The screen slowly fades in as it reveals a lab. On the side of the wall, it shows the Umbrella Symbol. Umbrella had set up a facility in a building, right in the middle of Raccoon City. Where their tests would begin. S.T.A.R.S has been a problem for recent years ever since The destruction of the Mansion. They lost a valuable companion on the way. Nick Redfield. The younger brother of Chris Redfield and the older Brother of Claire Redfield.
They had found the perfect test subject for The Nemesis Program. Nemesis was meant to kill all of S.T.A.R.S members.
Scientists gathered around a table. On it was a massive body. It was a humanoid but more of a monster than a man. The Doctors were injecting chemicals into the monster's body.
Deep inside the monster was a parasite. This parasite would help Umbrella keep control of the monster. Little did they know, the parasite was becoming unstable and would decease in a matter of minutes.
The Doctors continued to inject chemicals and many other unknown liquids.
The body remained motionless. The monster had big teeth that seemed to pop out for its gums. But remained straight. One eye was closed and seemed to stay that way. The other eye seemed to open but remained shut.
Meanwhile, deep inside the monster's body, the parasite was on the brink of deforming. The Doctors were injecting too many chemicals, making the parasite become unstable. And without the parasite, Umbrella had no control of the monster whatsoever.
After one last injection. The parasite exploded from inside but didn't harm any other organs or the insides of the creature.
The monster's hand twitched slightly. The monster started to have memories flash in and out of his mind. Much of it was when he was human. But he never knew who he was. That was when he saw…..her. The girl who went by the name, Jill Valentine.

The headline says
"Umbrella and S.T.A.R.S Clash?"

Then an old Video feed of the events of The Mansion. With Chris Redfield, Rebecca Chambers along with Jill Valentine surrounded by Zombies.
And
A male voice is heard over a podcast as images of an Umbrella lab are destroyed. It was left from the destruction of Nemesis.
"The Nemesis Program has been shut down, due to traject failure of keeping the creature captive. Now the monster roams free on the streets of Raccoon City."

"The hunt for Nemesis continues...But now we must move on and complete our test." A younger male voice is heard as images flash of pictures of the new Tyrant being created.

"The N-001 was a failure. But we now have a new, more advanced Bioweapon. We call it T-002, or Mr. X" The young male voice is heard as it shows the new Tyrant being transported on a Large Helicopter.

Resident Evil 3: Tyrants Chaos
Author's Note: Hey Everyone! Frostzilla 2002 is back! With a new story ready for action! Before you all go saying "what a terrible story Delete immediately." This is just the introduction to the new Resident Evil Story. think of it as a Prologue or opening scene to a Movie. After this chapter, I will be working on the next chapter to the story. Of course, I am off work for the Holidays, however, My family and I are very busy during this time of year, so Don't expect an update until after Christmas or New Year. But I just wanted to post this so I could see what you. That's Right You guys to see what you think of the story Idea. I mean even though whatever you say about it, I'm still going to make the story until it's complete.
I would like to let you all know that this story is based on the Resident Evil 3 Remake. Even though I haven't played the game myself, but just watching many videos on YouTube makes me really want to do this. And It is much like a "What If" scenario of like, "What If Nemesis Was good?" As in good I meant not killing all the S.T.A.R.S members.
Another thing I would like to mention is there will be an OC character that belongs to another Author who deserves High Respect and attention, Liquid. He is one of the many authors that inspired me to write stories like this and much more before. The character is basically Tobias Liquid. Although he will be the only character from Liquid's Resident Evil Franchise and some more OC's that I have made up. Not to mention that this very story is linked to my other Resident Evil Story, Resident Evil Village: VIII. All the Resident Evil Stories that are created by Myself, will be linked to the others.
