"Now today is the first day of the second round of the Unova league the first match will be Ash vs Stephan the battle is a 3vs3 battle the battle will be over when all Pokémon of one side is unable to battle are you ready" both nodded" battle begin" the Ref said.
"Ash don't think I will go easy on you just because we are friends" Stephan said.
"I wouldn't want it any other way" Ash said. Both took out a Poke ball.
" Liepard lets go" Stephan said.
"Absol I chose you" Ash said.
With that both Pokémon appeared on the field glaring at their opponents. The battle ends with Absol winning just by a small margin but took a lot of damage since the battle was going on for a long time but before the Ref could call it a win in favor of Ash, Absol collapsed with swirls in its eyes.
"Both Pokémon are unable to battle the battle ends in a draw trainers send out your next Pokémon" Ref said.
Ash and Stephan returned their Pokémon into their poke balls.
"Zebstrika lets go" Stephan said.
"Flygon, I chose you" Ash said.
The electric horse and the Dragonfly Pokémon appeared on the field with their own cry.
"Wait now I know why that Absol was familiar to me" brock said.
"Wait do you mean that they are the ones that these are the ones that helped us back when we met Jirachi" Max asked.
Brock only nodded and then May told the others about the journey back then and how they met the two Pokémon that Ash used until now.
Back at the battle Flygon dominated the battle because neither Zebstrika's Fire nor Electric attacks did a lot of damage before it was defeated by earthquake.
" Zebstrika is unable to battle Flygon is the winner, Stephan sent out your last Pokémon" Ref said.
Stephan returned his defeated Pokémon and thanked him for his Job. While Ash did the same.
"Ash even if I am down one Pokémon, I will not give up the battle, Sawk lets go" Stephan said as his threw out his strongest Pokémon.
"Well, I wouldn't have it any other way, Lucario I chose you" Ash said.
The Aura Pokémon appeared on the field with its eyes closed, arms crossed and standing on one foot before opening his eyes with a stern look and took on his fighting stance. Cameron's Riolu had stars in its eyes on seeing how powerful its evolution is.
"Wait brock is that the Lucario that we met in sinnoh as a riolu that knows aurasphere "Dawn asked.
"It could be, but it could also be Sir Aarons Lucario if he found a way to get it out of the Crystal" Brock said
Brock told the others about the 2 adventures, and they were shocked how about the stories especially about the sad story to what happened to Sir Aaron's Lucario and how cruel Hunter J is.
The battle went on for 5 minutes with both Pokémon clashing against each other with Lucario getting the advantage threw his wide range attacks Like Flash cannon and Aura Sphere and finished it with Close.
"Sawk is unable to battle, Lucario is the winner and since Stephan has no Pokémon that can battle anymore Ash is the winner." Ref said.
"And with this Ash will move onto round 3" Freddy said as the crowd gave a roar of applause for both trainers.
Ash went over to his Lucario and petted him on the head.
"Good job my friend" Ash said as Lucario gave a cry of joy, with that they walked over to Stephan who was helping up his downed Pokémon.
"Hey Stephan, that was a great battle between us" Ash said as he held out his hand which Stephan took and shook it.
"Yeah, it was but I still was unable to win against you" Stephan says.
"don't be sad you did well even defeat my Absol which isn't an easy feat" Ash said.
Stephan nodded as they returned to the stand were they were looking the next matches until it was time for Bianca vs Cameron were Biancas Cinccino defeated Cameron's Swanna before it and Escavalier were defeated by Samurott which was defeated by Emboar and now Cameron is in deep trouble since riolu was weaker than emboar although even threw riolu was able to dodge most of the attacks although when Emboar hits he hits hard. Now riolu laid on the ground injured.
" Emboar finished it of Heatcrush" Bianca said.
"Dodge it" Cameron yelled
But it was too late and Emboar crushed Riolu to the ground. When Emboar stood up riolu laid on the ground not moving with its eyes closed have a minute later the Ref raised his flag.
" Riolu is- "the ref was interrupted by a cry from riolu who stood up with all it will and then then let out another cry before it was engulfed by a blue light at the sight everyone was gasping.
"What an interesting Cameron's riolu is evolving in the last moment" Freddy said.
"That is Lucky with that Cameron has a chance again" Ash said.
The others nodded when the glow died down there was now a Lucario in Riolu's place and with newfound power.
After the evolution Lucario was in the advantage against Emboar now in Speed and power and then finished it off with Aura Sphere.
" Emboar is unable to battle, Lucario is the winner, and the winner is Cameron" Ref said.
"With the luck of an evolution Cameron moves onto round 3" Goodshow said.
Cameron runs over to his newly evolved Pokémon and hugged it while Bianca returned her Pokémon and fell to her knees crying.
They left the stadium, met up with the others, and went back to the stands after the other battles of round two, the round three matches were about to be announced.
"Now since the last match of round 2 is finished we will move onto round 3 and now we will reveal the matches" Goodshow said.
When the matches appeared, there was one interesting match Ash vs Cameron. When everyone saw their match, they left the stadium.
Ash went to the computer room and looked at the Pokémon Cameron had and saw that he had a Samurott, Lucario, Swanna, Ferrathorn, Wachhog, Volcarona, Eelektross and a mysterious Pokémon when he saw that he thought that Cameron would probably go with Lucario, Ferrathorn, Samurott, Volcarona, Eelektross and that mysterious Pokémon and he thought he should use Serperior for Cameron's Samurott, his Samurott for Volcarona, Emboar for Ferrathorn, Krookodile for Eelektross, Sir Aaron's Lucario for Cameron's Lucario but at the moment he was thinking who to use for that mysterious Pokémon he was looking at three of his Pokémon one was a blue dog Pokémon with a large crystal on its forehead, the other one was a blue bird with three crystals on its head and the last one was a white bird with a blue underbelly, blue back spikes, tail spikes and masks.
When he decided which Pokémon, he would use in the third round he was about to leave the room Brock came up to him.
"What are you doing here" Brock asked.
"I have selected my team for tomorrow night, but what are you doing here" Ash asked.
"Oh yeah, a guy called Drayden and Lisa called you a few minutes ago and I told them that you would call them back again" Brock answered.
"Thanks" Ash said with that he left the computer room and went to the calling station and entered the number of Pr. Oak who took the call.
"Hey Ash, how is it going" Pr. Oak.
"Well, I wanted to ask you for my team for round 3 but also wanted to ask you to send the Creation trio and the Tao trio to Drayden and the Legendary Birds, Lugia and Ho-oh to Chricific Valley to train my two sacred weapons" Ash said.
"Sure, I will do that but who do you want for the third round" Pr. Oak asked.
Ash then told the professor what Pokémon he wanted for the third round and after receiving them he ended the call and called Drayden who asked him when he would use his secret weapon, which Ash told Drayden that he would save it for the finals and then told him that he told Pr. Oak to send Drayden the Tao Trio and the Creation trio to train his sacred weapon, at first Drayden was shocked when Ash told him that he had six legendary dragon Pokémon but after Ash told him about his meetings with them he wasn't surprised about it, after which Ash ended the call and called Lisa were the call was the same.
After he ended the calls, he went to sleep.
