Juluka shifted on her feet as she waited, standing at the front desk of the hotel that Chloe lived in. She was there to officially work with the other teen on a project, but she also wanted to talk to her about some things that had started to make absolutely no sense to her. Chloe had started to look as if she knew something that they didn't the day that Marinette and Adrien hadn't arrived at School and when Mlle. Bustier had told them that they had transferred to the Rose.

She had looked even smugger the moment that Alya had seen the picture on their socials. Juleka had a weird feeling that Chloe knew more then what she was showing. And even Luka had told her that she should really start to think for herself before she ended up hurt. Since he had told her that on his way out of the door on the way to practice with their father, she had just brushed it off at first. Thinking that he was still mourning the budding relationship with Marinette that hadn't had the chance to really go any where.

But his relationship and feelings for Marinette hadn't been what she had thought they were as he told her yesterday. He told her that he and Marinette had talked one day and decided that they made good friends but they didn't fit romantically. No matter how much he had crushed on her, her song matched someone elses' better.

Looking up when she heard Chloe talking on her phone as the elevator opened, Juleka walked over when she waved her over and stepped on. Chloe tapped her penthouse pass to take them up to the proper floor and hung up the phone after saying goodbye. Juleka had learned that while half of the penthouse floor was a separate penthouse suite, Chloe lived in the other penthouse suite. Jagged and Penny usually rented the other suite whenever they were in town, Luka having his own card to get up there when they were there.

Juleka kind of wondered why the girl didn't live with her father, who did own a rather nice home close by but she didn't want to come off rude and ask, pushing Chloe's limits.

Chloe yawned, pressing the back of her hand to bare lips before she stretched her arms up, Juleka taking in the relaxed outfit that Chloe was wearing. "You're thinking kind of hard there, Coffaine," she stated, breaking her out of her thoughts.

"I've been thinking about some things," Juleka admitted. "Can we wait until we get to your rooms before you start digging?" she asked when she noticed the look. Chloe studied her for a moment before nodding.

"Yeah, not a problem. I stocked my refrigerator and the cabinets with snacks and the such. We can also call down for breakfast and lunch. Have you eaten?" she asked. Juleka shook her head.

"No, not yet. Mom hasn't gone shopping yet so we don't have a lot of things. I was gonna grab something but I found out that the place that I usually get a breakfast sandwich from is closed down because a pipe busted and flooded the kitchen," she admitted. Chloe hummed.

"I know that place. Good stuff. We'll order from the kitchen. Coffee? Tea?" she asked.

"A Vienna if you guys make it. Otherwise I know that you guys make a killer cafe au latte," Juleka said. Chloe gave her an amused look.

"We can do that. It's also matcha season to," Chloe stated as they stepped out into the hallway that separated the two penthouses, letting Juleka step into the penthouse and pull off her shoes, placing them in the closet. Chloe kicked off her outside slippers before she padded over to her in-hotel phone, picking up the menu that sat next to it and handed it off to Juleka.

As Juleka put her bag down at the table that Chloe had already set up with her own laptop and tablet, Chloe wrote out what she wanted for breakfast along with what Juleka wanted as a drink. She wrote down the other girls request for an egg and sausage croissant with aged white cheddar on it, and a small fruit salad with no raspberries on them. Once the food order had been placed, the waiter promising that it would be up in the next twenty minutes since it was still early in the morning on a Saturday, they took a seat at the table.

Juleka set up her own computer and tablet on the table, along with her notebooks and pens, placing her charging cords down next to her as she sat on a pillow. Chloe looked over at her.

"Alright. Before we start, start talking," Chloe stated, Juleka looking down at the pen in her hand. It was one that Rose had gotten her for her birthday last year. It was refillable and very hefty, making her even sadder because of what had gone on.

"Rose broke up with me," she said. Chloe choked on her own air, staring at Juleka.

"Why? I swear you were the poster couple for Goth and Sparkles lesbian couple for fucks sake!" Chloe cried out, staring at Juleka.

Juleka sighed and shrugged as she played with the pen. "I'm not sure. She said that she had heard some things and needed time to think about it. I found out yesterday that those things was that I was hanging out a guy on a 'date'. The only other guy that I've been around that wasn't Luka was our cousin on our dad's side. He wanted to meet us but Luka was out with our dad, practicing for the tour that he's going to join. I saw Lila watching us but didn't think anything of it. And Rose won't talk to me about it."

Chloe sighed and stood up when there was a knock at her door, the food there. "Give me a second," she said, padding out to get the food, nodding and tipping Marlena with a smile before taking the push cart into the room. "Thank you," she said, Marlena smiling before she disappeared down the hallway, tucking her tip away.

She laid out the food as she thought over what she wanted to say. "I take it that you've been thinking about what Rossi has been saying lately, huh?" she asked. Juleka nodded her head. "So what are you thinking about it now?" she asked as she sat down with her mocha in hand and her own food set out before her.

Juleka sighed. "I'm actually not really sure. I know that I need to work out what I want to do in regards to her, but...I'm not even feeling that close to anyone right now. I just can't force myself to swallow what Lila is spoon feeding the others. I did see that Nino has started to pull away to," she said quietly.

"That's because he talks to Adrien, just like I do," Chloe admitted. She pulled her own croissant sandwich towards her and picked it up.

"Yeah? I hadn't thought that they were talking to anyone from the class right now," Juleka admitted as she picked up a slice of strawberry. Chloe shrugged.

"I also talk with Marinette via DM's and chat, but she doesn't have the same number any more. Not since Lila apparently started to send her some nasty messages. And whenever the liar stirs the pot, her phone ends up blowing up with notifications. She got real tired of it. She reads things and does answer if she feels it needs to be answered, but she doesn't have that phone on her any more," Chloe told her.

"Probably the best for her mental health," Juleka mused. She shook her head and turned back to her food. They ate in silence for a while longer, just eating and enjoying the quite, before she spoke agian. "Do you think that they'll figure things out eventually?" she asked. "The class that is."

"I think that there's just something more that is going on with the bitch but I can't pinpoint it," Chloe admitted. "I remember when I was akumatized as Antibug that some of the abilities that I had had lingered. It enhanced my flexibility, my ability to fight, that sort of thing for a time. But that was with me being used by Pappillion. From what I know about Lila? It's like she wanted to be Akumatized and therefore the powers are really sticking to her. I've been looking into magical things like that, but you know, I'm not exactly having the best of luck. Might not be my place to find this information," she admitted thoughtfully.

Juleka nodded, pursing her lips. "I have a feeling that if you were able to talk with Ladybug about Lila, she could look into her," she suggested. She picked up her cup of Vienna and finished it off, Chloe giving her a considering look. Chloe nodded once and stood.

"I'll do that next time I see her. But for now I think we should start working on this shit. I know that we're all heading to Tibet and I kind of do want to get some research into what I should bring done today," Chloe said. "Daddy is already upgrading my tickets so I don't have to sit in economy business with the rest of the class."

Juleka snorted and shook her head before she snapped her fingers as she remembered what it was that she had wanted to ask. "Why do you live here instead of with your father in his place or your mother in hers?" she asked.

Chloe sighed and shrugged. "While mom lives in her own condo, the whole story is a level two friendship story and we've just barely become allies," she stated. Juleka shrugged with a smile.

"I can wait for it then. I apparently will have a lot of time to wait, "she said. Chloe patted her arm with a sympathizing look.

"If Rose can't tell that you're as gay as the rainbow, then it's her loss, not yours," Chloe stated before she stood up. "How about I make some more coffee and then we get into this report?" she asked.

"That sounds like a plan. How about you show me where your creamers, milk, frother, and coffee is and I'll make you a cappuccino that makes you moan," Juleka dared her. Chloe accepted, showed her where everything was and did indeed moan over the drink, mourning that she would now have to make Juleka come over at least twice a week to make her one.
