Great Lake City and the Loud and Casagrande families were gathered together to watch the latest Total Drama Island but before the episode started; they decided to go over who they think could be voted off this episode. "So the clear 'victory' in this two family poll is clearly Ezekiel!" Lisa commented as they all shared a nod.
"Yeah homeschool has held on for a surprisingly long time considering who he is but I think now is the time that his luck runs out." Ronnie Anne said with a confident smile.
"No kidding; I am just literally surprised that he was even chosen considering his audition video." Lori spoke rolling her eyes upong when she looked at it on the Total Drama website.
"Plus not wanting Lincoln or his girlfriends out or Zoey..." Lily said as they winced at the idea.
"As much as I have been an advocate for Ezekiel showing that he turned out to be much better than first impressions... I do think that he can only go so far." Carlos admitted as they got their snacks together and were ready to watch the new episode.
"Last time on Total Drama Island!" Chris said as it showed clips of the previous episode. "We spent the last episode at Playa De Losers to check up on those who walked the Dock of Shame to Boat of Losers. Seems that everyone hates Lindsay and weird enough Cody and Tyler settled their Lindsay rivalry and became best buds. Zoey it turns out to be the ultimate favourite to win it all as decided by the losers and then my special twist became that they had to vote someone off the show themselves. It turned out that their choice to walk the Dock of Shame is Courtney and I personally think that she handled it well. But who is walking that Dock today? Can anyone stop Commando Zoey? What colors do I look best in? Find out in this episode of... Total... Drama... Island!"
"I would be forever shocked if Ms CIT hasn't driven them swimming off that resort..." laughed Ronnie Anne and others laughed at the thought.

Another morning at the camp and Zoey was resting by the tree preparing herself and looked up with her now normal look as Dawn, Lincoln, Gwen & Ezekiel all walked up to her. "So Zoey... We are all in the final 5 and isn't that cool? Just feels like yesterday we all met eachother on that cruise ship and now here we are having outlasted 11 other contestants and I honestly never expected to get this far..." Lincoln muttered as Zoey just stared making all but Dawn looked nervous as Dawn just looked sad.
"Just thinking about how she would have responded if this was early Zoey speaking..." sighed Leni and the others with her words; hoping that they could make some more progress.
"So; after all this is over... You think that you could take it down a notch since there is no need for competition..." Gwen asked but Zoey jumped and got up the tree and used a switchblade to cut a feet trap and the rope to a wooden cage and held it up allowing the other camps to walk away as she then let it down onto no one.
They blinked at that being unexpected; at least Zoey saved them from that.
"Chris probably set these traps up." Zoey said simply jumping down as they stared surprised that her instincts caught that.
"Wouldn't put it past him..." Maria muttered shaking her head along with the others; Chris proved last episode what stunts he was willing to pull with his contestants including the eliminated ones.
"Thank you Zoey. So glad that you were able to stop that from happening to us as I would have done for all of you." Dawn said gratefully with a smile along with Lincoln, Gwen looked uncertain at Zoey but she flashed a small smile before her usual face returned.
Smiles at this which became more beaming.
"Hold on a second... Is that my switchblade? I thought that Cody took it since he had taken my flask..." Ezekiel shouted in realisation looking at the switchblade and then Zoey rolled her eyes as she then tossed Ezekiel the switchblade. "Thanks aye... You have no idea how many scrapes this has gotten me out of!" Lincoln smiled as there was a call from Chris at the speakers to make to the mess hall for breakfast.
"Oh yes; wasn't he arguing with Cody over his switchblade being missing when they were chasing Lincoln during his... You know..." brought up Hector and they then remembered about that detail.
"Don't know why Zoey gave it back to him; don't trust him not to get him or someone else stabbed with that thing." Lori spoke and the other adults frowned at this
"A bit irresponsible for a teenager to have." Frida said knowing that she would never let her children hold one.
The 5 were at their tables trying to dig into their bowls of paste with even Dawn struggling to get into it and Zoey just refused to even touch her's.
"As soon as Lincoln is home; he is getting a hefty feast to make up for the junk that Chef tries to pass off as good that he feeds to him and the others." Rosa spoke shaking her head as Lincoln and the other Loud children she already considered as close family as the others were grossed out at the paste.
"I have already started preparing..." Lynn Sr spoke feeling as horrified as Rosa.
"Good morning campers; tonight you shall be acting as game wardens and rangers!" Chris said greeting them as he made himself known "You have 8 hours to trap a wild animal and to bring it back to the campfire unharmed." Chris explained as they blinked and Dawn looked worried.
"Hunting animals? I could do that to show off to the ladies!" Carl spoke as the others rolled their eyes.
"Hunting?" Lana asked aghast.
"So this is real hunting?" Dawn asked concerned but Chris shook his head.
"Rangers and game wardens often have to relocate animals for their own good and for the good of campers." Chris replied and this made Dawn feel a bit better.
Lana looked better and the many Dawn fans smiled at Dawn being reassured about this.
"Who says that Reality TV doesn't teach you anything!" Chris grinned looking at the camera.
"You are a real Mr Rogers..." Albert muttered sarcastically as the eyes were rolled at Chris' statement.
"A challenge that involves catching animals and there is someone here that's basically Dr Dolittle and a Disney Princess... I wonder who is winning today..." Gwen muttered sarcastically in the confessional.
"Dawn is a no brainer..." Luan laughed and the others laughed at Gwen bluntly pointing out who is probably going to win.
"I would never think of harming animals so I am pleased that our challenge involves them getting unharmed." Dawn smiled in the confessional.
Lily, Lana, CJ and Leni smiled at this.
At the boat house Chris has a hat filled with pieces of paper: "Choose your animal." Chris siad as they took their pieces of paper.
"Frog." Lincoln said reading off his paper and smiled. "Should be easy enough; my sister Lana has a pet frog and once we teamed up together to free the frogs from the school when I was in elementary school." Lincoln explained with a nod of his head.
Lana smiled and got up to take a bow to which Lola rolled her eyes.
"Duck." Ezekiel read off his piece of paper.
"Well I don't think it should be too hard for him to catch that." Lynn Jr said and it looked like Ezekiel might be able to pull off saving himself that episode.
"Bear." Dawn read as Lincoln and Gwen shared a look.
"The good fortune that the camper that got it was the one who could pull it off easily no problem..." Ronnie Anne said as they all laughed at that.
"I will never forget that night where Gwen and I ran from Dennis the bear when he found us only to find Dawn calming it down and saying that he just wanted his picture drawn." Lincoln said in the confessional not feeling worried for Dawn.
They laughed at Lincoln bringing that up.
"Beaver." Zoey read from her piece of paper.
"I was expecting her to get something real big and savage that she would show herself to take on no problem." admitted Bobby and they admitted that it did seem like a stable for her now.
"Raccoon." Gwen finally ready from her piece of paper.
"Pests... Have to keep them away from the trash..." Rita muttered and Rosa and Lynn Jr nodded along with her but Lana sighed as she didn't mind the trash raccoons.
"You all have 60 seconds to gather equipment from the boat house to nab your animal. You should be familiar with it Zoey since he broke into it yourself to steal all that equipment including the bow and flaming arrows." Chris explained and glared at Zoey who smirked.
"When she scared Lindsay..." laughed Luna and they laughed at that reminder as well.
"Using the sheer power of my thirst of vengeance; I gathered the strength to break that padlock with my bare hands." Zoey said with her smirk in the confessional.
"Human strength doesn't work like that..." Lisa shook her head while everyone else fully believed that Zoey really did pull off that like that.
In the boathouse, Gwen got a net, Ezekiel smiled as he found duck bait, Lincoln got himself a small creature net with a handle and Zoey found a tranquiliser gun in a crate as Dawn went up to her to try and say something when Chris came in. "Minute's up campers... Now go and hunt!" Chris said and this sent them rushing out.
"Looks like they will be fine..." Lynn Sr stated hoping that he didn't just jinx it.
"I don't know Dennis; even with our Save Zoey Alliance... I am kind of scared that we can't get the old Zoey back..." Dawn was telling Dennis the bear casually in his cave as she was in her lotus position and he casually gave a roar to him. "Give her time to herself and realise that she prefers the old self on her own? That's great advice Dennis; thanks!" Dawn told him gratefully as they shared an embrace.
"Perhaps some time to reflect is what she needs." CJ said and most of the others thought that it sounded alright.
"Did no one else noticed how scientifically impossible it is for Dawn to be communicating with that bear again?" Lisa screamed as they looked at her.
"I think that we all have just grown used to it and accepted it." Myrtle told her second youngest step granddaughter causing Lisa to sigh.
"Let's go and see how Lincoln is going on." Dawn said getting up and so did Dennis.
In the woods Gwen spread her net out and covered it in leaves and spotted a raccoon nearby and got into a bush. "Courtney had found and adopted her racoon no problem so this should be a cinch..." Gwen said and the racoon went into the net and she started to pull it up and grinned victoriously, however there was animal yelling and the claws started to rip the net open making Gwen gulped.
They gulped at this; "a re-enactment of when Lynn goes to take care of the raccoons himself." Rita said trying to lighten the mood and Lynn Sr just humphed.
Ezekiel spread out his duck bait by the beach and waited out in the sand; a duck came to take it and Ezekiel rushed to it. He picked it up and yelled as it started pecking him in the eye and he landed in the water.
"All he had to do was catch a duck and... Yep; it's his time to walk the Dock!" Ronnie Anne stated as they winced at his predicament but othters nodded firmly with her.
Zoey spotted a beaver making a dam and aimed her tranquiliser gun at it and fired. "Bullseye." she said to herself.
No one really expected this to be difficult for her anyway.
Lincoln waited as he spotted his frog and launched himself at it with the net and after a few minutes of wrestling he got it in the net. "Huzzah... You might as well call me the Frog Whisperer!" Lincoln grinned and jumped as there was Dawn appearing behind him casually with a smile and Dennis who waved at him. This caused Lincoln to quickly check his net as the frog jumped out and it ended up accidentally kissing his lips.
Ronnie Anne was trying not ot laugh while others winced but did find the predicament kind of funny. "Unless it turns into a handsome prince... No way would you catch me doing something like that..." Lola muttered.
Lincoln managed to catch it in his net again and gaged with his mouth as Dawn giggled. "Rebecca; sorry but it's supposed to be the frog who's a handsome prince." Dawn told the frog as she smiled at Lincoln who was red in the cheeks.
They laughed and awwed at this at the same time.
"How sad is it that what happened doesn't even make the top 10 most embarrassing things that ever happened to me in front of a girl I like or liked." Lincoln admitted with his head down in the confessional.
"Yeah; bro's lucky with the ladies isn't exactly good..." Luna forced herself to admit and the Loud family couldn't really refute this.
Later everyone was with their animals at the campfire pit and Chris was glaring at them; "You alright Gwen?" Lincoln asked Gwen checking over Gwen in concern as she had a black eye as she sighed.
They cringed at this and Lucy sighed at Gwen's bad luck.
"This one didn't go without a fight." Gwen explained as Chris shook his head as Ezekiel was smiling even though he was wearing a soaking wet set of clothes since he had his duck. Lincoln looke to Ezekiel but got a thumbs up in return.
"Try and not fall off the Dock Homeschool!" laughed Lynn Jr with others joining but others jsut frowned at how she was framing it.
"Zoey; I just want to say that if you need space and not have us force yourself through an intervention to change your again after your ordeals then I and everyone else will give it to you!" Dawn told Zoey who blinked and everyone else looked to Dawn as she nodded and they nodded at once.
They noticed this and a lot of smiles at the old Zoey coming through again.
"Dawn got her bear back here in no problem. Notice my shocked face." Chris said pointing to glaring voice and they started laughing at his reaction. "Laugh all you want but I was hoping for injuries from whoever got the bear and I was certain that they were an easy out so I am going to have to check out everyone's animal." Chris muttered as he then started inspecting their animals.
They bursted into laughter again.
"A few feathers Ezekiel but I will give you that as long as everyone else's isn't in perfect shape." Chris said as Ezekiel looked nervous and Chris checked Lincoln,s frog, Dennis, Zoey's beaver, Dennis and then Gwen's racoon.
"I don't see how Ezekiel isn't out..." Ronnie Anne said as everyone looked like that no one else had much problems with their animals and they didn't look hurt.
They were tense as Chris shook his head as he showed a bruise on the raccoon's paw with blood on it.
"WHAT? You can't be serious! Gwen can't leave like this!" Ronnie Anne exclaimed at her favourite girl in the contest being eliminated like this outraged and the others were in disbelief at this.
"Looks like poor Lincoln is going to have to deal with a girlfriend leaving..." Carlotta sighed and the others sighed as they accepted that Chris wasn't the one who looked like he would budge on this.
"Oh come on! I am certain that the blood was mine and look at my eye, this beast clearly harmed me more than I harmed it!" Gwen complained but Chris shook his head as they all gasped.
"Wait..." Lincoln muttered never really thinking about who was being eliminated that episode and it turned out to be one of his girlfriends.
They all sighed at this and Ronnie Anne looked like she wanted to go into another rant but looks from her family stopped her.
Lincoln went to protest but Gwen sighed and got up saying "I had a good run and I'm rather proud of how well I did. You take care now and I will see you soon. Dawn; took care of him for us." Gwen told him assuredly and gave him a smile before directing her last words to Dawn with her nodding.
"At least; she is taking this loss with dignity Ronnie as a good loser." Maria assured her daughter and Ronnie Anne sighed accepting that at least.
She leaned in for a kiss and Lincoln returned with everyone else smiling and Zoey did as well but they let go and Gwen looked like she was going to be sick. "... You kissed your frog; didn't you?" Gwen asked as Lincoln muttered guiltily as she just sighed.
"Way to ruin a moment..." Luna giggled as they all found the humor in that situation and laughed but Lola was repulsed.
At the Dock of Shame; Lincoln was waving to Gwen with a smile as she was on the Boat of Losers and she waved back to him smiling as well before it fell as she was out of sight. "Don't worry Lincoln; we will see her again soon. It's not goodbye forever and after the show we will make sure that are all in touch!" Dawn assured him with a smile and a hand on his shoulder as his face let up again.
More smiles at this. "Well Homeschool has to go be out next... Right?" Lynn Jr asked and they couldn't even say confidently after this episode.
"I am here for you Link and I will do so again once Dawn is eliminated since I am sure that it will be the two of us in the finals!" Ezekiel told him confidently as Zoey managed to put a hand on Lincoln's shoulder and sighed before putting it away before the guys noticed but Dawn did.
They smiled at this bit and Bobby decided to speak up and Bobby said "you know with Ezekiel's luck... I honestly wouldn't be shocked if he makes his way to the finals."
They blinked but others just shook their heads; "But you do remember what you said if he did win?" Luan asked jokingly and Lynn Jr shook her head and folded her arms.
"There will be a Space Jam 3 starring Tom Brady before that happens!" Lynn Jr retorted.
"We will definitely see if you are right Lincoln after tomorrow as for the penultimate episode... Double elimination!" Chris explained with a smirk behind him making their eyes widened. Chris turned to the camer and pointed to it saying "Stay tuned to see which 2 of our final 2 are walking the Dock of Shame and which 2 are staying to compete for oodles of cash in our big finale which... I triple dog dare you to miss!"
They blinked at this unexpected twist and just took it in; "Wait... After next episode... Only 2 will remain... You think Linky could be out in the next episode?" Leni asked and they thought it over.
"I don't want to think it about it but..." Lynn Sr said and they took a few minutes to take it in.
"Well even if Lincoln doesn't advance... He gave it his all, found new friends and 2 girlfriends and making it to the final 4 is nothing to be ashamed off..." Rita brought up and they took comfort in this at this tense idea.
"If it's not Lincoln going to the final 2 then I hope it's Dawn and Zoey." CJ said and they would be happy with that.
"Just have to wait and see now..." Albert muttered.
"You know; I read that they are looking over the auditions for the next seasons with some being accepted... Who do you think could be amongst the newcomers to the show and how Lincoln could react to them if he goes onto the next season?" Ronnie Anne decided to bring up to change the subject and they thought it over.
"I am still just hoping that he doesn't..." Rita admitted as the Loud family didn't know if they could take Lincoln being in another season of this show...
Over in Canada; a hat wearing teenage girl after checking out the newest episode of Total Drama Island decided to look again at an email that she got that morning: her audition for Total Drama Season 2 was accepted! She can't wait to show her stuff and win the prize money; who from the first season could be joining her? Well Lincoln, Gwen and Dawn were really popular and Owen as well from his fart jokes and a lot of disappointed youngsters were not happy to see him leave. Still she could interact with them and use what she had seen of them from the show to strategise and take advantage of weaknesses. She would stay below the radar and could even swipe stuff from them to sell later.
What could ruin this moment.
"Mary Kate! There are officers who want to have another word with you!" shouted her mouther and she groaned but thought of how to use her words to get out of another of these talks.
