Las Vegas Neon Museum…
The cars pulled in front of the museum, its occupants heading into the lobby.
"My boys found this thing in the desert the day before the evacuation for the tournament started." Mr. Neon explained as he unlocked the door to the employees only section. "We had it brought here, to have a look at it before we tried to pawn it off. Figured somebody out there would want it."
"So, it's actually here then?" Maera asked.
"Yeah, but we gotta go down." the Neo-Neon leader said as he approached a keypad. Pulling out a key from his pocket, he placed it into a slot on the pad and turned, causing a nearby wall to open up to an elevator, big enough for all of them. "All aboard the Elevator to Hell."
The group boarded the elevator, waiting a few minutes as elevator music played. At the bottom, the elevator opened up to a large room, filled with bright neon lights. At the center of it was the prison Ender had been looking for.
"That's it!" Ender cheered as he teleported to the prison and hugged it. "You survived the trip, buddy!"
"...Right." Neon said.
"So…just to clarify…this thing, this…Prime Soul. They can stand up to the Darkness Devil?" Midas Malcolm asked.
"That's what the Ender-child believes." Fujin stated. "I, for one, am not sure."
"Well, sure or not, we don't stand a chance right now." Banker said. "This thing is our only shot at surviving the night. Now c'mon, we gotta get this thing moving. The trailer will be here in thirty minutes. Plus, I don't want to stick around if Mr. Dark and Bloody Night shows up."
"Yeah, that thing is after our gackin' asses." Maximum said.
"Indeed…your…" Maera said before a thought occurred to him. "Hold on a moment…only you all…"
"Huh? What's up, Maera?" Ender asked.
"It just occurred to me…none of the tournament competitors have encountered the Darkness Devil." Maera said. "I doubt JP even knows about it, otherwise he'd cancel the tournament immediately. Not even he would take such a risk."
"You make a good point. The man is no fool." Fujin said.
"Well, maybe it's going for the weaker fish first before moving to deeper waters?" Bill asked.
"But why? It's so powerful, it wouldn't matter who it found. It could end all the same." Maera said. "True, against someone like David Ishihara, Ace Neptune, Jexi the Hunter, and a few others, it may have more of a challenge, but it could very well defeat them. So…why hasn't it tried?"
"What're you thinking?" Shia-Kazing asked.
"I've heard that humans can make contracts with Phobia Devils. Either to gain their power, or call upon them for aid when needed." the Dark Spell member said. "Perhaps…someone has made a contract with the Darkness Devil to kill all of you."
"Us?" The Banker said. "But that's ridiculous. We practically run the city. No one would be stupid enough to take us out. No one can control all that territory by themselves. Not to mention retaliation by the loyal lesser gangs."
"Unless…said contractor was already in place to do so." Maera pointed out, causing the tension in the room to thicken.
"Wait…you're saying one of us is working with that thing?" Slick asked.
"It would make sense." Fujin agreed with his fellow captain. "They could easily relay information to the Darkness Devil, telling it where and when to stick to catch the grunts off guard."
"Huh…hey, did all of you guys bring your gangs to the Circa?" Ender asked.
"Yeah, all of us did." Banker said, referring to The Big Men. "We brought about 95% of our boys to that meeting. The Syndicate can be a little…gung ho."
"As did we." Laissez Faire added. "Well, not all of us. To protect a 'hobby project' Neon has been working on, we left behind…" he said, before his eyes widened.
"...The Gold Fingers!" Mr. Neon said, before a force field came down, separating the group from Laissez Faire and Midas Malcolm. "MALCOLM!"
"Wha-?!" Laissez started in shock before Malcom drew a golden gun and shot the Roman-styled gangster in the head, killing him instantly.
"Laissez Faire, no!" Shia-Kazing wailed.
"Damn it, Faire, you got blood on my suit." Midas scowled. "You know these are a pain to clean. Now then…" he said, turning to the trapped group, all traces of the nervous wreck from before gone, replaced with a wicked and smug sense of superiority. "Since we have some time…let's talk business, shall we?"
The Mirage…
This hotel, which famously hosted the Cirque Du Soleil show, The Beatles Love, was now going to be the host of a massive triple threat battle between Teams Aries, Libra, and Virgo.
"So… let me get this straight." Garfiel said as Team Libra arrived inside the Mirage. "In the original timeline where that suit comes from, Zi-O and Geiz are mortal enemies, and Geiz comes from the distant future where he's trying to kill the guy prophesized to become Zi-O in the present so he doesn't become a Supreme Chronal Overlord?"
"Yeah, that's pretty much the reason why. It's the only way for the dark future to not happen." Geiz replied. "But… things can change like a flip of a coin, all thanks to the Time Jackers."
"So basically the two Riders never did find out who was stronger than the other." Garfiel said.
"No, their main mission was more important. Stop the Time Jackers and prevent the dark future from happening." Geiz replied. "And they succeeded. Although Sougo still became Oma Zi-O to defeat the leader of the Time Jackers, but he was alone since his friends are dead. The solution? Restore all of the Rider Timelines by destroying the current one which caused Future Sougo and Oma Zi-O to cease to exist while his friends live with their new aliases."
"Geez…." Garfiel said. "Kinda hard to make sense of all that. But that's par for the course for time travel stuff."
"Fair enough." Geiz noted.
"All I know now though is, you're finally gonna see if you're able to beat your friend and his sister. Between you three, we're gonna see who's the strongest." Garfiel said.
"It won't be easy though. Zi-O has his DecadeArmor and Starlight has her recent Smiling Tale form." Geiz stated. "But… I have my own ace up my sleeve. It's a recent addition to my arsenal, and I had to do a lot of endurance training to properly use it."
"Will it be able to give us an advantage?" Todoroki asked.
"Only one way to find out." Geiz replied. "Anything can happen in this fight. Now where are they?"
"I think I see some of them." Todoroki said as they saw Team Aries approaching.
"Well…this is a surprise." Blazer said.
"I don't see mosshead. Guess he dropped dead in a ditch somewhere." Sanji said.
"More like he went in the wrong direction." Zi-O deadpanned. "...Again."
"Yep, pretty much." Geiz sighed. "You found your sister yet?"
"No, still searching around even though her team told us to come here." Zi-O replied.
"You tried…looking above!" Garfiel said as he guarded as Tsareena came down with a Trop Kick and Milo and Cure Starlight joined her.
"Just as you planned." Milo said.
"Miss me, boys?" Cure Starlight smirked.
"Well…least she made it much easier to…" Todoroki said as he dodged a shadowy claw. "What?"
"Did you all…really think we wouldn't answer your little call out?" a voice said as emerging from the shadows were Team Cancer.
"What? But this was just supposed to be the three of us." Cure Starlight said.
"I know…but my brother is being pulled into this. I couldn't just ignore that." Ace said.
"...Oh, right. You and Spade are brothers." Cure Starlight sweatdropped. "Next thing you know, Simon will pop out and say hi."
"Nah. He's already out along with Team Aquarius." Blazer said. "Take it you've…"
"I've already taken care of our brother and his team." Umbra said.
"Damn it, I was hoping to fight Jexi at least once." Zi-O muttered.
"I can do you one better…you can join him in defeat. I forfeit a month of my lifespan!" Umbra said as his shadows surged. "Forbidden Art: Shadow Beast Alpha!" he said, creating a large shadow beast.
"Hold it!" Cure Starlight interrupted, pointing her glowing fist at Umber. "There's a reason why I called them here."
"Ah, crap!" Garfiel said as Team Libra and the other teams evaded the shadow beasts crushing attack.
"Geez, you really aren't holding anything back, are ya?" Blazer asked.
"This is a battlefield after all." Umbra said. "Why wouldn't I try and take out the enemy?"
"Because we made a promise to fight each other. Me, Geiz, and my sister." Zi-O answered. "You're free to fight anyone else, but this one… is personal."
"Right…we all have our personal battles." Ace said as he and Spade looked at each other.
"Yeah. So…let's take out Team Cancer and Libra and then surrender to Team Virgo." Sanji said.
"Oh no, you're fighting too, dumbass!" Geiz scolded.
"Right. This guy won't fight women." Blazer said. "Guess I'll have to take care of your sister's backup dancers."
"Oh you did not just say that." Cure Starlight frowned with a red mark on her forehead.
"Girl, I only know one woman who scares me and she could easily annihilate the whole Multiverse if she could." Blazer said as he dashed right at Tsareena and Milo and started fighting them both.
"Very well then. I don't know if my abilities will help, but I will do my best. Blue Night!" Milo said as she used her dance to lower Blazer's attack power.
"Flaming Wave!" Blazer said, unleashing a burning wave as Milo jumped to dodge.
"Triple Axel!" Tsareena said as she was kicking away at the Color Fighter.
Milo draws her fan as she starts to throw it. Blazer however was smiling as flames erupted around him, burning the fan and burning Tsareena who jumped back.
"Hot hot….that little…who does he think he is?!" Tsareena said.
"Someone very powerful, that is for sure." Milo said. "He is also one of the Four High Masters at the Color Fighting Temple, if I recall."
"Wait, seriously?! He's that powerful?!" Tsareena asked.
"Yes. It is understandable why so many have a hard time fighting him." Milo said.
"She's right. For a long time, Me and Umbra…are the only two people Jexi has never beaten." Blazer said.
"These two…can't be beaten by that one? The boy who helped defeat Kaido with Straw Hat?!" Tsareena said. "Yes…I see it now. This man…him and the shadowmancer…they're both dangerous."
"Yes, and these two alone would be able to wipe out every other member of the opposition, including us." Milo said.
"Yeah…but I'm gonna be respectful to the kid's wishes and let him fight it out with his sib and friend while I take care of you two." Blazer said.
"Good to know someone's respectable." Zi-O commented before facing his sister and friend and prepared a stance. "Well… this is it, no holding back."
"We'll use our strongest forms at the very end." Cure Starlight said. "Geiz, you do have that Ridewatch, right?"
"I do." Geiz nodded. "Genjuro's training is a pain in the ass, but the results were worth it, so I should be able to handle it, no problem."
"Good." Zi-O noted as the three stared at each other silently, waiting for either of them to make the first move. "To think we used to be normal college graduates, now here we are."
"Yeah, we're really living the dream, huh?" Cure Starlight smiled.
"This tournament pretty much cemented Xross Drive Rebellion's existence to the Color-Verse." Geiz stated. "And the existence of the Kamen Riders."
"Guess my actions also proved that Magical Girls, especially the Pretty Cures, are a force to be reckoned with." Cure Starlight said.
"Well then, time to show the Color-Verse what the three founders of the Rebellion from the Xross-Verse can really do." Zi-O said. "Are you ready?"
"You damn right we are!" Cure Starlight and Geiz grinned.
"Then it's time for the main highlight to begin!" Zi-O declared as all three ran towards each other and delivered a punch as they collided at the same time, causing a shockwave to be unleashed around them. And then the three threw out another punch which also collided as the force of the impact pushed them back a few steps.

"Starlight Bow!" Cure Starlight summoned her energy bow while the Riders summoned their ranged weapons. She took to the skies and fired an energy arrow storm, causing the Riders to dodge roll while firing their weapons at her, causing her to dodge.
Zi-O quickly took cover while taking out his Fourze Ridewatch. "Let's try something else!" He quickly inserted the Ridewatch onto the Ziku Driver and gave it a spin after slamming the tilt button.

With the FourzeArmor equipped, Zi-O flew towards Cure Starlight like a rocket with his right arm forward. "Rider Rocket Punch!"
"Starlight Shield!" Cure Starlight quickly summoned an energy shield to block the attack, but the force of the attack pushed the Cure back.
"Good to see them fighting each other." Geiz observed from a small hiding spot while taking out his Drive Ridewatch and inserted it into his Ziku Driver. "Meaning a chance to get a free shot from me!" He slammed the tilt button and gave it a spin.

=DRIVE! DRIVE!=
With the DriveArmor equipped, Geiz quickly initiated his finished sequence and took a stance.
=FINISH TIME! DRIVE!=
=HISSATSU TIME BURST!=
Geiz's body glowed with energy before running around Zi-O and Cure Starlight in a circle like a speeding exotic car. The two quickly noticed the sound of a speeding car, causing them to stop their attacks and prepared their guard stances back to back.
"Attacking us while we're busy fighting each other, huh Geiz?" Cure Starlight smirked.
"I know what you're gonna do with this finisher!" Zi-O added, knowing that Geiz will attack them with punches and kicks from different angles.
…But what he didn't expect is that Geiz launched tires instead, consisting of an orange fire wheel, a green spike wheel, a purple ninja wheel, a cement wheel, and a casino wheel, causing the Naotora siblings to block the spinning wheels which kept grinding them without stopping.
"...Okay, that one was new." Zi-O remarked.
As for where Geiz is, he leaped above the two siblings with his right foot fully charged and delivered a powerful divekick, causing a large explosion which also included the tires, while Geiz landed safely, dusting off his foot and standing up. "Hmph." He smirked.
=FINISH TIME! FOURZE!=
=LIMIT TIME BREAK!=
"...Oh crap." Geiz muttered, dropping his smirk.
"Rider Rocket Tailspin Kick!" Zi-O shouted as he flew out of the smoke in his Rocket Form, spinning rapidly in magenta energy. Geiz was too late to dodge as the attack landed on his chest and was taken for a ride, flying high into the night sky.
As for Cure Starlight, she also landed safely while using her Starlight Barrier to protect herself from the previous attack. "Phew, that was a close one." She sighed while taking out her Martial Adept PreCard set and PreChange Mirror. "Guess I better hurry before those Riders come down like a meteor. Pretty Cure Kururin Mirror Change!" She quickly inserted the cards, closed the mirror and pushed the button, causing her to change into her Martial Adept Form. Afterwards, she rotated her PreBrace several times, took a deep breath as her hands glowed with energy, closed her eyes and prepared a stance with her right fist reeled back and her other open hand forward, waiting for a moment to strike. "Pretty Cure, Final Starlight…"
Soon after, Zi-O and Geiz quickly came down like a shooting star with Geiz still taking the brunt of the blow. Sensing their presence, Cure Starlight tightened her fist. And once the Riders got close to her… "Martial…!" She delivered a powerful upward punch, landing a blow on Geiz' back and holding off Zi-O's rocket movement. "STRIKE!" And then she curled her other hand into a glowing fist and unleashed a powerful spinning uppercut, sending both Riders flying as they crashed onto the floor while Cure Starlight landed safely.
"...Did Cure Starlight do a Shin Shoryuken?" Hibiki blinked.
"Sure looks like it, dess." Kirika also blinked.
"Huh. Y'know, David's Froslass also imitates some of Ryu's moves." Hope mentioned.
"Gh…!" Zi-O and Geiz groaned in pain as they slowly got up, reverting back to Base Form.
"Hey, it's supposed to be a triple threat battle, so I had to hit both of you at once." Cure Starlight reminded.
"We know… but good god that hurts…" Zi-O muttered.
"So… you wanna do fighting game moves huh?" Geiz asked, detached the Drive Ridewatch and swapped it with the Gemn Ridewatch and gave the belt a spin after slamming the tilt button. Zi-O saw what Geiz was going to do and detatched his Fourze Ridewatch, swapped with the Ex-Aid Ridewatch, and also gave the belt a spin after slamming the tilt button.
=ARMOR TIME!=
In that same instance, both riders armored up in the exact same version of each other's armor, though there were slight differences.
=LEVEL UP! EX-AID!=
Zi-O's Ex-Aid Armor consisted of the chest armor being gradient with a healthbar on his left and four multicolored buttons on his right. The shoulders were two pink cartridges with green-ish grey ends. The helmet piece had a pink mouth and pink spiked hair for the forehead piece. In Zi-O's faceplate, the Katakana for Ex-Aid was plastered onto his visor.
=LEVEL UP! GENM!=
Likewise, Geiz had the same armor set as Zi-O, but the shoulders were two purple cartridges with blue-ish grey ends. The helmet piece had a purple mouth and black spiked hair for the forehead piece. On his visor, there was a katakana that spelled out "Gemn".
With their new armors equipped, the Riders punched the ground, summoning purple warp pipes, digital floating platforms and power-ups around the Mirage like a video game, which also took notice of the other fighters.
"What the heck?!" Blazer asked.
"Warp pipes, platforms, power ups? What is this, a video game?!" Garfiel said.
"Oh, I see where you're going with this." Cure Starlight glanced at her surroundings and punched her open palm. "Alright, let's play."
"Sorry sis, but I'm winning this fight with no continues!" Zi-O declared.
"Game… Start." Geiz also declared as the two Riders leaped towards the Cure, ready for another round.
Meanwhile, Tsareena and Milo were on the defensive against Blazer's fiery onslaught.
"All these powerups Zi-O and Geiz spawned… do you think we can use them to our advantage?" Tsareena asked.
"Well, there is only one way to find out, is there?" Milo asked.
"Fair enough, but there are good and bad powerups in the mix. Let's be careful." Tsareena said.
Milo scanned her surroundings and looked at all the power ups spawned, soon noticing a powerup that could give her the edge in the form of an Ice Flower. "Don't know how much this will help, but it's better than nothing."
Milo went for the ice flower and grabbed it, as her clothes and fans gained a bit of blue hue to them as she was charged with ice elemental energy.
"This will do for now." Milo said as she jumped back into the fray and attempted to literally cool Blazer off with the icy winds from her fans.
None of the other competitors paid any mind to the power ups, as the fights continued.
"Well…guess I should wrap things up here." Blazer said as flames surrounded his arms as he jumped into the air. "Didn't think I would make it this far anyway and the task is already done so…" he said. "Ultimate Color Fighting Sacred Art!" he said as he came crashing downward as the flames took on the form of a phoenix. "The Immortal Phoenix!" he said as the impact hits the ground as the flames consumed a good portion of the fighting arena.
"Whoa! This is just….wow!" Magenta said as the flames cleared as a number of competitors had fallen. "We have…5 defeats! Tsareena, Milo, Garfiel, Tsukuyomi and Blazer have all fallen!"
"Geez…this is…the power of someone like him?!" Sanji said as a huge portion of the Mirage was also burned away in the process.
"That was too close." Ace said as a pair of phoenix wings cloaked in a red fiery aura had protected him. "What?" he said seeing some of his clothes got a bit singed. "To think his flames are stronger than that of Phoenix's and Ifrit's."
As for the Cure and the Riders, they managed to avoid the attack by using the warp pipes. "Zi-O, I think your partner went kamikaze on the other fighters." Geiz observed.
"And also the building." Cure Starlight added.
"Blazer…you did well. Thank you. Also…this means you're just a team of one now, sis." Zi-O said.
"Sorry, but I'm not gonna surrender like the others." Cure Starlight shook her head, jumping out of a warp pipe. "If I go down, I'm going down fighting!"
"Heh, I was hoping you'd say that." Zi-O smirked as he looked to Geiz… except he was not there. "...He's going for another ambush, isn't he?"
"We really need to stop talking at times like this." Cure Starlight admitted as the two siblings stood side by side, preparing themselves. They then heard something come out from one of the warp pipes. But to their surprise, it was a Paralyze powerup which struck them, causing their bodies to feel numb. "Gh…! Why that power up?!" Cure Starlight muttered.
"Is he getting smarter… or what?!" Zi-O also muttered.
=FINISH TIME! GEMN!=
=CRITICAL TIME BURST!=
Geiz then leaped out from one of the warp pipes and stomped onto the siblings before leaping into another warp pipe. And he did that method several times before finishing with one final stomp.
=FINISH TIME! EX-AID!=
=CRITICAL TIME BREAK!=
However, Zi-O was able to shook off his paralysis, prepared his finisher sequence and countered with a barrage of punches before Geiz landed the final stomp. Zi-O then materialized a pair of white and green hammer arms with the A and B buttons on the sides. He then unleashed a barrage of hammer strikes with one strike sending Geiz flying. Afterwards, Zi-O spun his hammer arms rapidly before launching them at the airborne Geiz, causing an explosion while Zi-O fell.
But instead of landing on the ground, Cure Starlight, who also managed to shake off the paralysis, grabbed Zi-O's legs and performed a circle throw, sending him crashing to a wall. Cure Starlight panted in exhaustion while Geiz crashed into the floor.
Soon after, Zi-O and Geiz slowly stood up, reverting back to Base Forms, which also cause the warp pipes, platforms and power-ups to vanish. "To think… we're still standing… after all of this…" Zi-O spoke in exhaustion.
"Hey… we're not like before… remember…?" Cure Starlight tiredly replied.
"I think… we prolonged this fight… long enough…" Geiz added. "So I think it's time… we go out… with a climax…"
"...My thoughts exactly." Zi-O agreed, taking out his Decade Ridewatch and pushed the button.
=D-D-D-DECADE!=
In response, Cure Starlight pulled out her Smiling Tale PreCard set and PreChange Mirror and inserted them into the mirror while Zi-O swapped the Ex-Aid Ridewatch with the Decade Ridewatch and slammed the tilt button.
Finally, Geiz pulled out the ace in the hole he mentioned before. It was a slightly larger Ridewatch that had an hourglass design, one side had a picture of Geiz's face in a different style on the top, while the one on the bottom was filled up with small blue beads. Geiz quickly hit the button on the top, and activated it, as it gave a different activation sound.
=GEIZ REVIVE: GORETSU!=
"Huh? Geiz Revive?" Scorpia asked. "Never seen him use that watch yet, what's it do?"
"Let's just say Geiz gained a new power during our adventures in the Xross-Verse." Shirabe answered.
"As for how it works… well… see for yourself." Kanade winked.
As soon as Geiz swapped the Gemn Ridewatch with the new Ridewatch into his Ziku Driver's right slot, his Standby music started playing with a totally different tune.
"Cho-Henshin!"
"Pretty Cure, Kururin Mirror Change!"
The three Rebellion leaders quickly initiated their transformations with Zi-O equipping his DecadeArmor while Cure Starlight changed into her Smiling Tale Form.

But as for Geiz…
As soon as his Belt stopped spinning, his Armor received a major upgrade. He looked primarily black with some white detailing on the outer portions of the gloves and feet. His bodysuit looked way heavier, with the armor seemingly molded on, with white hourglass markings on the front of his shin armor. The flashier part of this suit was the chest and shoulder armor, it being orange from the front, bulky and wide with grey detailing, it also having visible cracks as the center chest held a red lined white hourglass marking on his chest. His helmet was fairly standard, having a white hourglass outline with red filling inside, the hiragana flying back into place and fully forming the visor, which spelled out 'Geiz'.
=RE-VI-I-VE GORETSU~! GORETSU!=
"HO-LY CRAP!" Kazuma said in shock.
"What did Geiz just turn himself into?!" Subaru asked. "He looks like some kinda human tank!"
"Behold and Rejoice, Hero Alliance, and spectators of this tournament!" Woz announced from atop the Mirage. "During his adventures in the Xross-Verse, he has obtained a new powerful form, smiting evils and tyrants to create a brighter future for the Rebellion! And his name is Kamen Rider Geiz Revive!"
"That name's a mouthful…" Kaibara said.
"But this new form of his looks pretty strong. Isn't Goretsu the japanese translation for Ardent Strength?" Gemini said.
"Yes."
"I guess we're gonna see how strong it is." Hope said.
"(This form… I'd better be careful around this one. Gaius worked really hard to control it unlike the previous Geiz.)" Zi-O thought.
Zi-O quickly summoned the Ride Heiseiber, while Geiz brought out his weapon of choice. It was some kind of one handed weapon that was different from the Zikan Zax. It looked to be a sort of knuckle type weapon, with the end being half of some kind of orange buzzsaw. There was a slot for a ridewatch, as with the other weapons, and on the saw's blade, there was a Katakana inside the spot near the buzzsaw that spelled out 'Noko'.
=ZIKAN JACLAW!=
Geiz then slowly walked forward while Cure Starlight rotated her PreBrace, changing her gems to yellow. She then took a running stance surged with yellow electro and bolted towards the Rider in a lightning zigzag pattern. Once she got close, she delivered an electro punch, but Geiz simply countered by raising his fist to collide with hers which caused a power struggle. Unfortunately for the Precure, she lost ground and was sent flying before being grabbed by the leg by Geiz who slammed her to the ground twice and threw her to a wall with a circle throw.
"Whoa, he blocked it!" Bow said.
"Not just blocked, overpowered!" Entrapta said. "It seems this form grants Geiz incredible defensive abilities, not to mention incredible physical strength!"
Geiz then did a hand gesture to Zi-O that says, "Your move.", making Zi-O rotate his RideHeiseiber clock hand several times.

Zi-O launched several energy tires at Geiz, who simply countered with his buzzsaw, slicing all of them with ease before he continued to walk towards Zi-O.
"(...This is gonna be a while.)" Zi-O thought with caution.
Zi-O took the moment to look around the state of the battlefield. He saw both Ace and Spade looking slightly worn down as they continued to fight as he saw Umbra waiting patiently after having captured both Todoroki and Sanji.
"(At least Shoto is out, but Sanji is out too.)" Zi-O thought. "(At this rate, this team won't last. Spade's the only other member left and he's fighting Ace. And that Umbra guy, he's waiting to see which of the three of us are left standing. In that case…)" He took out his Kiva Ridewatch and attached it to the slot on the Decade Ridewatch and pushed the button.

Zi-O's gauntlets and leg guards and face screen began to change with the gauntlets and leg guards being gold, face screen changed into Kiva Emperor's, and the description on his chest changed to 'Kiva Emperor' in japanese.
"Whoa, what the-?!" Nemo asked.
"There it is! The special ability of the Decade Ridewatch!" Entrapta smiled with glee. "It lets Zi-O harness the powers of all the other riders in some of their most powerful forms!"
"You did your research on the DecadeArmor after the Cyber Collision too, didn't you?" Chris asked.
"Well, I wasn't going to let opportunities to research such incredible technology go to waste, now would I?" Entrapta said.
"She has a point there." Shirabe agreed.
Zi-O then rotated the RideHeiseiber's clock hand several times again.

The blade then let out a blood red glow as Zi-O charged ahead and delivered an X-Slash, with Geiz responding with his buzzsaw as the two clashed blows with each other with Zi-O adding several kicks into the mix.
Meanwhile, Cure Starlight had recovered from the attack and saw the Riders fighting each other. "(I hate to say it, but even my current form is not enough to beat these two.)" She thought. "(But at the very least… I'll have to go with one final blow.)" She then rotated her PreBrace several times. "(And if it doesn't work… well… at least I made it this far.)" Her gems then turned rainbow colored as several of them appeared and circled around her with her eyes closed and raised her hands close to each other. The gems then fused into one powerful orb of energy close to her hands as she slowly opened her eyes and gazed at the two Riders. "Pretty Cure, Final Starlight… SMILING END!" And then she unleashed the charged energy with her hands plunged forward, firing a powerful rainbow beam.
"?!" The two Riders caught wind of the approaching beam on the left, causing Zi-O to jump away while Geiz… simply blocked with his buzzsaw spinning as the force of the beam slightly pushed him back.
"(Good thing that form is not that fast.)" Zi-O thought while looking at Geiz blocking the beam. "(His defense on the other hand…)"
Cure Starlight didn't let up as she kept firing the beam, but to her complete shock… Geiz was slowly approaching her with the buzzsaw still spinning. "(You're kidding me!)" She mentally exclaimed. She intensified the beam to push him back, but he still kept moving forward. When Geiz was about to reach the Cure, he slotted the Geiz Ridewatch onto the Zikan Jaclaw as the spinning buzzsaw began to glow with orange energy.

And once Geiz got close he plunged the buzzsaw at Cure Starlight's chest and launched it like a flying energy saw, sending her flying to the wall before the energy saw let out a powerful explosion. With no strength left, Cure Starlight reverted to her Base Form and fell into exhaustion.
"(So… this is… as far as… I go… huh…?)" Cure Starlight thought while giving one last look at Zi-O. "(Brother… the rest… is up… to you…)" After that, she lost consciousness.
"And Cure Starlight has fallen! Team Virgo has been eliminated!" Magenta said.
Geiz was panting after taking a heavy blow from Cure Starlight, until…

Zi-O leaped towards Geiz with his feet plunged forward as red energy blades appeared on the sides of his feet, then delivered a barrage of kicks to Geiz with the energy blades thrusting ahead before one more double kick sent him flying to the floor while Zi-O landed safely. "Heh, my sister fought well, didn't she?" Zi-O spoke.
"...Yeah." Geiz replied as he slowly stood up. "She did a damn good job making it this far. Makes me wonder what her final form will look like?"
"Who knows?" Zi-O shrugged.
"You might wanna get someone speedy." Geiz placed his hand on the hourglass. "Cause things are about to accelerate!" And with one swipe, the hourglass turned, changing the color to blue.

Geiz's helmet stripes changed to blue, his chest armor puffed out before unfolding, the chest and shoulders becoming blue wing-like protrusions as the Zikan Jawclaw shifted from a saw to a two pronged blue tipped bladed claw.

In response, Zi-O detached the Kiva Ridewatch and swapped it with the Kabuto Ridewatch before pushing the button.

Zi-O's face screen, gauntlets and leg guards changed again, now having red and silver gauntlets and leg guards, the face screen changed to Hyper Kabuto's face, and the text on his chest now changed to 'Hyper Kabuto' in japanese.
"Another final form time! This time for Kabuto!" Frosta said.
"This is gonna be a battle of speed. Unlike Goretsu, this Shippu form is no doubt designed for speed. They're both about to go so fast, we won't even be able to keep up!" Entrapta said.
"How did you figure that out?" Tsubasa asked. "You didn't even see his new form in battle yet."
"Shippu is japanese for Hurricane. That alone means this form is a Speed type." Sakura said.
"Hyper Clock Up." Zi-O pushed the button on the Kabuto Ridewatch while Geiz prepared himself.

Just like when Zi-O used the KabutoArmor before in his battle against Ajna, time around him completely stopped. Literally. Afterwards, Zi-O rotated his weapon's clock hand again.

Zi-O's blade then let out a red glowing electrical glow as he took a stance. And then the two rushed towards each other with incredible speed, clashing and dodging blows while taking several hits. Fortunately, the Shippu Form sacrifices defense for speed, so the damage Geiz took will be more painful.
As Zi-O and Geiz continued their bout while in Clocked up time, Ace and Spade would continue theirs with full vigor.
"Hmm…this is taking way too long." Umbra said, watching the brothers fight. "I'm not normally impatient but…one of you has to defeat the other at some point."
"He's right, we're just wasting our energy here." Ace said. "I get that this tournament is something to enjoy, but our goal is to retrieve the bracelet so we can help Alear get home." he said as he looked down at Veronica's Emblem.
"You're right. So…what do we do? We can't just quit." Spade said.
"Let's finish it then." Ace said. "Come, Veronica!" he called out as his bracelet glowed as Veronica appeared.
"Who dares to awake me from slumber?" Veronica asked, looking at Ace. "I don't remember summoning you." she said before spotting Breidablik in his holster as her eyes widened. "That's… are you of the Order of Heroes? Or allied with the Kingdom of Askr?"
"Neither. Breidablik has been in my possession since the very start of my journey." Ace said.
"I see… However, I have no need for a weapon such as that. I take it…that demon has been slain?" Veronica said.
"Yes." Ace simply replied.
"Splendid. With that rest, my power is my own once more." Veronica said. "Now I shall make you and your brother a part of the emblian army."
"You know you're on my arm right?" Ace said.
"Are you going to force me to bend to your will, like the Demon King did?" Veronica asked.
"No, I would never do something like that. All I ask is that you please lend me your strength in the battles ahead." Ace said.
"Hmm…seeing as how you saved me…I suppose…I'll lend you some aid." she said as she rose her arms high as from the portal came a number of Nephilim soldiers. "Don't worry. I pulled them from an alternate dimension. No one you know, I hope."
"Not at all. I don't mind the reinforcements." Ace said. "In any case, it's' time this drawn out fight ends. Let's go, Veronica!"
"I'll help." Veronica said.
"Nephilim? Ah, that's right. When Ganondorf used it, he summoned monsters. Guess the soldiers depends on the wearer." Spade said. "But that won't stop me."
"Ace. The soldiers will distract your brother. We shall finish him off when there is an opening. Can you do that?" Veronica asked.
"Of course." Ace said.
With that, the Nephilim soldiers charged, Spade fending them off as he dealt with the sheer numbers. As he battled with Veronica's summoned army, Ace prepared an attack to finish things.
"Energy Burst!" Ace called, firing an array of lasers from Breidablik that pierced through. Spade was too busy fighting the Nephilim to notice, as once he had his guard down by defeating one more, the blast hit him. It was at that moment that Spade went and collapsed to the ground. "That…worked?"
"Well if you put together his injuries from the earlier battles, it all builds up eventually, no matter how strong you are." Umbra said.
"Fair point." Ace said. "And with that, Zi-O is the only member of Team Aries left, while we and Team Libra still have two… but Zoro's still missing. Though it makes sense given he has no sense of direction."
"Both Zi-O and Geiz are our enemies. Once their fight ends, we'll team up and take out the remaining one." Umbra said. "We can worry about the Pirate Hunter later."
"Right." Ace said. "But still though, you've sensed it too haven't you?"
"Do not attempt to involve yourself with that. You will die." Umbra said seriously.
"I know, it's something I'm not prepared to face." Ace said. "But what about you though?"
"I have no qualms taking it on. Even I know my chances against…it…are slim at best. I'll likely have to end up sealing it off with that technique. But…I'm putting faith in Ender." Umbra said.
"Ender?" Ace asked.
"A Color Fighter who's taken the fight on himself." Umbra said. "He may still be green but…I have faith in him."
"I see." Ace said.
"Yes…now…let's continue to eye the real show happening before us." Umbra said as they continued to watch the fight between Zi-O and Geiz.
Speaking of the fight between the Riders, the clash is beginning to slow down as both of them took plenty of damage from each other. Soon, a collision from their weapons pushed both of them back to opposite sides in exhaustion. "Looks like… you're feeling tired… Zi-O…" Geiz panted.
"Hah… you too… Geiz…" Zi-O also panted before dispersing his weapon. "I think the both of us… got enough energy… for one more attack…"
"If that's the case…" Geiz also dispersed his weapon. "Time for the climax…"
The two Riders then prepared their finisher sequence to decide the final outcome.

Their right foot began to glow before leaping high into the air and plunged their right foot forward.

And once the two Rider Kicks collide with each other, it caused a destructive shockwave that affects time and space along with the area around them until it ends with a massive explosion as time resumes back to normal from their point of view.

Zi-O and Geiz fell out of the explosion and crashed onto the floor in close proximity as they reverted back to Base Form, heavily bruised and battered.
"Whoa! They look totally beat up!" Bow said.
"That last attack really messed them both up, but who came away with the least injuries?" Nemo said.
"I think both took a lotta damage. It's gonna be a question of who falls down first." Connor replied.
"Hah… Hah…" Both Riders breathed in exhaustion, struggling to get up, but unfortunately, the strain was too much and were unable to move.
"Well… I guess that's that… for both of us…" Zi-O said weakly before chuckling. "But man… what a way… to go out…"
"Guess you could say… our promise is fulfilled…" Geiz added. "Still… it was fun… while it lasted…"
"Y'know… I just realized… that GV is… the only Rebellion member left standing…" Zi-O said.
"Well… he's with David's team… I'm sure… he'll be fine…" Geiz assured.
"Yeah… but as for us and sis… well… this was one hell… of a climax…" Zi-O smiled weakly before passing out.
"Heh… yeah… that's quite the finale…" Geiz also smiled before passing out as well, confirming the elimination of both Kamen Riders.
"Whoa! It's a tie, both Zi-O and Geiz are down! And… Zi-O's defeat unfortunately marks the end of Team Aries." Magenta said.
"Hmm… Well, that's disappointing, but it helps make things faster." Umbra said.
"With Geiz eliminated, there's only one member of Team Libra left! But it looks like their last man has been completely unaccounted for the entire match!" Magenta said.
"Where is he anyway?" Tsubasa questioned before taking out her Zikan Phone. "Mei, can you look for Zoro if you're free?"
"Already on it, Tsubasa-san." Mei replied. "Seriously, how bad is that man's sense of direction?"
"I wish I knew." Tsubasa sighed and ended the call.
"I doubt he's actually left the city." Jexi said. "Hmm…so…that just leaves…Team Libra, Team Cancer, Team Pisces, Team Sagittarius and Team Capricorn."
"And Pisces is the only one that still has a full team." Sachiko said.
"Quite a few scenarios that could happen here. We could see the remaining teams try to take out Team Pisces and then fight among themselves, or Pisces could pull off a victory with a perfect record." Flamberge said.
"Or Zoro could just get lucky and be the last man standing without having to do anything." Mermista said.
"Hmm…his bad sense of direction might actually be a godsend." Jexi said.
"How exactly?" Glimlior said.
"Think about it. He's trying to look for fights but keeps missing them. Everyone is super focused on taking out each other. So…he's completely ignored. At this rate, he'll be the last one standing and we get an easy win. Another scenario. If Team Pisces is left and he meets with them, he could easily surrender to his captain and the victory goes to them. It's a win-win for us either way." Pit said.
"So… no matter what Zoro does, we win either way?" Akane asked.
"That's right. As for what that will be from him, we'll find out soon." Hope said.
"That's… actually pretty clever for the first scenario." Maria admitted. "Dumb, but clever."
"Anyway, GV's still in the tournament. Makes me wonder if his team makes it to the end." Copen mentioned.
"All we can do is wait and see." Jexi said.
"Midas, the hell is this?!" The Banker yelled, slamming his hands against the field.
"What does it look like? A change in management." Midas said. "Gotta say, thanks for telling me about this Prime Soul. Would've been a real problem if you managed to get it free."
"Malcolm, you can't be serious!" Mr. Neon said. "You've been my right hand man ever since I came here from the World of Quirks! I gave you everything you wanted, and this is the thanks I get?!"
"Oh, believe me, this isn't anything personal, Neon." Midas shook his head. "I wanted you in on this business venture, really, I did…but I knew those 'standards' of yours wouldn't allow you to. So…I had to get you all out of the picture."
"Business venture? What business venture?" Bill asked.
"Look, we all know people come to Las Vegas for three things: money, thrills, and sex. The gangs of this city have been focusing on the first two parts for years, and it's worked great! But…do you know how much more we could get if we put some thought into that last part? Forget one city, we'd be running this whole state! Heck, the whole Western region of the country! But nooo, you all won't hear of it." Midas complained with a sigh. "It's a damn shame, really."
"Malcolm, we talked about that! We can't compete with Pattaya in prostitution!" Neon said.
"I'm not talking about prostitution." Midas said. "Any floozy can sell themselves out on the streets for fifty bucks. But the real money's in…well, it's like training a horse. You gotta break 'em before you get any real use out of them."

"Not enough to reach six digits, but…it was a nice little side business. I mean, who's going to miss some bitch living on the streets?" Midas said. "But now…I've gotta move up in this industry, you know?
"And you were willing to make a contract with a Phobia Devil so that you could shoot your way to the top in one night?" Banker said.
"C'mon, just to off you guys? Any C-List supervillain would've been enough. I'm talking about taking advantage of the golden opportunity provided to me tonight." Midas clarified.
"…The tournament." Fujin realized.
"I found out about the Warzone months ago. Moreover, a little birdie told me that the Hero Alliance was going to be there." Midas said. "Do you all realize how much the women on their rosters could rake in for me? Quite a lot, in fact; I've already got a deal in the works with the Kuroinu."
"The Kuroinu?!" Shia-Kazing gasped, most of the group members gawking in horror. "You sick freak!"
"So that's it. The Darkness Devil isn't just out to kill every gang in this city. Its true targets… are those you give to it." Maera said.
"You catch on fast. To be honest, I wasn't sure I could pull this off when I tried to summon a random demon. Was hoping for a Devil repping sleep, maybe drugs…but boy, did I luck out when I picked up that thing!" Midas laughed.
"Wait, I don't understand. How on Earth did you manage to get that thing to make a contract? What's in it for them?" Fujin asked.
"Oh, that?" Midas replied. "Well, it seems that the Chainsaw Man is in this city, and the Darkness Devil wants him. Don't know who they are, but…ah, I don't really care. As long as I get what I want, I'll just let it have its fun."
"You're insane! You'd honest to the Color Gods garner a contract with a Primal Devil just so you can make profit like this?!" Ender asked.
"We're in Vegas, freak. It's all about risk and reward." Midas smirked.
"Forget using the Prime Soul now. There's another way this ends… and that's if that abomination's contractor dies!" Bill roared as he slammed his anchor into the force field, to no effect.
"Bill, don't make a fool of yourself." Midas smiled mockingly as he shook his head in mock sympathy. "That field isn't going down any time soon. Can't have you running away from my contractee, can we?"
"You're going to feed us to the wolves, cover your tracks. And then it'll make sure no one in the alliance can escape when you get them ready to be shipped out to the Kuroinu." Ender said.
"Bingo! Way to lay out my whole plan like that." Midas chuckled. "Once the Darkness Devil gets here, it's game over for you guys. And, come morning…I'll be the richest man in Cross-World."
Just then, a croaking noise echoed through the room.
"And speak of the devil, here he is!" Midas smiled, turning around to see the Darkness Devil emerging from the shadows. "Just in time, Devilman. Got the group together, just for you."
The Darkness Devil said nothing, as it passed Midas and floated towards the group.
"Well, I'd like to stay and watch the show, but I gotta go get ready for the last part of the contract." Midas said as he strolled towards the elevator.
"Malcolm, you rat bastard! When I get my hands on you, there won't be enough left to put on a fishhook!" Mr. Neon shouted.
"Wow, it'll be impressive if a bloody mess on the wall can do that to me." Midas chuckled as he pressed the up button on the elevator. "I'll be sure to put your names on the leases of your casinos. You all have fun!" he waved as the elevator doors closed.
" I can't tell from the situation. Are we boned?" Tut asked.
"Yeah, we're boned." Banker said as the Darkness Devil passed through the force field and prepared to finish it…
