There was another devouring in the city. The entire school was uneasy. Could herbivores really trust their carnivore classmates and friends? Nobody knew. Tensions were high. Stressed out, the drama club decided to go out to the city to relax a bit. Bill, Aoba, Legoshi and Kai headed out. They walked around the city for a bit, before stopping at a fast food place to grab a bite to eat. They sat down at a table and began to eat their food. They were laughing and joking. Although Legoshi seemed a bit down, but that was pretty much usual for him, right? If only they knew what he was thinking about. Aoba looked over and saw a familiar figure waiting to get his food.
-"Yo, Keanu!" Aoba shouted. Keanu's ears perked up and he turned around. "Come sit with us man." Aoba gestured for him to come over. Keanu got his food and sat down next to Legoshi.
-"What's up drama kids." Keanu asked.
-"Ah we're just going out to the city for a bit man, you wanna join us?" Bill asked.
-"Yeah sure I got some time to kill." Keanu replied, eating his food. Everyone else kept chatting. Keanu noticed that Legoshi was looking a bit down. He tapped him on the shoulder. Legoshi looked at him. "You good man?" Keanu asked him.
-"Yeah...just got a lot on my mind, y'know with Haru." Legoshi replied.
-"I feel you, if you wanna talk about it I'm right here. Do try and have some fun today though yeah?" Keanu told him. "Come on, chin up." He comforted Legoshi. Legoshi did feel a bit easier now. Later on, the gang went and bought some clothes, went to see a movie and Keanu even got them into a bar. Everyone was having a great time. Even Legoshi cheered up and was making jokes with everyone. Night fell, and the gang started making their way back home. After a block or two of walking together, Keanu parted ways with them, said he had some "business" to handle, whatever that meant.
Keanu walked into the Okamigumi safe house. Raph and Johnny were sitting in the main room, watching TV.
-"Yo, have you guys seen Hager?" Keanu asked.
-"Eh he's probably in the garage, head over there, he said he needed you anyway." Johnny replied. Keanu nodded and headed towards the garage. He heard the distinct sound of power tools inside. He entered the garage and saw Hager working behind something covered with a tarp.
-"Hager! What'd you need me for." Keanu shouted. Hager lifted his head up from behind the tarp and approached Keanu.
-"Ah Keanu, glad you could make it." Hager said, fist bumping Keanu. "Listen, I've been working on something...behind the scenes if you will. As a thank you burning that chop shop for me." Hager explained.
-"Yeah, so much screaming." Keanu replied. "What is it?"
-"Well, first off, here you go." Hager said, giving Keanu an envelope. "That's gift number one." Keanu opened the envelope and saw a driver's license, made in his name, with his picture. A fake one, naturally,but it looked completely legit, could fool anyone."
-"You're fucking with me." Keanu told Hager, not believing what he was looking at.
-"And here's gift number two." Hager said while pulling the tarp off. Under the tarp was a brand-new VW Golf VII GTI. Keanu's eyes widened. The car was clearly modded to be fast, a sleek black color with 2 stripes across the roof and hood of the car. Keanu was ecstatic.
-"HAGER YOU SON OF A BITCH COME HERE!" Keanu shouted in excitement, hugging Hager and laughing.
-"As for gift number 3..." Hager continued.
-"Nah I don't care! This is all I need! It's perfect for a crazy goddamn redneck like me!" Keanu yelled, still hugging Hager.
-"Eh you'll find it on your own anyway." Hager replied.
Keanu's happiness was electric. He immediately jumped in the car and was admiring the beautiful leather interior. He looked at the steering wheel and saw that the VW logo was replaced with 狼. Custom made by Hager. Hager gave Keanu the keys.
-"Go nuts, don't die." Hager told Keanu. Keanu started up the car and connected his phone with the car speakers. Bass boosted, professional sound quality. Keanu was impressed, Hager really knew what he liked. The garage doors opened and Keanu blasted out of there.
Keanu was blissful. The car felt amazing, fast,responsive. Everything he wanted. He was speeding through the streets of Cherryton. Then he remembered what he had to do. He stopped at an ATM, lifted 70000 Yen and sped off to the black market. He parked his car in front of a building. He saw someone upstairs on the balcony smoking. He entered the building and climbed up some stairs. He entered the main room.
-"Since when do you drive?" A rough voice spoke.
-"Since today, anyways here's payment for this month." Keanu replied, putting the money on a small coffee table in the middle of the room.
-"I told you, you don't need to pay me for this month if I didn't treat anybody" The voice replied.
-"It's a sign of good faith Gouhin, you have bills to pay too. I'm just glad you're here at my service." Keanu replied. Gouhin sighed.
-"Yeah kid, you're half my business." He chuckled.
-"Yeah I'll be on my way, can I take a book or two though?" Keanu asked.
-"No, stop stealing my goddamn porn. I barely had anything to give this kid I treated." Gouhin replied angrily.
-"You do realize how messed up that sounds out of context?" Keanu asked.
-"It's for treatment, not my own pleasure. Besides, I've slept with women that you can only imagine while you're in the shower." Gouhin replied.
-"I can say the same thing to you, old fuck." Keanu laughed.
-"YOU LITTLE SHIT!" Gouhin yelled angrily. Keanu ran out of the room, laughing. He hopped back in his car and hit the gas towards the school. Gouhin watched him from the balcony. (Damn kid, stay safe.) He thought to himself.
