The next morning, pearl the crystal gem went to lapis and peridot's house to tell them the new plan, lapis was outside talking to pearl, peridot was training wing chun in a wooden dome and she could be seen through the window

"Peridot and I... we decided not to go with you guys" said lapis looking to the side and with her hands on her elbow
Pearl arched a confused expression

Lapis waved and went to the kitchen obeying her beloved, turquoise came down from her father's arms known as peridot and ran to lapis
"Mommy" said the happy little one

Lapis Had made pancakes and toast for turquoise, turquoise was created only in the earth and because of that she had almost human customs, peridot was sitting in the chair with a sad look just thinking
Lapis got up from her chair with a plate of blueberry tailed toast and took it to peridot
"Hey, eat something, maybe it will help" said lapis giving peridot a small kiss on the cheek
Peridot slowly took the toast and took a bite, as she chewed more devious thoughts came to her mind, peridot soon got angry and spat the toast that was in her mouth into a garbage can
Lapis just tried to put a hand on her shoulder, but peridot got up quickly before she could do it
"I'll train a little more" said peridot going up the stairs
Turquoise looked to lapis smiling, lapis smiled back
"Dad, is sad" said turquoise between pauses
On the second floor peridot hit her wooden dome with force and rage, the blows soon became more frequent, behind her mural there were several photos of her deeds in years past, even her photo together with her master...ip man
Soon peridot got angry and in her last blow broke an arm of the wooden dome, soon peridot leaned her head breathing heavily into the dome, then she raised her head again grabbed her garbage lid and flew out the bedroom window
Lapis was outside she just watched her leave
AT THE GEMS COUNTRY HOUSE
Steven was getting ready to go to the home planet, all the gems were gathered in a circle
"So let's go to homeworld, in there we will ask the diamonds who is the god gem for real" said steven
"Wow wow, we're talking about facing the most powerful being in the universe, why don't we know anything about him?" said bismuth
Soon garnet looked away with her glasses glinting

Garnet just took off her glasses, and looked up at the sky.
"The earth made us the family we are today, humans made us better beings than we were, animals made us understand and respect life around us, and we finally understand that it's not because there are so many equal to a single being, that doesn't matter even if it's one" said garnet
Peridot soon raised her head, she still had her sad look in her eyes, she couldn't understand

Steven warned all the citizens of the city to stay safe at home, steven was outside admiring the pink diamond ship she was in the same place all this time it was even gathering dust, all the gems and connie were gathered in that place
With a telecommunication, steven goes to try a direct communication with the diamonds, when suddenly lapis and peridot appear with their daughter on peridot's back
Everyone was happy with their arrival
"you thought we would not be here at a time like this?" Peridot said with a sign between the fingers of one of her hands as the other still holding turquoise on her back
Steve couldn't stop smiling so he walked over to peridot and touched her shoulder
"Peridot...thanks...for coming" said steven
Peridot just waved and put her daughter down, Pearl soon walked with her arms crossed and eyes closed making her throat itch.
"Peridot...
Peridot soon hugged pearl, with this amethyst garnet and lapis all hugged together
"Thank you for not giving up on me...
Peridot soon broke away from the hugs and put a hand on the pearl and lapis shoulder and looked at everyone.
"My family" finished peridot
Steven waved and went back to try to communicate the diamonds would certainly be happy in fleece after so long, soon lapis kissed peridot on the cheek, they were determined they would face their maker, but soon a glitch started to go wrong on the tele of Communication
"Wait, something's wrong" Steven said to himself
More glitch continued on the telecommunication, it was evident that something was wrong, soon steven looked at everyone scared
"Guys... there's something wrong, the diamonds don't respond" said steven terrified
And everyone was left with their looks still surprised
