Is it possible, that old and forgotten terrors are beginning to move again? This last week has seen a multitude of reveals, both dramatic and horrifying in equal measure. Of course, the greatest of these is the ousting of Portgas D Ace as the son and potential heir of the Pirate King Gold Roger. Rumor has it that a prominent member of the marines put forward a proposal to change the name on his bounty poster to Gold Ace. Sadly, when we approached the marine HQ for an interview, that particular marine was no longer available to answer any of our questions.

A few days after Ace's great escape, the Dark King began to move, causing ripples in every sea as the world awaited the slaughter with bated breath, one which thankfully never arrived, thanks to the diligent work of our brave marines. Deterred by the heavy patrols, Silvers Rayleigh never made it even within sight of any of the inhabited islands of the world, or at least as far as we know. Who knows where that notorious criminal may be holed up, hatching his dastardly schemes.

But what we'd like to bring to your attention today is a threat of the likes the world has not seen since the rise of Dragon, the revolutionary. Insidiously, this mastermind has bided his time for two decades, slipping beneath the notice of even the most diligent marine, waiting for the world to forget him. And while the world carried on, unsuspecting of the danger growing just beneath the surface, this man gathered his strength and forged a plan so preposterous, so terrible, so vile that even now we scarcely dare believe it.

The Storming of Impel Down!

This criminal genius has opened the proverbial gates of hell, releasing dozens if not hundreds of the most heinous criminals to have ever walked the earth. Not only that, but he has also recruited them, unifying the egoistical and fiercely independent villains into a fanatically loyal horde of monstrous power, shedding the mask of a middling pirate and revealing his true face to the world. The face of a man unafraid to threaten the emperor Shanks to his face, a man audacious enough to challenge and subsequently ally Whitebeard, a man of such unrivaled cunning so as to orchestrate the single greatest prison break in the history of the world!

That his deeds only came to light days after the entirety of the World was sent reeling from the aftermath of his clearly fake "livestream" of the war reveals the extent of his unfathomable intellect. It is truly a great failure that such a threat had gone unnoticed until now.

Buggy the Clown Prince of Crime has rapidly established himself as the black horse in race to fill the vacuum left behind by Whitebeard's demise. While he has once more gone to ground, no doubt to lay the groundwork for his soon to begin reign of terror, there is no doubt that he is currently one of the greatest threats to world peace.
