3rd Person (P.O.V)

Shane held his daughter in his arms as she slept. He couldn't believe the little girl was made of the love he had with Mia. Astrid was told to be a small spitfire who was beyond mischievous and was able to get away with anything.

He was startled wanna flash when off in front of him looking up he saw Mia smiling at him with a camera in her hand. He looked at her confused as she set the camera down.

"It's the first picture of you both together even with the world ended I want to create a few memories". Mia said smiling sadly as Shane extended one of his arm, offering her his hand, which she took without hesitation. She was pulled into his side her head resting on his shoulder.

"Sound good to me, we just need Teddy to be complete". Shane said before kissing the top of her.

Before Mia could say anything a pop cause Shane to jump holding his little girl closer to him. In front of him was a strange creature with the large ears and big eyes wearing a pair of shorts and a shirt and two different socks.

"Dobby be sorry for interrupting missy Mia's family time but Miss moon requested you both". Dobby said nervously as he could see his mistress mate looking at him strangely.

"It's fine Dobby". Mia said reassuring her friend. "Love this is Dobby a good friend of mine since I was a kid, he's a house elf who works for me taking care of the children and any other thing while survival off of my magic. Dobby this is Shane he's Astrid's father". She said introducing the two as Shane felt a headache coming as he realize even more of the studying he would have to put in to understand the world his family belong to.

"It's nice to meet you Dobby". Shane said before his eyes widen as Dobby eyes filled with tears. "I'm sorry I didn't...". He tried to speak but Mia cut him off.

"It's fine Shane, Dobby before coming to work for me wasn't treated well by his old family as they made him hurt himself but to me he is family and I treat him well. He still has trouble being taught as an uncle. It's still a work in progress". Mia said looking at her friend who has made a lot of progress and no longer burst into tears.

"Dobby just happy". Dobby said pulling a hanky out of his pocket and wiping his eyes. "Now Dobby be taking little mistress to put her in her bed, while missy Mia and her mate go to the war room". Dobby said before Shane was frozen as his daughter floated out of his arms still asleep as she floated in front of the small house elf.

"Come on Love everyone is waiting for us". Mia said as she pulled Shane to his feet. Before they could move a loud knock echo throughout the RV followed by a voice.

"Shane". Lori called out banging on the door now repeatedly calling out his name.

Shane sighed as he was about to walk towards the door before Mia grabbed him by the hand stopping him. "I'll take care of it". Mia said as she let go of his hand, walking towards the door she transfigured her outfit into a towel.

Lori stumbled back as the door was pushed opened, she expected to see Shane, but standing in front of her was the girl she thought was out of their lives, Mia's piercing green eyes glaring at her as she stood in the doorway in a towel.

"What the hell is with the banging, you do know we're in the middle of an apocalypse Lori and sound does attract the dead". Mia said rolling her eyes as Lori glared at her.

"Where's Shane?". Lori asked ignoring what Mia said.

"He's asleep in our bed". Mia said smirking as she saw the anger that cross Lori's face.

"You know he could never love a little girl like you right he needs a real woman". Lori said crossing her arms as it took a lot in Shane to pull me a side and scream at the woman's audacity.

" We'll unfortunately that's your opinion, your the type to want to have her cake and eat it too like Americans say. Shane made me a woman the night he took my virginity and I got pregnant with our daughter. No why don't you do us a favor and go and be with your son who you should want to have at your side at all times". Mia said shutting the door in an irate Lori.

Once the door was completely locked, Mia transfigured her towel back into her outfit. "Why were a virgin that night?". Shane asked confused since Mia said Teddy was her son and he has her green eyes and hair.

"Yes, Teddy was my godson and before you ask I know he looks like me. His parents were Nymphadora "I'll kill you" Tonks and Remus Lupin. They died during the war and his grandmother shortly after, and I was given custody of him in the magical world. It's not unheard of to blood adopt a child. I have three parents my mother Lily Potter née Evans and two dad's James Potter and Sirius Black. Teddy is also a Metamorphmagus like Tonks who could Shapeshift and when I blood adopted him he became a Parseltongue like me he's able to talk to snakes". Mia explained as Shane stood there dumbfounded, his erection completely gone after that. He had wanted to drag her to bed and now he needed to go to the library.

"Wow that's a lot to take in, do you by any chance have any books and a bottle of alcohol your willing to give me to get through the night". Shane said rubbing his temple as he tried to process everything.

"I'm sorry love I know it's a lot to take in but I'll be there every step of the way". Mia said reassuringly as she took Shane's hand squeezing it. She felt terrible as her original plan was to ease him in originally before the world ended. Now she had to throw him headfirst into her world.

"I know sweetheart, I don't mind the headaches or confusions I've had so long as you and our family are with me". Shane said kissing the top of her for head.

Mia took Shane by the hand and lead him to the war room where her siblings and friends were waiting. The RV had a Confundus charm placed on it as the small mobile home would raise questions with how many people go in and out of it.

From now only Mia, Shane and the children would remain inside the Rv and her siblings and friends decided to use the tents until further notice. There was a sigh as the couple entered a hallway that shouldn't be there, surrounded by many doors.

Shane realize even more that magic's capacity seems to be endless as there was many possibilities and even more hope to survive. He was grateful for magic as he was reunited with his family and didn't have to worry about losing them had they been normal like him.
