Mock Battel Exam!

'Oh, man! It has been so long time since I was this nervous about something,' Izuku thought as he stood in front of the mirror with nothing but a towel around his waist, 'honestly reminds me of the day of U.A.'s entrance exam,' Izuku giggled to himself, 'I was so nervous and scared that day. I had just received One for All a few hours ago and had no idea how I was going to pass the exam if the quirk didn't show up.'

'But you did pass the exam,' Nana said, 'and you did it quite heroically while saving a life."

'I don't know Nana. I was running around like a headless chicken for the entirety of the exam and then completely broke myself at the end,' Izuku thought with a strained smile, 'I hardly believe, any of that looked heroic on the teacher's cams.'

'Are you sure, that was not heroic? Because I am pretty sure Ochako must have thought otherwise,' Nana said but immediately regrated it when she felt Izuku's mood shift.

'Well, we will never know huh?' Izuku said with a bitter tone.

'I am sorry, I didn't mean to-'

'It's ok Nana,' Izuku said with a sad smile, 'It has been sixteen years... I have accepted my new reality and moved on,' and even tho his smile didn't waver while saying that, Nana knew that the boy was lying to himself but she wasn't cruel to point that out.

Then after a few minutes of awkward silence between him and Nana, Izuku thanked what little lucky stars he had when Opera called him out, "Izuku-Sama, your new uniform is here," Izuku turned around and saw Opera standing at the door with a very fancy looking bag in his hand.

"Thanks, you can leave it on the bed," Izuku said.

Opera nodded and drooped the bag on the bed. Then he looked at Izuku and asked, "nervous?"

"Yeah a little," Izuku said while rubbing his arm, "I mean, I am pretty confident in my own abilities and strength, but I am still not sure what to expect when it comes to my opponent."

"In that case, I have advice for you," Opera said.

"Advice?" Izuku asked.

"Well, it's more like a hidden trick," Opera said, "you see, in the rank competitive society of Netherworld, fearing your opponent is equivalent to admitting defeat. That's why, when afraid, you need to take a step out and turn that fear into excitement."

'Opera san, that is not good advice for someone like Izuku,' Nana said even tho she knew that Opera can't hear her, 'this idiot already runs toward danger without any care in the world.'

Izuku ignored Nana and thanked Opera, who immediately left his room to prepare breakfast.

'Get ready Izuku, this is going to be a long day,' Nana said and Izuku just sighed as stared at the bag on his bed.

(Babyls Staff room)

Half an hour before the students started flooding into the school, Naberius Kalego was sitting in a staff room, reviewing some documents while enjoying what little quiet time he gets throughout his day.

But then, much to his displeasure, the new trainee teacher, Bars Robin, interrupted his quiet time, "Kalego sensei!"

This new trainee was boisterous, brash, and inconsiderate, the three things that he hated most in a person. This means even talking to him was like torture to him, "what do you want?"

"Today is Mock Battels Exam right?" Robin asked leaning in on his table much to his dislike.

"Yes," Kalego grunted, "what about it?"

"I was just wondering, isn't it unfair that first-year students have to face second-year students when they haven't even had their first real class yet?" Robin asked and Kalego was about to answer him when someone did it for him.

"Robin sensei, there are two reasons we conduct this test so early in the school year," the person who answered his question was the teacher supervisor and Kalego's senior, Dantalion Dali, "first of all it helps us to determine combat potential of our new first-year students. Depending on the results of this exam, we teachers could help the students in lacking areas and second," suddenly the light-hearted atmosphere shifted into a serious one, "and to show students where they belong right now."

"Where do they belong?" Robin asked.

"Yes, you heard me right," Dali said, "this exam will show them where they stand right now compared to their peers and where they should be by the end of the year. And the second-year students who will fail to defeat their opponents should actually start putting in some work in their combat and physical stats."

"But there will be many unfair fights considering the opponents will be decided randomly," Robin said.

"Well of course there will be," Dali said with a playful smile, "because luck is also an important factor in many fights."

"Woh! You thought of everything," Robin looked at him with admiration in his eyes.

Suddenly they heard a knock and all the teachers' attention was directed at the door where they saw a nine taled demoness standing at a doorway wearing a beautiful black dress and a confident smirk on her face.

"I hope I am not interrupting anything important," Kumara said as she walked into the staff room.

"Of course not, Mrs. Azazel," Dali said with a pleasant smile, "altho I am surprised to see you here. We weren't informed of your arrival."

"Don't worry about me. I am here on a personal business, not an official one," Kumara said, "but since I was going to come here anyway I decided to stop by and say hello to all of you."

"Thank you for your consideration Mrs. Azazel," Dali said, "please come inside, why don't we discuss some things over some tea?"

"That sounds wonderful but I must decline, I have some other important matters to attend to," Kumara said and left the room.

But then there was another knock on the door and this time it was younger Azazel standing there, "Kalego sensei, can I ask you for a favor?"

:-:-:-:-:-:

After leaving the staff room, Kumara along with Moana was heading towards the student council's office to greet her daughter but before that, she decided to take a longer route so she could observe the school as well.

By now many students had occupied the various parts of the school. Some were chatting in the corridor while others were rushing toward their class.

"It's so good to be young," Kumara said, "no worries, no tension, and no superiors to answer, what a wonderful life. Don't you agree?" she glanced at her security demon and sighed when she noticed her giving death stares to nearby students, "what are you doing?"

"Scaring away leeches, who are trying to stare at you Lady Kumara," Moana replied.

Once again Kumara sighed. It was not like she couldn't feel the stares of boys and girls around her but she just didn't care enough to address them, "give them some slack Moana. They are hormonal 16-year-olds, of course, they are going to look at someone as gorgeous as me, so don't do anything rash unless someone tries to cross their limit."

"Understood," Moana said.

After that, they continued their walk and arrived at the central hall where the maximum number of students were hanging out while waiting for their peers to arrive or just looking at the notice board for any new information.

But then suddenly everyone's attention was diverted toward the door as a single student entered the hall. Kumara walked forward to see what was going on and saw a green-haired boy walking into a building while wearing a white turtleneck under a black blazer and black pants. His black blazer had thin white strips on his shoulder and sleeves indicating his status as a first-year student along with his dark red shoes and over-the-shoulder bag which were giving him a distinct look.

But that wasn't all. Kumara also noticed the various kinds of looks the boy was receiving from his peers. Some were of admiration, some were fascinated and some were jealous as well. Tho she was having trouble figuring out if the boy was actually ignoring them or was oblivious to them overall.

Suddenly her thoughts were interpreted by a lime green-haired girl who jumped at the boy, "Izu-Kun," in response, the boy immediately caught the girl in his arms, spun her around, and placed her on the ground. A few seconds later, the girl with yellow hair and the boy who she recognized as Amaryllis's son arrived there.

"Good Morning Izuku," the yellow-haired girl greeted him, "your new uniform looks good on you."

"Wait! Did she just-" "Yes my lady, you heard that right," Moana said, "he is the same boy, Lady Ameri was talking about."

"In that case why not have a little chat with him," Kumara said and walked toward Izuku and stood in front of him.

"Hmm... do I know you?" Izuku asked while his three friends stood behind him.

"I am afraid not," Kumara said and offered her hand, "I am Kumara Azazel, co-head of demon border patrol," as soon as she said that, she noticed Izuku becoming stiff for a second before regaining his composure.

"Izuku Midoriya, nice to meet you, ma'am," he said and shook her hand.

"Oh, I know who you are," Kumara said and looked straight into his eyes, "Ameri told me a lot about you."

"Did she now?" Izuku asked with a strained smile.

"Oh my! What's the matter? You looked a little troubled there," Kumara asked trying to throw a curveball at him.

"Well, I am trying to hold my composure since talking to intimidating and beautiful women isn't really my strong suit," Izuku said trying to sound as confident as he could. But unfortunately for him, it didn't work as Kumara just gave him an amused look and started laughing.

"Quite a smooth talker, aren't you?" Kumara said with a sly smile, "anyways, it was nice meeting you, hope I will see you again," after saying that, she left leaving dumbfounded Izuku and his friends behind.

:-:-:-:-:-:

After his encounter with Kumara, Izuku and his friends arrived at their class where he received several more compliments about his uniforms. Then once they were done with their homeroom, Kalego guided him along with the rest of the misfit class to the school gym where the rest of the first-year students along with second years were waiting on the respective sides of the field.

Other than that there were some teachers in the stands, along with Kumara who he assumed was either Ameri's sister or Mom, and the blue-haired demoness he saw earlier. Suddenly their eyes met and Kumara smiled at him in return Izuku just averted his eyes, but from the corner of his eyes, he could see Kumara giggling to herself.

Then his eyes landed on Ameri standing in front of all the second-year students like their leader along with the rest of the student council members, looking at him with raised eyebrows as she saw his interaction with her mom.

"Welcome to today's mock battles exams. I Dantalion Dali will be overseeing this exam along with Naberius Kalego sensei," Dali said, "now before we start let me explain the rules."

"In today's exam, first-year students will be facing their seniors in one on one matches. The match duration will be 15 minutes each and the winning condition for first-year students is to either knock out their opponent or keep standing until the clock runs out," Dali explained, "obviously, killing your opponent is forbidden and so is purposefully infecting a life-threatening injury," he said while looking at the second year students, "and lastly, any kind of outside interference will not be tolerated."

'So weapons and magic are still allowed,' Izuku thought to himself, 'makes sense. Otherwise, someone like Sabknock will be handicapped because of the rules.'

"Now, before we start, does anyone have any questions?" Dali asked and Izuku raised his hand, "yes Midoriya."

"Are there any restrictions on the arena we are going to fight in?" Izuku asked.

"No, not really," Dali answered, "as long as you don't leave this building, this entire ground is your playground."

"Thank you," Izuku said and thought to himself, 'just as I thought. In the world of magic and bloodline abilities, creativity and the critical thing is what makes or breaks the fight.'

"Any more questions?" when nobody raised their hands, Dali asked them to take seats behind them until their name is called, "now then, let's get started."

By now two hours have passed since the start of the exam and during that time almost all the students had finished their matches and more than half of them ended in the favor of the second-year students.

At first, Izuku thought that giving every match 15 minutes was a little too much and that he will sitting here for quite some time but to his surprise, all most all the matches ended under the three-minute mark. The longest one was a five-minute-long match, which was held between a tall, long brown-haired guy who was running after a really flashy senior who started singing a song and somehow ended the match by the end of the song. And the minimum number of students who won their matches were mostly paired up against the serious who didn't look interested in combat at all.

Overall, by looking at the results of these matches Izuku could tell that the seniors held an advantage over them since he saw them using various spells during the match which he was sure they will be learning in the upcoming year.

Now they were almost at the end of the exams since only fourteen students hadn't taken the exam and of course, these fourteen were him and the misfit class.

And how did their matches go... well not as bad as others. The results of the misfit class were divided into three categories.

First were the students who didn't care about this exam and did everything halfheartedly. The students in this group were...

Agares, who just slept during his match and lost by default.

Jazz, who tried to steal from his opponent but quickly lost interest when he realized they had nothing on them and tried to attack them only to get his ass handed.

Caim had a female opponent so refused to hit her but unfortunately for him, she didn't and knocked him out by kicking him in the face.

They also called someone named Purson Soi, but they didn't show up and lost by default.

Then there were those who tried but were just unlucky, like...

Shax, who was facing Johnny, the strict guy from the student council, and lost to him after a surprisingly strong magic attack.

Allocer was really smart. Izuku understood that by what little conversation they had but he wasn't really a fighter hence he lost his match.

Elizabetta was really sad that she had a female opponent, but she did learn that her charm does work on women, a little less effective but it surely does.

Eiko was facing Smoke, another member of the student council... and immediately lost consciousness when Smoke used her bloodline ability on her.

And finally, the group who won their matches consisted of...

Alice, who won instantly by defeating his opponent with his fire.

Corcell, froze her opponent even before he had a chance to cast a magic spell or use his bloodline magic.

Gapp... was a terrifying one. As soon as the match started he was on his opponent and his wind blade was on his throat, giving him the faster win in the exam.

Sabnock's match was a breeze. He won quite easily as he created a giant hammer and squashed his opponent.

And despite all of these amazing matches, Clara's match was the most enjoyable and satisfactory for Izuku.

:-:-:-:-:-:

"Clara Valac," Dali sensei called out her name and the said girl happily skipped to the field. Then he pressed a button and several names flashed on the screen until it stopped on one name.

Upon seeing his name one boy rose up from second year's seat and stood on the opposite side of the field with a sadistic grin and asked, "you are that Valac girl who got my brother in trouble right?" In response, Clara just tilted her head in confusion which irritated the boy indicated by the frown on his face, "I see, so you don't even remember him. Well, that doesn't matter to me as I was planning to break you anyway."

Suddenly the pressure in the atmosphere increased as many students, as well as teachers, felt a chill down their spines and the source of that fear was none other than Izuku Midoriya, who was staring at Clara's opponent with an expressionless face. And if it wasn't for Izuku, they would have also noticed the angry expressions on Eiko and Alice's faces as well.

Then there was Kumara. Unlike her daughter Ameri, who was just surprised to see this side of Izuku, Kumara's eyes held too much curiosity when she looked at the boy. As a co-head of the demon border patrol, she had met quite a lot of humans in her life. Some were arrogant, some ignorant and some were too scared to even speak a single word. But none of them had this kind of aura around them. Which made this boy much more fascinating in her eyes.

Then suddenly, Izuku stood up, walked two rows down, and sat in the very first row next to Corcell who was confused if she should make more space between them or just get out of there.

"Midoriya," Kalego approached him with a neutral expression on his face, "do not interfere in their match."

Izuku looked at him and flashed the Inko-smile, which does not reach his eyes, "of course not sensei, why would I ever do that?"

A straight face lie and Kalego could respect that. But he still, had to play his part as a teacher, "good, as long as you understand."

"Izu-Kun," Izuku looked at Clara and saw a devilish smile on her face, "I got this!"

Suddenly the intimidating aura vanished and normal Izuku was back, "good luck!"

"Moving on," Dali said and looked at the two participants, and started the match.

"You really thought you could hide-" before he could even complete his taunt, Clara jumped in the air.

"If your brother wants a free snack," she tapped on her pockets and created a fully stocked vending machine, "tell him to buy it himself," and dropped it on the boy, crushing his entire body.

After a moment's silence, "winner, Clara Valac."

Clara skipped back to her seat and said, "see I told you!"

"Yeah, great job there," Izuku said and stood up from his seat as he was the last one to take the exam. Then, he removed his coat and handed it to Eiko who took it with a slight blush on her face. And she wasn't alone, many boys and girls were glancing at him, looking at how well that turtleneck wrapped around his muscles.

Ignorant of all of this, Izuku walked onto the ground and started stretching his muscles.

"Now, your opponent-" "Wait a minute," Kalego said, "Midoriya, there is someone who wants to issue a direct challenge to you. It is up to you, whether you want to accept the challenge or face a random opponent like everyone else."

"Well," Izuku subtly glanced at Ameri who nodded back at him, 'so this is the challenger she had prepared for me,' "yes I accept the challenge."

"Good," Kalego said, "challenger Ameri Azazel come forward."

"What!?" the entire hall erupted at the same time. And questions started flying as to why the president of the student council was challenging a first-year student.

Ameri just ignored all of them and walked to the field. Then she approached Izuku and offered a handshake.

Izuku took the hand and said, "don't hold back."

"I wasn't planning to but thanks for the head's up," she replied and then both of them assumed their original position.

Meanwhile, everyone was stunned that a first-year student just told Ameri Azazel... the Ameri Azazel who was a rank 6 demoness to not hold back.

"Man, that guy is screwed," someone in the audience said but the sentiment was shared by all of them.

"Huh! You all are idiots," Sabnock said, "my rival is going to put up a great fight against her."

"Yeah, fat chance," another student commented, "she is a rank six demon, he doesn't have any chance."

"Izu-Kun is going to win," Clara said as she created a big banner that had Izuku's name on it.

"Shut up brats," Kalego yelled and the hall went silent, "both of you ready?" Izuku and Ameri nodded without looking away, "then begin."

:-:-:-:-:-:

"Then Begin."

Ameri was the first one to make a move as she suddenly, lunged forward, swinging a punch at Izuku's face. Quick as a flash, Izuku dodged to the side, using his agility he countered with a punch of his own, but Ameri was able to block it.

The two of them continued exchanging blows, each one trying to get the upper hand. Ameri was strong and fast, but Izuku was determined to win. For now, he relied on his danger sense, ducking and weaving to avoid Ameri's strikes, and striking back when he saw an opening.

This continued for five minutes as both of them were trying to get that first big hit on each other. Meanwhile, everyone was stunned as they saw the first year, no ranked student going toe to toe with rank six demoness.

"Go, Izu-Kun," "Get her Izuku!" Clara and Eiko cheered for their friend while Alice just looked at the scene with a calm expression because as a trained fighter he knew they haven't even started yet.

After blocking one more punch Izuku jumped back and created a little more space between them.

'This won't do,' Izuku thought as he started feeling sourness in his body, 'let's try shoot style.'

Izuku then channeled 30% One for All through his body and lunged at her but this time he used his legs and delivered a roundhouse kick to her face, but just as he expected she blocked it with her free hand but then to his surprise she actually winced when his kick connected to her wrist.

'Yes!' Izuku thought, 'finally first good hit!'

At that moment he remembered Mirko's words, 'Don't give your opponent time to breathe or think, especially the strong ones. Otherwise, you will be the one, eating dirt at the end.'

So Izuku decided to take his mentor's words at heart and kept attacking her with his legs, which actually worked and now Ameri was completely on the defense trying to fend away his kicks.

In the teacher's stand, Kumara was actually surprised to see her daughter on defense like that. Up until this point, there were very few people who could actually give her a serious challenge even without her bloodline magic. But right now a human boy was able to do that.

Back on the field, Ameri was getting irritated by a surge of kicks that were actually hurting her now. Finally, she ran out of patience and swung her own leg to counter his.

But Ameri didn't stop there and just like Izuku, she kept assaulting with her legs until she found an opening and swung her leg while targeting his ribs but to her surprise, Izuku had already anticipated that as he smirked at her before jumping into the sky.

Then he charged 50% present in a single leg and, "Shoot Style: Lunar Arc," brought it down in the form of an axe kick, which Ameri barely dodged by flying back into the air but the power behind that kick, completely cracked the ground around the impact.

"Haha! That's what I expected from my rival," Sabnock said with a huge grin plastered on his face.

Back in the air, Ameri was catching her breath, as she only managed to dodge that attack by hair's length, but unfortunately, Izuku wasn't going to allow that. Because right now he was above her and his leg was arched back. And before she could realize what was going on, "Lunar Roundhouse," a vertical roundhouse kick slammed into her face and sent her crashing into the ground.

(A/N: The move Izuku performed here was St. Louis Smash.)

The members of the student council were literally stunned. Ameri Azazel, their leader and probably one of the strongest students in the school was getting smacked around by a first-year student. They were also pissed at the boy who dared to kick their president in the face but the sensible part of their brain knew that there was a reason their president issued that challenge and they could see why.

Going back to Izuku who was in the air immediately rushed after her to get another hit in when suddenly his danger sense activated but unfortunately for him, it was already too late cause before he could anything... "Arahhh!" he received a gut-wrenching punch in his abdomen, which sent him directly to the other side of the court.

Now on all fours, he was catching his breath when suddenly danger sense went off.

'Right,' he heard Nana's voice and rolled to his right, and in the next moment, Ameri's leg slammed to where he was before. Realizing that Ameri wasn't going to stop now, Izuku quickly got back up on his feet, tho the effects of that punch were still affecting him

Then he subtly glanced at the clock and realized that he only has to keep up for five minutes. So once again he decided to take a risk and change his fighting style. But before that Izuku took a deep breath and surged the 50% One for All through his body, due to which his body and hair started glowing.

And before Ameri could make her next move, 'Tarino Style,' Izuku launched himself on a nearby wall... then another... then another and then he kept bouncing from wall to wall with increasing speed.

To the spectators, it was a fascinating sight as all they could see was a ball of green energy bouncing around the room.

'So this was the intent behind that question,' Dali thought with a smile, 'what a fascinating young man.'

Meanwhile with Ameri, "What in the-" before she could understand what was going on she received a kick in the face... then in the back... then in her abdomen... then to her side... then in the back of her head and it continued again and again. And in this very moment, Ameri had lost all of her patience cause not only it was annoying to constantly get hit like that but for some reason, his attacks were stronger and were piling much more damage now.

So finally she made up her mind and decided to use her bloodline ability which she was avoiding for his sake but no he had to push her to the limits which also made her kind of happy that he has the conviction and power to back his words.

So one final time she took a deep breath and... "Romanticist," suddenly her hair changed from red to glowing pink and her eyes held a new kind of fire in them.

:-:-:-:-:-:

Romanticist (King of Delusions)- The Azazel Family Bloodline Magic. By believing in her own strength, Ameri can draw out her maximum power, which makes it the mightiest buff magic of the Azazel Family since it releases all their power without any restraints. Because it is considered the ultimate self-hypnotism, it can be considered a double-edged sword that may even hurt the user if they are scared of the opponents they face.

:-:-:-:-:-:

Now with her bloodline magic activated, she stood in the middle of the field taking contestant hits from Izuku, waiting for her moment to strike. And then she got it. For a moment the world stopped for both of them, and their eyes met, and in the next moment, her feet connected to his ribs and... 'Crack', his ribs shattered and the force of the kick once again sent him flying to the other side but this time he rag-dolled on the ground multiple times.

What followed this was absolute silence because the shattering sound of ribs was loud enough that everyone heard that happen and were looking at Izuku to see what would happen next.

Then Ameri started walking towards Izuku while the said boy was trying to get up on his feet.

"Midoriya can you-" Kalego tried to ask but stooped when Izuku showed him a shaky thumbs up and slowly got back up on his feet while still holding a side of his ribs.

Then he flashed a determined smile to Ameri and said, "nice hair, but I think red suits you more."

In response, Ameri just laughed and said, "I am quite amazed that you can still crack jokes in that state," she said, "but unfortunately it's over."

Izuku glanced at the clock and saw only 60 seconds remained on the clock, "not yet," he said and released a ton of smoke from his body.

"What the hell," Ameri said as she was completely surrounded by white smoke, "you really think that will hide you from me?" Ameri said and in a single swing of her leg she dispersed all the fog on the field but then she realized her opponent wasn't there anymore.

Then the realization hit her that the fog she dispersed was settled on the side of the ring. She started looking trying to find him, "really Izuku, you are going to hide from me now, after facing me in such a brutal fight?" she asked trying to lure him out.

"Who said anything about hiding?" she heard his voice and turned around only to see him sliding out of the smoke while clutching two of his abnormally glowing fingers under his thumb and that stupid confident smirk on his face. And then she heard, "Air Flick: 100%" then he flicked his fingers, and an air bullet directly hit her shoulder which was followed by immense pain in her shoulder and then she crashed into the wall creating a huge impact hole behind her.

Once again the hall went into complete silence as they tried to deal with their shocks. Especially student council members who had their jaws wide open when they saw Izuku actually managed to get a good hit on Ameri in her Romanticist form. Not even they have managed to do it yet.

Then they looked at Izuku and noticed that he was clutching two broken fingers in his hand but his eyes were still focused on Ameir which was the right choice because...

Suddenly Ameri got up from the rubble while holding her shoulder. Her hair was still bright pink and her eyes had that predatory look in them as she walked toward Izuku, and in return, Izuku did the same but then the buzzer went off and the Dali sensei announced, "times out. Winner of the match, Izuku Midoriya."

As soon as Izuku heard those words relief flooded his body and as he was bout to fall to the ground someone came from behind and caught him in their arms, "Good job there Izuku-Kun. I am really proud of you," Sullivan said.

"Grandpa!" Izuku excitedly turned around but immediately regretted it as his ribs... stomach and well everything was still hurting right now, "you saw my fight?"

"Of course I did," Sullivan said, "but I was too nervous so Opera had to hold me so I won't interfere in the match."

Then he remembered something, "give me a second ok," he said and walked towards Ameri who was sitting on the ground while she was surrounded by student council members.

:-:-:-:-:-:

"Wow! He really did number on you huh," Smoke said as she saw various injuries on her friend's body and not to mention that dislocated shoulder she was holding right now.

"That bastard," Johhny gritted his teeth, "just say the word president, and I-"

"Please don't pick a fight with me," they all turned around and saw Izuku Midoriya standing there while holding the left side of the chest and a strained smile, "I just did what any good opponent should do, gave everything I had."

"You," Johhny glared at him and tried to grab his collar but Smoke stopped him.

"He is right," Smoke said, "Ameri was the one who challenged him, and he honored that challenge. That's why there is no need for bad blood between us."

"But he hurt the president and it is our job to-"

"Johhny, my challenge to Izuku was my personal matter, you or the student council has nothing to do with it," Ameri said in a voice that left no room for objection, "now, all of you go and handle the students, Izuku and I need to talk about something important."

All of them nodded and accepted their orders.

Then Izuku slowly walked close to her and sat beside her, "you know, I never thought that you will be the one who will challenge me in this battle."

"Well, it's not like I was planning this or anything but when I thought about it I realized that anyone other than me won't be able to understand the reason or emotion behind this battle so in the end I decided to do it myself and now here we are with broken ribs and dislocated shoulders."

Then they looked at each other for a moment before they started laughing. And while they were lost in their own world everyone around them was utterly confused. They didn't understand how these two demons, who almost broke each other a few minutes ago were now laughing together as if nothing happened.

Then as they were sharing a laugh a nine-tailed fox entered their world, "oh my, you two are getting along well."

"Mom, please! Not in front of him," Ameri groaned and hid her face in her arms.

"Wait! Mom?" Izuku asked, "I was 80% sure she's your sister you know."

"You really are a sweet talker," Kumara said and suddenly a huge magic circle appeared under, "and this is your reward for passing the exam," suddenly his broken rib wasn't hurting anymore and his purplish fingers were back to normal.

"You healed us, thank-" Izuku tried to get up but the pain in his joints and the bruises he had all over his body stopped him.

"Now, wait for a second young man. I have just cured the major injuries you two had but you still have to endure other pains as punishment for going overboard just for the exam," she glared at both of them, "am I clear?"

"Yes Ma'am" Izuku and Ameri answered.

Suddenly they heard Kalego's voice, "get in the line, it's time for you to get your ranks."

:-:-:-:-:-:

A/N: *I don't know how much damage a shattered rib can cause and this is a fantasy world so please don't grill me for that.

*The explanation on why Izuku didn't use the black whip will be given in the future.

Thank you and I appreciate your comments.
