Chapter 2: A Devil's Hunt
Night*-* Neighborhood
"Hey dad?" Asked a young man getting out from a car. As his father clicked on the button on his keys to lock the door
"What is it son?" Wondered the boys father turning around to look at him
"Well it's just that, I've been thinking that lately there's been so many things going on here in Kuoh." Answered the boy as he began to walk towards the a small looking house "So I've been thinking that we should stay out of town tomorrow and go visit grandma."
"Haha, Kiddo do you really want to see your grandma? You know that Kyoto is much more dangerous?" Chuckled the boys father leaning on his car
"I mean well yeah there's been some Cult stuff happening here in Kuoh, don't you think it's dangerous to even be out here in the night?" Asked the boy while his father shook his head as he began to walk to the boy
"Chikao you worry too mu-" Cut off the boys father
Vroom! Thwack!!
Time had slowed down for Chikao as he saw a figure in a bike, carrying a metal bat, hitting the back of his father head. Soon he watched his father fall down on to the floor. Chikao was in disbelief at what had just happened. The back of his father's head was cracked, blood was spilling out, as his body laid motionless on the floor. "D-D-Dad?!!" Cried Chikao
The two people on the bike sped off through the night. The driver was a young man that had long brown hair that reached his back.The one carrying the bat was wearing a black biker helmet. They both were wearing a long sleeved white jacket. On the back of the jacket they had an insignia of a Rottweiler biting into a cross with its sharp teeth. Above the insignia it read 'Hell Hounds'
"Guh!" Gulped the one wearing the biker helmet. Holding back the urge to throw up
"Hey don't throw up on the bike!!" Warned the driver as they took a sharp turn "Remember Kentaro you knew what you singed up for!"
"Yea-Yeah!" Nodded Kentaro
"Ah!! I can smell another one!!" Shouted the driver as Kentaro held the metal bat "To your left this time!!"
Thwack!! Thud...
Thwack!! Thud...
Thwack!! Thud...
They sped around Kuoh Town Kentaro hitting anyone that the driver told him to hit...4 People that he killed today...They finally finished as they began to drive to a vehicle graveyard, where the fence had been broke, there were around 40 members. Some of them were on their bikes waiting for them."Yo Ryo!" Shouted one of the members as they pulled over "How did it go with the new recruit?"
"Hehe, The usual initiation." Chuckled Ryo as he got off his bike alongside Kentaro who fell on his knees as he took of his biker helmet. Which revealed his short black spiky hair
"Will this finally get me in?" Asked Kentaro looking at Ryo who smirked at him as he pointed at a small place where cars were piled up, it almost looked like a metal cave, "All you have to do now is meet the Dog Devil and your done."
Kentaro wobbled his way on to the small cave where he was hit with a strong smell of iron, Soon a giant head poke out to reveal. A dog...A giant Rottweiler that had foam on its mouth...It's face looked as though it was peeling off...It's eyes were blood shot, it's pupils were red, It sniffed at Kentaro "So how do you feel after killing those prey?" Asked the Dog Devil, It's voice was deep and it had a sort of growl to it, as he looked at the fear in Kentaro's eyes
"It felt horrible at first but...It began to feel less bad then it felt good!" Admitted Kentaro but, in reality he still could hear the sound of the heads cracking
"...You lie to me human...I can smell and detect the doubt of your taste in blood. You are unfit to make a contract with me." Stated the Dog Devil as Kentaro began to slowly walk away only to be stopped by Ryo, with the other members right behind him. "All you will be in life is prey. So you will now die as prey."
Thwack!!
"A-A!" Stuttered Kentaro but soon his stuttering stopped as he had been hit by a metal bat. He fell to the floor. Ryo had been the one who hit him in the back of his head. The last thing Kentaro saw was Ryo grinning, with some saliva dripping out from his teeth, as his body dropped to the floor
"But you Ryo, have proven to me many times that you're a true hell hound. Your taste in blood is unmatched by the others.You bring me food and recruits. Soon I will reward you." Praised the Dog Devil as it brought forward its paw, that lacked some hair which showed some of its skin peeling off as well, and pulled the unconscious Kentaro towards him. It soon opened it's mouth and
Chomp! Munch! Gulp
"Am I interrupting something?" Asked a voice sitting on top of the cars. The Hell Hounds looked up to see a man with black wings.
"Not at all Dohnaseek." Assured the Dog Devil as Dohnaseek flew down. While the Dog Devil feasted on Kentaro's body
"Well that's good since I have a job for your crew." Mentioned Dohnaseek pulling out some photos "I want your Hell Hounds to capture this boy."
"What do I get in return?" Wondered the Dog Devil
"Hehe, this boy has a sacred gear attached to him. If you eat him, I'm sure that you will have a one of kind taste. And as an added bonus he's a virgin." Stated Dohnaseek.The Dog Devil smiled ear to ear hearing this, he had some flesh and blood from still devouring Kentaro.
"The flesh of a virgin with a sacred gear. This boy will truly taste marvelous!" Smiled the Dog Devil as Dohnaseek dropped the photos on the floor and soon flew away "My Hell Hounds find and bring me this boy. Make sure you don't kill him I want to experience this taste."
"As you command!!" Bowed down the Hell Hounds as they looked at the photo that showed Issei walking alone by a bridge.
Early Morning*-*Issei's Room
Ring! Ring!
"Wake up! Wake up! Don't be late today we are going to have a private lesson you and I."
Rang Issei's alarm clock, that had the image of a seductive teacher wearing red lip stick, He soon hit it as he smiled since today it was going to be a good day.
A few moments later*
He had put on his uniform as he sat down to eat breakfast already. 2 Onigiris, 1 Sunnyside up egg with ham, Three small tomatoes and fruits. Pickled vegetables and small mushrooms. The TV was on right now
"We bring you today the unfortunate news that 4 people where attack yesterday. Taiga Yuu age 54, Souta Hayate age 20 , Jiro Rikuto 38, Emi Nariko age 16. All of these victims unfortunately died to blunt trauma in the back of their heads. May they find peace in the after life." Reported an Anchor Woman then the camera changed to another Anchorman receiving a stack of papers
"As to who attacked these people, it was no other than the Hell Hounds.The Public Safety Devil Hunters have now declared ways to avoid encounter with this gang that is affliated with a Devil. Don't go outside at all when it's Dark. That's when they start attacking anyone who is unfortunate to step outside." Declared the Anchorman as it now changed to a grizzled man, who had blonde hair, with a scraggly facial hair and a stitched scar running across his left cheek from his mouth. With two piercings on his left ear and one on his right ear, the man was wearing a Public Safety Devil Hunter uniform with a large overcoat.
"Natsu here reporting from Kyoto. So Mr. Kishib-" Tried to speak one of the reporters holding the mic as the man pulled something out from his over coat. A silver flask...He opened it then he took a sip...A long sip as he soon closed it "...So Mr. Kishibe what's your current knowledge on the Hell Hounds?"
"Those delinquents? It's just a bunch of goddamn brats, making contracts with things that they shouldn't mess with." Answered Kishibe in a monotone voice with an unchanging expression "Sooner or later those fools will end up dead."
"Ohh. So have you found their location or hideout?" Asked the reporter
"That's confidential. But all I can say is that when we attack those hooligans we will show them the same mercy that they have shown to their victims." Stated Kishibe as the cameras cut back to the Anchorwoman
"Well then it's time we move to our other story. Yesterday the Chainsaw Devil was seeing fighting the Devil Crow."
"Wow...That Devil Hunter is odd..." Believed Issei as he finished eating and stood up to go to the door "Thanks for the food mom."
"Issei when are you going to get a girlfriend?" Wondered Issei's Mom as Issei knew where this was going already
"Come on Issei you gotta bring one home at least!" Insisted Issei Dad. Issei didn't hesitate to sprint out the door before he heard anymore questions like this.
Morning*-*Classroom (First Period)
"See I told you that at night there's a bike gang that attacks people." Reminded Cel as she whispered to her friends
"How did you even know that Cel?" Asked one of the girls
"Oh come on girl you know that I get my rumors from the best." Stated Cel "However...I didn't know that this Bike Gang was the Hell Hounds."
"Wait but haven't they been here for a while?" Remembered One of the girls as Cel, put her left hand under her chin, and tried to remember
"Hmm...I think they were here for 2 months if I remember correctly. But I think the reason that people didn't know it was them was because the attacks were so random. They have probably been here even longer than that." Explained Cel actually not knowing if everything she said was true
"Ohhh." Crowed the girls
"Well anyways come on I'm sure you have some better rumors than me." Observed Cel as the girls began to try to remember
"Ah! I have a good one." Spoke one of the girls as Cel and the other girls got closer to hear "I heard that a big shard of glass fell down on Hyousuke's stomach."
"What really?" Questioned Cel being intrigued with this rumor
Meanwhile Denji was annoyed...Not because he's hearing the girls rumor no. It was because he was still at school."That Scar faced asshole said that if I found something I would be out of here!!" Remembered Denji as he flipped a page, of the manga he was currently reading, however he soon stopped as the door slid open to show Issei entering
"Yo!" Spoke up Issei raising his hand. Getting everyones attention
"Ugh..He already showed up." Groaned one of the girls looking at Issei
"What did you get caught peeking again?" Asked Cel looking at Issei
"Nah I was hanging out with my girlfriend." Said Issei..."Have you seen her?"
"Hahahaha!!" Laughed Cel hearing this information "You having a girlfriend?!! What did you make a deal with the Imagination Devil?!!"
"Yeah not even this Gyaru remembers about Yuma..." Expected Issei as he had asked Matsuda and Motohama about Yuma before"What about Ms.Makima maybe she will remember!!? She was basically the one who saved me."a1
"You mean that black haired Hottie?!" Spoke up Denji, while he was still reading his manga, surprising everyone
"HUH?!!! YOU REMEMBER YUMA?!!!" Shouted Issei almost deafening the whole class
"Don't fucking yell at me!!!" Yelled back Denji turning to glare at Issei, who gulped, since he actually found Denji pretty intimidating "Yes I remember seeing her with you!"
"How the hell does he Remember Yuma?" Began to question Issei "U-Um so when was the last time you saw her?"
"Huh?! Shouldn't you know that shit yourself?" Asked Denji raising an eyebrow" How the hell could you forget a girl like that?"
"That's no-" Stopped Issei as Ms. Higashiyama entered the room
"A-Alright e-everyone." Tried to speak up Ms. Higashiyama but instead she had a stutter come out "To-Today we are having a pop quiz."
"Really?!" Let out one of the boys in the class
"But it's barely the second week!" Mentioned another boy
"Waaahhh!! I'm sorry!!" Cried Ms. Higashiyama as tears began to come out from her eyes...To say that the guys felt like assholes was an understatement
"You dumbasses! How could you act like that towards Ms. Higashiyama?! You all know how shy she is!" Scolded Cel as the boys began to look away in shame
"Wow..I didn't expect Ms. Higashiyama to break so easily..." Thought Issei while, Ms. Higashiyama was wiping her tears
"I-I'm sorry Sniffle but It's school protocol..." Revealed Ms. Higashiyama grabbing a stack of papers
"Yea-Yeah we are sorry..." Muttered one of the boys not even being able to look Ms. Higashiyama in the eyes
"...The Hell is a pop quiz?" Wondered Denji looking at the piece of papers as Ms. Higashiyama began to pass the papers out
Morning*-* Neighborhood
Nomo was standing near a bloodstained floor, alongside Two cops and one CSI. "This was the first report right?" Asked Nomo looking at the floor
"Yes. Yuu's son called 119 around 8:48 PM. The Ambulance arrived fast but it was nearly pointless...A hit like that in the head would leave anyone dead in a matter of seconds." Explained One of the officers as Nomo began to look around for any signs...Nothing
"Do we have any leads?" Continued Nomo looking at the CSI
"No not a single one.These attacks were way too random. It's just like the previous 94 victims, it's the same method as before." Mentioned the CSI looking a little worried "It's such a simple attack. yet...We still haven't been able to link anything to anyone."
"Wait but aren't the Hell Hounds a Bike Gang themselves?" Brought Up one of the Police officer "How could they be able to avoid any cameras or witnesses with that many victims?"
"Simple they are contracted with the Dog Devil which would give them a Dog related advantage." Answered Nomo
"How do you know that?" Wondered the Police Officer
"It's pretty self explanatory, with the name being 'Hell Hounds'. I'm sure you're are aware what happens when a Devil is associated with something that people fear." Explained Nomo looking at the officer
"But wait a second, something doesn't add up. Wouldn't this Dog Devil already be extremely powerful already? So why would it need more power?" Continued to Ask the officer
"Simple it's because dogs are pets.They are known as man's best friend" Explained Nomo as the officer began to understand "And I fully doubt that any dog owners would begin to fear their own pets. But, the Dog Devil must've also been somewhat strong on itself."
"Yea-Yeah I think I know why. It's because of the fear of being attacked or killed." Understood the Officer "One Last question sir. But wouldn't a Cult worshipping a Devil make it weaker?"
"No not really. Since they are most likely contracted with the Devil." Answered Nomo making a fox like sign with his right hand "When we are contracted with a Devil our emotions towards anything related to that Devil don't affect it anymore. Then from there we give something to be able to use it's power. Be it skin, organs, one of our 5 senses, fertility or life span...However sometimes a Devil could grow to be more powerful if they get a trade that's way more valuable than the power."
"S-So...?" Stuttered the Officer as he had a face filled with dread "H-How powerful would a Devil be if multiple people gave their life for nothing?"
"...That's why I'm here to prevent something like that from happening." Stated Nomo "But that's what I also don't get...Why haven't they done that yet?"
Ring Ring
The ringing was coming from Nomo's left pocket. "Excuse me for a minute." Excused Nomo himself as he began to walk away, he took a look at who was calling. It was from the Public Safety Department "You're speaking to Public Safety Devil Hunter Nomo."
"Good you answered. This is Kishibe speaking." Spoke Kishibe from the phone
"What may I help you with sir?" Asked Nomo
"It's about that feather that you sent from that human bird. We managed to find out why they were like that already." Mentioned Kishibe as Nomo just carefully listened "From what we found from the Lab is that this wasn't a human contracted with the Crow Devil. But it was more as if the person itself ingested a piece of the Crow Devil."
"Shit..." Began to Worry Nomo "Excuse me sir but, what about the body of the bird corpse?"
"Oh that dead thing? We managed to find out who the person was already from their blood. Rio,Takai. He had been reported missing by his brother Rio, Kentaro for 3 months. Apparently he had a record of being associated with a gang while he was attending Kuoh Academy.
"The Hell Hounds..." Uttered Nomo
"It maybe a stretch to assume but, maybe this case is worse than we originally thought. We thought that these cults weren't connected but, now it seems like these cults are working together for something."
Nomo just bit his lip as three crows were near power pole looking at him "All we have to do is find at least one and we could find a way to link them all together."
"Becareful Nomo. Don't drop your guard.Not even for a second. We don't know what's their end goal."
"Understood sir!" Nodded Nomo
"Caw! Caw!" Cried the Crows
Afternoon*-*Classroom(Last Period)
The classroom was done already the bell had finally rang. Everyone was leaving already but, Denji and Issei who stayed behind. "I want to destroy this place..." Wished Denji since he had just gotten 6 quizzes back to back "But then I will have to deal with Scarface..."
"Hey...Dennis?" Spoke up Issei surprising Denji a little
"It's Denji you assface." Reminded Denji looking at Issei, who's eye twitched hearing that insult "What do you want?"
"...Actually nevermind." Hesitated Issei "I really don't trust this asshole gangster, but Ms. Makima will know more than him."
"Now...What do I do?!" Realized Denji seeing Issei walking out from the door leaving him alone in the classroom" Do I follow him again?! I mean scar faced douchebag lied to me before. Nah screw this. I might as well go find something to do! Yeah!
"U-Um E-Excuse me." Spoke a voice surprising Denji it was Ms. Higashiyama. She was holding a piece of paper
"Yeah what is it?" Asked Denji tilting his head wondering what kind of lame stuff Ms. Higashiyama had in store for him
"Denn-Denji I n-need you t-to stay after school." Stuttered Ms. Higashiyama while Denji just listened
"Why?" Wondered Denji
"It's about your pop quiz...Yo-You got the lowest sc-score here. An-And it's this scho-school protocol f-for me to help you better that gra-grade. S-So we are going to stu-study on what parts you got wrong." Explained Ms. Higashiyama as Denji just had a dead panned expression but inside
"Goddammit..."
Afternoon*-*Principal's Office (After School)
Knock Knock
Knocked Issei on the door.
"You may come in." Answered Makima from the other side of the door. Issei opened the door to see Makima doing paperwork at the moment. She soon raised her head to look at him with those eyes, then she gave him a light smile. "What brings you here Issei?"
"Oh-Um." Tried to speak Issei. Since at the moment he was a little shy looking "It's about Yu-Yuma.I-I found it weird that no one remembers about her. And I was thinking that if you remembered?"
"Of course I do Issei. I don't forget anything, so you shouldn't worry about it." Stated Makima as she got up from her black chair. "Is there something else that you would like to ask me?"
"Yea-Yeah I was thinking about what Yuma was? Do you know?" Asked Issei making Makima put her hand underher chin looking puzzled at this
"I don't think I know Issei." Responded Makima surprising Issei since he thought Makima would know everything. "She could be the Angel Devil?"
"Bu-But then isn't she going to come back for me!" Began to worry as Makima stood up from her black chair. Soon she grabbed Issei's right hand with both of her hands.
"Issei don't worry. Remember I will always be there when you need me." Assured Makima
"I-I understand!" Nodded Issei as tried to not stutter, which he failed to do."Her hands are so warm and soft!!
"Anyways Issei. I need to go back to work." Mentioned Makima pointing at the loads of paper work that were on her desk. "So take care Issei."
Issei just watched as Makima walked back to her desk and began to write."...Should I really ask for her help when she's so busy...?" Contemplated Issei as he walked out from the door only to see Makima waving him good bye "...Man she's so kind."
"Hey." Spoke a voice that was to his left. Immediately Issei felt pissed knowing who it was that blond pretty boy. Kiba, who was currently leaning on the hallway wall, as Issei turned to look at him.
"What you want?" Asked Issei sounding annoyed
"Haha, sorry if I got you in a bad time." Apologized Kiba with Issei just looking at him, with suspicion"But my club president wants to talk to you."
"Huh? The hell did I do?!" Wondered Issei knowing damn well that he hasn't peek ever since Makima warned him that he would get expelled "It wasn't me I swear!"
"No. No It's nothing like that." Assured Kiba trying to calm down Issei "It's just that my president really wants to meet you."
"Then say that then!" Criticized Issei as Kiba just waved at him to follow him
"Actually know that I think about it was he here waiting for me the whole time?!" Realized Issei as he cringed a little of the thought of a guy stalking him.
Afternoon*-* Occult Research Club(Almost Sunset)
After Issei had entered the club house, that was a three story building, with the third story serving as a clock-tower. It has been painted white with a black roof with vines creeping up to the second story. Kiba led the way through this ominous looking hallways "I'm starting to think that I trust people too easily..." Looked back Issei "Honestly I wouldn't be surprised if I died right now."
"This is it." Mentioned Kiba now opening the door to the room to reveal three young woman waiting right now. One, she had a long ponytail, was currently standing up making tea. The other was a petite girl, sitting down, enjoying cookies. Then the other was the Crimson haired girl. Issei had never seen such beautiful hair before from anyone...It was breathtaking, along with the fact that she had the largest bust he had ever seen on any girl."President I've brought you Issei as you requested."
"Thank you very much Kiba." Thanked the crimson haired girl as Kiba walked to take a seat next to the petite girl" Welcome Hyoudou Issei. I'm Rias Gremory, a pleasure to meet you."
"He-Hello!!" Almost shouted Issei as his blood was currently flowing fast to his head at the magnificent sight of her chest "Nice to meet you!"
"My My, he's very hot blooded." Commented Akeno bringing the tea to the table, that was near the sofa, while Issei also stared at her chest that almost matched Rias's "I'm Akeno Himejima, a pleasure to meet you."
"N-No the pleasure is all mine! Hehe..." Began to breath heavily Issei
"What a creepy face." Pointed out the small girl stopping Issei
"Oh this Koneko Toujo. Sorry but she doesn't talk that much." Mentioned Rias as Issei just stood up looking at them...They looked familiar for some reason
"Hey...Now that I think about it you I think I've seen you all before." Stated Issei trying to remember where
"Well you must've seen us in the school magazine for clubs." Theorized Rias "But that's not what I'm here to talk about.
"Then what is it?" Wondered Issei "Is Rias going to ask me out?!!!"
"I would like for you to join my peerage." Stated Rias as Issei scratched his head
"Eh?" Let out Issei
"Well it's better if just bluntly say this. We are Devils." Stated Rias shocking Issei to his core
"Bu-But all of you don't look anything like Devils!" Pointed out Issei while Rias just shaked her head. Soon Issei's eyes bulged out from his eyes, as Rias stood up to spread some wings..Dark bat like wings.
"We aren't the Devils that you see on television."Explained Rias while Issei just continued to be in awe at the sight of these wings. "We are Devils that have existed way before these type of Devils. More accurately we are the Devils you hear in Christianity."
"So...Do you all eat people too?" Asked Issei not even knowing why he asked this
"...No we aren't those type of Devils. On the contrary we grant peoples wishes without taking any of their body parts. The only payment we ask is money and power." Explained Rias "You still have that flyer on you right?"
"I-Um kinda threw it away when I got home..."Confessed Issei
"Well no matter I was here to also discuss about another thing. You encountered a Fallen Angel right?" Asked Rias getting another reaction from Issei. As Rias dropped a picture of Yuma on the table
"So you also remember about Yuma?!" Questioned Issei looking at the picture then at Rias who raised an eyebrow
"Does someone else remember about this angel as well?" Wondered Rias causing Issei to bite his tounge
"Oh shit!! I said so much!!" Thought Issei not knowing whether to mention Makima. "Ye-Yeah another student in my classroom remembers about Yuma!"

Rias didn't know what to think of this"I know that Sona wouldn't talk about this...So who would be immune to having their memory wiped out other than a Devil, Fallen Angel or an Angel? Is it Makima?!" Tried to understand Rias "Oh sorry my bad. I was thinking about something. Anyways you know what Fallen Angels and Angels are right?"
"I know about Angels but, not about Fallen angels." Answered Issei
"Well Fallen Angels are Angels who have once served God, but were cast down to the underworld due to their wicked nature. Back then they were trying to manipulate human to destroy us Devils. Even the angels who were sent by God himself commanded them to hunt us down." Explained Rias as Issei just scratched his head but he picked up on something
"Wait...Didn't you say back then and why was I targeted if I'm not a devil?!?" Pointed out Issei
"That's because right now we're in a 24 year long truce. As to why you were attacked it's because you hold something very powerful. The Fallen Angel that attacked you. Must've found it to be a threat to the fallen angels." Answered Rias the two questions that Issei had" So right now there's a total distrust between the three factions. For all we know some of them are already preparing themselves to attack one of the parties."
"So...You want me to join a war?" Asked Issei getting a little nervous
"No we aren't in a war right now. To tell you the truth I really want you to join us because of your power." Stated Rias still leaving Issei confused as to what was this powerful thing he held...His hornyness?"If you join my peerage I can help you harness your power. And many more other things that I will help you in."
"What's the catch?" Pointed out Issei since this sounded too good to be true
"Well you will become a Devil yourself. You will gain Immortality, strength, endurance, enhanced senses and magic." Explained Rias as Issei put his hand under his chin "Of course you don't have to make this decision right now. I know that it's a hard decision to make but, if you decide not to. You will most likely be in harms way."
"Ok so...Eh?!! I still get screwed over!!" Donned on Issei at the fact that it's basically a lose-lose situation "But Ms. Makima will protect me...No what kind of a man would I be if I just became a burden to her..." Viewed Issei his on weakness but "Could you give me till tomorrow to think about it?"
"That's totally fine Issei. Thank you for your time then." Thanked Rias as Issei stepped out
"President did you really have to tell him the immortal part?" Asked Akeno putting down a cup of tea on the table
"Why wouldn't I? Immortality seems like a blessing to us but it's a curse to a human who has made bonds with other humans." Explained Rias taking a sip
"You're right about that however...Don't you think that his Sacred Gear could prove to be extremely valuable?" Added Akeno watching Rias taking a good sip of the tea
"I know Akeno if we are able to get one more sacred gear user. We could be able to go hunting for some minor Devils without making a huge commotion." Understood Rias as she looked down on her tea "I mean we could just use Magic...But those damn Devils have been getting more resistant to Magic."
Sunset*-* Classroom
Denji's brain was in pure an utter pain...He didn't know that school could do more damage to him than any battle he had ever had with any Devil. He was almost done writing down the important notes for tomorrow. "Alr-Alright Denji you ar-are almost done." Mentioned Ms. Higashiyama looking at the Algebra notes Denji had written on his journal

The door slaming shut shook her to her core to say the very least. "Why do I have to get the deliquent when I'm undercover...?" Wondered Ms. Higashiyama looking at the sunset from the window. "Though I really like getting double the pay while being here and being a spy...I might quit this if he becomes a problem..."

Issei just found his way out from the occult research club but, soon he noticed a familiar face. Denji walking out already "What is that gangster asshole still doing here?!" Pondered Issei looking at Denji walking to the left.
"Wa-Wait!!" Shouted a voice. Issei turned around to watch Ms. Higashiyama running holding a Journal. She already passed by Issei as she looked to be trying to give Denji his journal
"Well...This isn't my problem." Shrugged Issei turning to the left. As he prepared to just go home "...Becoming a Devil...What would Ms. Makima think of me if I told her...?"

Issei turned around to see that 5 people riding Motorcycles, two were on the back of the driver while one was by himself, they were approaching him. One of them stopped right in front of him, his bike looked to be an adventure type bike, Issei stepped back a little "Hey you!!" Shouted one of them wearing a red biker helmet "Come with us!"
"Huh?!" Let out Issei not knowing what the hell these people wanted from him. "I don't even know any of you."
"Oh we know." Stated the one wearing the red biker helmet. As the others began to almost circle Issei like sharks "But we know who you are...Issei."

He fell on the floor before he even knew what happened. Two of the bikers had pulled out a metal rod that they had on their backs and swung at his legs knocking him down. "ARGHH!! Groaned Issei feeling as thought they had just broken his legs.
"Don't worry the pain will only last a little." Assured the red helmet biker. As he pulled a bloodstained bat from his back. "You will soon be asleep for awhile." Continued the red helmet biker as he walked closer to Issei

He hit Issei in the back of his head...Issei had been knocked unconscious. "Ryo hurry this shit up before anyone calls the cops." Hurried one of the bikers. As Ryo walked to his bike to grab a chain.
"You act like this is the first we ever kidnapped anyone." Chatted Ryo beginning to wrap Issei hands. "And just to make sure. You go kill those other two that are near while me Namiko, and Kanon take this guy to the Dog Devil. Oh and don't hold back against that blond one he's got an interesting smell."
Sunset*-* Police Station(30 minutes before Issei gets kidnapped)
Nomo was currently sitting right next to a CSI, they were in a clear white room, as they looked down at the objects that were on a metal desk. Clothing, School Work, Rings, Necklaces, and Journals. "So this is all they could find right?" Asked Nomo looking at the objects, he was currently wearing a face mask and a latex gloves, while the CSI had a microscope.
"Yes this all the officers could find in the small house that Kentaro lived in." Responded the CSI looking at the rings "We didn't find the suspect at all in his apartment, so far the school records show that he began to act odd around the end of his school year. He had been reported absent multiple times . But the odd thing was that his grades were in the top 8%."
"So why would a kid that smart do something so stupid as to join a gang?!" Wondered Nomo looking at the school work. They were almost perfect scores all of them. "Wait his brother..."
Nomo looked at the journals that were there and Immediately grabbed. He began to read it

Nothing he still hadn't found anything. All the journal had was just pure work or either useless info. There were two remaining one that read 'Health studies' and the other that had 'Just another day'... He knew which one to grab he scrolled around the pages. He soon stopped at a page that caught his attention

Been a while since I wrote on this thing. Haha, it's almost funny writting on this thing. Takai-san would call me a dumbass for even worrying about him. But I don't know what to do. He's gone missing. I thought he said that he was going to leave that stupid fucking gang. But no he wanted to act like the big brother and go do jobs that could get him killed. All of that money just to support me and him...I honestly feel like such a burden to him. He's still sending me money when he hasn't even showed up for the past two weeks. I wonder if he will show up soon.

I told them that Takai-san has gone missing and all they said is that they would look into it.I get that the cults and shit have been a problem lately but, come on! Tried already many times asking anyone who knew him where they last saw him. Nothing again...I can't stand it anymore I always hear the same thing "Your his brother shouldn't you know?" No you idiots if I knew I wouldn't be fucking asking you. I'm so tired I hate going to school I try doing the work but, all that is on my mind is just where is my brother. Then when I get home I just look around the place and think 'God what did I do to deserve this?'. At this point I'm planning on just getting out from this town and head somewhere else.

Hahaha, God finally sent me a miracle!! An angel told me that she knew where my brother was. I didn't hesitate to give her my number. I didn't even care who she was! All I want is to know where my brother is. So that I...I can finally see him again.

I managed to get in contact with someone named Ryo he apparently met my brother! And to make things even better he knows where he is!! I told him to take me to him but, all he told me was that my brother was very busy with a project. I don't care if what he's telling me is a lie all I care is just seeing him again. He then asked me if I wanted to join the Gang. I didn't hesitate at all this is my one and only opportunity. Thank you God for this miracle.

All I have to do now is just do the Initiation and I can officially join the 'The Hell Hounds'. I know this is the stupidest thing I will ever fucking do. I know I should tell the police that the Hell Hounds are at Noboru's abandoned car graveyard. Issei opened, he was currently on the floor, his hands were tied to the chains. However he soon felt the worst head and leg pain in his life."This hurts like hell!" Believed Issei not even wanting to move his legs. He looked around to see that he was in a car cemetery. Where multiple people were just looking at him, some were either standing, or on their bikes. "What do you want with me?!"

"Word of advice boy. Don't open your mouth too much or we will make sure we break that jaw." Warned another Hell Hound pulling out a metal bat and hit it on his left hand.

Shouted the Dog Devil as it shook its head launching the Chainsaw Devil to a nearby stack of cars. There was a clear open wound the Dog Devil's right cheek."How dare you interrupt my meal!!

As the Hell Hound prepared to hit Denji ,with the metal pole, but he didn't expect the motorcycle to stop all of the sudden. As it soon began to be lifted in the Air, by Denji who was carrying the Motorcycle with both of his hands. His shocked however soon faded as he began to hear something. "AAAHHH!!! AAAAHHHH!!!" Screams of pain coming from the that was driving Hell Hound. He could see blood beginning to sputter on to his jacket as the Chainsaw sticking out from the driver's back.
"What happened weren't you two going hit me again?!!" Mocked Denji while the drivers screams soon stopped as he fell off the bike landing straight on the concrete floor. The Hell Hound on the back jumped off the bike to look at the this Devil looking at him.
"A-Ahhh!!!" Wailed The Hell Hound dropped started to run away.
"Hahaha, what's the matter? Scared of the Chainsaw Man?" Cackled Denji tempted to chase after The Hell Hound.
"A-A-A De-Devil!!" Stuttered Ms. Higashiyama as Denji just turned around to look at her."Don't eat me pl-please!!!

"But it'd be a lot more cooler if we went on a motorcycle!" Mentioned Denji looking at Kobeni just look down on the floor then at the bike

"So I got beef with you." Stated Denji as he spun the chainsaws in his arms.
"Foolish Devil. You made a fatal mistake challenging me." Growled the Dog Devil stepping out from the car cave. His body looked like that of a Rottweiler however there were some spot with clear signs of clear decay in his black fur, and by the side of his stomach there were human faces sticking out from it. Then it's neck had almost like a collar but it's collar was made out of bones. Last was it's tail that looked more like a red spine than a tail. "Your smell is disgusting. I can't stand it so, I will kill you quickly so I can resume back to my meal."
"I smell disgusting? Look who's talking you smell like pure shit." Spat back Denji taking one last look at Issei who was slowly closing his eyes. Then something unexpected happened.

However Denji jumped above the Dog Devil's paw, he sliced it with his right chainsaw moving towards it's leg, the Dog Devil Retaliated by opening it's mouth preparing to bite at Denji.

The Dog Devil bit at Denji's right arm. "Guh! Hehe, thanks for that dumbass!!" Chuckled Denji. He began to spin his Chainsaw. The Dog Devil's mouth began to cut apart, it's tounge was cut in half, while some of it's teeth were cut as well. The Dog Devil soon threw Denji to a nearby stack of cars. Once again he got up however, his right arm was messed up badly as there were currently some holes on it but, even worse of them his chainsaw retracted from the arm.

"Ugh such a disgusting blood..." Uttered the Dog Devil. Having its left leg healed but it's mouth was still messed up from the chainsaw. The Dog Devil once again rushed at Denji.

Denji was caught off guard by the sudden attack. The Dog Devil had spun around, to the left, hitting Denji with his red spine of a tail. "Argh!" Groaned Denji feeling as though his ribs had just been cracked. He however didn't have time for this as the Dog Devil pounced on Him. It pinned down Denji. It made sure to hold down Denji's left arm away, with his right paw, to prevent him from using that chainsaw towards him.

It began to bit on Denji's left leg soon he bit it to tore it off "Gahh!!" Groaned Denji as the Dog Devil spat the leg away. Now the Dog Devil was fully healed with that disgusting blood.
"Your blood is the most disgusting I have ever tasted. I don't know how a man that is half-devil and half-man is somehow more disgusting than that of a devil." Stated the Dog Devil while the foam from his mouth dripped down unto Denji's face "I will make sure you die a painful death for making me taste such an awful taste."

The moment the Dog Devil bit down on Denji's right leg he felt a familiar yet painful feeling...A chainsaw.

Before the Dog Devil could even spit Denji's right leg Denji had already began to spin his leg's chainsaw. It began to cut apart the Dog Devil's mouth apart again. The Dog Devil started to try and shake Denji off of it however it was in vain since this time Denji stuck his right leg on top of the Dog Devil's mouth.

Denji brought his up body closer to Dog Devil's face and soon stabbed it, with his right chainsaw, on it's left eye. "ARGHH!!!" Howled the Dog Devil in pain while Denji began to lick at the Dog Devil's blood. Soon his right arm healed it self ,with the added regrowth of his left leg. The moment Denji could move his right arm he stab it on it's right eye.

The Dog started to run into a stack of cars hoping to get Denji off of him. It failed Denji finally brought down both of his Chainsaws down.Cutting the upper mouth but, he still wasn't free, that's when a chainsaw grew on his left leg. He brought that chainsaw upwards tearing off a big chunk of the Dog Devil's upper mouth. Denji finally got fully healed this time. "Your blood isn't that fucking good either but it's like heaven when I get to fuck you up!!" Stated Denji rushing towards the Dog Devil "He's blind as fuck right now this is going to be easy!!"

Denji once again didn't expect the Dog to spin around to hit him with that red spine tail but, one thing didn't make sense to him how was he able to see his exact location. "DON'T COME NEAR ME!!!" Howled the Dog Devil in pain as it started to run away.
"Get back here you chicken shit!!" Demanded Denji as he started to trail on to the Dog Devil. He continued to tale on the cowardly dog as he finally caught up to him. Denji saw something that actually surprised him...Corpses that were that of the Hell Hounds on the floor.
"You!! How dare you kill my Hell Hounds!!!" Roared the Dog Devil

Kobeni stayed on the Motorcycle, as Denji had already jumped away having heard Issei's screams. "W-Why did they kidnapped Issei? Ha-Haaa what terrible things are they doing to him?!" Shivered Kobeni while she held on to the handles

"There's the intruder!!" Called one of the Hell Hounds as they started to rush towards Kobeni "It's a small woman!! She's a virgin so make sure you don't kill her if possible!!"

"Let's finish her off while our chief kills that other intruder." Suggested one of the Hell Hounds as the driver, driving the motorcycle, sped towards Kobeni. He was ready to hit Kobeni's head with the metal pole.

The Hell Hound fell to the floor. "What the hell?!!" Shouted The Hell Hound as he felt something had knocked him down. He brought his body up to see Kobeni behind the driver. "Did she jump off her bike and kicked me?!"

"Let go of me!!" Insisted the Driver as Kobeni currently had her left hand on the driver's neck. He continued to hold on to the handle revving it as he moved out of control where most of The Hell Hounds were beginning to move away trying to not get hit. Kobeni began to reach on to her backpack. She pulled out something a large knife, that had a black protective cover, soon she let go of the driver and pulled out the knife out the cover.
Stab! Thud...
Kobeni didn't hesitate stab the driver's neck ,right in the jugular vein, she soon pushed the driver off the motorcycle. Where she soon took control of the Handle with her left hand, while she held the Knife with her right hand "She fucking killed Uta!!" Shouted one of the Hell Hounds, who was driving, soon he sped towards Kobeni "Kill her!!"

The Hell Hound, that was behind the driver, swung at Kobeni. He missed but, Kobeni didn't as she had slashed at the Driver's neck. He let go off the handle and put his hands unto his open neck wound."Gah..Gah." Gasped the Driver's

They Crashed on to a stack of car killing both on impact as their heads hit the car. Some of the Hell Hounds gulped a little seing this small woman revving unto to the Motorcycle. She had their eyes on them. "All of you are from the Hell Hounds right?" Asked Kobeni as she pointed the knife at them.

"ARGHHHHH!!!!" Scream the Dog Devil in pain as Denji continued to cut through his body. Soon Denji pop out from the other side. He was covered in blood and the Dog Devil's entrails. As for the Dog Devil.

It's red eyes stared into Denji's glowing yellow eyes, Meanwhile Denji shook away the entrails that wearing on him "Don't think you've won...The other cults will bring you pain that will make you wish that you had died by me..." "Looks like your finally awake Issei." Spoke Makima startling Issei as he stood up. He looked to where he was. He was inside an expensive looking apartment, there was a giant bookshelf that was stacked with books, behind him was a small table, and the place where he had been laying down was a couch...Where Makima was sitting down...Had he been sleeping on Makima's Lap? "Are you ok?"
"It-It's..." Tried to speak as Issei looked down to see Dogs. He shook a little in fear at his previous encounter with dogs"A-A D-Dog!"
"Hello I'm Tiramasu." Spoke a silly voice it was Makima making a silly voice "Issei say hi to Tiramasu
"H-Hi." Answered Issei feeling uncomfortable at the moment with Dogs "How did I get here?"
"Don't worry Issei I saved you before you died. Take a look at your body." Assured Makima as Issei felt his side, his clothes had been fixed and his side...It was normal, Makima had saved him from death.
"Ms. Makima...I-I almost died before I could even repay you back..." Began to tear up Issei he felt like shit "Ha..Ha you are always saving me..When I haven't even done a single thing for you..Please stop protecting me."
Makima just looked at him puzzled "Issei I know that you will get stronger. I believe in you I know that one day you will repay me." Smiled Makima at Issei as he just tried to smile a little but failed

Smiled Ryo walking closer to the Dog Devil's Corpse. "I can't believe you ran away from that Devil. A shame I really thought you were the most ferocious Devil here. Ha, and to make it worse you didn't even reward me."
Ryo got on his knees "But don't worry I will make sure that the Hell Hounds don't go out like a bunch of bitches." Stated Ryo as he brought his mouth closer to the Dog Devil's corpse

"So long as we still got that Doctor with us we can still get closer to finding out ways to make Fallen Angels." Added Kalawarna closing her eyes
"But that damn brat still somehow survived getting killed." Coughed Raynare feeling annoyed at how Issei could still be alive
"Hahaha, but from what I heard was that Dog Devil took a bite off of him." Laughed Dohnaseek. Raynare relished at the thought of Issei suffering "That brat will for sure be even more scared now."
"Hehe, how about I go after him Raynare-Sama." Suggested the small girl in the Lolita attire
"Mittelt...You can go after you finish helping the Doctor by kidnapping more people." Stated Raynare looking the dissapointment beginning to fall into her eyes
"Awww but I wanted to kill the boy!" Complained Mittelt feeling down
"Ok let's leave things here. Right now I need to go back to that Devil." Agreed Kalawarna spreading her black wings as she took off
"Bye! Bye! Soon I will go after that boy!" Waved Mittelt flying away
"Raynare-Sama about your wing." Mentioned Dohnaseek
"Shut it." Growled Raynare sounding pissed off
"My apologies." Apologized Dohnaseek kneeling down to Raynare
"Just go." Insisted Raynare. Dohnaseek didn't hesitate to listen to this command. He spread his wings and soon flew away. Raynare spread her left wing...She was missing one "That woman and that brat will pay for what they did to me!!"

"Good you arrived. I was here to ask you how that fiend's training is going?" Asked Kishibe
"So far it's been rather difficult..." Admitted Yuki sweating a little "She doesn't like using the weapon. She rather use blood instead of using that weapon."
"That stupid fool I thought I told her what would happen if she didn't listened." Grumbled Kishibe
"Yes and she keeps saying 'Foolish weapons such as these don't suit the almighty Power'" Mentioned Yuki rubbing the side of his head
"Sigh... If she keeps doing this then tell her that I will break her spine again." Sighed Kishibe as Yuki just nodded "We can't waste any valuable time, soon I will send you two Kuoh Town to help Nomo."
"Understood Sir." Bowed Yuki lightly

Issei was currently sitting down a by the couch where he waited for a certain person to finish showering. He enjoyed the view at seeing the silhouette showering. "Hehehe, I'm thankful I got here early!!" Smiled Issei in the inside but, then his perverted ideas stopped when he suddenly remembered why he was here
"So...Issei did you finally think about?" Asked Rias as she turned off the shower.
"Yeah. I wanted to get more powerful in order to do things without relying on others for help." Stated Issei clenching his fists.

Soon a circle surrounded her feet then it moved up to suddenly put clothes on Rias. She however was still drying her hair "You can do that but you will live a life with a heavy burden. Don't you think it's better to rely on people?"
"Yes...But not to the point to where all I'm doing is becoming a burden to others." Answered Issei gritting his teeth. Soon Issei stood up and bowed down to Rias" So please...Take me in!!"
"Well...Then Issei it's nice to have you join us." Smiled Rias squatting down to lift Issei's face. She saw one thing in his eyes resolve.
AN: Yes I made some changes in this story before a certain person start commenting
Reader: But Makima can't heal other. You can't gain any Devil powers by consuming the Devil's flesh. And contracts doesn't prevent their emotions from affecting the Devils. And they also can't gain power from humans giving their life willingly.
AN: I wanted to add some interesting concepts that I have always wondered in the CSM verse. So..Yeah I will add some of these concepts or do you all want it to just be the CSM rules. Meaning no new stuff other than the Devils. However don't worry I won't go to out of bounds with these Ideas. For example I won't make it where if a Devil is seen as a hero (By the public) they gain more power than that of fear. Other than that see you all later thanks for reading.
