blocking the attack and holding it back. He then kicked it straight up in the air where it exploded, annoying Bardock to no end. "You gotta be kidding me."
"You're strong Bardock, but you can't beat me." Goku declared while entering a stance. He however didn't miss the smirk that Bardock sent his way, filled with pride.
'You're way stronger than I thought, Kakarot. Whatever battles you had on Earth shook the path of that of a normal Saiyan. You've truly made me proud.' Bardock thought, clenching his fist while feeling his excitement rise. "You better stop holding back, because now I'm going all out!" With his fist clenched and a glint in his eye, his aura appeared around him with a golden shape. He took glee on Goku's surprise, yet still held on to his focus and let out one loud roar. His hair stood up, gaining the infamous yellow color while his eyes were a raging green emerald. "Even you should recognize this form."
"You're a Super Saiyan? I had no idea." Goku said, actually amazed. He didn't think anyone outside his friends would even know about the form. However it was clear that it was still in the first stage of Super Saiyan and wouldn't pose much of a threat if he transformed himself. 'I can't beat him without using more than my full power, but Super Saiyan would be way too much. Unless.' Letting out a chuckle, Goku stood firmly in place and gained a look of pure focus. "Sorry to say, but you're not as close to my level as you think. For that, you get this! Kaioken Times 10!"
A blazing red aura appeared around him catching Bardock off guard for a moment before he brought his guard up. Goku gave him a smirk before vanishing in a red flash. Bardock grinned before bringing his fist up and matching it with Goku's. Their powers collided with one another and sent shockwaves well beyond the planet. They entered a clash right after, matching strike after strike with their own.
They soon jumped back and vanished from almost everyone's sights. Powerful shockwaves went out as flashes of red and yellow could be seen amongst the area. Not long after Bardock could be seen harshly uppercutting Goku, knocking his Kaioken away for a split moment. With gritted teeth, Goku managed to bring it back and kick Bardock's head straight up. He then struck him directly in his chest, chipping away at the man's armor. Bardock however released a burst of energy and forced Goku back before clenching his fist, coating it in a fiery aura.
"HEATED PHALANX!" Dashing over Goku, he struck down on his head and sent him crashing into the ground.
'Ouch! I didn't think he had something like that.' Goku thought annoyed before seeing Bardock flying down at it. He jumped up from his spot and kicked the Saiyan in his chest. Both of them landed across from one another, looking more excited as the battle went on. "Try keeping up with this!"
Without warning, Goku charged forward and kicked Bardock off his feet before chasing after him. Another strike landed across his face until one more uppercutted his stomach. Bardock threw a wild swing at him, but Goku blocked it and sent his own punch his way. He missed by a few centimeters with it barely scuffing Bardock's face, who jumped back and fired another ki-wave. Crossing his arms and bringing his power up, Goku attempted to shand in place, but found himself pushed back by the attack.
He finally forced the attack to stop before noticing Bardock flying above him while spinning in his direction. Once he drew close, Goku used Instant Transmission and dodged at the very last moment and reappeared behind him. Leaving no time to react, Goku swung his leg at his head and sent him flying down before firing another blast. Bardock however forced himself to kick it away only to find himself harshly elbowed across his face. This time however, he managed to hold himself together, much to Goku's surprise.
"We ain't done just yet, Kakarot!" Bardock declared while power built up around his aura and grew even larger.
A burst of energy exploded off of Bardock and blasted Goku away. Bardock grabs his clenched fist as he charges after him and punches him in his face before reverse side kicking him further up into the air. Flying after him while yelling, he proceeded to punch him repeatedly, not allowing Goku to recover. Next, he grabbed Goku by his head and leapt over behind to knee him up further into the air. Dashing far above, Bardock dive bombed down and brought both his hands down upon Goku's back, getting a surprised cry from him. While Goku was attempting to recover, Bardock took the chance to kick him away and gain distance.
He fired another beam at Goku, but the Saiyan suddenly recovered and slapped it away. Pushing forward, he flew at Bardock and tackled his body hard enough to force him off balance. Then he appeared behind him and punched him as hard as he could in the back of his head. It actually made Bardock's vision go blank for a second as he fell forward. Goku however didn't let up and charged down, spear kicking Bardock directly in his back. The man cried out in pain before crashing on the ground and leaving a sizable crater for all to see.
"Damn...brat." Bardock muttered while pulling himself up. He noticed a blue light above him and turned around to see Goku with his hands by his side. "Tch. We're playing like this huh? Fine." He stood up straight and held up his palm, a blue sphere forming within. It floated perfectly in his hand and became far more controlled than expected. Even a small faint blue aura could be seen surrounding him now. "This battle...it's more than I could have ever dreamed of. Unfortunately for you, you're gonna regret doing this much damage to me. I think I finally got this move down."
Goku didn't respond, rather he continued to charge his attack to the max. Once he was finished, a bright glow surrounded him before he thrusted his palms forward. "HAAAAA!" The Beam shot down at Bardock, he reeled his attack back with a solid glare on his face.
"RIOT JAVELIN!" The attack was tossed and sent flying up at the incoming Kamehameha. Once the attacks met, a struggle was made with both Saiyans pushing more and more power into their attacks.
"S-seriously?!" Goku yelled in surprise. His attack should have gotten through the other Saiyan's attack by now. Yet somehow it was easily matching his own despite the injuries that Bardock had gained thus far. It made him wonder if it was anything special, but there was no time for that. He wanted to win! "TIMES 20!"
The reddish aura grew more intense as the Kamehameha doubled in size. Bardock gritted his teeth as he watched his attack begin to get overpowered before sending more power into it. His eyes were glowing far fiercer than before while his aura suddenly flew from his body and towards the Riot Javelin. It instantly fused it with it, making it's power grow almost immediately and pierce through the Kamehameha. Goku saw this and had no time to react as the attack closed in on him, blowing up and releasing a shockwave that shook throughout the planets.
Bardock huffed as he lowered his hand, looking up curiously to see if his attack had ended the battle. However a bright explosion of light killed that train of thought with the smoke clearing and showing Goku as a Super Saiyan. He had transformed before the attack struck, adding onto his power and helping him take the blast. His gaze met Bardock, who went on guard at that moment until Goku suddenly appeared before him. He had no time to react as he was harshly uppercutted and sent him flying off the stage, then slammed back first into a wall. Falling out of Super Saiyan, Bardock looked at Goku with a weak grin before dropping over unconscious.
"AND THE WINNER IS SON GOKU!" Grand Kai announced with the crowd cheering.
"He's certainly stronger, isn't he?" Annin asked while looking down at Gohan.
"Much stronger than I ever was." Gohan chuckled, happy to get a proper feeling on where his grandson stood.
"Whew." Goku breathed while reverting back to base. He watched as medics were already taking in Bardock for healing, but he took note of another person jumping from the stands and joining in. 'I didn't mean to knock him out like that, but why did he smile like that? Maybe he enjoyed it as much as I did.' Still it was strange fighting Bardock. Not because of his style or technique, but rather matching his energy with his own. There was a hint of familiarity that he couldn't pin down. 'Better get some rest myself. I know Pikkon is gonna win his match.'
He was right when it came to that. Pikkon had defeated Meno in a single strike, embarrassing him greatly. Now he was remaining on stage for Goku to come on and face him. Having been well rested, the Saiyan made his down to go up against the otherworld fighter.
"I would say give up while you're ahead, but after witnessing your true power, I can admit to being excited for our battle." Pikkon said, keeping a confident smirk up as he spoke. "Yet, in the end it shall be me who is the victor."
"Calling it already? Guess I have to show you what it's like to lose then." Goku said while transforming into Super Saiyan. "Let's see if you can handle me at full power."
'I was wrong, these two are gonna have more trouble fighting!' Grand Kai thought, sweat dripping down his face. He felt as though his planet was actually gonna get destroyed. Out in the stands, many watched in anticipation, but none more so than Gohan and a conscious Bardock, who was grinning the entire time. "A-alright now! Let's be sure to show much control over ourselves and allow the final match to begin!"
The moment those words were uttered, Pikkon and Goku shot forward and matched fist with each other. Pikkon moved a bit quicker, fire engulfing his body and throwing a quick kick. Goku was immediately sent flying up in the air with Pikkon flying up after him and smacking him straight to the ground. From there, he tossed down a barrage of ki-blasts, exploding the arena around them.
Pikkon dashed down to continue his assault only for Goku to suddenly right by him at blinding speed. He turned to face the Saiyan only to revive a roundhouse kick and was sent skipping across the remains of the arena. He quickly recovered just in time to block the incoming strike of Goku, which had forced him back a bit. Both had soon entered the clash with Goku going full offensive and pushing back Pikkon who was barely blocking the incoming strikes as it was. It wasn't long until Pikkon was forced to jump back and take to the air to gain some distance. Ripping off his cloak and turban as they sunk into the ground.
'I'll need everything I have in order to face him!' Pikkon thought while swaying his arms around. A blue flame like aura appeared around him, remaining in place as he prepared to strike. 'This battle, it won't be like him!'
Pikkon dashed down and rushed at Goku, catching him off guard with a flaming kick to his chest. The Saiyan slid back while Pikkon formed two lightning-like ki-blasts and tossed them at him. Jumping from his spot, Goku avoided the blast before noticing a large tornado spinning at him. Instantly he was pulled in, feeling Pikkon's energy empowering it to a large tornado. It was when he noticed fire that he needed to get out fast.
Bursting his energy around himself, Goku powered through the tornado until he saw Pikkon and tackled him. The tornado faded away with Pikkon landing on the ground and watching the Saiyan come at him. A punch was thrown at him, but Pikkon managed to grab it and push it away before using his free hand to fire a blast and consume Goku whole. Pikkon jumped back to keep the distance, but Goku appeared behind him and slammed both his arms on the back of his head.
Pikkon went flying forward before flipping back up and began firing small ki-waves. Goku however held up his hand and fired a beam, destroying the incoming assault while flying at Pikkon. Gritting his teeth, the Otherworld Warrior barely managed to fly up and avoid the blast as it soared off world. His arms waved around and gathered his energy within his fist. The bluish flame aura reappeared as he aimed both his fists down at the still Saiyan.
"THUNDER FLASH!" Flames spewed from Pikkon's hands in a perfect beam-like state and were launched directly at Goku. The Saiyan however didn't dodge or try to counter it. Rather he dashed up from his spot and straight up into the incoming attack. "What?!"
"You ain't gonna beat me like that!" Goku yelled before using Instant Transmission at the last second. Not knowing the technique, Pikkon was unaware of Goku being right behind him where he harshly struck him to the ground. Not letting up, the Saiyan fired one last beam down upon the Warrior, blowing up the entirety of the arena. 'Whoops! Might have overdone it.'
'These guys are seriously too much!' Grand Kai thought, shaking violently at the display of power. Once the smoke cleared showing Pikkon in the middle and unconscious. "P-Pikkon is unconscious! Goku is the winner and the Tournament is over!"
"HA HA HA! THAT'S MY STUDENT!" King Kai announced, laughing out loud. He was getting glares from his fellow Kais, but he could care no less.
Goku floated down and reverted back to base. He watched as Pikkon was taken away by the medics before stepping off the stage with a smile on his face. While he rarely had the chance to use his full power, he had fun with every fight for the most part. Plus he could always ask to train with them in order to increase all of their power in the upcoming years.
"Goku!" The Saiyan perked up upon seeing his grandfather and quickly rushed over to him.
"Hey Grandpa! Did you see me out there?" Goku asked, bending down to his level.
"Of course. You've certainly surpassed my level years ago now. Not to mention how much control you have over your power is outstanding." Gohan said thoughtfully, his smile kind and caring. "You've grown up and all without me being there. Almost makes an oldman sad."
"Don't feel that way, Grandpa. I always remember what you taught me, it made me into the person I am today." Goku said, giving out his famous smile. "I don't think I would ever be who I am without you. Thank you for that."
Gohan could only smile at that. He had only a few worries after his death, but it was all for naught it seemed.
"Kakarot." Goku turned around to see Bardock approaching him. Standing up to face him, he was surprised to see the serious glare on the man's face. "So you decided that I wasn't worth using your full power on, but the other guy was?"
"Well..." Goku couldn't help, but laugh nervously. He was getting some Vegeta vibes from Bardock now. "S-sorry about that."
"Tch. Next time we fight, you give me everything you got. You understand that?" Bardock ordered, while poking Goku's chest. The Saiyan could only nod while Bardock gained a smirk. "However, you're more powerful than I thought. It was a good battle, thanks for it."
"Sure, anytime." Goku said.
"Bardock!" Both turned their heads at the new voice. Bardock grimaced slightly while Goku looked at the newcomer surprised. She was of average height and slender build. She had a lighter-pale skin complexion, onyx eyes, and shaggy black hair reaching her shouldersShe wore a sleeveless black bodysuit and dark green combat armor highlighted with bronze and outlined by white, in addition to purple armbands and white boots. "You shouldn't be up and walking around yet, I..."
"Gine, this is Kakarot." Bardock introduced, stepping out of the way. "Kakarot, this is my wife. Gine."
"Gine, huh? Well it's nice to meet you." Goku said with a smile while awkwardly holding his hand. However Gine had surprised him by hugging him tightly. He looked at Bardock to see the man shaking his head while he heard his grandfather chuckling. So he chose to hug her back and could practically feel the happiness radiant off her. "Wow, you sure are friendly miss."
They pulled apart with Gine giving a smile, though it looked a bit forced. "You don't remember much about the Saiyans, do you?"
"Well, I may have hit my head a bit hard when I was younger." Goku said weakly. He missed how Bardock shot a stare at Gohan, who could only laugh nervously. "But I was a baby when it happened, so I don't think I forgot much." However that only seemed to make Gine sad, if her downcast expression was anything to go off of. Somehow it made him feel worse than he expected, especially when he got the same feeling of familiarity from her. It got worse when he saw small tears in her eyes, filling him with panic. "H-hey, no reason to cry! Really!"
"I know I shouldn't, but I can't help it." Gine said, whipping away her tears.
"I don't get it, why is it so important? I was a baby after all." Goku said. Bardock couldn't hold back his facepalm much longer.
"For crying out loud." Bardock said, stepping up to them with a look of pure annoyance. "We're your parents, Kakarot!"
"...Eh?"
"Bardock!" Gine yelled, making the Saiyan male wince. "You said we would have eased him into it and explain!"
"I have my limits. It's not my fault he can't see a clear resemblance!" Bardock yelled.
"Even then you just blurted it out! You see how confused he is now!" Gine said.
"Our energy is literally the same as his almost! You'd think that would be a clear enough sign!" Bardock yelled.
It took a moment, but Goku's mind finally caught up.
"W-WHAT?!" Goku yelled, taking a step back from the duo. "Y-your my...my..."
"Yes, they're your parents." Gohan said from behind, making Goku look at him. "I met them some time ago when I mistaken their energy as your own. A small mistake on my part. You should be able to sense it."
"Oh right." Goku said, sensing their power more properly. It was so familiar to his own and Raditz's that he felt silly for not noticing it sooner. "Now that I take a look at you two, you kinda look a lot like Raditz."
Bardock couldn't help, but to sweat drop at the comment while Gine couldn't help to laugh. "I think you look closer to your father than you think. Thankfully you got my eyes."
"He has the look of a true Saiyan, just like me." Bardock said proudly.
"Well it's...nice to meet you?" Goku said, feeling overwhelmed and awkward about the whole situation. Yet he was still confused. "Wait, but how are you here? Were you good?"
"Not exactly." Gine said with a strained smile while Bardock grumbled.
"While our forces did act under Frieza's hand, the Saiyans were taking lives and planets many years before we were forced under him. Thanks to that, we were evaluated apparently before we got here and were given a choice." Bardock began explaining with a scowl. "While your mother proved herself well enough to get on through, I on the other hand was forced to work for it by acting as a guard for the lesser stellar in Hell. Can't say I'm not thankful, most of the Saiyans got the boot straight down, but it took me years to get allowed here."
"It took me even longer to get into contact with you, but you had to talk me down." Gine said with a small glare.
"Tch. It took me hours to actually convince you to stay here. With puppy faces like yours, you wouldn't do too well down there." Bardock playfully mocked. He was struck in his arm for it, but it didn't make him budge. "See?"
"Jerk." Gine said before turning to face Goku and giving him a wide smile. "But enough about that, I want to know how you and Raditz have been doing? W-well outside of you being here that is."
"Well it's kinda funny given how we first met." Goku said. He really didn't want to know how they would think with Raditz's first appearance. Still he had to say something else. "I'm sorry that I really don't remember you, but it's actually...nice knowing you now."
"Oh Kakarot, we'll have more than enough time to get to know each other." Gine said, bringing him and Bardock into a hug. Goku could only laugh at it while Bardock shifted uncomfortably and Gohan watched on with a smile.
From afar, Pikkon could be seen watching the family reunion. 'Your stronger than I believed and I paid the price for my own arrogance. Yet you showed me one thing that I was not sure of and that was my own power.' A frown settled onto his face as he thought back to how he died. 'It's not enough to match up to that...monster. Calling him a warrior would never be the right term. All I was able to do was weaken him before he ended me.'
A warrior that had so much power and bloodlust that could not be stopped, a force of nature that could not be tamed, one that had remained dormant for so long. Evil such as this man was why he desired to become stronger, but his power still remained a small pebble in comparison. He only wished that time for their match would not come anytime soon.
Something however could not be kept in stone.
(Unknown Planet, Frozen Cave)
"So this is the Saiyan Legend." Vegeta muttered, a hint of fear within his tone.
"Quite marvelous isn't he? Even in this eternal sleep, he still leaks power." Mechikabura said, admiring the man before him.
Forced to stand in his sleep, was a muscular man of towering height. He has long spiky white hair reaching down to his thighs with a single shorter bang hanging over his face. He was wearing nothing more than his trousers and chains wrapped around his body.
"The so-called Evil Saiyan of Ancient times, Cumber." Vegeta said, unable to hide his awe and fear any longer. It was through this man that his ancestors had claimed Planet Vegeta for it's own. Then he vanished out of nowhere. "Will you truly be able to control such a power?"
"As he is now, no. However I don't plan to awaken him just yet. I have a certain need for his power." The Dark King held up his staff and held it up to Cumber's chest. A red energy engulfed them both, making King Vegeta step back.
"What are you doing?!"
"Simple. Making use of his power." Mechikabura said before he and Cumber were fully engulfed in the light. As it faded, Vegeta looked on in shock to see Mechikabura's current change. He was much younger now and no stood at average height. His hair was snow white and reaching down to his back and his eyes remained it's demonic red style. "Hmmm, seems like my power hasn't grown, but my age has regressed back. Interesting...and it seems like our friend is awake."
Vegeta froze at that and turned to see Cumber. The man was up, his hair returned to black and glaring down at them with red eyes fueled with rage.
"Hello there, Evil Saiyan. Your power was quite useful in returning us to a younger state, but also awakening you as well. A Shame you couldn't keep it, but with what you have now, you'll prove to be a useful asset." Mechikabura said, not caring about the killer intent the Saiyan was leaking. "Now then, how would you like the battle of a lifetime?"

A/N: And that is the end of this chapter. Now to explain a few things real quick, starting off with Bardock.
Now Bardock is strong, that much is true, but he has his limits. Not having too many training partners, mentors, or even his potential unlocked limits him severely in companion to the Dragon Team. If anything, I was generous in giving him Super Saiyan. It's why I had Goku at least use Kaioken on the man and allowed him to cheat with his Riot Javelin which gets stronger when he's more hurt. Regardless due to how I made Goku currently, he's several times stronger than whatever Bardock would gain in otherworld.
Which leads into Pikkon's fight with Goku. Pikkon falls under the same boat, but not as much obviously. In Cannon he one shot Cell, but that was more than likely due to them getting weaker in Hell because there is no logical answer for that. Ignoring that, keep in mind that my Goku and Cell are vastly stronger, plus there wasn't any reason to make Pikkon stronger than he was. Which was why Goku only used Super Saiyan and not Super Saiyan Kaioken. It's great, but not necessary either with Super Saiyan 2 and beyond.
Finally we have our official reunion with Goku and his parents. I didn't want to make it overly emotional, especially on Goku's part after the Tournament was done. He isn't just gonna click with them just yet nor get his memories back just like that. I have seen it done too many times, but it's done out of convenience and I didn't want to go for that. This is Dragon Ball still.
...Oh, you expect me to talk about Cumber? Nope. Not yet. But I will say that he has been depowered by a lot to a reasonable amount in favor of both his and Mechikabura's age regression. Making them both far more dangerous.

Answer: Continued from my previous comment, I won't be using their OC's for a few reasons. Mostly because I don't know them and I don't believe that I can fit them into the story due to their characters would most likely not fit the style. Sorry again.

Answer: I finally caught up with it and I love it. However I don't know if I'll use anything from it.

Answer: I live for this. Even if it isn't like Dragon Ball back then, it doesn't feel anything close to agonizing to sit through like it is with Super. As for Aeos, I like it.

Answer: Possibly, it is a bit odd with how some of them are being killed off yet never appearing once again in otherworld and the Supreme Kai world as well. Old Kai stayed in place, but one would argue that's due to him technically being a fusion. Bah, it doesn't matter, I'll think on it.

12: It would maybe be stronger, I can't really compare them. As for breaking free, no. At least not by the time he got the cursed mark up to when he lost it.
13: Personally, yes. At the same time however, I would actually go through effort to write a realistic relationship between them. That's probably why I don't like any of the relationships from it. Of point, yeah, I do think Goku and Bulma would do better for each other. Outside of them making sense, they wouldn't actually have their passions get in the way of each other and could actually make up with family moments as well.

Guest02957: Awesome story! I've been following this story to see where it goes and I'm not disappointed. I really love how Rukido got together with Chronoa and Tights. I also love how you created Polar, who is King Cold's Brother. Will Rukido get Super Saiyan 4 instead of Super Saiyan God? Will Rukido get SUper Saiyan 4 Limit Breaker in the Tournament of Power? Will Polar get Cooler's Final Form and Frieza's Golden Form? These are just suggestions since this is your story and you can write it however you want.
Anyway, awesome story and keep up the great work!
Answer: Well I'm glad you like it, but given how these are questions that would have me spoil the future, I can't answer any of them. I know you've been waiting, but I can't give out any spoilers just like that you see.
1Messiah of authors: Aww that was a cute reunion with grandpa Gohan and Goku seriously why couldn't they do that again? But I got to say I really like Bardock appearing in the other world tournaments it just makes sense especially if they're going to be choosing strong fighters. But now that just leaves the question if gine is with him I think she is. Anyway I did have my worries about the story glad it got answered. Can't wait to see how strong Bardock is.
Answer: Hopefully I didn't do Bardock too dirty, I wanted to make his match realistic with how Goku is now. And never have fear, I still love this story, DB at times just makes it difficult to love.

Answer: Pretty sure your thinking of Merus from the Moro Arc, but that's messy enough as is.
supersoper: Are you going to have unique threats come in from other dimensions like the Goku Black from the what if series by Hyourinjutsu? Will there be unique saiyan transformations or are you sticking to the generic ones from the shows?
Answers: I may have some unique threats come in and I may work on some variations of transformations.
HunterSilas: Super Saiyan 3 wasn't foreshadowed either, Goku just pulled it out of his ass against Buu. I wouldn't say Gohan's Ultimate form had much build up either, nor was it remotely earned after he spent 7 years slacking off. The idea behind Ultimate is good, but the execution was kinda sloppy.
This kind of thing has actually been happening before even Z. Korin gave Goku the Divine Water so he could beat Piccolo even though he stated it didn't exist in a previous arc. It's why I can't get too mad at Black Freeza when shit like this has been happening for nearly the entire series.
Answer: I know, but outside the Divine Water bit, there was at least some bit of build up to it and it's not completely out of nowhere. Goku was dead for 7 years and trained for them, so he's very much allowed Super Saiyan 3. As for Gohan, they didn't immediately rush into it thankfully, though it could have been handled better, that I agree with.
My problem with Frieza is that it really is out of nowhere and not even in a way that it's good. Just one strike and just gone. That is just underwhelming, especially at the end of the Saga too. Doesn't help that I don't even like Frieza to begin with either so I have a naturally biased attitude when it comes to him. I can admit that much.

Answer: Eh, no. The best I'm willing to do is give mention to them, but making them pop up, especially during situations like this, just wouldn't work and is just extra baggage.
