The episode starts off at the Boston Tipton where the entire gang is putting up decorations to celebrate 2023
"Wow I can't believe this year is just about over." London said
"Maybe we'll finally get a decent year for once." Bailey said
"Wouldn't count on it Aunt Bailey." Alana said
"Okay the dining room is open. Who wants to get drunk?!" Zack asked
"Let's do this." Cody said
"Since Alana and I are too young to drink, do you think they have soda for us?" Cody Jr asked
"Yes they do." Mr. Tipton replied
"I need to make a quick phone call." London says
London gets out her phone and video calls Cat which she answers
"Hey London how goes it?" Cat asked
"Cat I wish you were here in Boston. The weather is so nice." London replied
"We have better weather too." Robbie says
"Didn't Boston just get a bad snowstorm last week?" André asked
"Yes it did!" Zack yelled in the background
"And it's still cold here!" Cody yelled
"Uh do you boobs mind? I'm on the phone! Some people are so rude!" London yelled
Some fireworks go off in the background
"Are you guys lighting off fireworks?" London asked
"Uh huh." Cat replied
"But it's only 9PM." London said
"London it's only 6PM over here." Robbie says
"Well still it's early." London said
"Who cares!" Jade yelled
"London come on! They're passing out the drinks!" Bailey yelled
"I'm coming! Just give me a minute!" London yelled
"Well we don't have all night!" Cody yelled
"I mean we do but they don't." Maddie says
"Ugh Cat I got to go. I'll talk to you later." London says
"Okay bye London. Don't drink too much." Cat said
"No promises." London said as the call ends
"Were those your neighbors from California?" Carey asked
"Uh huh." Maddie replied
We now cut to the dining room of the Boston Tipton
"Well it's about time you showed up." Mr. Moseby said
"We have a bunch wine set out for everyone." Mrs. Fitzpatrick said
"Don't worry we have clear sodas laid out for Alana and Junior so they don't feel left out." Mr. Tipton said
"Sweet!" Cody Jr said
"Soda me up." Alana said and snaps her fingers
"You really are your father's child." Mr. Moseby says
"I raised her well." Zack said
"You mean we raised her well." Maddie said
Everyone starts grabbing their drinks and they all sit at a booth
"Talk about this crazy weather here." London said
"We should have celebrated Christmas and New Year's in Los Angeles where it's warm." Bailey said
"I wonder how Max and Sandy are doing." Cody Jr says
"I'm sure they're doing fine." Alana said
"So how's high school going for you two?" Carey asked
"It's going very well Grandma Carey." Cody Jr replied
"Are you passing all your classes?" Mr. Tipton asked
"All A's and one or two B's." Alana replied
"You two haven't had any beef with that Sarah girl have you?" Cody asked
"Not recently but we can tell her mom since she's the homeroom teacher." Cody Jr replied
"Imagine having your mom as a teacher." Mr. Moseby said
"Zack didn't Raven's mom used to be her teacher?" Cody asked
"Yeah but it was a substitute teacher, buddy." Zack replied
"Uh who's Raven?" Bailey asked
"An old friend we met years ago. Raven Baxter." Cody replied
"I still have the key-chain she gave me." Maddie said
"Wonder how she's doing." Carey said
"I heard she moved back to San Francisco about a year ago to take care of her dad and brought her son with but left her daughter in Chicago." Zack said
"Now why would she take her son with her to San Francisco but not her daughter?" Mrs. Fitzpatrick asked
"Yeah that's not cool." Mr. Tipton said
"Maybe her daughter wanted to stay with her dad who at the time recently moved back to Chicago." London replied
"How do you know all of this?" Alana asked
"Raven's ex-husband said it on the news." London replied
"Dad if grandma ever has a heart attack and you guys have to move back to Boston to take care of her, promise you'll take both me and Alana with." Cody Jr said
"You got it kiddo." Cody says
"Hey maybe Raven's daughter chose to stay in Chicago because maybe she has a close friend and didn't want to leave her behind." Maddie said
"Well my heart is in good condition so you all have nothing to worry about." Carey said
"Hey do you remember the goofy face Raven made?" Zack asked
"You mean this." Cody says and mocks the vision face Raven does
"Why did she make that face?" Maddie asked
"Maybe she's psychic." Bailey said
"Please Aunt Bailey there are no such things as psychics." Alana says
"Well she did say something was going to happen at mom's party that day and it did so maybe she is." Zack said
"Well if she has psychic powers then that Alex Russo girl we met in 2009 must be a wizard." Cody said as the two look into the camera for three seconds
"So do you guys plan to stay in California forever?" Mr. Tipton asked
"Well Mr. Tipton sir it's not like we have anything else going on." Zack replied
"Our kids are still in school and have made close relationships with their friends." Cody said
"Plus California is warm." London said
"I think that was already stated, London." Maddie says
"Oh, okay just wanted to make sure." London says
"Hey what time is it?" Bailey asked
Mr. Moseby gets out his phone and sees it's one minute to midnight
"IT'S 11:59?!" Mr. Moseby yelled
"Wasn't it just 9:00 like 5 minutes ago?" Alana asked
"Quick turn the TV on!" Cody Jr yelled
Mr. Tipton turns on the TV with the countdown clock at 30 seconds
"This is it." Zack said
"It's finally here." Cody said
"10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1! Happy New Year!" Everyone yelled as London pops a cork from a wine bottle
"Goodbye forever 2022." Carey said
"Hello 2023." Mr. Tipton and Mrs. Fitzpatrick says
"And it better be a good year." Mr. Moseby said
"Lighten up Moseby." Mr. Tipton says
"A toast to a new year." Zack said
"Here here!" Everyone yelled as they drink their drinks as the episode comes to an end

A/N Hope you enjoy this episode and have a Happy New Year. I made some references to That's So Raven and Raven's Home. Not sure if I'll do a crossover episode or not. Also I wasn't being rude when I made facts on how Raven brought Booker to San Francisco and not Nia as well. I've watched the show and in the season four finale, the dad Devon returned to Chicago so I'm assuming Nia is staying with them until Booker and Raven return after taking care of her dad. If you want me to do a crossover, let me know and I'll do my best to work on it. Now if I do a crossover then the season five cast will have to be featured but I'm not sure if I'll use the full cast or not.
