The story starts off with the Martin family driving to Florida to see Zack and Cody's dad
"Why do you think dad invited us to go see him in Florida?" Cody asked
"Maybe he and mom are getting back together." Zack replies
"You two haven't seen your dad in years." Maddie says
"I bet he has a new lady friend and is going to marry her." Cody Jr said
"How would you know? This is the first time we're meeting him." Alana says
"But hey we get another week long vacation." London says
"And we just so happen to be on spring break for the week." Cody Jr said
"So how long until we get to Florida?" Alana asks
"Not for a while." Bailey replies
"Wait your dad lives in Florida?" Maddie asked
"That's what he said." Zack replied
"Don't they get hurricanes a lot?" London asked
"We live in California and get earthquakes a lot." Alana says
"This is going to be a long ride." Cody said
Flip scene to where it has been about 40 hours and the gang is now entering Florida
"Wow Florida is so nice." Maddie says
Soon it starts thundering hard
"Damn it we got caught in a storm!" Zack yelled
"Eh it'll be gone in a couple minutes." Bailey says
Two minutes later, the sun is now shinning
"Florida weather is weird." London said
"So how much longer until we get to see our grandpa?" Cody Jr asked
"We should be there in the next scene." Maddie replies breaking the fourth wall
The next scene cuts to Kurt Martin's house where the gang walks up to his house and rings the bell so he answers
"Well, well Zack and Cody Martin. You two look grown up." Kurt says
"Good to see you too dad." Zack said
"Hello Mr. Martin." Maddie says
"Oh you brought Maddie, Bailey and London with." Kurt said
"Well they are our wives and London is the one who drove us." Cody said
"I like grandma better." Alana says
"And who are these two?" Kurt asked
"My daughter and nephew." Zack replied
"Who doesn't know their own grandchildren?" Cody asked
"Wait, you have grand kids and didn't tell me?" Kurt asked
"How do you not know your kids have kids?" London asks
"Did Carey not tell you?" Bailey asked
"We haven't seen each other in over 12 years." Kurt says
"Okay yeah I like grandma better." Cody Jr said
"So what have I missed since your graduation?" Kurt asks
"Well aside from me marrying Maddie and Cody marrying Bailey and us having kids, you haven't missed anything." Zack said
"Oh we all moved into an apartment that London now owns." Cody said
"Wait you own an apartment now?" Kurt asked
"Yes I've been running it for almost a year now." London replied
"And she's doing a good job thank you very much." Maddie said
"Impressive." Kurt said
"Cut to the case old man. Why did you have us come here?" Alana asks
"Alana!" Bailey yelled
"Well the reason why I asked you all here is because I met someone." Kurt said
"Wow you were right." Cody Jr said
"Oh what's her name?" Zack asked
"Her name is Candy and she is very sweet." Kurt says
"Well yeah all candy is sweet." London says
"It's not that kind of candy Aunt London." Alana said
"How long have you known this Candy person?" Bailey asked
"For a couple days." Kurt replied
"Well where is she?" Cody asked
Soon Candy walks in
"I'm right here. It's nice to finally get to meet you all. Kurt told me all about you." Candy said
"Wow she looks great." London said
"Uh how old are you?" Alana asked
"Alana that is very rude to ask!" Maddie yelled
"It's fine Maddie." Candy said
"How do you know my name?" Maddie asked
"Kurt told me. Anyways I'm 40 years old." Candy said
"But dad is way older than you." Cody says
"Gee thanks Zack." Kurt said
"I'm Cody!" Cody yelled
"So how did you two meet?" Bailey asked
"At a coffee shop." Candy replied
"It's always a coffee shop." Alana says
"He walked in, saw I was alone, bought me a coffee and we fell in love with each other." Candy said
"Oh how nice." Maddie says
"And wait until you hear the good news." Kurt said
"What's the good news?" Zack asked
"We're getting married!" Kurt and Candy said at the same time
"Oh!" Alana yelled
"My!" Cody Jr said
"God!" Zack, Cody, Maddie and Bailey said at the same time
"Yay good for you!" London yelled
Her friends stare at her with expressed looks
"Oh too soon." London said as part one comes to an end
