Third chapter, yay!
Sadly, there were no reviews in between Chapters 2 and this one.
The reason why I chose Villager was because… well, he has the most simple personality out of the three, it's the one BeardBear chose on his gameplay, and I have a pretty bad sense of characterization too, so yeah.
Anyways, without further ado, let's get right into it!
Chapter Date: April 23rd 2023
Chapter 3: Farewell To The Starting Area!
VS. Villager
Conditions
- Win the battle to awaken the fighter
-Final Destination-
Akira and Kirby appear on the stage.
Kirby turns around to see Akira. "You look cool in that outfit!"
Akira chuckles a bit and smiles. "Yeah, I agree on that."
Ready?
Kirby turns around. "Let's go!" He says as Akira nods.
GO!
Final Destination - Super Smash Bros. Ultimate
The pink puffball rushes towards Villager, and vice versa.
Villager trips and drops a potted sapling, but Kirby sees it coming and dodges it, now behind the enemy, he kicks him, launching Villager towards Akira.
The teen turns his arm into a cannon, jumps, waits for the enemy to be directly below him, and then his arm cannon shoots three round shots, the middle one hits Villager, stopping his movement completely.
Villager then counterattacks by igniting some fireworks that fly upwards. "Ow!" The fireworks' explosions sent Akira flying up a bit. "T-That... Hurts!"
Kirby runs towards Villager, the enemy tries to grab him, but the pink puffball dodges by flattening himself against the ground and he trips Villager by kicking him while "crouching" (if you can even call it that), and he grabs him back, he then jumps and suplexes him back to the ground, Villager bounces off the ground, and he follows it up by brandishing a Cutter, jumping a moderate amount of height and he plummets back down to the ground, sending Villager flying to the left Blast Zone.
Villager recovers by pulling out an entire Gyroid Lloid from his pocket, riding it back onstage. (Video game logic…) Akira thought.
Kirby tries to stop Villager by jumping towards him, brandishing a hammer mid-air and hits the Gyroid Lloid, but it explodes, sending Kirby back.
Kirby lands in front of Akira as the teenager sends out a small star fragment towards Villager while breathing a bit heavily, and he snaps his fingers while it's near him, and it explodes, not doing much damage. "T-Take this!" But then he sends out a beam from his 'arm-turned-cannon', which he already had fully charged before, hitting Villager with a critical hit, launching him back to the boundary, and he disappears inside a tower of light.
Victory!

Starting Area
Map (World of Light) - Super Smash Bros. Ultimate
A bright light comes from the exit of the ruins, Akira and Kirby come out from it, with Villager behind them.
"Uh… Where am I?" Villager asks while looking around.
"That match looked pretty easy." Mario says.
"Kind of... But I've never felt a firework explosion on my entire body! ...Wait, how do you know?" Akira asks.
"A screen pops up, and the battle plays out on it."
"Oh… That kind of explains why Kirby was talking over the walkie talkie... Okay."
"H-Huh? Mario? Kirby…?" Villager then looks at the teen, who turns around to look at him. "Who… Are you?"
"I'm Akira, but you can call me Aki, nice to meet you." Akira extends his hand at Villager for a handshake.
"Um… I'm Villager, Nice to… Meet you too." Villager shakes Akira's hand. "But… Where are we?"
"Well, that question… can't really be answered, at least right now…" The teen scratches the back of his head.
"What happened with Galeem?"
"I was the only one who got out of there safe, Akira was just knocked out on the way here." Kirby replied.
"And now there are clones of everyone, possessed by the spirits of other people." Mario says.
"S-Spirits?" Villager asks, a bit scared.
"It isn't that type of spirits."
"O-Oh… Phew…"
"Anyways…" Akira turns around. "Looks like we can go and rescue the other fighte-" Suddenly, a disembodied white glove appears, snaps its fingers, and two barriers appear, blocking the other paths. "N-Nevermind…" Akira sweatdrops as the glove disappears.
"What was that…?"
"Don't know, I'm guessing that it was Galeem's work, but the only thing we can do right now is… Advance…" Akira says, a bit disappointed as he turns around again.
The 'Results' window appears in front of Akira. "Villager joins the battle…"
"What?"
"I'm not in the mood to explain all that again…" Akira looks back at the screen. "We won 132 Smash Coins, 15 Spirit Points… 6 Skill Spheres, nice… A small Snack and a medium Snack." The teen just ignores the info on the bottom corner, because there's no point in saying that anyways, and he taps on the screen, displaying the Job page, with a short animation playing, and with text that says… "I unlocked the Tom Nook Job."
"What do you mean by that…?"
"Let's just say I can use his 'moveset', even though he isn't a fighter. And talking about movesets, I'll take a look at this one." Akira says as he taps the "Moveset" button, and he starts to study it.
"I don't understand… But okay." Villager says as he scratches his head.
"Nice, this job has a mechanic where… Getting damaged gives the enemy a 'loan', which increases the damage of attacks, but slows them down."
"Oh… That's pretty cool if you ignore the fact that I actually get real loans from the guy."
Akira goes back to the first page, but then, a short animation plays, and two new buttons appear. "Huh?" They're "Spirit Board" and "Shop". The teen taps the Spirit Board button, and six spirits appear, they're Manhole (from Mr. Game and Watch), Mei Ling (from Metal Gear Solid), Ando Kensaku (from… And-Kensaku), Lurchthorn (Kid Icarus) Lin, and Reyn (both from Xenoblade Chronicles).
"Well… Looks like I'll fight another spirit… By myself…"
"Are you sure? You could get hurt out there." Mario says, worried.
"Well, I just unlocked the 'Spirit Board', where I'm assuming I can fight Spirits without… You know… Having to actually go out there." Akira says as he taps the Reyn bounty.
Vs. Ryu (5th alternate costume)
Spirit: Reyn (Xenoblade Chronicles)
Conditions:
- The enemy has super armor but moves slower
- Timed Stamina battle
- The enemy loves to taunt
- The enemy starts the battle with a Beam Sword
"Actually… This one kinda seems difficult…" Akira scratches the back of his head. "Like, super armor? Really? I mean, I could just keep using ranged attacks, but timed battle too? Ugh…" Akira sighs.
"I'll follow you, then." Mario says, getting up.
"N-No, stay here, I might learn something if I fight alone."
"I insist."
"O-Okay, fine…" Akira taps the Party button, and he switches Villager for Mario. He goes back and taps the Fight button as the screen fades to black.

Vs.
Ryu (Reyn)
-Xenoblade Chronicles-
Gaur Plains (Battlefield form)
Both Akira and Mario appear on one of the platforms of the stage.
Akira looks around the stage in amusement. (Man, I just love the view on these stages! I never thought I would actually get to see them 'in person', but here I am…)
Mario turns around to see Akira, he's currently wearing a Nook Inc. Aloha Shirt with white shorts and dark brown sandals, as part of the Tom Nook job. "Those are some nice clothes, don't you think?"
The teen looks down at his outfit "Yeah."
Ready?
GO!
Time to Fight! - Xenoblade Chronicles
The Ryu clone starts the fight by taunting. "Talk is cheap!" He says as he holds his fist forward.
"Come again?" Akira's already below the platform the enemy's standing on, he's already charged his up smash, he takes out a bag of bells, but he slips down to the ground, falling on his back as the bag of money flies upwards, but the Ryu clone quickly dodges it. "Oh, really?"
The enemy drops down to the floor (I have no idea how to describe this, sorry if it was confusing), and slashes the teen with his Beam Sword.
"O-Ow! N-Not another laser!" Akira says as he… Sends out Timmy and Tommy, who come out from behind him, and they hold the opponent steady in front of him.
-"I recognize them from your final smash... Who are they?"- Kirby asks over the walkie talkie.
-"They're Tom Nook's nephews, they help him out with his shop." Villager replies.
-"Oh, okay!"-
"…" The teen stays silent as he pushes the enemy away, giving Tom Nook's nephews the opportunity to attack the Ryu clone with a lot of weak projectiles like customization kits, recipes, and medicine. After all these items are spent, Tommy throws in a flimsy axe as well, but the enemy only flinches a bit, due to his super armor, even though the attack did a lot of damage.
The Ryu clone rolls to behind Akira as the teen tries to attack with a forward smash, and slashes him again. Akira tries to use another forward smash by pulling out a bag of bells and forcefully swings it over his head, smashing the bag of money to the ground, but the move is too slow and the enemy dodges it with ease, and he grunts in annoyance as a response.
The opponent tries to charge up a slash, but he's stopped by Mario, who grabs him and spins him around once, throwing him forward a bit, which gives the opportunity for Akira to finally land his forward smash, and the Ryu clone gets buried in the ground. "I think I hit him too hard… or this bag is really heavy… Maybe both." A rock appears at the teen's feet as he grabs a golden shovel and he then hits it four times, causing a ton of bells to fly out of it, and at the last hit, the Ryu clone actually gets sent back a bit.
The enemy sends out a Hadoken, but Akira was already prepared for it, and he 'purchases' the Hadoken (pocketing, basically, but it adds to the extra damage from the 'Loan' mechanic) and Mario follows up with a Super Jump Punch, which doesn't really work, due to the enemy's super armor.
The opponent then lands a charged up slash on Akira, which causes the teen to get launched back. "Agh!" The Ryu clone just drops the Beam Sword and uses a Shoryuken on Mario, who counterattacks with an overhand mid-air, which meteors the enemy, and as he bounces back up due to the attack, Mario hits him with a flying kick.
Akira rolls forwards and lands his up smash on the enemy, launching the enemy upwards, and he follows it up by pulling out a vaulting pole and flailing it up at the sky, it connects with the Ryu clone and the teen uses him as a footstool to vault over, sending himself a bit offstage, but the enemy gets sent to the ground.
Mario tries to attack with a palm thrust that produces a small explosion, but the enemy rolls forward and counterattacks with a Tatsumaki Senpukyaku, and he combos by grabbing the plumber, pinning him to the ground and performing a knifehand strike on his back, and he follows it up with another Shoryuken.
"Ah, crap." Akira says as he falls back towards the enemy, who's currently taunting, and throws a large bag of bells forward, which hits the opponent, and he follows up with another down air, which launches the Ryu clone horizontally, a bit offstage, but he manages to recover anyways.
"Mario, are you okay?" Akira asks, to which the plumber responds;
"Yes, I'm fine."
Akira nods as he sees the enemy trying to land a flying kick on him, he gasps and dodges it quickly, and he starts to swing another large bag of bells in front of him for a little while, and he finishes it off by smashing the same bag of money onto the ground, launching the Ryu clone forwards and leaving him with less than 20 stamina left.
The teen dashes, pulls out a mug with coffee, but he trips, spilling his coffee onto the ground, and it splashes out of the mug, dealing fire damage to the enemy.
Akira gets engulfed in a rainbow aura, and the area gets dark, because now he has his Final Smash Meter full.
-"Ooh, here comes the good part!"- Villager says in excitement.
He dusts himself off the ground. "Okay, here we go!" He says as he pulls out a phone, calling Dodo Airlines. Their seaplane then swoops in and flies across the screen, as Orville pulls the opponent inside the plane.
A cutscene ensues, where the Ryu clone is sitting inside the seaplane, a message comes from the loudspeaker. "Thank you for taking this chartered flight as part of Nook Inc.'s Deserted Island Getaway Package." As the message ends, the nearest aircraft door opens and sucks the Ryu clone out of the seaplane onto a deserted island in the middle of the ocean.
The cutscene finishes and the enemy is meteor smashed into the ground, but with no stamina left remaining, the match is won.

Instead of appearing with the others like normal, Akira appears on a floating platform in some kind of… Heaven-looking place, well, not really, since it's just yellow clouds. "H-Huh?" The teen looks around, confused. "Wasn't I supposed to-" He notices a gun in his hand. "Uh…" Akira looks forward and notices that the Ryu clone is in front of him, frozen in one of the frames of his stun animation, as a rotating barrier protects him. "Oh… Now I get it…" He prepares to shoot, waiting for the timing. "Now!" The teen shoots, a beam coming from the gun, launching the Ryu clone really far away, and the platform disappears, causing Akira to fall down. "A-AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA-"
-World of Light-
Starting Area
Map (World of Light) - Super Smash Bros. Ultimate
Akira appears inside a fog of yellow clouds. "AAAHH…" He opens his eyes, and realizes he's back with the others. "O-Oh. W-What?"
The three other Smashers just stare at him, confused. "What?" They say at the same time.
"..."
"..."
"..."
"..."
"Let's just say I fell down from a really high place."
"Fine enough for me." Mario says.
"That Final Smash looked kind of funny…" Kirby says.
"Well, yeah…" Akira chuckles.
"I mean, falling down from a plane mid-flight is pretty dangerous, though." Villager replies.
"That's true…"
The window appears in front of Akira. "Alright, so i got the Reyn Spirit, it's a two-star primary spirit with 1662 power that's a grab type."
"So Spirits have power now?" Mario asks.
"Yeah, still has less power than my equipped Primary Spirit, though."
"Oh, Okay."
The teen taps the screen, and transitions into the results. "Talking about that, it leveled up to level 28… We won 156 Smash Coins, 180 Spirit Points and… TWO Large snacks? Okay I wasn't expecting that…"
"That sounds pretty nice." Villager says.
"It is, and… I forgot to check the Skill Tree." Akira taps the Exit button, taps the Skill Tree button, and he purchases the Tilt Attack Upgrade. "Cost me all my Skill Points, but it is better than the neutral attack one…" He exits the skill tree, and he taps the Shop button, which has normal stuff, you know, buy Spirit Points, Skill Spheres and Spirits. Akira doesn't want to buy anything right now so he just ignores it. He exits the Shop and goes to the Spirit Menu to feed his Primary Spirit, and he closes the window.
"It's going to be nighttime soon, we should probably take a break." Mario said, looking at the sky, which was going from a gradient of red, orange and yellow to a dark blue.
"I think I wanna have another fight…"
"Are you sure?"
"Yeah."
"I kind of want to fight too, so I'll follow you." Villager says.
"Okay then, let's go!" Akira walks towards the next enemy, which is a Wendy clone, followed by two small yellow R.O.B.s, Villager follows Akira as the screen then fades to black.
Vs. Wendy
Spirit: Tron Bonne (From the Megaman Legends series)
Conditions:
- Take your strongest team into this no-frills battle
-Wuhu Island-
Akira and Villager appear at one of the small cliffs near Maka Wuhu.
Akira looks around the stage with a smile on his face, this is one of his favorite stages in the game, just because it's from Wii Sports Resort, and he has a Wii (Just like me!).
Villager turns around to look at the teen, looking at the outfit he's wearing. "Those clothes fit you pretty well!"
"Yeah, thanks… I guess."
Ready?
"Get ready!" Villager shouts as he turns around again.
"Okay!"
GO!
We're Robots (Dr. Wily Stage 2) - Megaman 9
Villager and Akira both start running towards the enemy, Villager trips and drops a potted sapling, sending the first R.O.B. of the two to the upper blast zone, disappearing in a tower of light.
Akira then goes to the Wendy clone instead and starts hitting her over the head with a mallet and a saw. As he's about to finish his jabs he sends out Timmy and Tommy to grab the Koopaling, Tommy hands Akira a Nook Inc. handheld pennant and he starts to hit her on the head again, and then the twins both pull out slingshots, Timmy fires first, knocking the enemy backwards a little, and then Tommy fires after, launching her inside the right boundary, defeating her.
Meanwhile, Villager attacks the other R.O.B. by dropping a bowling ball on it, sending it to the same blast zone, defeating all the enemies.

Starting Area
Map (World of Light) - Super Smash Bros. Ultimate
Akira and Villager appear from inside a ray of light, it's already early nighttime, Mario and Kirby are sitting together near them.
"That was pretty quick… really quick, actually…" Akira says.
"Yeah, really easy too." Villager replies.
The window appears in front of Akira again. "Alright, so I unlocked the Tron Bonne Spirit, it's a two-star primary spirit with 1656 power that's a Grab type." The teen taps the screen again, going to the Results. "We won 89 Smash Coins, 105 Spirit Points, two Skill Spheres and a medium snack." He taps the screen again, goes to the Spirit Menu to feed his Primary Spirit, and exits the screen.
"Alright… We should actually take a break now…" The teen sits down.
"I agree." Villager also sits down.
"Should we get a campfire, though?"
"I feel like we should, it's getting kinda cold." Kirby says.
"Well, guess we'll have to…" Akira points at a cliff that's in the opposite direction of the path that has a forest. "go down there if we want to get wood and not get potentially attacked by enemies… But... I still can't use Jobs outside of fights..."
"Maybe you could... Nevermind, I have no idea." Villager replies.
"Wait, actually... Let me check something..." He says as he opens the window, and he notices a small button with a shape in the form of a gear at the lower left corner of the screen. "Ah, there it is! Why didn't I notice this one before…?" He taps and sees that it looks exactly like the options in the actual game. The only options available are Match Options and Extras, he taps Extras and scrolls through the options, finding 'Enable Jobs outside fights'. He taps said button, and his clothes turn into the Tom Nook Job's clothes. "Okay then, I'm done, Kirby, are you gonna come?" He exits the options and changes to the Bandana Dee Job.
"Sure!" Kirby says cheerfully.
"Okay." Akira gets up and walks over to the cliff. "I do fear heights a bit, though… But oh well…" He starts to spin his spear around, making it act as a helicopter propeller (videogame logic.) and jumps down as Kirby follows him, breathing in a lot of air and holding his breath to fall down slower.
"Will they be okay?" Villager asks.
"I don't know." Mario replies.
Both Akira and Kirby land safely, and they begin to recollect wood for the campfire
Some minutes later…
"Alright, this is enough wood…" Akira looks at Kirby, who has all the wood he collected inside his mouth. "..."
"Well, at least you didn't swallow it." The teen opens the window again to change his job to Geno's.
"Let's go." A cannon (an actual one this time, kind of) appears, and Akira gets in it. While Kirby floats up the cliff, the teen gets fired up to the sky, and he lands safely on the top of the cliff, Kirby coming right after. "Alright, here's the wood." He says as he walks forward a bit and drops the wood, Kirby does the same but he opens his mouth and spits the wood out instead.
"Alright… The only thing we need is the fire now." Akira says as he forms a pyramid with the sticks he and Kirby gathered.
"Well, I can send out fireballs from my hands." Mario says
"I won't bother asking." The teen backs away a bit as the plumber proceeds to do what he just mentioned, lighting up the bonfire.
"Alright, now it's done." Akira sits down again.
"We should probably do something else before going to sleep, don't you think?" Mario says.
"Like… Talking, or something?"
"Sure, why not?"
Free Time Event No. 1: Mario, Kirby, Villager (Rank 1)
Peacefulness - JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Diamond is Unbreakable
"Alright, so what are we going to talk about?"
"Our lives, maybe?"
"Okay then, I'll start. I was born in the city of Sendai, Japan, which is coincidentally also the birthplace of my favorite series' writer."
"Oh, that's nice!" Villager says.
"Yeah, i agree. So, I was living like normal until my parents died in a car crash when I was seven. I was left alone in the house for an entire week, and no one even noticed it, not even the neighbors."
"That went into a dark turn pretty quick…" Villager frowns.
"Yeah, until my aunt came and took me to live with her in London, my first impression of the city was pretty good, if you ignore the fact that I was depressed after being told that my parents died, but everything else was fine."
"That must have been pretty rough…" Mario said.
"Yeah, it was. And about the tournaments you guys participate in…"
"Do you want to know more about them?"
"Yeah, exactly."
"Well, it's pretty weird you haven't heard about them before, they're super popular."
"Don't blame me, though."
"Anyways, the host of the tournaments is Master Hand, with his brother, Crazy Hand. Both of them look exactly to the disembodied glove that you saw creating the barriers bllocking the other paths, Crazy Hand just has… More of a crazier personality than his brother, as his name suggests. My feats were the inspiration for the whole tournament, which is something I'm pretty proud of."
"I can see that."
"There were twelve fighters in the first tournament, including me and Kirby."
The teen looks at Kirby, who's smiling. "So you were in the first tournament too, huh?" He says as the pink puffball nods rapidly and says; "I got second place!"
"Pikachu, the electric mouse Pokémon won the first tournament, and Master Hand decided to host another tournament two years later, and he invited more people to the roster, with some villains, including my arch-nemesis, Bowser. The tournament was delayed due to Crazy Hand accidentally creating Giga Bowser from a wireframe, but it ended with Fox, the leader of the Star Fox group, winning the tournament."
"Oh… So the guy i have as my current Primary Spirit is your arch-enemy?"
"Yes. The next tournament had even more newcomers, but the tournament was postponed again, this time because of an old enemy of his and Master Hand's, named Tabuu, who decided to break free from his prison. The winner of that tournament was Meta Knight, an enemy of Kirby, who... Helps him out sometimes. The next tournament was interrupted by… Master Hand and Crazy Hand's dad, you could say; Master Core. They eventually made peace with him, and the winner of the tournament was another newcomer, Bayonetta."
"I'm guessing that whoever Galeem is, interrupted the new tournament Master Hand was planning?"
"Yep, he captured Master Hand first, then made copies of him and his brother, and then he captured everyone else, except for Kirby."
"I wonder why I got brought here though.
"Master Hand did say he was going to invite someone very special to the tournament, but then all of this happened."
"Alright then…" (So Master Hand tried inviting someone from the real world?) Akira thought.
"Do you want to know anything else?"
"No, I think I'm fine, for now." The teen says, laying down on the floor.
"Okay." Mario lays down as well.
Meanwhile, Villager is already sleeping. "Good night!" Kirby says as he also lays down and closes his eyes.
"Good night." Mario and Akira say as they all begin to sleep, except for the teen, who's still awake, when suddenly, a voice starts resonating in his head.
Persona 3 & 4 - The Power of The Heart

"W-Wha...?" Akira sits up and looks around, absolutely bewildered by what just happened. "W-Who said that...?" ("W-Wait... I kind of recognize the first line, though...") He ponders about it for a small while, and then immediately says;
"HOLY SH-" Before he covers his mouth. ("I-I was gonna wake everyone up! ...Oh god... A-Am I this noisy...?") The teen leans back down to the floor. ("So... S-Social Links exist here...?") He smiles a bit as he keeps on thinking. ("Okay... That's cool as fuck!")
His smile fades away. ("...I should go back to sleep now.") He adjusts his position, and closes his eyes, but it takes him half an hour to actually sleep (just like me!).

Day 2
Akira opens his eyes, the sun's already rising up. "Ngh…" He covers his eyes, and turns around to the other side.
8 AM - Animal Crossing New Leaf
"Good morning." Mario says.
"Good… Morning… U-Ugh…" Akira says as he sits up. The teen notices that Villager and Mario are eating some apples, while Akira has five in front of him.
"How'd you get these apples?" The teen says as he grabs one.
"Turns out only we can't go through the barriers, because other things can, so we shook some of the nearby trees with our items and grabbed the apples we could get." Villager said.
"Oh, nice." Akira says as he begins to eat the apple. "I've only eaten an apple like, one time before... Also, I heard a strange voice yesterday, right before i fell asleep."
"A strange voice?"
"Yeah, it said that I established new bonds... And that I'll be... Blessed when using Jobs...?"
"That's... Really weird, to say the least."
"I agree with you. Also, where's Kirby?"
"Well, he went back to that place." Villager points to the (actual) starting point. "Don't know why."
"Okay, thanks for telling me." The teen grabs the rest of the apples and starts walking towards said place.
Free Time Event No. 2: Kirby (Rank 2)
A Home For Flowers (Empty) - OMORI
Once he arrives there, he sees Kirby sitting down, looking at the morning sky with a sad expression on his face.
"Is anything wrong?" Akira says as he bites one of the apples, before swallowing it. "You look sad."
"I'm just... Really sad about what's happening..." The pink puffball says.
"I can understand that." The teen sits down beside Kirby as he takes another bite.
"With all the other Smashers getting captured and being used as puppets... It really hurts me..."
"Yeah, but atleast you got out of there safe."
"You're right... But still..." Kirby sighs.
"Well, I'm not very good at motivating people... But... Just keep on going, I'm sure we'll be able to rescue everyone and defeat Galeem." Akira smiles.
"There's not anything else we can do... So I will." The pink puffball ack smiles a bit.
"By the way... I wanted to ask you something..."
"What is it?"
"Do you... Um... Know that you're-" The teen gets interrupted.
"A fictional character?" The puffball continues his sentence.
Akira becomes a bit surprised. "Wait, you already know that?"
"Master Hand told us that on the first tournament, and I'm guessing that you're the 'special person' that got invited lately, from the so-called 'Real World', right?"
"I am from the real world, I don't really know about getting invited, obviously... But why do you think that?"
"While we were getting the apples... Mario started talking about that idea... And it really makes sense when you think about it." Kirby looks at the sky again. "People from the Real World see us as videogame characters', is what Master Hand said."
"That's true, but I never thought i would get dragged into my one of my favorite ones."
"Your favorites?" The pink puffball tilts his head.
"Yeah, I'm just really into crossover stuff, with some exceptions."
"Oh that's nice."
"My second favorite one is Persona 5 Royal, And my third one is JoJo's Bizzare Adventure: Eyes of Heaven."
"Wait, Persona 5?" Kirby asks.
"...Yeah?"
"Well, that's the game where Joker comes from."
"Wait, Joker? That Joker?"
"Yeah, why are you even surprised?"
"Uh, let's just say that he wasn't in this place in the original game, along with the characters after him... And Piranha Plant. A.K.A. The Downloadable Content characters."
"Oh, why though?"
"...Don't ask me, ask Nintendo."
"Okay?"
"We should get going." Akira gets up as Kirby nods and they both walk back towards the ruins.

Both fighters are back in the ruins.
"Alright, so i can confirm that i am a person from the Real World." the teen says.
"So Mario was right, but why were you pretending that you weren't?" Villager says.
"I was just worried that you guys didn't know that you were 'fictional' characters, so I chose not to take the risk."
"Oh... okay."
"Anyways, we should get going now." The teen says as he opens the window and changes to the Bandana Dee job. He then starts to walk down the path, and the others follow him.
Once again, the road splits, this time in two. The road to the left leads to a raceway, and the other road, which goes straight, continues normally.
"Which is it gonna be?" Mario asks.
"Uh… The raceway, we'll go to the other path later." Akira says as the others nod, and they all go toward the next enemy, who is an Inkling clone. The screen then fades to black.
"This is Akira."
"And I'm Villager."
"Man, this sure is going to take a really long time, especially if we plan to take out all the Spirits." The teen sighs.
"Yeah, I wonder how many days it'll take for us to actually get to Galleem…"
"But hey, at least the fanfiction gets more chapters, right?"
"What fanfiction?"
"N-Nevermind."
"Whatever you say."
"Anyways, the next chapter is: Race Trackin'. If you're a JoJo fan that has read up to part 9, or a hard rock fan, you might get the reference in the name… Might.
"I'm just gonna ignore him…" Villager mutters under his breath.

The "Free Time Event" term comes from the Danganronpa series, and I'm using it instead of the next term because it fits more in this situation.
The "Social Link" term comes from the Persona series. This also includes the entire "Thou art i" part (all the parts in bold), since I'm too lazy to list all of the references I made to Persona there.

This chapter turned out pretty good, and longer than the previous one, which is also very good.
Funny how the longest fight yet and hardest part to do wasn't even part of the actual story, lol.
Extra Notes:
The reason why I take an entire week to make chapters is because I only have like 4 hours on the computer, but I can use it all day on Sundays, since my dad (almost) never goes to work on those days.
"That's really disappointing." Akira says.
"Well, only for you, because we're probably going to be made to suffer a lot because of this guy." Villager replies.
