Back again at at the Santiago apartment where the Santiago & Loud families were getting together to watch Total Drama Island together and Lori had pulled Albert and Myrtle into a happy embrace once they arrived with the Loud family. "Pop-Pop! Gran-Gran!" Lori had said happily as they let go and the Casagrandes went to greet them.
"Great to see you too Lori! Watching Lincoln on TDI have been fun but we realised that watching it with the whole family would be better; extended and otherwise! Plus it looks like you have been having pretty much parties here and it's not something that we should miss out. Watching our own Lincoln do us proud... Even if last episode wasn't his finest moment..." Albert told Lori and they all looked awkward at that reminder. "Almost did have a heart attack at that warning and seeing it was Lincoln and that bear... But I guess that I got cred after that; even Scoots is weary of the man whose grandson kicked a bear in the nose." Albert laughed and they couldn't help but remind themselves of the awe in that.
"Hoping Lincoln gets to show off what other amazing stuff that we know that he is capable off; though I would settle if he can finally get together with Gwen or Dawn. Either or will be fine!" Myrtle said and they sighed at that romantic triangle in the show.
"I sure hope it's Gwen; she got me stanning her within her introduction!" Ronnie Anne reiterated and Lucy nodded.
"Well but Dawn is super sweet and nice!" Leni put in with Lily nodding along. There was a phone alert and Luna checked her phone.
"Huh... Sam posted me a link to some blog... She has started looking into fans for the blogs as well as seeing about what she can find out as well. Especially Dawn and she desperately wants her to get with Lincoln." Luna said and then clicked on the link which was a particular blog plot with a video and the title said it was tackling the Dodgebrawl episode and the post's date was the day after that episode. "The blog is about these 2 teens; saying it's called the Best Friends Blog..." Luna remarked as they all decided to come and watch the video play out and Lisa had to bring out a device to hook to Luna's phone so that it could be played as a video hologram.
There was a tall boy with a goattee and an excited blonde haired girl facing the camera; "She looks to be much older than she seems..." Lola commented and she got glares and a quick scolding from her parents.
"Welcome back to Best Friends Blog; I'm Devin and this is Carrie and we are continuing our look at each new episode of the reality TV show Total Drama Island as we support Carrie's sister Dawn who is on a show as a contestant!" Devin said as their eyes widened.
"So this is Dawn's sister?" Frida remarked taking it in.
"Wonder how different she is; is she weird as well?" Lynn Jr asked and she got glares at this and just sighed.
"I can't believe that I got full confirmation... Sorry but if you have been following our coverage; you would know that I have had my eye on Dawn's friend there Lincoln. First thing revealed was that he's from the US, his white hair and upon finding out he had 10 sisters... I gave the story of how my sister had her first kiss 9 years ago to a boy with the same description and I was wondering if she found him again. There is no doubt... I remember having to embrace her as she went into our hotel room crying after being picked on because a boy didn't want to kiss her for Spin the Bottle to being ecstatic that she got her first kiss. Now kind of feel embarassed that my little sister gets her first kiss and yet 9 years later; I have yet to!" Carrie said as they dawed at the story.
"Wow; isn't that sweet... I am willing to bet all the years that I have left that Dawn's family have nothing but support for the idea for her to get together with our Lincoln!" Albert cheered.
"Yeah but... Dawn told her family no problem and yet Lincoln never told a soul after almost a decade!" Lori snapped as the Loud sisters were still not entirely happy.
"Calm on down now Lori..." scolded Rosa along with Lori's parents, Albert and Myrtle as the sisters all did so.
"Don't be like that Carrie; I am sure that you will get kissed one day homie!" Devin assured her as Carrie smiled at him dreamily.
"She is so crushing on him hard!" laughed Ronnie Anne along with the others.
"Now let's get onto the challenge... Soon, you can hear us discuss our dissapointment when it looked like Lincoln was done and we will have to address certain comments which have... Rather... Extreme ideas on what they would like to deal with Lindsay..." Carrie had said looking like she was about to get angry.
"So; it's not just us that hates the she-devil!" Lana said as even Albert and Myrtle were glaring at the mention of Lindsay at this point.
"Perhaps we should watch the rest later as the show will be starting in a minute..." Lisa said turning off the hologram as they got to their seats and the snacks ready with the TV on at the channel excited to see what brings them this episode.
"Last time on Total Drama Island!" said Don at the Dock of Shame this time as it showed clips of the last episode. "Things went off the rails quickly when thanks to some carelessness from Ezekiel's parents; it turned out that he was packed with some old whiskey that Cody got his hands on and ended up getting Lincoln to drink. As drunk as an office New Year's celebration; Lincoln ended up wrecking Chris's planned cooking challenge before it even had a chance to start and the challenge becomes to catch him. Lincoln surprises everyone by managing to be surprisingly hard to catch as well as succeeding in kicking the nose of a bear and if you need to be told that you shouldn't try that yourself at home, I worry about your continued existence as a living human. Lightning ends up being technically the one to catch him so the Screaming Beavers wins and it was unanimous when the Killer Hamsters all take a millisecond to decide to cut Cody from the competition for causing the mess in the first place. As Lincoln gets recovery; the teams finds out that they have now become disbanded and now it's every camper for themselves. Time to find out who happens when teammates becomes enemies. This is... Total Drama Island!"
They blinked at this newcomer; "Okay; who is this bozo?" Lynn Jr asked as Luan and Luna had to tell themselves that they were taken due to how handsome Don looked.
"I thought that Chris talks these recap things?" Leni asked as the confusion sept through all gathered.
"Wait... I think that I recognise his face from somewhere... Ads that appear on the Total Drama Island website..." Ronnie Anne said taking out her phone and going to tbe website and getting everyone to see his face smiling at the top with an ad for the Ridonculous Race.
"Heard about that... Never watched it... Most reality shows are not my thing." Carlos spoke.
"But why is he narrating this recap? Is he hosting the episode or something?" Hector asked.
"One way to find out." Lynn Sr said as they let the episode play.
The opening is shown.
Once again they were singing along with the theme song with Albert and Myrtle there to join in now.
It was the morning of the next challenge at the mess hall and the contestants were sitting down at the tables tucking into the breakfast as some had some awkward looks. "So... This is it... Our first challenge with everyone actually competing against eachother. For what is worth; I am glad that I got to team with you and still hope we can remain friends after this..." Lincoln told the others after taking a deep breath as Ezekiel then almost strangled lincoln with the tight grip he put around his neck as Ezekiel smiled with his free arm up in the air obliviously.
"Hope it doesn't ruin anything with them directly competing now..." CJ asked concerned.
"I am sure that any friendships made besides one particular blonde will stay through to the end of the show." Friday assured her son.
"I hope so; Lincoln has met some cool people!" Lily said with a hopeful smile and there were nods at this.
"Bros for life we will be! I know that you said that you had a best friend but I bet that you have come to see as close footing as your other best friend!" Ezekiel cheered out loud as some rolled their eyes as Gwen had to get Ezekiel to let him go.
"He has made it to the merger when I thought that he would be an early out..." sighed Ronnie Anne shaking her head as most found it hard to believe at how much Ezekiel was showing his skills to make it so far.
"Sure Ezekiel... Just hope that Ronnie Anne doesn't take it personally that she has been replaced by you..." Lincoln told him sarcastically with his arms folded but Ezekiel looked oblivious.
Ronnie Anne bursted out laughing amused with everyone else giggling as well.
"You really think that Lincoln would replace one of his best friends with you; not only with such little time comparably I bet but with how much of an idiot you were with your first impression. I mean let's compare; Lincoln how about your first impression with Ronnie Anne?" Courtney asked amused and looked to Lincoln who looked hesitant and turned his head.
"Why is Lincoln looking like that..." Lily asked confused and there was a nervous cough from Ronnie Anne as she got looks from her mother as well as the Loud parents.
"Did your first impression not go so good?" Myrtle asked with Albert looking confused as well as the Casagrandes sighed.
"Well..." Ronnie Anne muttered not wanting to say much.
"Well... She was a big bully that I couldn't stand so... Okay; Ezekiel... You had a better first impression to me but which is not something I thought I would say with how much of a sexist idiot you made yourself out to be..." Lincoln said and Ezekiel looked in glee and started dancing on the spot as everyone else blinked at his words.
"WHAT?" Albert and Myrtle shouted as Ronnie Anne sunk into her seat as Lily looked surprised.
"...Look I am not proud but... We are cool now..." Ronnie Anne said.
"Really disappointed when I learned of this Ronalda." sighed Rosa looking disappointed along with Hector, Carlos and Frida. CJ even looked down with Carlitos.
"I wonder how you all took the news..." Albert said as the Loud sisters refused to look at their Pop-Pop making him raise an eyebrow; they didn't think that he would like how they reacted that when they found out that Lincoln's bully was a girl...
"Well back to the previous topic; I want to state that I thank all of my teammates for helping me get to this point and I won't mind remaining friends and I will be sure to give you all credit once I give my acceptance speech after winning." Courtney said as Gwen rolled her eyes at her being presumptious.
"Well... There's that..." Lori muttered rolling her eyes.
"At least she isn't as competitive as certain other people I know..." Lola said looking at Lynn Jr along with others.
"Hey coming from you with your pageants!" ranted Lynn Jr as Rita went to break them apart as they glared at eachother but a look from their grandparents got them to stop it and quickly apologised.
"I for one am glad that Lightning doesn't have the Beavers dragging me down anymore! Sha-score! Lightning can finally start winning every challenge by himself and not have to worry about him losing through no fault of my own!" Lightning boasted posing with his muscles.
Lynn Jr just folded her arms and glared back at the looks that she was getting from her sisters.
"Okay Lightning but brawns can only take you so far without brains to back it up. It will be through my intellect that I will emerge victorious!" Courtney retorted but glared at him as he started laughing. "Something funny?" Courtney asked raising an eyebrow.
"I am with Courtney that intelligence is an effective weapon." Lisa agreed with a smile.
"How has your intelligence helped you so far with the challenges? Who was the only person wearing a chicken hat after your first challenge?" Lightning answered and Courtney got angry.
They giggled at Lightning's good point.
"All your auras are tense and you should really reserve your strength for the challenges ahead." Dawn said trying to break apart the tension but then there was the sound of a cowbell being run as they looked at Chef in the counter.
"All right; your first challenge after this merger is starting so all of you go to the campfire pit!" Chef shouted as they all started running out.
The campers were sitting at the campfire pit as facing them was a handsome muscular brown haired man in a light colored jacket and jeans. "Ooh... Chris... Did you get some work done... You had a shave right?" Lindsay asked with her arm up.
They shook their heads at Lindsay being dumb at the moment and they didn't know if it was an act or not with how he could be. "Well there he is..." Lynn Sr pointed out as they decided to hear the explanation.
"Lindsay; that's not Chris. Hey; aren't you that guy from that other reality competition... The one where all these teams of 2 race around the world for a million dollars?" Courtney asked recognising him.
"A MILLION DOLLARS? Why didn't Lincoln sign up for that?" Lola asked as there were looks of amazement from the Louds, Carl and Hector at the sound of that prize money.
"The Ridonculous Race; my big sister Carrie is a huge fan and hopes to one day be on the show with her best friend Devin." Dawn spoke up as the man nodded.
"Oh shouting out her sister and Devin; I bet that they will be ecstatic" Leni cheered.
"Wish Lincoln could bring me up more..." Lola muttered.
"With what he could bring up; I am not sure that you would want to..." Lana whispered as Lola glared at her.
"Thank you for that and I am indeed Don the host of the popular Ridonculous Race. Your regular host Chris is off hosting an award's show so the studio has chosen me to replace him for this episode. A special Ridonculous Race edition of Total Drama Island." the man introduced as Lindsay looked confused.
"So a guest host then..." Rita said as Luan started laughing.
"So a play on Ridiculous since his name is Don..." Luan pointed out the pun with Lynn Sr laughing as well.
"I thought that she was Dawn?" Lindsay said pointing to Dawn but Don looking amused shook his head.
"I will give her that; the pronunciation is the same..." Carlotta managed to say and they nodded.
"Oh no; I am Don as in D-O-N not D-A-W-N. Now please let me explain how this is going to work." Don clarified as he then showed a box with a red button near the campfire pit that looked like him. "This is a Don Box; You see pressing the button will give you a Travel Tip that tells you where you will need to go. Another thing; while the 2 bigger teams have been disbanded... For this episode you will be broken into 4 sets of teams with each teach having 2 campers. You will have to take part in the challenges that your travel tips gives you; after the last one you will have to race to the Chill Zone where I will be waiting to give you your place. The last team to arrive at the Chill Zone will be the only 2 campers will will be elligible to be cut from the competition by your votes." Don explained as they took this in and Lincoln put his arm up and Don nodded at him as if to say that he could answer.
"Sounds like the Astonishing Quest that we have in Royal Woods; only without Lynn banned for life." Luna giggled as Lynn just stared silent with her arms folded.
"Probably will check it out later." Ronnie Anne said thinking that it sounded cool.
"So Don is it? Is there any incentive to make sure that our team is the first ones to reach this Chill Zone?" Lincoln asked and Don nodded.
"Good question Lincoln; the team that gets first place in tonight's episode gets to spend the next 2 days at a 5 star resort and spa where they will be pampered, eat gourmet nosh, gets treated for anything that they may have caught on the island and will not have to stay here and eat Chef's cooking." Don answered as they took this in.
Their eyes widened at the amazing prize; "Lucky... After staying in that stupid camp, it would be like a gift from the heavens to be relaxing at such a resort..." muttered Lori.
"Been a long time since we got to go to a place like that..." Rita whispered to Lynn Sr as they sighed.
"I know that I haven't been super into winning these challenges but... After staying here for all this time; I think that I deserve to be pampered as the princess that I am!" Lindsay said looking serious in the confessional.
"I hope you lose badly! You don't deserve that!" shouted Leni and angry looks at this confessional.
"I wouldn't put it past her to start cheating..." Lana pointed out and they felt tense at the thought; already knowing what she was willing to do.
"Okay here are the teams: Lincoln and Courtney will make team 1, Dawn and Ezekiel will make team 2, Lightning and Gwen will make team 3 and team will 4 will consist of Lindsay and Sadie." Don called out as they started going into their pairs.
"Uh... Can we switch because I would prefer to be with my bro aye." Ezekiel asked looking dissapointed but Don shook his head.
"Hope Lincoln can stand Courtney's competitive streak." Lynn Jr said and then stomped her foot as she had gotten more looks directed to her.
"Don't let your aura be all negative Ezekiel as I am sure that will do great together as a team!" Dawn assured him.
"Lightning has to be on another team? Well you better be able to keep up with these." Lightning told Gwen sternly as he plexed his muscles and kissed him causing him to groan.
"All that I will say is that I heard the horror stories from all of your teammates." Luna told Lynn Jr as she just looked frustrated.
"You could do with toning it down a lot Lynn; no one likes a sore winner who overworks their team." Albert lightly told Lynn Jr who grunted.
"Wow; I get stuck with you..." Gwen groaned as Courtney went up to Lincoln sternly.
"Poor Gwen..."Lucy muttered as some shook their heads.
"Okay Lincoln; we are on a team again and I really want to win that trip so..." Courtney told Lincoln but he looked serious as he interrupted her.
"Do what we can to win this race, beat the pants off the other teams and win that trip?" Lincoln had said and Courtney's eyes widened. "What? 2 days being pampered without having to swat away all sorts of insects and not dealing with the pillows and covers that I am sure has never seen a laundry day... Off course I want that trip!" Lincoln had said looking competitive as Courtney grinned at his enthusiasm.
"Wow... I never thought I would see him like this but I am kind of up for it..." Ronnie Anne said and they all looked surprised.
"Well if I was stuck in those accommodations all these weeks and had a chance at a luxury trip then I would want to win it as well badly." Frida said as they all nodded their heads.
"Been so long since I got a chance to be at a resort like that; my family went to one when I was 11 but we got kicked out. My sisters and I thought that we had got us kicked out and felt super guilty but it turned out that it was my parents' fault. They went streaking in the pool at night; Lucy ended up overhearing them talking about it. She has a knack for showing up when you don't hear her coming." Lincoln explained with his arms folded.
The Casagrandes, Albert and Myrtle blinked as they slowly looked towards the nervous looking Loud parents and the Loud siblings were glaring at them. They then sunk through the glances and Rita especially melted under her father's gaze.
"No comment; is all that I will say..." Bobby sighed along with his family.
"My comment is that the mental image will be haunting my nightmares for who knows how long..." groaned Carl.
The teams got ready; "With your big strong arms Sadie; I am sure that we are going to win that trip... Right?" Lindsay asked Sadie with the last bit sounding like a threat and Sadie gulped.
They recognised the threat and glared at her; poor Sadie they thought.
"One your marks. Get set and... The Total Drama Ridonculous Race is on!" Don called out as they went rushing to the Don Box with Lightning getting there first to push the button to get the Travel Tip.
"To the beach..." lightning called out after reading it and began dragging Gwen away unexpectedly by pulling her arm.
"So... Am I like this with team members..." Lynn Jr whispered to herself gulping; all this time watching the show and Lightning gave her a taste of what other people see when they see her.
"Going to be hard to keep up with him..." Lori groaned along with the others.
At the beach Don was by 4 canoes that each had a paddle, in the water there were 4 inflatable Dons. "One team needs to paddle into the water; the challenge is for 1 team member is to paddle while the other needs to reach out and grab one of the Travel Tips attached to the handsome inflatable Dons in the water." Don explained as there came Lightning dragging Gwen and threw her right into a canoe as he went in and started paddling.
"You be sure and grab that tip!" Lightning told Gwen as she got up with him paddling at top speed.
"Is Gwen lucky or unlucky to be teamed up with him? I honestly can't tell..." Myrtle said and that was a good point as they shook their heads at this.
"How exactly the Screaming Beavers dealt with having him on the team; I will never know..." snapped Gwen with her arms folded in the confessional glaring at the camera.
Lynn Jr sighed to herself but the others were agreeing with Gwen on this.
"GRAB IT! GRAB IT! GRAB IT!" Lightning was yelling at Gwen as he was circling an inflatable Don on the canoe so quickly.
"Maybe if you would slow down and give her time to breath then perhaps she would have better luck!" Rosa ranted to the screen.
Courtney was paddling on her boat as Lincoln went as close as he could reaching out of the canoe and then grabbed the Travel Tip. "I got it Courtney!" cheered Lincoln as Courtney cheered as he went in and they high fived before Courtney started paddling back.
"Looks Like Lincoln and Courtney are leading!" CJ cheered along with the others.
"Looks like your rival is ahead of you Lightning!" Luna laughed.
"You can do it Ezekiel; don't let your nerves hold you back." Dawn told Ezekiel soothingly as she was paddling the canoe as he then decided to leap out and grabbed onto the inflatable Don. and got the Travel Tip. He almost ended up falling in before Dawn reached out and caught him as she put him back into their canoe.
Leni, Lily and Carlos smiled at how supportive and helpful Dawn was being to her partner.
Lightning finally got Gwen close enough for her to reach her arm out of the canoe and grab the Travel Tip. Lindsay looked nervous as Sadie was trying to steer them towards the last inflatable Don; "Come on Sadie... The other teams have their slips!" Lindsay called out to Sadie trying to sound assuringly as Sadie was paddling.
"Hope they get last place so they could vote her off..." swore Ronnie Anne and they all agreed.
However their canoe started being rocked and Lindsay ended up falling into the water; "Oh! I am so sorry Lindsay... Some animal much have rocked the boat..." Sadie called out to Lindsay helping her in but the camera caught a redheaded figure sticking her head out from the water.
They bursted into laughter but their eyes widened at that figure. "That had to be..." Carlotta spoke and they all nodded.
Onto the beach with her surprisingly strong steering; it was Dawn who got her canoe back to the beach first with Ezekiel to be followed by a glaring Courtney with Lincoln in her canoe. "Okay... We have to go to the woods for an All-In?"
"All-In is when both team members have to take part! At this table in the woods there are all these jars of sauerkraut. They have to eat their way through in hopes of finding a laminated Travel Tip at the bottom. Sure glad that I don't have to take part." Don's voice narrated as it showed tables in the woods with the jars.
"You and me both; that stuff is nasty and I don't see how anyone could be expected to complete this challenge without being terribly ill..." Rosa muttered and the Casagrandes all gagged.
"I am sick just thinking of it..." Maria said.
"I think that one person might find this challenge no problem at all..." muttered Lola and there were amused glances to the Loud family to the confusion of the Casagrandes.
The first 3 teams came up as Lightning looked disgusted as he opened up the first jar with Gwen looking like she was going to puke.
Similar looks from the two families.
"Okay Lincoln... I have my iron stomach so how about you sit this out and let me do..." Courtney called out to Lincoln picking up a jar only for Lincoln to pass out a Travel Tip to her causing her to blink. They all stared at Lincoln licking a bit of sauerkraut from his lips as he was holding 3 empty jars already.
"He eat 3 jars quickly no problem..." muttered Ronnie Anne in disbelief along with the others.
"Does he like that stuff?" Carlos asked finding this hard to imagine as the Louds laughed.
"That was delicious; only wish we had peanut butter as they go together to make the best sandwhiches!" Lincoln said happily as they just stared open mouthed at him. He then looked at the Travel Tip and read "Botch or Watch?"
"Seriously? How could he stomach that?" Rosa asked in denial about what she had just saw.
"Believe me; we have spent years trying to understand that..." Lori muttered along with her sisters.
"It's what Lincoln likes." Lynn Sr said with Rita nodding.
"Sure hope that Lincoln doesn't have the smell in his mouth or taste on his lips when he has his first kiss with Gwen or perhaps Dawn..." Ronnie Anne muttered taking it in.
"A Botch or Watch is when one team member takes part while the other watches. In this case whoever wasn't paddling in the first challenge has to bungee jump down from this specially made tower and get the Travel Tip from Chef there. Don't worry they get helmets." Don narrated showing that Chef was waiting by a large tower with a high ladder with 8 helmets nearby.
Lincoln and Courtney arrived at the tower and gulped as they looked up and started hesitatingly climbing the ladder.
They were gobsmacked by the size of the tower; "What sadist producer signed off on this challenge?" asked Maria asked in disbelief.
"Bungee jumping... Too scary for me..." Ronnie Anne had to admit.
"Never for me as well..." Carlos agreed while especially CJ was too scared to say a word.
"Well Lincoln managed to make that cliff jump just fine..." Rita said trying to be reassuring.
Back at the woods for the sauerkraut eating challenge Gwen finally got a Travel Tip and was ready to barf when Lightning dragged her away by the arm. "Come on Sadie! We need you to keep at it... I would help but I have a sensitive stomach... You understand right?" Lindsay asked as she was sitting down by a tree watching as Sadie was making herself sick eating the sauerkraut.
"Just wow... She is making Sadie do all the wok so that she can reap the rewards later..." Bobby snapped as they all glared at her.
"I would want to get out of that challenge as well but that's just terrible!" Lola had to admit.
However from the trees poured down liquid and a jar fell down breaking it as Lindsay jumped screaming.
They bursted into laughter again; "This is starting to become my new favourite episode... Must have been Zoey." Ronnie Anne pointed out and they all agreed that it must be her.
"What was in that jar anyway because I don't think it was the sauerkraut." Leni pointed out and they blinked at Leni's smart observation.
Ezekiel and Dawn smiled at eachother as Dawn finds a Travel Tip but covers their noses as they smell Lindsay who was freaking out. "What am I covered in?" Lindsay cried out.
"You know; I think that this was the area where the guys at the Hamsters had our hunt on the first early morning of the competition or was it night? Anyway Owen decided to mask his scent by filling up a jar with his pee aye; I don't think that it was recovered so the jar must have remained there." Ezekiel said in the confessional.
They blinked but slowly and surely they bursted into laughter; "Okay thanks for that big guy... Looks like some good came out of that hunt..." Lynn Jr said as even those that would especially find it gross like Lori, Leni, Carlotta & Lola had to find this hilarious and think that she deserves this.
"The spirits of karma are finally working against her right now!" Rosa smiled.
At the tower Lincoln was yelling as he was bungeeing down as Lightning and Gwen arrived; "You know what... You slow us down enough!" Lightning yelled at Gwen pushing her aside and climbing the ladder with his helmet and bungeeing down as Lincoln finally managed to catch the Travel Tip from Chef as Lightning then snatched his as he soon got down.
"Come on Lincoln..." they wee all cheering for Lincoln and Courtney to somehow outpace Lightning here.
"Wasn't Gwen supposed to be make that jump; I wouldn't want to force this onto someone but that's the rules and shouldn't someone step in..." Carlos pointed out and there were frowns at this.
Lightning got back down first dragging Gwen away; "I got the location of the Chill Zone! Spa Prize here I come!" Lightning yells out victoriously as he drags Gwen away with Lincoln looking open mouthed as he got down the ladder with Gwen.
They were tense as they watched closely.
"This here is the Chill Zone and the end of today's race!" Don said in the middle of the Chill Zone circle set up at the campsite; there was Lightning running while dragging Gwen using his free hand to put up in victory as his eyes are closed.
There were groans at this as they all looked disappointed; "That jerk so doesn't deserve this..." Lori muttered.
"At least Gwen gets to go onto the trip as well." Lucy pointed out.
"I would be happy about that but it wouldn't be much fun I don't think having to share it with him." Ronnie Anne pointed out as Lucy sighed.
Lightning then cheered out "LIGHTNING WINS! SHA-WINNER! LIGHTNING GETS..."
"A 20 minute penalty, get back there!" Don said sternly pointing to the cabins as Lightning and Gwen's eyes widened. "Gwen was the one who was supposed to go bungeeing down to claim the Travel Tip; I would have made it just 10 minutes but I know the apalling way you have been treating your partner for the entire day so..." Don said making them stand by the cabins as a 20 minute clock was set.
They blinked and Carlos smiled first as he pointed out the rule breaking and they giggled at Lightning having to serve his penalty. "Hold on a second..." Ronnie Anne said going to her phone as they had it paused. After a minute she was like "Decided to look up the Ridonculous Race and penalties and yeah teams do have to serve penalties when they cheat or if they don't do the challenge exactly or correctly. They are stopped and made to serve the penalties just before the Chill Zone." Ronnie Anne explained as they took this in.
"If only Lynn could be penalised more in her games for how she does everything..." Lori muttered as Lynn Jr just glared at her. "Look me in the eye Lynn and tell me you wouldn't be like Lightning if you were in this competition at this time in this challenge." Lori told Lynn Jr sternly and Lynn had no counter.
"Please can we drop this for the time being..." pleaded Albert and they all agreed.
"Serves you right..." Gwen muttered to Lightning furiously as Lightning was fuming with his arms folded.
"Not even caring that she has to serve the penalty as well as long as Lightning gets punished; Gwen just gets more more iconic." cheered Ronnie Anne.
"As the leading team waits out their penalty; the other teams have all finished the sauerkraut challenge." Don narrated as at the tower Lindsay forced herself to climb up the ladder and looked down from the platform to see Dawn and Ezekiel off with Ezekiel holding their Travel Tip.
"I can just imagine homeschool bungeeing down..." laughed Luna along with the others.
Lindsay then angrily jumped down and screamed as she managed to get the Travel Tip but coming back up she ended up falling down and landed with a thud. The camera shows that holding onto the actual tower midway through was a smirking Zoey holding an axe used to cut the bungee cord.
They laughed but Carlos looked on and said "that was kind of dangerous..."
"Eye for an eye; wasn't it dangerous for her to be pushed off by Lindsay the way that she did." Ronnie Anne reminded her tio and he had no counter.
"Surprised that she managed to get there and climb up without any of the campers noticing." commented Lynn Sr and it was a good point.
Lightning was watching as the time for the penalty was almost up; he blinked as he heard Lincoln and Courtney yelling as they were running to the Chill Zone. Lightning was open mouthed and nervous as Lightning and Courtney got close. Lightning grabbed Gwen by the wrist and went running as the penalty timer was done with Lincoln and Courtney running as welll...
They were watching tensely.
"First place... to Lincoln and Courtney! Second place Lightning & Gwen." Don called out as Lincoln and Courtney excitedly high fived eachother as Lightning was on his knees dumbstruck.
They were all cheering at that; "Lincoln definitely deserves to go on that trip after all he had been through on that island." Luan smiled and they all nodded.
"So satisfying to see him take in his defeat..." laughed Ronnie Anne.
"Serves you right... You know I am glad that we lost... After you dragged me along the entire day, you don't deserve this prize! Plus no spa trip is worth having to share it with you! I hope after all this over I never have to be a on a team with you again... Scratch that, I hope that I never have to see you again period!" Gwen snapped as Lincoln went to put his arm around her shoulder to and held her to soothe her as they smiled.
"He had that coming..." CJ said nodding and they all nodded as well.
Dawn and Ezekiel went running to the Chill Zone and dragging a limp Lindsay was Sadie who managed to get it. "Third place to Ezekiel & Dawn, last place to Lindsay & Sadie." Don said as Lindsay groaned. "Lincoln and Courtney gets the resort trip and sorry to Sadie and Lindsay but one of you is getting cut out of the competition!" Don exclaimed.
"Come on vote Lindsay out already..." Lori pleaded and they all hoped that this would finally be the case.
"Bad luck Lindsay... Sorry..." Sadie told Lindsay apologetically but Lindsay angrily just pushed her back back.
"Sorry? Sorry? SORRY? I get the worst day I have had since I got here; thrown into the water, gets covered in pee and dropped to the ground and I don't get a spa trip which I rightly deserve! You should have pulled your weight more Sadie since you have plenty to spare!" snapped Lindsay as they all gasped out loud especially Sadie.
They all gasped out loud; "What kind of mother does she have... If my daughter acted like that on reality TV..." Maria snapped.
"Showing her true colors; let's see her trying to turn this around..." Lori said as they all hoped that this was the end of Lindsay for this.
"Come on now Lindsay; that was out of line!" Lincoln told her shaking her head as Dawn was looking like she was pondering something.
"Ah stuff it you dork; you don't deserve that trip! Maybe if we were on the team together and I could get you to be my waiter; if only Cody was still here and he would have done everything I had asked no problem! We could have won... You were good for being a brother that I could push around... You weren't bad at kissing but I don't see why you should get 2 girls willing to both date you!" Lindsay snapped as their eyes widened.
They were glaring at Lindsay during this rant and gasped at what Lindsay said; "So now Lincoln is gonna know..." Lily muttered as they wondered how the Loud boy would take this news; especially from the circumstances and who it was coming from...
"Lindsay; we agreed not to say anything!" Courtney scolded shaking her head as Lindsay continued walking in circles.
"What... What is Courtney talking about?" Leni asked in confusion as they just stared; were they missing something.
"Did Lindsay say something to Courtney before off camera..." Lori asked.
DAY AFTER THE PAINTBALL DEER HUNT CHALLENGE
"I was noticing that the website had been lacking in newer off camera videos since then..." Ronnie Anne said as they waited to see what would happen.
At the beach Gwen and Dawn were laughing together when they heard a yell and saw Lincoln trip and fall onto the beach as he ran as they ran to him worried to help him up. "Dawn... Gwen... I don't know what to do and it's hard with these feelings but... I AM CRUSHING ON YOU BOTH!" Lincoln yelled and felt that it was great letting it out until he saw the shocked looks on their faces.
"Linky... Told them off screen?" Leni asked as they took this in.
"...Words are failing me at the moment..." Ronnie Anne muttered.
"What.." Lola said.
"Would be easier if you could decide to just date us both..." Dawn stated and they other two teenagers blinked at her suggestion. "Why not? If Lincoln loves us both and you're a great girl Gwen so I wouldn't mind if it came to that... Would you Gwen?" Dawn ended up asking and she was open mouthed but nodded.
"What? No way could they do that; that's not a thing dating 2 girls at once..." Carl shouted out loud and there was a cough from Lisa as they all looked at the second youngest Loud.
"Actually it is a thing; a relationship between multiple consenting parties is known as a polyamorous relationship." Lisa clarified.
"So... Lincoln has had them both as girlfriends off camera since the paintball deer hunt... That's why it's been slow on this topic in the show..." Luan asked.
"Lincoln... You son of a gun..." laughed Ronnie Anne unable to control herself.
"Mum and Dad aren't guns." Leni said confused as Ronnie Anne shook her head.
"Does that mean that if Lincoln managed to hit it off with all 4 of his dates at the Sadie Hawkins dance..." brought up Lynn Jr.
"... Wow our boy Lincoln has found 2 girls wanting to both date him and not only knows but are fine with it..."Lynn Sr said and couldn't help but look proud along with Rita.
"I'm as happy as I am shocked that this worked out for Lincoln; this love triangle..." Albert said.
"How have they been doing this? They certainly haven't been acting like they are in a relationship since that episode..." Hector pointed out and it was a good point.
"...Could we do that... You know what; this show has enough drama as it is in the name so I don't want to ruin anything so what do you say Lincoln?" Gwen asked as they both looked at Lincoln expected as he was in disbelief.
"Wait... I had a dream the other day where I was married to you both and my second youngest sister Lisa somehow didn't age in all that time so was it trying to tell me something?" Lincoln asked and Gwen just shook her head with a look of humor as Dawn giggled and they went and kissed his cheek.
They were awwing at that.
"Well what is your plan? To pretend this never happened on the challenge days and act all lovey dovey on the other times?" Courtney asked as they blinked and thought it over.
"Could we pull that off? I mean Chris has cameras everywhere..." Cody pointed out and Dawn just nodded.
"If we make a solemn vow to keep this our little secret then I say that we shall! This continues being the friendly competition that it has and our new romance won't affect things..." Dawn suggested as they thought it over and put their hands together to make the vow but Lindsay was giggling and thinking that it was fun.
"They have been keeping this a secret? Don't they know what this is reality TV! There are no secrets allowed..." Lola muttered.
"So we learn that he has been his first kiss secret from us for 9 years, he got together with 2 girls off camera and have been hiding it from us off camera. Oh Lincoln is so going to hear it when he gets home..." fumed Lori as Bobby tried to calm his wife down.
"I am honestly impressed that they all agreed to keep it secret... Wait you think that this was what Chris was talking about when he said that he made them do that wake challenge to punish him... To keep the drama off camera..." Frida brought up and their eyes widened.
"Let's just say to those watching: Lincoln confessed to Gwen and Dawn and they did the same! Not a surprise why they were still available; who would want to date a freaky goth or some tree hugging hippie! You for some reason but maybe because you were desperate; still it was fun using those pictures to mess with you! Letting Dawn and Zoey see that Dawn drawing and letting Cody and Gwen see that Gwen one! You ruined my soap by getting off camera to resolve it!" Lindsay snapped as their eyes widened.
They were back to glaring at Lindsay; "Go on and continue digging your own grave..." snapped Luan as they were looking forward to the fallout.
"...So the grey in your aura... A sweet scatterbrained girl hiding a darker force..." Dawn muttered shaking her head.
"Indeed Dawn." agreed Rosa.
"You were using us? Just wow Lindsay... You know Lightning; I now prefer you over Lindsay... I kind of wish Heather stayed on, at least with her then I knew where I stood with her!" Gwen snapped.
"Good point..." agreed Carlotta.
"You told me that no one else saw those drawings! I thought that you were helping me out as a friend and yet you were using me!" Lincoln said looking hurt and betrayed.
They felt super sorry for Lincoln here.
"Yep; the snake finally shows her true colors." said a voice as down from the trees landing on a cabin and to the ground was Zoey as they all looked at her.
"ZOEY?" They shouted surprised taking her in.
"So Commando Zoey shows herself to the cameras..." cheered Ronnie Anne and they all cheered as well but looked to Ronnie Anne. "What? I have seen blogs and it looked like they were nicknaming her that." Ronnie Anne explained.
"I thought I had seen you in the trees when I fished..." Ezekiel muttered.
"So I wasn't imagining you while I was drunk; was that dolphin driving the truck real?" Lincoln asked.
"...As nonsensical as it seemed; it did indeed happen Lincoln..." sighed Lisa hating anything that she found illogical.
"Glad everyone finds out; Tyler found out first and Lindsay to hide it allowed him to be knocked out in the night to be found by the bear before he could warn us. Lincoln revealed her deception to me unwittingly and I chased Lindsay when she went to hide; I was thrown into the dirt and I turned my sadness at being used and knowing she was out there still manipulating my new friends into anger and motivation! Training myself for my vengeance! Decided to strike at you Lindsay after I put in the first taste at the awake challenge! I didn't want you to go just yet so I made sure you were still in before I could exact my revenge!" Zoey explained still looking stern as they were all shocked by these revelations.
"The truth is out in the open; definitely my favourite episode now!" Ronnie Anne cheered as they smiled at it all finally coming down on Lindsay.
"...So it was you who helped vote off DJ!" Dawn pointed out in realisation; she then went to hug Zoey saying "So glad you were safe... Worried about my best friend..." Zoey hugged back a little but then had her let go as she was weirded out.
They smiled at that; remembering how sad Dawn looked in the confessonal talking about this.
"Glad you are all safe and sound Zoey; so you were out there training? The arrow that almost hit Lindsay? That was you?" Lincoln ended up asking and Zoey nodded.
"Glad to have you here to take your place again Zoey; no elimination at the campfire so technically speaking you were still in the game. You get to help vote off either Sadie or Lindsay." Don said to Zoey as they looked pleased at that as everyone then started glaring at Lindsay.
"Oh yeah; technically speaking Zoey was never eliminated..." Carlos commented and they thought that this was good news.
"Going to so enjoy voting you off Lindsay!" Lincoln remarked.
"I don't like to be messed with, not my emotions or those that I manage to care about..." Gwen glared at Lindsay.
"I finally made human friends and you were playing us Lindsay; goodbye forever you scoundrel. May the Earth Mother make sure that we never cross paths again!" Dawn stated giving an uncharacteristic glare.
Lindsay shook her head saying "Whatever; this was fun while it lasted and besides not like I would last longer or could keep it going for much..."
"Goodbye and good riddance!" cheered Lori and the others.
"Vote me off!" Sadie called out and they all looked at her in surprise.
"Sorry; I must have misheard her... Did Sadie say to vote her off?" asked Carlotta as their jaws were wide open in confusion.
"Sadie... What are you doing?" snapped Lynn Jr unable to believe this.
"You have lost your mind; haven't you?" Lightning asked.
"No seriously... I loved my time here and getting to meet new friends but I I gave it my all and besides... Doesn't Lindsay deserve to suffer more? She would be stuck still in the competition with people that now sees her true colors and hates her. More than that; even if she gets eliminated on the next challenge... She still has to stay on the island for at least 2 more days with Zoey..." Sadie explained as Lindsay was slowly looking in horror as Zoey grinned her way.
"...You know what... Lindsay suffering for at least 2 more days and being hunted down by Zoey while everyone hates her guts... I am for this!" Ronnie Anne said.
"Does mean that Sadie misses out her chance at winning..." pointed out Leni with a sigh and that was a negative point to this.
"Are you sure Sadie?" Dawn asked hesitatingly as Sadie smiled nodding her head.
"No... No... NO! I am a horrible person who deserves to get kicked out; let Sadie stay here in my place... Please... Please vote me off..." Lindsay cried out on her knees as they looked her way.
"Agreed but no dice..." Luan giggled as they started smirking her way.
At the restored Dock of Shame; the contestants after having their marshmallows were saying their goodbyes to Sadie as she was about to board the Boat of Losers with Katie there to meet her. "You take care Sadie..." Gwen told Sadie as she got onto the boat and embraced Katie happily as it went off.
"At least she gets reunited with Katie." Maria said as it did look like a joyful reunion.
Also porting was the cruise ship to the resort; "You are going to get pampered like a Princess with me..." Courtney told Brittney in a cute voice as she was holding her with her bags standing with Lincoln with his bags.
"Uh... She is bringing that flea ridden thing... No animal deserves to be pampered at a resort... What a waste..." Lola groaned as Lana looked agitated but everyone else looked amused.
"Hey! I bet my animal friends would love to spend time at such a place!" Lana retorted.
"Well Courtney and DJ found new pets at the island; wonder if Lincoln could have found one..." asked Albert.
"I could see Lincoln getting along if he found a platypus there." Myrtle told her husband.
"Not native to the islands of Canada." Lisa informed her step-grandmother.
Gwen and Dawn went up to him; "You are going to be fine with everyone knowing about us now?" Gwen asked and Lincoln nodded.
"Will deal with it later; still can't wait to see you both again..." Lincoln said as Gwen went and took his face to kiss and Dawn did the same.
"...Not fair! He gets two girlfriends and I can't even get one!" cried Carl as most looked amused but smiled at the kisses.
"Relax and enjoy yourself Lincoln; it has been a tense day with revelations and your aura definitely shows that you need this trip. Come back to us all 100% and we won't have to hide anything from the cameras anymore." Dawn told him sweetly.
"You two sure that you won't miss me too much?" Lincoln asked as they looked and sighed.
"It will be bearable as long as we both know that you are coming back to us." Gwen replied as Ezekiel went to give him one last hug.
They smiled at this.
"Gonna miss you bro but I think we can bear; especially since we will have plenty of entertainment..." Ezekiel said and pointed to Lindsay looking terrified at Zoey as Lincoln waved to her and Zoey gave a little wave back. Lincoln giggled along with the others as he boarded the cruise ship along with Courtney.
"Sleep with one eye open..." Zoey whispered to Lindsay as she got to her knees and was frozen with fear.
They were laughing at this; "That was so satisfying after all that we literally had to watch!" Lori grinned.
"Hope somehow Lincoln could bring Gwen and Dawn home." Rita said happily.
"So it's settled... The stormy love triangle!" Luna said as Hector groaned.
"I still have boxes of Team Gwen and Team Dawn shirts to sell but now the desire will be drying up after this is settled..." Hector groaned along with Carl and Sergio who had been silent through this watching just sighed.
"You want to watch the rest of that blog video from Carrie and Devin now?" Ronnie Anne asked and they thought might as well as Luna got her phone out and Lisa connected her holographic device to it. "What do you know... They wasted no time..." laughed Ronnie Anne as the right hand corner which showed updates showed that the two wasted no time to put their thoughts in a live video after this episode finished airing so they should check that out afterwards.
