White Shadow was on her way to the only bridge connecting the Main Land with the Zones. She wanted to get to the bridge as fast as she could she even didn't think how she was going to search for a bomb. This bridge was second oldest bridge in Gotham City with a great architecture and stunning gothic statues on top of it. Huge gargoyles were green and rustic from the time but still were guarding the entrance to one of the oldest parts of the city.

White Shadow was surprised to know that she could take a small but fast Batmobile. The closer she got to the bridge the more she realized that she had no way to check the bridge but going under it and walk the service way hoping to find explosives. Suddenly, on the small screen a message emerged "The drone is in the car. Instructions are clear follow them. The drone will scan the bridge for danger".

Something moved on the back seat and in a mirror White Shadow saw a box sliding out from the back. This car was equipped with only one drone but that would be enough to locate a bomb.

The bridge wasn't very busy with traffic but still there were some cars. People who had passes and worked in the Main Land it was the only way for them to get there. This bridge provided not only pass for cars but also train tracks for the only line of subway what left to connect Zones with the Main Land.

Instructions to operate a drone were clear and White Shadow got it done fast. A little black machine moved up and flew towards the bridge. It was connected to the Batmobile White Shadow was in so she could travel and when the drone finished scanning it would return to the small Batmobile. White Shadow decided to cross the bridge towards the Zone Three. "If something goes wrong with a bridge I would like to stay with my people on the other side" - were her thoughts. As soon as she crossed and parked on almost empty parking lot next to a bridge the drone finished scanning.

-One bomb. - White Shadow saw the results. - It's almost in the middle a little bit closer to the Zone side.

She stared on the monitor which showed a small red dot on the bridge structure. What to do after she got no idea but if this bridge mined so the other three were under a threat as well. Batman didn't contact her and she figured out he got preoccupied with those bridges definitely found some explosives.

White Shadow looked up and searched for the service entrance to the bridge. There was one with a note "authorized personal only" on a rusty metal door. White Shadow unlocked and went to the door. The lock was flimsy and old so strong Bat cutting device took it down very fast. The door opened a staircase up and White Shadow followed that path. It took her four minutes to get to the top service floor which was right under the train tracks. The red dot on the arm screen was closer. White Shadow kept walking checking the red dot status on the screen. She couldn't demine the bomb if she found it so she preferred not to think of what to do with it while walking towards a death trap.

No word from Batman still. She had an urge to contact him first but stopped herself because he couldn't do anything at this point.

The path she walked was narrow with wired walls on both sides for protection from falling under her feet she could see height and a slow stream of dark black river. The East was getting red and bright but the West was still under the night cover. The bridge was a perfect spot to watch a sunrise or sunset. The cold breeze was howling under the train tracks making metal parts of the bridge creak. White Shadow one more time looked down on her arm screen and the red dot was somewhere in-front to her couple more steps. She could see it clear now a metal box the same was under the fountain. It wasn't locked and inside were the same two substances ready to mixed up and explode.

Back in the Bat lab when she was examining the first bomb they took from under the fountain the mechanics of this bomb wasn't simple. A membrane between two substances was thin and was constantly undergone a chemical reaction by the substance on the right. Approximately it should take up to ten days for membrane start leaking one chemical into another and after that it was the meter of hours until two of them mix up and it led to explosion.

White Shadow opened the box door with one finger and there it was the bomb was almost mixed up. Green swirls floating in a milky white chemical syrup. "Oh no! It can happen any second!" - White Shadow froze next to the box watching green swirls became bigger and bigger. A red light above vassals was blinking and suddenly it turned yellow. "What was that?" - White Shadow looked back it was long way to run and she still would be caught in a blast wave. "Is it the beginning?" - she heard her heart pounding. It was too late to call cops or Batman they couldn't make it stop. The green chemicals almost mixed with the white.

White Shadow used a small laser cutting tool on her arm sleeve thanks to Batman this suit had some very useful features in it. She cut a hole in a wire fence the cut out piece flew down and crushed in the water. White Shadow took a box from the wall it was hooked up to and something moved inside of it. Goosebumps crawled all over her body she kept repeating whispers "any time, any time, any time". She let the box go down from the bridge and run back to the exit from the service walk. She heard a splash of water behind her back and got ready to hear a loud sound or feel shaking of the bridge but none of it happened.

She got to the car not knowing if the bomb went off or no but decided to send Batman a voice message.

-Got the Zone bridge equipped with one bomb. The chemicals were almost mixed together. Didn't have much choice but through the whole thing down the bridge…. I didn't hear an explosion yet.

She stopped her message and sent it. The river was quiet and dark. The Zone was empty only couple people were walking down the street next to parking lot. White Shadow hid in the car before they noticed her white cape. Two people walked almost out of her side when she saw them stopped. They came to the old wooden river walk and suddenly the swat sound came out of no where and people run. White Shadow saw them running across the street looking back she turned on the car and drove to the river walk. Wooden panels were wet as it was a heavy rain but it wasn't. She saw fish a lot of fish came out on the surface of the water. White Shadow received a message from Batman saying that GCPD and bomb team are on their way. She replied:

-Bomb went off under the water. I guess it was dragged by the current down the river because the explosion happened a mile away from the bridge next to old river walk. No harm done to citizens just fish.

She leaned back on her driver seat and exhale loudly she suddenly felt tiredness.

The bridge was locked down by the police order in next fifteen minutes and nobody could get in and out the Zones. If there were some Zone people on the Main Land they stuck on the other side of the bridge. White Shadow reported to Batman that she got no way back from the Zone and she was quite happy about it.
