Yes, hello, I'm back. WHO CARES THE BAD BATCH IS BACK AND IT IS GLORIOUS. Ugh I could go on a pages long rant, but I will abstain for all of your sakes'.

I hope everyone had a good holiday and Happy New Year!

4thWallBreak: Ahahaha a great reaction.

Tarantinofanboy: Thank you! Hmm. I haven't considered going that route but it could be interesting. I do plan on getting some more Imperial/Sith perspectives in here. Maybe a good chance for a Cody perspective?

OneLittleSpark18: Thank you! I do not feel graduated yet lol! And thank you so much for being with the fic for most of its life! It's always a joy to see your comments!

CHRF: Good to have you back! I definitely try to keep up with my comments on this platform. I need to be better about that on A03. Hm, I should check that one out BECAUSE I NEED TO KNOW. And yeah, there are some similar elements to "Whatever Happened to Captain Rex?" Completely on accident, mind you. And no I have not...I should probably include that at some point. And thank you for the Acclimator info! And yes...if Tech gets around to that... And thank goodness for Echo indeed. That definitely had the potential to go on for far too long.

55457: Yeah, I always feel bad about that, but I'd rather you guys know than you being in the dark! And thank you and you too!

ALL RIGHT WHO'S READY FOR MORE TECH SUFFERING AFTER LAST NIGHT'S EPISODE

No Mando'a this chapter, unfortunately.

ABSOLVED: Chapter 19

"Ahsoka."

Ahsoka paused in her work on Rex's hands. He lay in her lap, eyes half closed with drowsiness.

"Hm?" She asked.

He tugged weakly at her grip.

"You're supposed to be fixing Cettie." He said.

Ahsoka smiled. He sounded half asleep. She leaned down and kissed him.

"We have time." She said. "Our next meeting isn't until-"

She froze as her comm beeped. Rex turned his head to stare at it.

I don't suppose this is something that can wait? She sent Anakin.

No. Anakin replied tersely. News from those spies you sent on Scarif.

Ahsoka looked behind her, to where Rex's leg was in pieces on her work bench.

Ahsoka felt terrible as she made her way to the temple meeting room. Rex had assured her it was fine and that he'd probably be able to get Cettie to at least function. That didn't change the fact that Ahsoka had left her husband one legged and helpless in their room..

Sorry. She sent once more.

Rex was amused.

I told you, it's all right. He said. You can send me the important bits.

Of course. Ahsoka said.

Despite his joking tone, Ahsoka knew it bothered Rex that he wasn't able to make the meeting. Not for any desire to be included in sensitive topics, but because he wanted to do his duty.

"There you are, Ahsoka." Anakin said as she entered the weathered stone room. "Wait, where's Rex?"

The Jedi and clone commanders in the room all looked at Ahsoka.

"His leg had a- malfunction." Ahsoka said.

It wasn't a lie. Cettie had had a few loose wires. But it was supposed to be a quick fix and had instead taken well over an hour. More, since she actually hadn't done the repair yet.

Anakin blinked at her.

"That's bad timing." He said.

"Yes." Ahsoka said. "He sends his best, though."

Anakin nodded with a distracted air.

"Well, now we're just waiting on Master Ti." Anakin said.

"We might as well start without her." Gek grumbled. "Knowing the younglings, they collectively decided to need her help the second she needed to leave."

Ahsoka raised an eyebrow at him.

"Are you speaking from experience?" She asked.

"Yeah." Gek said. "About thirty years ago the entire council went on death sticks and decided I should work in the creche."

"If you truly thought it a poor idea, you should have spoken up." Plo said mildly. "I do not recall you requesting a different assignment during the eight years you were in the creche."

Gek snorted and looked away.

At that moment Master Ti swept into the room, followed by Fox.

"Forgive my tardiness." She said. "Grogu has discovered that the lizards here are mildly poisonous when ingested."

"Is he all right?" Ahsoka asked.

"The kid's fine." Fox said. "Let's get on with things."

"Of course." Obi Wan said. "Anakin received our first communication from the spies Ahsoka sent into the Imperial Army last night."

"Are they all right?" Ahsoka asked.

"They're fine." Anakin said. "Though Cep's been dealing with some pretty bad prejudices."

"We expected that." Ahsoka said. "Does he want extraction?"

Anakin shook his head.

"He says he can last a while longer." He said. "They've sent us a bunch of tidbits. R2 transcribed the conversation."

R2 rolled forward and projected the transcript. Ahsoka studied it, along with the others. She furrowed her brow at what she read.

Renaya: We're trained by clones for the most part. We think one isn't under the same influence as the others.

Anakin: Watch him. He could be an ally. Have they said anything about the status of the clones in the army?

Cep: Not much. Only that we're to replace them.

"They're using the clones to train their own replacements." Ahsoka said.

The fact hurt her. She didn't know exactly what the Empire would do with the clones once they were replaced, but she doubted it would be a comfortable retirement.

"Yes." Master Aayla said. "But why not continue to use the clones? Surely they are more reliable."

"Maybe not, with the chips." Ahsoka said slowly.

"We must discover what happens to the discarded clones." Plo said.

"We do not have the resources." Windu said.

Ahsoka wanted to glare at the man, but he was right. If the clones were being thrown out individually, the Rebellion couldn't afford to send a rescue team for just one clone. But if it were a larger scale, the Rebellion couldn't do it and remain under the radar.

"We will see what we can do." Obi Wan said.

Plo nodded and Ahsoka was worried to feel uncertainty and fear from him.

The rest of the information was more details on the Imperial training regime. It was helpful, but nothing they could use immediately.

"There's that then." Gek said as they finished. "I need to get going; Maul's men are showing up soon with our new recruits and I have to make sure they don't cause a ruckus."

"I have to go too." Ahsoka said quickly and turned to leave.

"One moment, please." Obi Wan said. "We have one more matter to discuss."

Ahsoka paused and glanced back at him.

"We have sensed another Jedi survivor."

Ahsoka turned fully around. The other Jedi's eyes had gone wide.

"Who?" She demanded.

"We're not sure. We know they are in the Core Worlds." Obi Wan said. "We were hoping you could provide some insight on that, Ahsoka."

Ahsoka hesitated only briefly. If she could help a Jedi escape the Empire, she would.

"Okay." She said. "Give me a minute."

She closed her eyes, too aware of the others' eyes on her. She stopped before opening her connection to the Force.

I'm going to do something big, Rex. She sent.

Anything to get out of fixing Cettie, hm? His joke was undercut with worry, but she could feel that he was thankful that she told him.

Ahsoka smiled. Then she let the Force take her to the stars.

Knowing what sector the Jedi were in was extremely helpful. Ahsoka quickly found not one, but two bright lights on Corellia. To her surprise, one of them noticed her attention.

Hello. The Jedi sent. Ahsoka got a sense of great age and wisdom. For a second she thought it was Master Yoda, but no- it did not quite feel like him. May I ask who this is?

My name is Ahsoka Tano. Ahsoka replied, taken aback by the calm, nonchalant reply. I'm with a group of Jedi survivors. Master Obi Wan sensed you. We are hidden. We can help you.

A pause.

I know of you, Ahsoka Tano. The Jedi said. I had heard you had left the Order.

Ahsoka frowned. She felt her body straining as she kept the connection up. They didn't have time for pleasantries.

That doesn't matter right now. I want to help. Who are you? Ahsoka asked. Where exactly are you? We can come and bring you somewhere safe.

I am Kina Ha. Came the reply. I am with Padawan Tallisibeth Enwandung-Esterhazy. We are in Diadem, a small settlement in the Southern Hemisphere. We would welcome the help.

Expect a team soon. Ahsoka replied quickly and cut the connection.

She returned to Wolffe steadying her by her shoulder. Everyone in the room was still staring at her. Some, like Aayla and Windu, looked impressed. Most, like Plo, Obi Wan, Anakin, and Gek, looked concerned. Like always, pain saturated Ahsoka's body.

"I found them." Ahsoka said through heaving breaths. "Kina Ha. Tallisibeth Enwandung-Esterhazy. Corellia. Town named Diadem."

"Corellia is near the center of the Empire's activity." Obi Wan said thoughtfully. "It will be dangerous to send a team there."

"Kina Ha is worth the risk." Gek said as Wolffe got Ahsoka to a seat. "That old bat deserves better than to die at the hands of this Empire."

"Tallisibeth is a Padawan." Master Ti said. "I would not leave her to be slaughtered."

"Clone Force 99 would be our best choice." Obi Wan said.

"I don't know if they'd help." Ahsoka said. Sitting helped her mind clear. "They've got their own priorities."

"Rescuing Kina Ha aligns with those priorities." Obi Wan said. "She is the only Kaminoan Jedi."

"Tech."

Tech did not look up at Hunter's voice. His sergeant had merely come to interrupt him. Did they not understand the importance of his work? Even with the bounty hunters assisting them, there was nothing on Omega. Their only chance came from his research. How was he supposed to find her if they kept interrupting him?

"The Generals have found another Force user." Hunter went on.

"I fail to see how that is relevant to me." Tech said.

He did not keep the anger from his voice. They needed to know the delays they were causing..

"They're a Kaminoan."

Tech froze. It was something. He could not immediately tell how the Kaminoan would know where Nala Se would be, but that was perhaps because of his currently muddled mind. Another stim would correct that.

He reached for his supply of stimulants. A hand caught his wrist. Tech glared at Hunter, who had an odd expression on his face.

"How long have you been awake?" Hunter asked.

"That is irrelevant." Tech said. "The stimulants allow me to continue work."

"I don't care if you can work." Hunter said. "I care if you're sleeping."

"Then your priorities are clearly misaligned." Tech spat. "It seems that I am the only one here who has any concern for Omega's wellbeing!"

Hunter recoiled, releasing Tech. That was what Tech had wanted. Tech once again reached for his stimulants when muscular arms suddenly wrapped around him.

"Wrecker!" Tech shouted as he was pulled away from his datapad and stims.

"The sedatives aren't in here!"

That was Echo. And then Crosshair spoke.

"He's hid them again. "

When- when did the others arrive? How long-

Hunter crouched in front of Tech and Wrecker.

"Tech," He said as if Tech was a child. "We need you fresh for getting this Kaminoan. You're going to sleep. You can go to your rack willingly, we get some seds from the regs, or I let Wrecker cuddle you like you're Lula."

Tech shook his head.

"I do not need to sleep." He said. "I need to continue my research."

"This is a better chance of helping Omega." Hunter said. "And you know that she wouldn't want you to kill yourself looking for her."

Tech did not look at Hunter.

"Omega was not always right." He said.

Hunter sighed.

"Keep a hold of him, Wrecker." He said. "Just til we can get some seds in him."

"That won't be necessary." Crosshair said. "Look at him. The only thing keeping him awake was the stims."

Crosshair was correct. Tech's body could not sustain wakefulness for much longer. He needed the stims.

"Wrecker." Tech said. "Let me go."

Wrecker snorted.

"Sure."

He released Tech. Tech tried to move, to get to his stims. But someone had dimmed the lights of the ship to a soothing level. Tech blinked hard. He could not fall asleep. He could not.

He had work to-

"Woah." Wrecker said, looking out the lift windows to the dark sea beyond. "What's down here?"

"We don't know." Hunter said.

"That's why we're going." Crosshair said with a roll of his eyes.

Tech himself was scanning the secret lab they were hurtling towards.

"One life form." He told Hunter. "As I predicted. Nala Se only spends time here for a few hours every night."

"So it's the clone." Hunter said. "What is she doing, keeping him away from the rest of us?"

"He can't be defective." Crosshair said. "Otherwise he'd be with us or dead."

"He was with us in the beginning." Hunter said. "We won't leave him there."

Tech personally thought that the potential information about the inhibitor chips was far more enticing.

The lift came to a stop. Hunter was the first out into the dark lab. The lights did not automatically turn on. They all turned on their torches.

"Find a panel." Tech instructed them. "I want to-"

He was interrupted by a soft noise. Tech was able to identify it as footsteps.

All four of them tensed, staring into the dark where the noise had come from.

"What the-" Hunter said.

A child had come into their beams of light. A girl. With wide, familiar brown eyes.

The clone.

She was blonde and dressed like a Kaminoan. Her hands were over her mouth.

"What are you doing here, kid?" Hunter asked.

"Hunter?" The child asked.

Hunter stiffened next to Tech.

"How do you know-"

"Hunter!" The girl cried. "Wrecker, Tech, Crosshair!"

Tech blinked. The child knew who they were.

"You know us?" Hunter asked.

"I-" The girl swallowed. Her expression hardened. "It's not safe for you to be here. If Nala Se finds out, you'll be punished."

"Tech, you said there was a clone down here!" Wrecker said, confused.

"I did." Tech said. "There she is."

The girl's eyes flashed with something Tech did not understand.

"You have to go!" She said. "Nala Se will check on me soon. She can't catch you!"

"Hang on." Hunter said. "Why are you alone down here? Is Nala Se keeping you here? Can we help?"

The child's frown deepened and Tech believed he saw tears in her eyes.

"I belong here." She said softly. "But please, go!"

Tech did not want to leave. There was something fascinating about this child. His brothers seemed just as hesitant to move.

"When can we come back?" Hunter asked. "When is Nala Se gone the longest?"

The girl stared at him.

"Mornings." She said finally.

"We'll be back." Hunter said.

They heard a comm beep from further in the lab. Then Nala Se's voice began to speak.

"Omega, where are you?"

"Coming!" The child called back.

Hunter jerked his head and the Batch returned to the lift. They all stared at the girl as she hurried back into the lab.

The lift did not move. Tech frowned. That was not how the memory went.

The metal around them began to creak and groan. Something was wrong.

Omega.

Tech pushed past Hunter, who stood blankly, to the lift's control panel. He tried to input the override code, but his fingers kept slipping.

"Wrecker!" Tech shouted. "Break through the door!"

Wrecker did not move. Tech watched helplessly as one of the windows of the lab shattered. Dark water gushed in, engulfing the room.

Engulfing Omega.

"Omega!" Tech shouted, banging his fist against the lift.

He could see her being tossed through the water by the sudden currents.

"Tech, help me!"

He should not have been able to hear her voice, but it rang in his ears all the same.

"Omega!"

He had lost sight of her. What he could see was an enormous beast waiting outside the shattered window, waiting for its prey-

Tech woke up. His heart rate was elevated and his breathing unsteady. When he opened his eyes, there was only the blurry underside of a rack. Someone had removed his goggles.

"You're awake, then." Tech was easily able to identify Crosshair's voice.

"Where are my-"

Tech was not able to finish before his goggles were pushed into his hand.

"We're on our way to where the Kaminoan Jedi is." Crosshair said as Tech replaced his goggles. "We've been in hyperspace for eight hours. It'll be another."

"Meaning you wasted eight hours of my time by forcing me to sleep." Tech snapped. Crosshair raised an eyebrow at him and looked completely unrepentant. Tech sighed. "Do we have a plan?"

He was annoyed at how refreshed he felt. Once again he considered the possibility of having his consciousness transferred to a droid's body. He was sure he could invent a way.

"There are two Jedi." Crosshair said. "As far as Commander Tano could tell, they're hiding in a backwater town on Corellia. The Imps have taken over, so they're stuck. We're going to have to search the town."

"That is risky." Tech said. "As while we are deviant, we could easily be identified as clones."

"We brought the bounty hunters." Crosshair said with a shrug. "Should make it easier."

Tech looked past Crosshair to see the Desai siblings sitting awkwardly in the crash seats. Taja's eyes kept flicking towards Tech.

"Where is my datapad?" Tech asked.

Crosshair got up and walked away. When he returned, he tossed Tech's datapad onto his rack.

"If we see you using stims like that again," Crosshair said. "Wrecker's breaking that thing in half."

The threat was useless. Tech had several backup datapads hidden around the ship. He powered up the datapad and pulled up his latest attempt at cracking the Empire's level four security. He was starting to suspect that they were changing their algorithms on a regular basis. Tech was brilliant, but he was one man against teams upon teams of above average intelligence cyber security experts. The odds were not in his favor.

He dismissed the thought. What else was he to do?

"I have the same dreams."

Tech started at the melodic voice of the female Togruta. He looked up to find that she had gotten up and was leaning against the wall opposite of the racks. She had spoken quietly enough that Tech was sure he was the only one who had heard her.

"It is impossible that you have the exact same dreams as I do." Tech said.

He turned back to his data pad.

"No, I suppose not." Taja said. Tech wondered how she did not notice that he did not want to be spoken to, especially by her. "But I do have dreams where I cannot protect the ones I love."

Tech looked over at her, surprised.

"How did you-"

"You were having a fitful sleep." Taja said with a shrug. "And you spend every waking hour looking for your sister. It is logical that your thoughts would stay with her even in sleep."

Tech looked away, trying to focus on his data pad. He did not want her to try and connect with him. He was quite content resenting her for what she did.

"You are attempting to assuage your guilt for what you did by making an emotional connection." Tech said. "It will not succeed. The only way you will be forgiven is if Omega is returned to us."

Tech expected Taja to be offended. She merely looked at him.

"You may be correct." She said. "But- I do know how you feel. I have lost a sister and two brothers."

She paused.

"She was like you."

Tech froze.

"What do you mean, like me?" He asked.

"She was focused." Taja said. "Brilliant. Determined."

Bitterness filled Tech's throat. He had been described as such, but always with-

"You have omitted stubborn. Emotionless. Uncaring. Inflexible."

He had been given those titles and many others by the regs and- sometimes even his own brothers.

"I can guess that due to your loss, you focus on her more agreeable attributes." Tech continued. "However, if you were truthful, you would admit that more often than not you were irritated by her."

"Perhaps sometimes." Taja said. "But Admani and our other brothers irritated me just as often. We are all irritating in our own way."

Tech stole a look at her. She seemed genuine, though he wasn't always accurate at reading the emotions of strangers. Somehow what she said was comforting.

"How were your lekku severed?" Tech asked.

Immediately he knew that it was an inappropriate question. It was one of his more bothersome traits. If he was so brilliant, why could he not see how improper the question was before he asked it?

"You do not need to answer that.." Tech said quickly and prepared himself for a sharp retort or angry silence.

He received neither.

"It happened a long time ago." Taja said. "Once I was sensitive, but I am tired of others looking away and pretending I am whole. Your candor is refreshing."

Tech blinked. He had never been described as refreshing before. He had also never received a civil, honest answer to his prying questions.

"My family was enslaved when I was ten." Taja went on. "I was not chosen for the breeding stock. This was the sign."

She carefully touched one of the injured appendages. Tech barely stopped himself from asking why she was not chosen. From what he could tell, she was unmarred besides her lekku, she was physically well built, and her facial structure was symmetrical.

"Have you considered prostheses?" Tech decided to ask.

Taja frowned and once more Tech feared he had asked the wrong question. But- she did not seem angry.

"I do not know if that is possible." She said. "The lekku's nerves are complicated."

"As are the nerves in a human arm." Tech said.

"Unfortunately modifiers focus on universal appendages. Lekku are fairly unique." Taja said. "And I would have to have surgery on the residual stumps."

Tech's mind was already whirring. Surely there was a way to avoid surgery. And Tech was confident that the lekku could be no more complex than Echo's cybernetics. He needed more information. He opened his datapad and with a jolt he remembered his task of finding Omega. And he remembered who was responsible for his sister's absence.

Tech shed the early ideas of a prosthetic from his mind. What did he owe her? Why would he help her? She had stolen his sister.

Tech turned from the bounty hunter and blocked her from view with his datapad.

He did not forget the moment of relief he had had when speaking with her.

Omega looked on in horror as more and more injured clones were brought in.

"Is the Rebellion on Naboo getting worse?" Omega asked, before remembering she was not with her brothers.

They were always so eager to answer her questions. Nala Se merely ignored it and began walking through the gurneys. Omega and Fixer followed. The commando Nala Se kept around had been silent unless acknowledging orders ever since he had told Omega his name. Still, Omega liked him. Nala Se had him fix a lot of the equipment and he didn't stop Omega from watching. He was no Tech, but it was something.

"You will assist in giving the standard treatment." Nala Se said.

Omega bit her lip. She hated this. Nala Se would let so many clones die, claiming that they didn't have the supplies. Every clone would be given the same rudimentary treatment, regardless of the injury. It often wasn't enough, and Nala Se would let the clones die. But she always let Omega save a few that were on the edge.

Omega stopped at the first gurney that Nala Se indicated. The clone had a few shoulder wounds that would be easily treated by the allotted bacta. He looked blankly at her as she undid the field dressing.

"Hello, I'm Omega." Omega said. "You're CT-2387, right?"

The clone blinked at her. She could sometimes get their names if she introduced herself or called them by their numbers. Omega carefully applied the bacta patches and painkillers. The tightness around the clone's eyes loosened. Omega patted him on the uninjured shoulder and moved to the next gurney.

Omega continued helping the injured troopers. She received a few muttered names. Ink. Freakout. Jool. For the most part they remained silent, save for the occasional groan of pain. She held back tears as she gave insufficient care to troopers that she knew would die.

She finished bandaging a deep thigh wound of an unconscious trooper and moved to the next clone. Fixer did not follow her. Omega turned around and blinked at her commando guard. He was staring at the unconscious clone. Omega recalled the trooper's number: RC-1262.

"Do you know him?" Omega asked, returning to his side.

Fixer nodded.

"Scorch." He said in a strained voice. "He was- my squadmate."

Omega nodded.

"I can get you to see him later." Omega said. "But right now we need to treat the others."

Fixer didn't move at first but allowed Omega to take him by the hand to lead him to the next patient. Omega would have been fine with leaving him with his squadmate, but Nala Se was quick to notice if Omega was too far from her guard.

It was bad. At least half of the troopers wouldn't survive with the treatment Nala Se allowed. Omega was allowed to advocate for three, convincing Nala Se to give them one more bacta patch or another dose of antibiotics. There were a dozen that she knew could be healed with the bacta tanks. She wanted to cry. She hadn't ever known the regs as well as the Bad Batch, but her time on Yavin had proved that they were brothers too.

Nala Se was just throwing them away like they were waste.

"You may return to your quarters, Omega." Nala Se said after Omega had treated the last clone.

Omega made it halfway back to her room before she broke down.

As she cried she wondered if it would be better to refuse to help Nala Se anymore. She was saving only a few out of the dozens Nala Se was killing. And then she wouldn't have to pretend to treat clones she wasn't allowed to save.

"Did you know them?" Fixer asked.

Omega looked up in surprise. His blank blue visor was tilted down towards her.

"No." Omega said.

Fixer's helmet tilted, clearly confused.

"I could save them if she'd let me." Omega said, wiping her eyes.

Fixer was silent. Omega had cried out all her tears, leaving her with hitching breaths, when he suddenly spoke.

"I know."

His voice was flat and quiet. Omega got to her feet and took a deep breath. Fixer must have lost a brother and even under the chip it affected him. Omega was saving the close brother of some clone, a clone that would miss them. Her suffering was a small price to pay.

To her surprise, Fixer placed a light hand on her shoulder for just a moment.

"Can I do my rounds?" Omega asked Nala Se.

She kept her eyes down out of habit and nervousness. She hated asking Nala Se questions. Nala Se did not look down at Omega.

"I have a meeting shortly." She said. "I would not be able to accompany you."

Omega knew that and it was the point.

"1140'd still be with me." Omega said. "It's not like I can do anything with him around. I'm worried about some of the injured. Please."

Nala Se did not reply at once.

"RC-1140, do not allow her to do anything beyond medical procedures." She finally said.

"Yes, ma'am." Fixer said.

Omega thought that Fixer's step was quicker as they made their way towards the ward where Scorch was.

To Omega's surprise, as they entered, Scorch immediately lit up in the sea of blank faces.

"Fixer!" He said.

There was undisguised joy in his voice. Fixer walked quickly to Scorch's bedside. Omega started checking the troopers nearer her. She was going to do what she told Nala Se..

"Fix, do you know what's going on with all the regs?" Scorch asked. "Everyone's gotten so serious and quiet."

Fixer didn't reply.

"It's- happened to you too." Scorch said.

He sounded so lost. Omega moved to his bed and began to check his bandages.

"It's the inhibitor chips." She whispered. "They control your mind. I don't know why it's not working on you."

Scorch jerked his head to look at Omega.

"Chips?" He repeated. "Vau- did Vau know? He- couldn't have. He would have used them to shut me up."

He gave a nervous laugh.

"Did you ever have a head injury?" Omega asked in a low tone.

Scorch laughed again.

"I'm the demo expert. If I didn't have like a concussion a month, I wouldn't be doing my job right."

"That's probably why it's not working with you." Omega said.

Fixer surprised them both by taking his helmet off, revealing a standard issue haircut and no distinctive scars or tattoos. He took Scorch by the arms and bowed his head onto Scorch's shoulder.

"Fix?" Scorch asked, clearly confused.

In a jerky movement, Fixer lifted his head and released Scorch. He replaced his helmet and walked stiffly back to Omega.

"Can you get it out?" Scorch breathed.

He was staring at his brother, his expression distressed.

Omega hesitated.

"I can try." She whispered.

From the top!

Had to add a small little Rexsoka scene before going into logistics and such. As a treat. I thought the idea of Ahsoka 'trapping' Rex with fixing his leg and then probably leading to making out and such was funny. I live with my sister and her 4 kids and what Gek says here is one hundred percent true. Also I think Gek would be the best/worst creche worker. Got some feedback from them spies. And yeah, they're just using Maul's men to go get their recruits.

KINA HA MY BELOVED. She's the only Kaminoan Jedi (she's from the Republic Commando books) and she's amazing and I love her. Tallisibeth is another character from RC, though there's a bit less about her.

Okay I used to wonder who my favorite Batcher was and the answer is Tech. I love Tech. So I will hurt Tech. Yes I might be evil. Tech's dream is based off of the limitations of my own dreams. My fine motor skills are crap and I can never input anything. And no one else cares about anything in my dreams.

Yes, Tech considers transferring his conciousness into a droid so he doesn't have to sleep anymore. Really leaning hard into Tech's autism with his conversation with Taja. It's interesting straining my own experiences through him.

Omega is in her own personal hell! Hooray! If it's not clear, the Empire is fine with letting clones die, as that's easier than killing them or getting rid of them themselves. So the medics are told to only use a certain amount of treatment in every case. So a sprained wrist gets the same care as a shot to the stomach.

AND MY BOY SCORCH. He's my favorite of Delta squad. (please have a significant role in BB season 2) I have decided that all clones that were likely to have experienced a head injury have a chance to have the chip be effected. (i.e. Howzer and Gregor) As a demo expert, that boy has concussions. Also I just couldn't dampen Scorch. Fixer, after being separated from his squad for so long, has decided to have less of a stick up his butt and actually show affection, even with the chip.

Oh man, it's good to be back.

Stay safe, remember to review, and have a great week!
