Great Lake City and once again the Casagrande and Loud families were together but things were tense between them as they knew that Lincoln could either advance to the finals in the episode or be eliminated. They calmed themselves as they got their snacks and seats ready as the episode started.
"Last time on Total Drama Island!" Chris said as it showed clips of the previous episode. "The campers were made honorary game wardens and despite some hijinx were able to capture their assigned animals with no problems and no wild bear attacks as weird freaky hippie girl Dawn got the bear who she talked to about how to give Zoey some space. Rather boring if you ask me. Anyway I decided that Gwen was the one to walk the Dock of Shame after I noticed a bruise on her raccoon and Lincoln had to say goodbye to one of his girlfriends. Then the final 4 learned about today's high stakes double elimination challenge to decide the final 2! After this episode we will see the final 2 who will be competing head to head for the cash prize and so I triple dog dare you to miss this exciting penultimate episode of... Total... Drama... Island!"
"Wait... Isn't that what Chris said to end the last episode?" Luan asked and they blinked remembering that and didn't think much of it at the time; could it be something related to the challenge of the episode?

The next day we start out at the mess hall as Lincoln, Ezekiel, Dawn & Zoey were in line to be served as Chef was Chris was facing them. "Good morning campers! As a reward for making it all the way to the final 4... All you can eat pancake breakfast! Made fresh with ingredients close to their sell by dates!" Chris exclaimed with a big smile on his face as Ezekiel was served a plate of pancakes and looked on top and was disgusted by the dirt on them.
"Pancakes?" CJ and the youngest children asked excitedly but it soon turned to frowns at the mention of the type of ingredients and the looks with some even looking disgusted and Frida and Lynn just looking at the pancakes wanted to whip up some proper ones at the moment if they could.
Lincoln, Dawn and Ezekiel sitted themselves together and Lincoln sighed looking at the table thinking of Gwen. "Gwen wouldn't want you to sulk Lincoln... She would want you to give it your all!" Dawn told Lincoln assuredly and he brightened up at her words.
They smiled at this but Ronnie Anne and Lucy shook their heads; Lucy hid it well but she and her goth friends were as upset as Ronnie Anne was about Gwen being eliminated the last episode.
"Yeah... You're right... Still kind of concerned about Zoey; two more episodes and what if Zoey stays how she is?" Lincoln brought up as they noticed Zoey eating her pancakes by herself stoically and grimaced.
They were tense at this; "Hopefully it won't come to that..." Carlos muttered as they continued watching.
"We could only hope for the best and pray that fate will guide us to a most appealing outcome!" Dawn answered solemnly and Lincoln guessed that it would be the best thing to do.
Nods at Dawn's words.
"Plus be ready and prepared... Chris yesterday said that two people are going home aye!" Ezekiel brought up and the looked worried about that.
Surprise at Ezekiel being the one to remind them of that.
"Final four... Kind of scared as I had to have one girlfriend eliminated and now with my other and 2 people I consider friends... I would either only have to bring one of them to the finals and be one of those eliminated today..." Lincoln said on the confessional and gulped.
"What a predicament bro..." Luna muttered and the rest were tensely silent.
"Feels nice to have made it this far but I am not as worried about being eliminated from the competition as I am about getting Zoey to her old self. What would happen if she leaves a different girl than when she entered?" Dawn stated frowning in the confessional.
"I don't want to think about that..." Rita muttered as the parents were imagining her parents getting her home and it would feel like she had come home from military school.
Ezekiel was doing a dance in the confessional; "Final 4... Oh yeah..."Ezekiel said excitedly but ended up tripping and falling over himself.
There were laughs at this; "I still can't believe that Ezekiel's luck has allowed him to survive this long but he is a surefire one of the losers this time right?" Lynn Jr asked as Ronnie Anne was vigorously nodding.
"Don't see his luck continuing to help him." Lori stated.
"Final 4 and I just have to survive this and I'm on to the finals!" Zoey grinned in the confessional and sighed. "Would be much better if I was facing off against chomps that totally be satisfying to beat..." Zoey muttered.
"She looks like the old self is still there..." Hector said and there hopeful looks at this display though Lynn Jr was giving it to Zoey for her first statement there.
At the stage the four were sitted down as Chris was showing them a wheel with a bottle and photos of all eliminated contestants. "The producers have ran out of ideas to torture you all and so have asked the eliminated campers and boy did they give us some doozies! Each camper will take a turn to spin the wheel and the camper it lands down determine whose dare you will do! That's Katie & Sadie, DJ, Lightning, Heather, Lindsay, Cody, Tyler, Justin, Gwen, Owen & Courtney! You can either do the dare and win a get out of a dare freebie or dare an opponent!" Chris explained as Chris showed off the Freebie bottles.
"Just what could they have come up with?" Lynn Sr asked and they were hesitant to think about it.
"Could it be any worst than what they were doing earlier in the show?" Lola asked and no one could dispute that.
"So like a game of spin the bottle, we did that together earlier... Had Lindsay kiss me..." Lincoln brought up in a mutter and Dawn humphed at the memory.
"We forgot about that... Thanks for bringing that up..." Lana said sarcastically as they frowned at that.
"Didn't we like do something like this with that wheel of torture?" Ezekiel brought up as Chris just smirked at him.
"A little bit repetitive" Bobby agreed.
"Here is the deal; we are going to keep going until 2 of you 4 chickens out of a dare... The 2 last remaining will go on tomorrow to compete for the grand prize money!" Chris explained as they took a moment for the finalists to prepare themselves. "So who is up first?" Chris asked as Zoey instantly got up and started spinning the bottle.
It landed on Gwen and Chris looked at his piece of paper and said "so Gwen and her dare is... Wait what? Nope... We are moving on..." Chris muttered as his eyes widened as he read and tripped to move card when Zoey snatched it away and Chris gulped.
"What did Gwen put down that he doesn't want..." Lucy asked as they were now suddenly anticipating it because it must be good if Chris doesn't want it.
"Says to punch Chris in the face..." Zoey explained as she then pulled her arm and decked Chris hard in the jaw with him groaning in pain and Chef was struggling to hold back laughter while tossing Zoey her freebie while the other 3 finalists were making no such effort.
They bursted into laughter at this; "Wow Gwen... You find a way to still be amazing even after being eliminated..." laughed Ronnie Anne holding her sides.
"...If possible; I love that woman more now..." Lincoln laughed in the confessional.
"No could could ever blame you Link... I think I do now and I don't even like girls that way..." Ronnie Anne laughed.
"We can only hope that more lands on her..." Maria said once she calmed herself down.
"Just had dental... Lincoln, you're up..." Chris muttered as Lincoln got up and span the wheel and it landed on Cody. "Oh... Put a tray of ice cubes down your undies and wait for them to melt..." Chris read off the card and Lincoln gulped and just nodded.
They were now looking uncomfortable at this; "Wow thanks Cody..." Leni said shaking her head and most agreed with her and thought that it was weird that it was Leni saying that.
"Doesn't sound too bad... Plus I had to deal with the shower with the sisters having used all the hot water..." Lincoln said as Chef put the tray of ice cubes down his pants and Lincoln's face was frozen as the cubes melted and he was tossed his Freebie and rejoined the others with Dawn comforting him.
The Loud sisters looked uneasy as it was a mad dash to use the shower before the hot water was up.
"Ezekiel; you're up now!" Chris said as Ezekiel got up and span the bottle. It then landed on Lightning. "Oh... You have to withstand 10 soccer balls kicked at you from Chef!" Chris read as Ezekiel gulped and Chef gave him an evil grin.
"Figures he would come up with that one..." scoffed Luan.
Ezekiel accepted it and yelled as he was hit in the face by 9 of the balls and hit in the sensitive area by the 10th ball before being hit in the eye by his freebie.
They cringed a lot at that image.
Dawn was up and span the bottle and it landed on Katie & Sadie; "Kiss a dead fish..." Chris read as Chef brought her the dead fish and she was open mouthed and gagged.
Leni, Lori, Carlotta & Lola were all exclaiming about how gross that is.
"Dawn; dare me and I will do it for you!" Lincoln offered as Dawn seemed to consider it but shook her head as she reluctantly kissed the dead fish.
"Lincoln there is chivalry and there is... Kissing a dead friend. I don't think that I woudl want Bobby to do that for me..." Lori groaned.
"Nowhere near as bad as the school field trip to the chicken nugget factory but unpleasant..." Dawn sighed in the confessional.
"How would that be unpleasant?" Lola asked in disbelief.
"A vegetarian and most people wouldn't like to see how meat foods get made and especially not if you are a big animal lover who doesn't eat meat." Luna reminded Lola who humphed.
Zoey span and got Justin and had a facemask of manure no problem.
Carlotta, Leni, Lori & Lola cringed at this.
Lincoln span and got DJ and had to put his face into a tub of beaver sweat.
They groaned at how gross this looked and the Loud parents decided that Lincoln was to have a bathroom for a really long shower once he got home.
Ezekiel span and used his freebie to get out of a dare of getting his head shaved by Chef from Lindsay.
"Off course someone as evil as her would pick a dare like that..." Leni muttered with Carlotta nodding.
"Come on; when is Homeschool going to finally chicken out?" Lynn Jr groaned waiting for him to be eliminated already.
Dawn span and got eating grass from Owen and she did so but spat it out in disgust afterwards.
"Not that bad..." Lana shook her head but ignored the stares that she was getting.
A montage of them using Freebies and then it showed that no one but Zoey had Freebies left and she still had all of hers'. Lincoln span and got Gwen; "Okay Lincoln, your goth girlfriend says that you have to... Squirt me with bear pee?" Chris read horrified and Lincoln had the biggest grin available as Chef handed him the water squirter and Chris ran from Lincoln screaming while Dawn and Ezekiel were laughing and Zoey was smirking.
Everyone felt like their stomachs were in pain from how hard they were laughing.
"I noticed a pattern with Gwen's dares and it looks like she took the chance to just have bad things happen to me... I am going to need a 20 hour spa trip after this!" Chris glared in the confessional.
"If you were anyone else other than you and maybe Lindsay then I would feel sorry for you." Lola said shaking her head.
A montage was shown of Ezekiel getting a leg waxing from Chef as part of a dare from Lindsay, Dawn having to put her hand in a bee's nest from DJ and Zoey giving a purple nurple to Malcolm the bear from Owen. Lincoln was up and got Heather.
"Oh... She got her..." Myrtle said as they became tense.
"Okay Heather says... Pour salt into your own eyes? Okay; even I think that is too much and you don't deserve that even after squiring me with bear pee..." Chris read shocked and they were stunned and Lincoln saw Chef with the salt and thought it over with his friend and girlfriend gulping and even Zoey looking concerned...
A lot of anger directed at Heather for such a torturous dare and directed to Lincoln.
"Is he actually going to do it..." Carlos asked as they were silent.
"If he doesn't then he loses a chance at the money..." Ronnie Anne said but didn't feel like it would be worth it; the Loud parents would rather that he didn't.
"You know what... I had a good run but... I refuse!" Lincoln yelled conceding defeat as Ezekiel and Dawn were open mouthed and he looked at them assuringly. "It's alright... I did my best and I am glad to have met you all... Just keep going on..." Lincoln assured them and just sighed and Ezekiel looked like was going to cry.
There were blinks at this as they took this in; "So that's it... After all this time watching the show and all that he had to go through including getting electrocuted... He's out?" Ronnie Anne asked as just about everyone else looked resigned.
"Lincoln did his best..." Lily said as Rita put her hand on her youngest daughter's shoulder.
"Losing his chance at the money and the fame..." Lola muttered.
"That's all we could ask of him..." Rita said nodding as they took some time to take it in.
"Should we keep watching?" Carl asked and the older adults looked and nodded.
"Might as well stick with it until the end and there might be more of Lincoln in the next since it's the finale." Lynn Sr said as they decided to continue.
"We were supposed to go to the final 2 yo..." Ezekiel muttered and got up to spin the bottle and it landed on Katie and Sadie.
"Well I bet he is out next..." Luan said as they watched to see what he could get.
"...Put on an ugly wig? Wow, what horrible disgusting humiliating dare girls..." Chris muttered sarcastically as Ezekiel put the wig on and was tossed his Freebie which hit him in the knee.
While Leni and Carlotta were complaining about the wig the others just stared; "That's the best that the 2 that shared a brain could come up with?" Luna asked exasperated.
Dawn got up as Lincoln went to the side and span as it landed on Courtney; "Drink a blended puree of Chef's mystery meat..." Chef read as Dawn looked horrified as Chef put the mystery meat into the blender and turned it on and poured it into a glass. Dawn looked into it and was a little bit teary eyed as Lincoln went to comfort her.
"I think that Dawn is out now..." Luna said as she knew that definitely Sam would instantly refuse this dare as they were all tense regardless.
"I will be joining you on the Dock of Shame Lincoln for... I concede defeat as well!" Dawn stated and then turned to smile at Ezekiel and Zoey. "Good luck to you both in the finals." Dawn said as she went and embraced Zoey as she was shocked before letting go; she went to join Lincoln and held his hand as he managed a smile as well.
"So Dawn is out and the finalists are... Zoey and..." Lori said as they took a moment to take this in.
"Ezekiel." the majority said with them unable to believe it.
"So next episode is Zoey totally trashing him because no way can his luck save him in the finals..." Lynn Jr said still finding it hard to take it in.
"I would take Lincoln losing better if he didn't get outlasted by Homeschool..." muttered Ronnie Anne.
"Plus Dawn..." muttered Lily and Leni.
"Dawn and Lincoln are gone..." Zoey sighed in the confessional before giving her best smirk. "At least Ezekiel shouldn't be hard to beat..." Zoey said as her smirk fell.
"Her heart is not really in it." Frida said as most were convinced that her Commando persona would be melting away soon.
"Well I am in the final 2 aye... To think that the park ranger near my home said that I would be lucky to only be 3rd out..." Ezekiel said in the confessional before smiling
"I am still seeing and it will take time until I am at the believing stage..." Lori muttered.
"This is embarrassing Ezekiel..." Lincoln muttered at the Dock of Shame as Dawn was giggling as Ezekiel was holding onto Lincoln's leg trying to get him to not go.
"That is certainly a way to behave to show that you are a confident finalist in a competition..." scoffed Lynn Jr with her arms folded as most found this display funny.
Lincoln got him off and helped him up saying "Hey Zeke... You have come a long way and hey; I don't think you are the clueless sexist idiot you were when we first met but... You have made progress and do your best and I know you have a chance at winning tomorrow!" Lincoln told him assuringly as he smiled.
"Way to encourage him Lincoln." smiled Carlos as he was the one to keep pointing out how much progress Lincoln had in putting him under his wing.
"He must be fibbing at the last bit..." muttered Carlotta as it was bittersweet seeing Lincoln sent to this Dock.
Lincoln and Dawn then walked the Dock hand in hand as Lincoln's eyes widened as he heard "so a little embarrassing to you both be outlasted by Ezekiel?" There was Gwen waiting for them on the Boat of Losers smirking as Lincoln went and embraced her. "I was allowed to be here when they picked you up; sucked that you didn't go further but at least I have tomorrow to show you what they have at the resort that all of us losers are staying at..." Gwen told them as Dawn embraced Lincoln and Gwen returned Lincoln's embrace as the Boat left.
They smiled at this reunion and display; "At least bro isn't going home empty handed..." Luna said as the Loud siblings at home decided to help Lincoln with staying in touch with his girlfriends and find a way to talk to them themselves.
"2 campers remain..." Chris said as he showed off the check for 100 thousand dollars before folding it off and putting it into a wood chipper to make confetti.
They blinked and glared at the screen wondering why he was doing such a thing.
"No longer is a 100 grand the prize for the winner tomorrow as they will instead be competing for this briefcase and what's inside... Trust me; I don't think I will be hearing any complaints that the prize is now a million dollars in cold hard cash!" Chris said showing off the briefcase and opened it up to show the money inside.
They were all silent and their mouths wide open; "Lincoln lost his chance at a million big ones..." Lola muttered.
"As discussed in the losers episode; the exchange rate..." Lisa started to bring up but noticed that no one was listening as they were too mesmerised by the screen.
"Ezekiel. Zoey. Which weirdo is going home a millionaire? What is in store for our campers once they leave this Island? Am I still the sexiest host on TV even after being punched by a teenager in the face and been squirted by bear pee? Find out in the most exciting finale of... Total... Drama... Island!" Chris told the camera.
They took this in; "While it's a bummer that Lincoln got out... At least it should be fun to watch Zoey trounce Ezekiel in the finale?" Ronnie Anne brought up and they guessed it would be true.
"As said; Lincoln did his best and we should be proud that he made it to the semi finals!" Albert said and they nodded taking that at least.
"Wonder what Clyde and the rest of their friends will think?" mused Luan as they were still taking this in.
"Wondering if any losers signing up for the second season thinks that they have a good shot at winning if Homeschool could make it to the finals..." Lori mused as they thought it over.
Over in Canada there were a duo of teenage friends dressed in fantasy roleplaying costume while watching TV; "the homeschooled new and the vengeance driven warrior shall venture forth for the prize of a million in cash and not gold... I imagine that it shall be the prize that you shall win with your talents as a wizard Leonard!" the girl dressed as a warrior said to the boy dressed in a wizard's cloak.
"Thank you Tammy; may my book of spells serve me well!" Leonard said with a smile.
