Chapter 9: Agni Kai

Fire Capital...

Naruto sighed at himself for finding himself in this situation; he was now the fiancé of the princess of the Fire Nation, who was not only younger than him by several years but was also a known psychopath, though he doubted she had actually killed anyone in her life.

She displayed an arrogance born from her upbringing by her father, Ozai the Fire Lord. He dreads the thought of having to deal with them for the rest of his life; hopefully, he can find a way to get out of this entire situation.

The blonde general then rubbed his red cheeks; Nalu and Chia didn't take his sudden forced engagement well, they both were pissed off and hurt to the point they slapped him and went home early. He would have tried to stop them, but it was for the best that they weren't here with everything happening.

Kya had become even quieter since he told them what happened; he supposed she was just afraid she would have a run-in with Ozai, one of her tormentors who turned her into an obedient pleasure slave.

Naruto went out of his way to reassure her that she would be safe and he would figure a way out of this mess. She didn't reply, but simply rested her head on his shoulder and her hand on her pregnant stomach, which wasn't showing just yet.

All the blond general had to do now was go to the royal palace and come up with some way to disqualify himself as Azula's fiancé or even get the princess herself to denounce the engagement.

As Kya helped him get ready, his mind went through various scenarios and plans; ones that wouldn't get him branded as a traitor or rebel, but he was coming up short. He prayed to whichever deity that was listening to help him get out of this crazy mess.

Royal Family Palace...

It was a formal breakfast with Ozai sitting at the head of the table in the dining room, and he had forced Azula to sit next to the blonde. Naruto saw the fire princess didn't like him too much, and he cheered inside his head; it might be easier to break the engagement than he thought.

"How are you doing, my soon-to-be son-in-law?" The Fire Lord asked in his usual arrogant voice, not really caring about the answer. "You must be happy that I gave you such an opportunity to join the royal family."

"Yes sir, I am extremely happy to be considered part of your family," Naruto replied sarcasm evidently in his voice, but the fire lord missed it; however, Azula caught it and glared hard at the blonde for the disrespect.

Ozai noticed Azula's change in mood and turned to her. "What is the matter, daughter?" he asked. "Today is a grand occasion; you should be happy," Ozai said. "Or is there something bothering you?"

"Excuse me, Father, but I must say something." Azula replied. "I will not marry this weak peasant; I am above his station. Please, take back the engagement."

Naruto would have kissed the Fire Princess if he was sure she wouldn't try to barbecue him if he did; he didn't have to lift a finger to get out of the engagement - he just had to let the arrogant princess do it for him.

"So you don't want to marry him because you think he is weak." The Fire Lord said aloud. "Then you two shall engage in an Agni Kai. If you win, you won't have to marry him, and he will be banished with all his possessions stripped from him. And if he wins, this will be the last time you bring up this matter, or I will personally challenge you to an Agni Kai for this disrespect of questioning my decision."

Both Azula and Naruto were stunned by what was said for different reasons and couldn't believe what the Fire Lord had said.

For Azula, it was that if the General somehow won and she ever brought up the topic of ending the engagement, he would burn her just as he had done to her brother; she could already see the cruel intent in his eyes, but she put a smirk on her face, knowing that despite the blonde being a General, she was a firebending prodigy and she would not lose.

Naruto on the other hand was cursing internally, the prick Ozai knew he would lose intentionally if he didn't make it, so he would be banished and lose all of his possessions. Naturally, Kya was considered his property if he lost, she would be taken away and everything he had built would be for nothing. The blonde sighed as his shoulders slumped; he would have to kick the princess's ass.

Agni Kai...

Naruto stood in the middle of the ring where the Agni Kai would take place, surrounded by an audience of some nobles and high ranking army officials that the blonde didn't know or care about for that matter.

Azula was on the other side of the ring, wearing a smirk on her face; Naruto returned it with a lazy look, as if he didn't want to be there.

The Fire Nation looked at each other and smiled. "This is an unofficial Agni Kai," Ozai said. "The first one to burn their opponent, make them submit or knock them out, wins." He turned to Azula. "Are you ready?"

Naruto nodded and Azula stepped forward, ready to end the match quickly. The blonde couldn't agree more.

Ozai started the match as Azula released a large amount of blue flames at the blonde, causing lightning to start flying off his body. There was a sound of birds chirping loudly, and before anyone could blink, the blue flames parted and Naruto had his fist buried in Azula's stomach, making her double over and vomit, unable to breathe.

The blonde watched as Zuko's sister fell to her knees, unable to get up. He glanced over at Ozai, who seemed to have no intention of ending the match as it appeared he wanted the blonde to discipline his daughter so she would never question him again.

Sighing, the blonde placed his hand on the fire princess's head and released a shock of lightning into her, causing the princess to let out a scream of pain before fainting, ending the Agni Kai.

Ozai declared Naruto the winner and turned to leave without caring that his daughter was knocked out and helpless; the blonde began to feel bad for her having a father who didn't care for her at all and treated her like a tool to be used and discarded.

The blonde lifted Azula in a bridal style and asked a servant to take her to her room. her room was surprisingly girly, she had some dolls, dresses and other things he did think she would be interested in.

The blonde decided to leave her there and go see the Fire Lord, as he exited he took a glance at the sleeping princess and admitted to himself she was beautiful when she didn't have the angry look on her face all the time.

Ozai just invited the blonde to sit with him while they waited for his daughter to awake, which could take hours. Making the blonde General grumble under his breath, but thankfully she woke up in less than an hour.

When she came back into the room, she looked at her father whose expression was blank, causing hers to drop in shame and embarrassment; she then sat beside Naruto submissively without a word.

"I take it there are no more issues with the engagement?" Ozai asked his daughter sharply.

"No, Father. I have no problem marrying the General." Azula answered promptly, causing the Fire Lord to nod in approval.

Naruto wanted to say he had issues with the engagement, but he knew better than to bring it up now; instead, he bit his tongue and remained silent during the exchange.

"Now that my daughter had her doubts out of the way," the Fire Lord said, "you will be moving into her room with her." He ordered.

"What?" the blonde exclaimed and then calmed down."Isn't it inappropriate? Aren't you worried I might do something to your daughter when we are alone?"

"I don't care, do with her as you please," Ozai said. "You two are going to be married anyway, so it doesn't matter if you sample her now or after the wedding."

Naruto was stunned by the level of lack of care Ozai had for his daughter's well-being; he was basically telling him he could do whatever he wanted with Azula without any consequences.

Azula stayed silent and she was hurt, but not surprised by what her father said; he never really loved her - she was just a useful weapon to him, something he found another use for. She wasn't stupid; she knew he wanted to bind the General to the royal family so he and his children would always be in their power.

The fire lord dismissed them and Azula led the blonde back to her room in silence. As they entered and closed the door behind them, she turned away from Naruto and began to remove her clothes in front of him until she was naked.

The Fire Princess lay on her back on her bed, her legs spread exposing her virgin pussy and asshole. The blonde took a moment to admire her naked form. She had a pretty face, tits that were more than a handful and her ass and hips put women twice her age to shame.

"Are you going to stand there all day, or are you going to get to it and fuck me already?" the blonde heard Azula's voice say.

Naruto got annoyed with her tone but ignored it and simply sat beside her on the bed while giving her the shirt she had just taken off.

"Hurry up and get dressed so we can have a proper conversation," the blonde general said. "I know you don't want to marry me, and I don't want to marry you; so let's come up with a plan to end the engagement, so we can both be happy."

"Why don't you want to marry me? Am I not pretty enough for you?" Azula asked with a glare that promised pain if he answered incorrectly.

"No, no you are gorgeous, but we are too different and we don't want to marry each other, right? So let's work together to end this whole thing" Naruto replied and prayed she would agree.

Azula looked at the blonde and the shirt he just handed her, she searched his eyes for any deception or manipulation and found none; this surprised her because everyone wanted something from her, it was either her looks, power or position.

The thing that really stunned her was how easily he defeated her; she, of course, had heard the rumors about his powers, but she thought they were just that – rumors. Feeling it firsthand, however, she could say they didn't do him justice. She could now see why her father wanted to bind the General to their family at any cost, as it would secure their position for generations to come.

The Fire Princess took the shirt and put it on while thinking if it were any other person who her father had basically whored her out to, they would have been balls deep inside her right now, trying their hardest to impregnate her and put her in her place.

Azula knows what most people think about her; they believe she is a spoiled brat who has never worked for anything in her life. However, this perception could not be further from the truth. She had to earn everything she has through her strength and intellect, as her father would have no qualms about disowning her if she failed.

The blonde general started talking, but Azula was only half-listening; she knew her father wouldn't call off the engagement no matter what they did. She looked at the general, really looked at him - he was handsome, with unusual blonde hair and blue eyes. She imagined what their children would look like - maybe a girl who looked like her with his hair and eyes, or a boy with her features.

This caused her to let out an uncharacteristic giggle, making the blonde pause in his planning. She simply told him to continue. She sighed; being married to this idiot might not be the worst thing to happen to her, the thought of marrying some fat old noble made her shudder in disgust.

Nodding to herself, Azula decided to stop fighting the engagement then and there; she would just watch the blonde's plans fail. She knew she had to get her friends Ty Lee and Mai to help in seducing the blonde man, but she always got what she wanted. The blonde finished talking and Azula gave him a sickly sweet smile as she plotted her own plans for the future.
