Chapter Two

Power Cranked Up To Eleven

It was about noon by the time Nick and Cynthia had both decided to let whatever had happened the night before go under the radar, and the Pokémon trainer had gone back home to get ready for her day. Nick, on the other hand, had been looking at the pile of journals, thinking to himself how all the girls who were there to be with him- the nine of them he knew of, at least- were all the people they looked like while also being the girls Nick had known as friends back before he apparently died and woke up in this new, ridiculously different world.

Bellatrix was his best friend Isabella, Tsunade was Isabella's closest girlfriend Tayla, which made it odd then that Fayth was Bellatrix's best friend here, being Isabella's worst enemy in school, Fiona. Tia was a girl named Heidi in the old world while Sephiroth and Genesis had been the twin sisters Gennifer and Lina in the world world, despite not being family here. Then there was Cynthia, embodied by his memory of Jasmine, the girl he had in fact dated once or twice even while holding his feelings out for Isabella. Looking back at the fading memories of the old world, Nick figured that deep-seated animosity was why Cynthia and Bellatrix always seemed a bit at odds with each other. Then, as he thought about it, he realized that Blisstina, the fourth Powerpuff, was another stand-in, this time of Christina, another oddly close change. Christina had been more a new student at school in the old world, making Bliss' entrance to Crystal Springs (and the party at Locke Castle) as in line with anything else going on.

With everything going on, I can only hope that there isn't any more women to pop out for this. Looks like I may already be at a total of eight, and any higher I don't know if I'll be able to keep them all under control. He sighed as he grabbed his house keys and left his house, opting to go about the town. There was a lot of stuff still going on he wanted to check out for himself, especially with how Bellatrix and Draco's fathers were acting.

Heaven..

Michael hadn't said anything to God yet about the appearance of another girl that seemed connected to Nick, even though the world reset should have assembled everything from the beginning. But, now Michael knew something wasn't right with this sequence of events. For one, it seemed the new world was still changing, things established at the beginning of the reset shifting as the world seemed to reach a more natural order in accordance to how the old world had. Michael would monitor the situation, but he was hoping that things didn't escalate into total war as the old world had kept falling into. It was a terrible cycle of existence.

Meanwhile, Navarro Commons..

A girl with dark blue hair streaked with a burst or sunset orange and purple opened her eyes and shot up in the bed, holding her head. "Ugh. What the hell..? Where am I?" She looked around the room at the podracing posters in addition to the band poster she didn't think she knew. "Podracing? Isn't that from..?" She held her hand out on reflex, yelping in shock as something zoomed into her hand by an unseen force. "What? Was that.. the Force?" That's impossible.. She thought as there was a knock on the door to her bedroom.

"Kery? Keryne, is everything alright?" Came the voice of what the girl could only think was her mother as a head of hair similarly colored to hers popped in the doorway.

Keryne? But my name's Sameera.. The girl thought as she nodded. "Yeah, mom. I'm alright. Just got surprised, that's all."

The older woman chuckled. "Well, you may want to get up. It's already past noon. You didn't drink too much of that butterbeer at that party for Nick up at Locke Castle, did you?"

That got the girl's attention. Nick? Negron? And Locke Castle is home of the.. keyblade wielders, what? Wait, seriously what's going on? I need to find Nick.. "Maybe. I don't usually sleep in so late. I'm up, mom. I'll go see if some fresh air will calm my nerves. I don't know what's up with me." I need to figure out what the hell is going on..

Sameera, or Keryne's, mother smiled. "Of course, sweetheart. Just make sure you're back before the Locke Cup tonight. It's tradition to go support your father, you know."

Nodding while not knowing exactly what her mother meant, Keryne nodded. "Of course, mom." Her mother closed the door as Keryne looked at the object now in her hand, frowning at the metallic tube of silver and blue. Sameera knew what this object was, but also knew it shouldn't have existed in general, the science was too sophisticated to create a real lightsaber. Wasn't it? Shaking her head with a long sigh, the girl got up and proceeded to get dressed. She had a friend- a crush- to find.

An Hour Later..

Sameera didn't know what to think. About anything she saw around her. Whether it was the literal tauntauns and astromech droids running around or the various alien species she saw as well as the multiple other people around with powers she knew shouldn't exist, let alone be in the same place together. What the fuck is this place? It's like.. someone mashed together a whole bunch of fiction out properties but.. how the hell? I live in a neighborhood of fucking Jedi, Mandalorians, goddamn Nightsisters! I'm half Jedi and half Mandalorian, a weird enough combo there. And now I'm walking through.. literal Ninja territory like Naruto.. Where are you, Nick? What the hell happened to the world?

After a short while, she found herself out of the hamlet of Ninja and into a- thankfully- normal-looking neighborhood, no superpowers or magic in sight for the most part. It was then she saw him, fumbling around in his pockets for his keys, or she figured since Nick had a horrible habit of losing his house keys. "Nicholas Anthony Negron! What the actual fuck happened to the world?!"

The boy in question turned around and gasped in recognition, but how surprised even the girl who would be known as Keryne Kenobi. "Sameera?!"

Moments Earlier..

Nick cursed as he realized he couldn't find his keys. He searched the pockets of his jacket, now magically enhanced thanks to Aqua and a few others up at Locke Castle. They had told him they each have the same enchantments on their casual clothes and a more battle-ready outfit would eventually be made for Nick, if things came to that. Unfortunately, he hadn't yet mastered how to focus hard enough to summon the keys to his hand as he searched within the pockets in vain.

Finally, he dug them out of the breast pocket no less, celebrating by pumping his fist in the air when a voice made him jump in shock. "Nicholas Anthony Negron! What the actual fuck happened to the world?!"

He turned to the voice, the tone all too familiar as he had been scolded by that voice before on multiple occasions for stupidity in the old world. But, he was surprised to realize the voice came from a familiar face to him now, having met young Keryne Kenobi- daughter of Obi-Wan and the Mandalorian Satine, amazingly enough. But he knew better as he saw the look of absolute confusion and desperation for answers in her eyes. "Sameera?!"

The girl only nodded as she approached, the two ducking into Nick's front yard. "How the hell do you know it's me? Seriously, what the hell is going on because I'm fucking lost."

To her surprise, Nick chuckled. "Yeah, so was I when I woke up here during the summer. But, how do you even remember what happened? As far as I know, I came here after I died."

The girls eyes widened. That was news to her. "What the.. What do you mean? Nick, you were alive, last I saw. Plus, everything kind of just exploded into white light and then I woke up just about an hour ago like this. How is this possible, Nick?"

"I don't know.. I seriously thought this was like an afterlife for me. I mean, seven girls wanting to be with me and they're all potentially capable of ending reality in general? Except Cynthia, unless you piss off her Garchomp enough."

"Wait, wait.. The fuck?"

"Oh, right. Um, Cynthia is Jasmine from the old world, as I've been calling it to myself. But, I'm the only one who knows about it, or was, so that's why I say it seemed like an afterlife deal. But if you're still remembering things, even if late and fully awakened in this new version of yourself.. Shit, what the hell did happen to the world?"

"Fill me in. On everything."

Nick nodded. "Yeah, of course. Come inside, before any of the girls come around. Bellatrix especially won't like the inclusion of a Jedi or Mandalorian into this situation, let alone a hybrid of both. Oh, Isabella, Meera. Or, technically we should get used to calling you by Keryne, everyone else will be."

"You know this version of me already?"

"Not the best, admittedly. You were new here, moved in with your dad from traveling around the country a couple of years ago. But, we met formally last night at my inauguration party into the ranks of the Keyblade wielders."

"I did hear about that from my mom here. She thought I drank too much butterbeer." Maybe I did, though, if it seems these girls and the ones from the old reality, world, whatever seem so closely one to one with each other. Together, the two entered Nick's house and Nick sat them down at the island in the kitchen as he explained what he'd found out since he woke up in this new reality of theirs.

~FW~FW~

"And that's the gist of it." Nick finished about forty minutes later. "Oh, and I'm starting to lose touch with the old memories, so I guess eventually I'm not going to know we came from a totally normal world. You probably won't either, eventually. It would be best, wouldn't it, though? So we aren't conflicted all the time between what we knew and what we know now."

Keryne frowned but nodded. "Yeah, you have a point. Still, though, how did all this happen? I mean I guess it's cool and all, but doesn't it all seem a bit.. I don't know.. tailored to you?"

"What do you mean?"

"Think, Nicky. It's kind of obvious. You have seven technical girlfriends. A goddamn harem, Nick! That's not normal at all back home, and here it isn't as common either. Especially not with a seventeen year old as the master." Keryne's eyes widened as she said it. "I'm not calling you that."

Nick laughed. "You shouldn't have to, I think. None of the others do, at least not like that. Not putting it past Bella, though."

"How did sweet but tough Isabella even become her here? Bellatrix seemed more like a Jasmine persona."

"You know, you're absolutely right about that, but the journals don't lie. Events line up with me meeting each of the other girls except for you and Blisstina from the old world's past. You especially are unforeseen because you woke up as yourself, not Keryne as you were last night. Either way, this is how things seem to work, now. And you being here right now can only mean that, if I'm right about Bliss as well, you're the ninth power to my harem, whether you like it or not."

Keryne blushed a bit. "I don't know about that. There's no way you can please nine women at once, not when Bellatrix Black is one of them." She giggled, despite the fact her mind was telling her the opposite.

"I don't want to even think about that right now. It's enough with what's gone on so far since I woke up, let alone the first day of school. Plus, I really hate knowing I have a forming harem. I just kinda want to get through high school at this point." He laughed again. "Otherwise I got way too much on my plate."

"Hmm. Sure. Oh, I guess that's one of the others, then?" Keryne asked as there was a knock on the door.

"Probably. Come in, it's open." The door opened to reveal Bellatrix- of course- whose smile fell as she saw the other girl present. "Hey, Bella. Everything alright, love?"

Bellatrix nodded, eyes never leaving Keryne. "Yeah, as right as can be. What's the Jedi doing here?"

Knowing who this girl had once been didn't help Keryne tolerate the attitude aimed at her as she stood up. "I was just leaving. Nick, I'll see you in school Monday. Later, Bella." She half-grumbled as she trudged out, making Nick sigh as he went over to Bellatrix and kissed her.

"You're back later than I expected."

"Yes, well. Father is still a tad hesitant knowing your.. unique situation. Now, really, why was Keryne here with you? Alone?"

"Nothing to worry yourself about, Bella. Not now at least. But, this is a rare time when any of you girls can have me to yourselves as is. And knowing you, you already knew I would otherwise be alone."

Bellatrix giggled. "It's not like I stalk you or anything, Nicky. I have much better things to use my time on." She smiled. "Oh, and Draco told me something. Apparently, his father's been acting strangely, as you noticed and brought up to my father, since about the start of summer. He said Lucius was more withdrawn in the beginning, but by the time school started, he was full-blown fanatical about this master he speaks of."

Beginning of summer, huh? Does that mean my death and therefore appearance in this world made something change? "But of course, that doesn't answer the question of who it is, does it? For those answers, we're going to have to wait it out and see what happens."

Bellatrix nodded. "Yes, a close eye to be sure. So, you said something about having plans for us today?"

Nick nodded. "Yes, I did. The way I see it, Cynthia and I have technically gone on a couple of dates already, and at that I owe each of the rest of you girls at least one to even it out a bit. Cynthia already agreed to such plans and will be occupying herself with training her Pokémon for the Conference starting next month." Pokémon trainers held annual tournaments to find the best out of them, Cynthia having been crowned Champion the last two years already. At that, she knew she would have to train harder to make sure to keep that spot for another year.

Bellatrix smiled widely. "Good, then she can't come and take over your time like she has recently. So let's get going, then. I'd love to see what my man has in store for our date."

"I'm not just your man, love. Although that would make everything much simpler. Come on, then. I have training tonight, so let's get the date out of the way."

Now Bellatrix pouted, knowing Aqua was the one teaching him how to effectively wield his new weapon. "Does it really have to be her?"

"Bella, we talked about this last night. I know you don't have the highest.. tolerance for Aqua but she's the only qualified one to teach me how to use my Keyboard. If I can ever summon it, of course. There's no need to worry about Aqua joining the group. I'd never cross Vanitas like that." Albeit fading, the memories of how vicious Vanitas was when provoked flipped themselves through Nick's mind.

"True enough. That boy scares most others away from provoking him as is, let alone when someone says something about his girlfriend. Alright, then. I guess we have nothing else to do here." She sashayed over to the door, opening it and looking back at Nick. "You coming, boo?"

Nick nodded with a grin. "Of course, babe." With that, the two left Nick's house, not knowing a certain half Jedi was hitting all of their friends' houses at the same time.

Locke Castle..

Keryne felt the rush of using the Force to help propel her towards the somewhat imposing Castle settled into the mountains die down as she knocked.

Aqua opened the door, surprised at the visitor. "Keryne Kenobi? If you're looking for Nick, he's not supposed to be here until evening training, but-"

"I'm not here for Nick, actually. Is Fayth available?"

Aqua looked surprised but nodded. "Of course. Hold tight for one moment." Aqua ducked her head back inside. "Fayth! Keryne's here asking for you!" The older keyblade wielder's head popped back into view. "Just a sec. Come in." She left the doorway, opening it more as Keryne entered the entrance hall.

"Keryne? Is something wrong? Did we forget something in Science class?" Fayth asked as she descended the stairs by way of the banister down the hall, hurrying over to her friend.

Keryne shook her head. "No, not that I know of. I actually came to talk with you, Faye. Any chance we can walk through the Gardens?" The Balamb Gardens at Locke Castle were considered one of the Seven Wonders of Crystal Springs, and even from the far-off view of them from the city proper they looked amazing and beautiful.

Fayth scrunched her nose but nodded. "Yeah, of course. This way." She led Keryne out through a side door, entering the Gardens swiftly. "Now, seriously, what's wrong? The last time you asked me to take you on a walk in the Gardens was.. Wait, is this about Nick?"

Keryne froze. "Um, maybe? Look, I know what I said back in eighth grade, but.."

Fayth smiled before bursting out in mirthful laughter. She stopped when she saw Keryne's surprised face. "Sorry, sorry! Keryne, I always knew it was a lie back then. It wasn't going to change, either, look at the rest of our group. All eight of us."

"There's.. actually nine. You're forgetting Bliss. But, that's not the point. The point is that I had to ask you a serious question. Does the name Fiona mean anything to you?"

Fayth frowned at her, eyes narrowed before she gasped in sudden realization. "So it is you, Meera! I just thought Kery had the same personality and likes you did! When did you finally remember?"

Keryne took a shocked step back. "You already knew?! Why haven't you told Nick?!"

"Why would I? As far as I know, only you and I know of the old world. Although, I awoke like maybe.. four.. ish years ago so most of that life is gone to me. I only really remember my old name."

"Well, Nick knows about it. The old Nick has been awake inside the new one's body since the Summer. Apparently he died the day the world went white. But I only woke up this morning with my memories. Do you have any idea why we would remember such things at different times?"

Fayth shrugged. "No clue, really. If I had to guess? You had to wait for the right time. You did only really talk to Nick last night for the first real time, and it could be conditional in the way of Nick having his old memories first for most of us, which would mean.."

"Any or all of the others have had mental breakdowns and kept them to themselves. But why not just give us all our memories at the same time so if we were apart from Nick, town or each other, we could just.. I don't know.. regroup?"

Another shrug. "I don't know, Kery. None of them have tried asking me before, but Sephy and Genie probably asked each other about it, being so close. Maybe go talk to them? I kind of have to get somewhere real soon."

Keryne nodded, frowning. "Shit, I'm sorry. I didn't mean to stop your plans. Go, I'll go find those two. Knowing how.. mishmashed this world is, they're probably both somewhere reminiscent of Final Fantasy.."

"Seventh Heaven Bar. They, as well as Tia, work there with Tifa. And Cloud for deliveries."

Keryne nodded, slower this time. "That tracks, actually. Alright, I'm off. See you around, Faye!" The Mandalorian Jedi said, rushing off.

Fayth shook her head, smiling. "Maybe it would help Nick accept the whole harem thing if he realizes we all know we used to be. We can hope." She said, closing the door to go get ready.

Shortly, Seventh Heaven Bar..

Keryne busted into the doorway, making Sephiroth, Tia and Genesis look at her, confused. The three looked at each other and then back at Keryne, all smiling. "Seems Sameera's finally joined the party. I guess it really isn't just us." Sephiroth said, making Keryne pout.

"Lina! Jennifer! Heidi! Fuck, it's good to know we all do remember ourselves, even if it doesn't last forever."

"Really? All of us? So Bellatrix knows she isn't actually such a colossal bitch?"

"I.. Don't know about that. But it would stand to reason since Nick knows, and Fayth, and the four of us, that the rest of them know as well. How did you all even come to this arrangement Nick mentioned to me this morning?"

"What arrangement? The whole harem thing?" Keryne nodded, making Tia chuckle. "Bellatrix brought it up originally. She hated that we all had feelings for him, but realized quickly that none of us are very good at the whole giving up thing. So, one day at lunch, she gathered the ten of us and told us all that it was alright, but it was only us ten, no more."

"Hold up. Ten? But I'm number nine, right? Who's number ten?"

"See, that's the weirdest thing.. We don't remember.. It's not like we don't know there was a tenth, there was, but it's who it was that we can't recall. Kind of like, thinking about it now, maybe we never knew they liked Nick in the original world and therefore here, their identity is a mystery. It shouldn't though, really. I mean, we all have the memory of making the pact with ten girls total, but only nine of us remember each other and none can remember the tenth and final girl."

"My personal theory is that, whoever it is, they weren't from the original world, and our old selves have muddled the memory up where we just don't know who it is because they weren't back home." Genesis shrugged. "The real question is, who could it be if not a person from what we perceived as our old reality?"

Keryne hummed. She had known Nick more than almost all of the other girls back in the old reality, and many of his tastes in video games, anime and the like. It was odd, though, that all of the girls other than Keryne and Fayth were canonical to their subject matter. Tsunade, Tia, Cynthia, Sephiroth, Genesis, Blisstina and even Bellatrix were all real characters as far as the fiction was concerned. But Keryne and Fayth were children of those original characters, Fayth of Nick's top shipping from Final Fantasy XIII and Keryne the- for all intents and purposes- love child of a Jedi who, from their code are not to have relationships. Not that that stopped it from happening. "Who were Nick's choices of.." She sighed. "Waifus that haven't been seen around town?"

The other three girls frowned. "Alita? From Code Lyoko?" Genesis offered.

Keryne opened her mouth but shook her head. "No, I distinctly remember her and the rest of the Lyoko crew moving away a few years ago. Has anyone seen Starfire? Or Harley Quinn?" It was weird that they all knew these names and the faces they belonged to so well, but yet didn't know whether they even existed or not.

"Kory Grayson, OG Robin's wife, as we would figure. And Harley and Ivy got engaged last year despite school, never a mention of Nick in any sort of romantic light. What about.. Rosalina?"

"Ooh, I bet she'd be cute, but negative. Blisstina knows her, Mario's space princess hasn't been to Crystal Springs in years, and is much older than us and has a daughter, I think. Pretty sure we know her, too. There's Akiza, right?"

"Yeah, Nick had a strange weakness to her. But, there aren't many duelists around town, even less of them from 5D's so I highly doubt that. What about from Zelda? I've seen Zelda herself around with Link, and man does he never shut up! Purah's always flirting about, too but there weren't many more.. What's got you looking like you just saw a ghost, Kery?"

The girl's eyes were so wide it looked like there was no sclera, just huge pupils of green and her face was actually a shade paler than Lillie Aether was. "You're right about the Zelda connection, I think. At least, for one of them. Midna exists but has no parallel to a girl from the old world and she's not only our age but has shown interest in Nick once Zelda and Link started dating freshman year. But that also then begs the question of where is Midna?"

"She may be on her way back home from wherever she's been the last few months already, who knows? What did you mean by one of them?" Sephiroth asked, now frowning.

"Rosalina has something to do with this, too. Think, she has a daughter. One our age. The mystery though still becomes where is she?"

The others thought about her words until Genesis gasped. "Roselie! Fucking princess Koopa herself. But, why do you think she's involved in all this?"

"You guys don't remember the last time we even saw her, do you? When her father suddenly abducted her from school three years ago?"

The girls all thought back to the final weeks of ninth grade..

Three Years Earlier..

The school had just been dismissed when there was an unusual whirring sound in the sky, followed by the appearance of one of Bowser's airships as a ladder lowered with the Koopa King himself positioned on it, megaphone in hand as the signal backfired momentarily. "Roselie! We're leaving now! We have a kingdom to take over!"

From the crowd, a blonde girl groaned as she shouted loudly enough to match the megaphone's volume. "I'm not going, dad! I don't want to be a part of any of your schemes! Just let me stay home and be a normal fucking teenager! I- waah!" Roselie Koopa was grabbed by a grappling claw and pulled towards her father.

"Fucking.. let me go, dad! Mom didn't want to stay with you but I have that chance! I need to tell him-" Her shouting continued even as the struggling girl was brought aboard the airship and it suddenly flew off out of the atmosphere leaving a stunned and partially confused student body behind.

End Flashback..

"I remember now! Rose said something about a confession, but never outright said who it was meant for.. you think she was talking about Nick?" Tia asked.

Keryne nodded. "It had to be. We made the Pact not long after she left, like we knew something would tear us all apart if we didn't."

It was true, the original Pact made in the old world had been done in such fears, and it seemed those feelings had followed them subconsciously into this new reality. "But then.. eleven girls? Nick's gonna die early." Genesis said, a lecherous smirk on her face.

"Cynthia beat you to it." The others gaped at her in shock. "I was with Nick before I came here. He told me he woke up this morning, naked and in bed with an equally nude Cyn. He thinks someone spiked his butterbeer at the party last night, probably Cynthia's as well. My point, however, is that Nick is actually capable of handling us all strangely well, as if we were molded to be with him or something in this world. I'm not complaining, but that's how the situation seems to be going so far. We just need to figure out where-" Keryne froze as a huge crashing sound came from outside, the girls rushing to see what had happened.

Outside, there was a wreck of some form of ship, it's shape round. Tia cocked her head to the side in wonder. "That kind of looks like.." She didn't have to finish her sentence as the top of the craft popped off violently, landing with a harsh thud several feet away as a clawed hand reached out and grabbed the rim of the ship's new door.

Roselie Koopa stood on the edge of the ship, grinning triumphantly at the other girls as she put up a peace sign. "Hey, bitches! Miss me?"

The others giggled. "Roselie! Where the hell have you been?" Keryne called out as the half Koopa girl jumped down, dusting off her leggings.

"Oh, you know. Here, there, the middle of a black hole. Normal shit when you're Bowser's daughter." She shrugged. "Now where's Nick?"

"I fucking knew it! There's our even ten, girls. Now we wait for Midna to pop back up and see if we need to hold another spot."

"Ten? What the.. What the fuck did I miss?" Roselie said, frowning.

"Come in, Rose. We'll tell you all about the Pact and what's changed since your father abducted you that day." Genesis said as she led the group back into the bar, Sephiroth opting to use magic to destroy the still smoldering remains of the ship Roselie had used.

Later, Crystal Park..

Weekend festivities by the Black Lake (not owned by but maintained by Bellatrix's family House Elves) were picking up by the time Nick arrived with Cynthia and Bellatrix on his arms. The others had said they would meet up with them at the lake, with Cynthia and Nick meeting up with Bellatrix on their way over. "You really spiked our drinks, Bella?" Nick asked the ebony-haired witch beside him incredulously as she nodded, proudly if Nick had to guess. "Why?"

"Because, while I may have been first girl in this harem situation when the Pact was originally agreed upon, that isn't the case now that it's starting to come to fruition. You and Cynthia have become closer than we used to be, and so I said fuck it and just let you two have your fun unimpeded."

Cynthia rolled her eyes. "Yeah, except you forgot to let us actually remember those events, Bella. I swear.. But thank you. Seeing as my body was really sore this morning, I can only interpret that as a very good time had." She giggled as Nick chuckled.

It was then, as they sidled themselves amongst the crowd of teenagers, that Keryne saw them and waved them over. "Nick! Bellatrix! Cynthia!"

The trio walked over to her, who was also with Genesis, Tia and Sephiroth. "Hey, girls. Everyone had a good day, I hope?"

"Oh, it was very enlightening, actually. Also.. Rose!"

From behind Genesis and Sephiroth emerged another girl, Nick recognizing her form as the fan made character turned unofficially licensed Mario Bros. character Bowsette, but her name rang more than a bell than he figured. "Roselie? When did you get away from your dad?"

"I escaped his doomed plans not long ago, took an escape pod back home. I was.. way too tired of being around dad.."

"Bowser is a very intense personality, Rosie, even to his daughter. But.. why come back so suddenly?"

The other girls all stayed quiet as Rose smiled coyly, sidling up to him. "Oh, I've had my reasons for running away from dad and back home for ages. I mean, I never wanted to go in the first place."

Nick nodded. "Yeah, that much I remember. Half the school expected you to use some Star Power to blow the ship up just to have your way."

"It wouldn't have worked. Dad upgraded the hulls of his airships so Star magic was as ineffective as most conventional methods. Dad didn't want mom blowing up his ships again for his bullshit." The half-Koopa smirked, showing off her sharper than average teeth. "But, I'm home now. That's all that matters to me. Didn't everyone's favorite little nerd miss me?"

Nick blushed lightly, confirming the suspicion Keryne had at Nick being Roselie's mystery man. "Yes, Rose, I did miss you. Only one gorgeous girl could cause such unique chaos around here."

Now Roselie blushed, as Nick had never complimented her so easily before. He'd always been too oblivious, or shy, to do so. "Hey, hey! Where'd the sweet words come from? You're not one thought of for being romantic verbally." She flirted playfully as Nick looked back towards Bellatrix and Cynthia.

"Yeah, I wasn't. Until it became clear to me that I.. I didn't want my girls fighting each other over nothing. You included." Nick smirked, having fully realized the princess' affections around the time Bowser had abducted her from school.

"Y-you.. You knew?"

Nick shook his head. "Not when you were taken away, no. That realization came a few days later. Another reason why I figured you'd have been back home ages ago."

Roselie smiled, her Star magic activating as it created a small localized field of floating stardust. "And here I was wondering whether I'd have to take drastic measures." The way she smiled sent shivers down the other girls' spines. Roselie could have meant that statement in a few different ways.

"And by drastic, you mean..?" His question cut off when Bowser's daughter completely leaned into him, their lips meeting.

Nick took the initiative quickly, the inherited drive from her father making Roselie try her hardest to gain control from his lips, but to no avail as she moaned into Nick's embrace. Nick could taste Roselie's breath as their tongues wrestled each other, the sensation of fire and cinnamon alike and hinted with vanilla adling his senses somewhat until Bellatrix came between the two and- grabbing Roselie's in fact overly sensitive horns- pulled them apart. "Yeah, we're all happy Rose is back, now can we not hog our man? Tonight is literally day two of this harem situation actually happening and we each have had our alone time with our Keyblade-wielding nerd." Roselie had embers forming at the corners of her mouth. "Alright, you, Kery and Bliss are the exceptions right now and some of us have already hit that final base."

"You forced that hand, Bella. Should have spiked your own butterbeer instead." Cynthia teased the ebonette.

"Oh, I did. Just not in the same way as I did to yours and Nick's. In fact, mine had much worse side effects on me without the added reward you got." Images flashed through the young witch's mind of the night before after they had gone to their homes from the party at Locke Castle, scenes of Bellatrix in very compromising poses doing equally as compromising actions until she finally knocked herself out by exhaustion about three hours before she showed up at Nick's that morning. "If I'd been the one in bed with him, let's just say daddy would be very upset with my decisions."

Bellatrix's older sister Andromeda happened to pass by at that moment, the nineteen year old smacking her in the head. "Bellatrix Libra Black! You did not do what I just heard you imply, did you?!"

Bellatrix yelped as she held her head. "Ow, Andi! What in Merlin's hairy balls did you do that for? Father already agreed of Nick and I and terminated the contract to Draco in front of my eyes." She was now pointing a finger menacingly at her older sister, who just watched in interest. "Plus, I'm legally an adult by our customs, so what's the harm in a little aphrodisiac potion slipped into my butterbeer?"

"It's not that that I'm worried about! You didn't put any in hers, did you?" Nick stifled a chuckle at the scene, even without the full context. Cynthia, however, seemed a bit fearful.

"Wait, what in Arceus are we talking about, here?"

Roselie, however, was her chaotic self as she took a sniff at Bellatrix before bursting out laughing. "Oh my God, you smell so.. Oh, you put yourself into some bad heat spell, didnt you? Probably spent half the night-" Bellatrix waved her wand and due to her non-lethal intent, successfully caused Roselie's mouth to glue itself shut.

"Shut up, Rose! I miscalculated, alright? I didn't realize the slightest imbalance would cause it to become a hybrid aphrodisiac and fertility potion. A seriously powerful one at that."

"Bellatrix!" Cynthia screeched. "We all agreed on dating him until graduation, not becoming baby mommas. The fuck are you doing?"

Bellatrix shrugged. "I figured there was enough time wasted not being together beforehand. I already said it, I fucked up the potion into something much worse, and I paid for it all night. End of story."

The other girls left it alone, but Nick could see Rose wanted to egg the teenage witch on further. Fortunately, the Celestial-powered Koopaling kept her mouth shut at his insistent look. As a group, Nick and the rest of the girls (bar Blisstina, who even her sisters didn't know where she was at that time) decided to enjoy the party.

It wasn't too long until the group had all arranged themselves on the grass by the lake shore, just looking up at the stars. Nick couldn't keep up with half of the girls, who identified constellations that otherwise had never existed along with the ones he knew, like Draco and Cassiopeia. It wasn't much longer when Roselie pointed excitedly towards the sky near the moon. "Hey, look! Mom knows I came home." Indeed, it seemed her mother did know as a meteor shower of Star Bits began raining down on the town.

"What a welcome home. Now, what about your father?" Nick asked her, tilting his head towards the direction of hers.

"What about him? For his size, the King of Koopas is almost harmless when you realize a plumber a quarter of dad's height repeatedly beats him down. I doubt he could do much to you anyway, Mister Power Immunity." Roselie scoffed, smiling playfully. She really didn't appreciate her father and his actions, it seemed. Granted, he did kidnap his own daughter. "Plus, mom won't let him get close to here for a while. Not unless he pulls a Super Crown out of his ass."

Nick furrowed his eyebrows. "But.. wouldn't that just turn him into a more mature version of you?"

"Yes, but Dad has higher intellectual abilities when in Bowsette form. No idea why, but he thinks a lot more clearly and can scheme much more effectively. I destroyed the ones he had on the ship, except this one, but.." She pulled a Super Crown from her Koopa shell, which she was able to alter into a backpack using both the Celestial Star Power Rose gained from Rosalina as well as the otherwise dormant Celestial Dragon magic from Bowser's ancestral line. "I don't know why I took it."

Nick put his hand out for the item, which Roselie handed him, and turned it over, inspecting it. It was different than the ones from the few game appearances the power-up made in the old world, though, but only somewhat. The two unblinking eyes were still present, but the Toadstool that sat on the inside of the crown wasn't pink like it should have been and was instead colored a glittering, chrome-like gold with sequin-esque silver spots. "Maybe because this isn't a Super Crown. Those have pink Toadstool caps, not shining gold ones. Whatever this one really is, it probably called out to you. Whatever the reason there is."

Roselie took the item back, humming. "Just what are you scheming, little power-up?" The eyes still didn't blink, which unnerved almost everyone as there was suddenly a light brighter than any present in the sky- even from the meteor shower- an object falling to the earth in a trajectory opposite of the Star Bits and falling to the ground immensely fast. Roselie's vision saw what the object was as she gasped. "That's a person falling!"

The other girls all stood up instantly, Nick following as Roselie helped him up. Genesis and Sephiroth were about to unfurl their wings when the object changed trajectory.. straight towards Nick and the girls. The girls all reacted in the same way as they instinctively went to defend Nick from the object since his Keyblade had yet to be summoned. Then, as it got all too close for the girls to handle, the person slowed down until they made a dead stop in front of Nick, the green magical glow dissipating slowly from the person, now recognizable as a girl their age. One Nick thought he recognized at once. "Midna?"

The light fully dissipated in a light wave of green fire as it fell towards the ground beneath the teens, leaving no scorch marks but the supposed Midna still floating in midair. Once her feet touched the ground, clad in modern sneakers that had a very Zelda-esque aesthetic to them, she opened her eyes and sighed gratefully as she saw who she was in front of. "Finally, it worked! Ugh, you guys have no idea how many other realities I've accidentally wandered into. There was even one where we're the pop culture icons. Well, those of us who exist in that world."

Nick chuckled, realizing this girl somehow wound up in the old world, or some alternate reality version of it that existed here in his new reality. "I could see it," He locked eyes with Keryne, who was frowning. "But, who are you? If not Midna, at least."

"Midna? You mean my mom? C'mon, Nicky, you and I both know how me and her look exactly alike for most aspects but I'm just as troublesome as my father ever was. Princess Mina Dragmire!" She posed, pointing one hand towards the sky as green fire and lightning magic both struck the ground just behind her. Thankfully, this wasn't as ridiculous and event because many people were still paying attention to the meteor shower more. "Daughter of the Twili, heir of the Gerudo! Master thief and sorceress! I have returned to rule this land!" She smiled playfully, giggling as she shot her hand out towards Nick. "And with my prince at my side."

This was apparently too much for Nick's mind to handle, as he effectively shut down before collapsing to the ground, the girls around him either exclaiming in surprise and going to help him or yelling at Mina for what she'd done. Things just kept changing and at the rate it was going, even the Big Man knew naught of what the future would hold for this new world.

A/N: Finally finished this one up after days of deliberation about how to end it. I figured a pass out cliffhanger was needed, especially since I decided to bump the number up to eleven instead of the ten I was originally planning (There was no Roselie, just Mina but I couldn't pass up using Bowsette. She deserves more attention these days lmao). And having them both be daughters of villains and heroes is supposed to drive further the point that this world has no outright evil villains, they just go about their shenanigans and get on with life after probably some intense therapy. But the utopian setting is slowly disrupting itself, for reasons I don't even know myself and will probably blame on some stupid macguffin. I apologize in advance for this. Anyway, next chapter will have Mina talk with the girls who remember their old world lives (more than you think but not all of them) as Nick undergoes his Dive. Ugh, I just know it's gonna be a long while for the update to be published.. Fuck.. I did this to myself, lmao.
