An hour later, London wakes up on the couch
"What happened?" London asked
"You fainted when you found out Mr. Moseby was moving back home to his mom." Zack replied
"WHAT?!" London asked
"Sorry London but it's time for me to resign." Mr. Moseby says
"But I need you. I can't live without you." London said
"London look how far you've gotten in life." Maddie says
"You eventually graduated from high school." Bailey said
"You've been running this apartment for over a year now." Cody says
"Plus you're almost 33. You can't have Moseby taking care of you forever." Zack said
"I know but I just didn't think this would be happening." London said
"Oh honey I'm sure you'll be seeing him again." Mrs. Moseby said
"Yeah I'll still be in your life." Mr. Moseby says
"You will?" London asked
"Of course he will." Maddie replies
"I'll video call you every once and a while to check in on you." Mr. Moseby said
"Well I guess we should throw a goodbye party for him." Zack says
"Too bad our kids are going to miss this." Maddie says
Flip scene to where the gang is having a goodbye party for Mr. Moseby. They're all drinking whine and eating popcorn
"This is the best party ever." Bailey says
"London remember when I taught you to drive?" Mr. Moseby asked
"Do I? I remember it was 18 years ago." London replies
"It was 18 years ago." Maddie says
"I can't wait to teach my future kids how to use the PRNDL." London said
"Moseby remember when you stood up to London's dad at graduation?" Bailey asked
"Wait you actually stood up to Mr. Tipton?" Maddie asks
"He still taunts me to this day." Mr. Moseby replies
"I wonder what his reactions were." Zack says
"Trust me he was not happy." Mr. Moseby says
"You said that on graduation was your last day but yet in 2015 you went back to work for him and up until today, you're still working for him." London says
"Says a lot huh." Bailey said
"Man we went through a lot of adventures with Moseby." Cody said
Mrs. Moseby's watch beeps
"Son it's time to go. Our plane leaves in 4 hours." Mrs. Moseby says
"Well this is it. Goodbye London, goodbye Maddie, goodbye Bailey, goodbye Martin twins. Promise me you won't burn this place down." Mr. Moseby says
"I don't think we can make this promise." Zack says
"I know." Mr. Moseby said
Mr. and Mrs. Moseby grab their bags and they walk out the door
"I'll miss you Moseby." London said
"I'll miss you too. I'll promise I'll be back for your wedding." Mr. Moseby says
"I appreciate it." London said
The Moseby family walks out the door and leaves for Boston
"Wow he's really moving on." Bailey says
"I hope he'll do okay." Maddie says
"You going to be okay, London?" Cody asked
"I'm not sure but I think I'll get over it soon." London says
"Maybe we can visit him someday." Zack said
"Don't plan stuff that'll get cancelled at the last minute." Cody says as the episode ends
