Chapter 8 Beach Eat

It was a sunny day and the Croods and the Bettermans decided it was a good day to go to the beach. They gathered some stuff together and Eep carried them to the beach with ease. At the beach everyone was having a good time, when something huge with tentacles emerged from the water. It was a Octowhale! The beast let out a mighty roar as it thrashed out at the two families, but Eep quickly came to their defense and got between her family and friends and the beast. Eep grabbed a couple of the tentacles and wrestled with the Octowhale as they wrestled on the beach. The Octowhale was a bit bigger and heavier then Eep and it tried to drag the big cave girl into the ocean, but Dawn came to Eep's aid by firing some clumps of sand with a slingshot into the Octowhale's eye.
The Octowhale screeched in rage and pain as Eep dragged it onto land. The beast shot one of it's tentacles out and grabbed Dawn. Dawn cried out as the Octowhale lifted her up to it's mouth and attempted to eat her, but Eep punched it in the face and pulled Dawn away from the tentacle, before setting her on the ground.
"Get to safety." Said Eep.
Dawn nodded as she ran off. Eep pounded the Octowhale's face a few times stunning it, before she decided to go for her signature move and just eat the monster. Eep stretched her mouth out around the Octowhale's head and began to swallow it.
Gulp. Gulp. Gulp.
Dawn watched as Eep swallowed the big monster in awe and unfortunately got too close to one of the the tentacles that were trashing around. She cried out in surprise as the tentacle grabbed her and she began to get pulled towards Eep. Dawn tried to cry out to Eep, but the tentacle wrapped itself around her mouth to prevent her from yelling. Eep continued to swallow unaware of Dawn's situation. She slurped up the tentacles and Dawn.
Gulp. Gulp. Gulp. GULP.
The last of the Octowhale was now inside Eep's belly which was incredibly bloated and round. Eep patted her belly and let out a enormous burp.
"UUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUURRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP!"
The Croods and Bettermans stared at Eep in awe. Guy noticed that Dawn wasn't among them and asked where she was. Eep cast a look at her enormous belly and quickly put two and two together. She didn't want to panic anyone, so she made up a fake story.
"Dawn...got scared and ran off during the battle. She's fine. She'll make her way back to us. Why don't you all head home, while I digest this." Said Eep.
The others bought it and walked away. Eep let out a sigh of relief. Inside her stomach Dawn had untangled herself from the tentacle and let out a sigh as she put her protective hoodie on.
"I'm really becoming a regular here." Grumbled Dawn as she waited for the stomach to do it's thing.
Hours later Eep dropped some waste into the ocean and Dawn quickly removed herself from it and swam to shore.
"Sorry about that." Said Eep looking embarrassed.
"It's fine. It was an accident. Let's just head home.
"Ok." Said Eep as she picked Dawn up and they headed home.
