Sorry if the reactions aren't good or enough but I hope in the next chapter it get's better...

"destroys quirks!?" Many chatters of outcry inside the room, the wizards looked at each other with concern expressions.

"Why do they have that look?" Shinsho asked.

"The wizards lived their for almost 2 years, they never thought it would be possible to permanently destroy quirks. They got used to them, magic is a different story. There are ways to cancel it temporarily or a wizard reaches their limit that their lacrima inside their body becomes empty, but it's really dangerous when that happens." Joanne explained.

"Why's that?" Midnight asked.

"Because there's a possibility it will kill the wizard, cripple them or worse and you don't want to know what's worse."

Many of the wizards glanced at their quirk partners worriedly, Koyuki and Shira had the most worrisome looks. Mirio drastically stood up from his seat and seemed panic, "you gonna be ok, tamaki!?"

The UA 3rd year looked indifferent, "yeah... I'm back to normal after a good night's rest." Holding up his hand and it morph into a cow hoof, "here, look at this fabulous cow hoof."

"You ate beef for breakfast!?"

The 1st years sweatdrop, this is their senior?

"Yum!" Koyuki had that animalistic shine in her eyes.

Tamaki had to held his hoof away as it morph back into a hand, "it's still my hand Dragneel!!"

"Koyuki..." Izuku sighed.

"Don't even think about it!!!" Stella scolded Natsu and Koyoki.

"I don't want her near me!" Tamaki now grows a fear for Koyuki.

A heroine huffed at the teen's outburst, "so he recovered? That's a relief, this stuff must not be fatal."

"No." Sir nighteye frowned, "on that point, I turn to eraserhead." Everyone turned to the seemingly exhausted teacher.

"It seems to be different than my erasure, because I'm not attacking a person's quirk itself." He said, "what we call quirks are special additions to an ordinary body, or the plus alpha elements. Everything included within the plus alpha are what we call the quirk factors, what I do is temporarily stop those quirk factors from activating. I can't actually cause any damage."

"True, mutant quirks are a different factor. Due to mutating a person's appearance, my quirk can still effect them. Magic? Not so much..."

Shira glanced to tamaki with worried eyes, the male ravenette shakenley glanced at the female. He tilted his head, implying he was fine. "We got Tamaki checked out at the hospital right after the attack, they said he's quirk factors were damaged." Fatgum explained, "luckily, his body's natural healing was enough to fix the problem."

"Did they analyze what he got shot with?" A hero asked.

"What about the girl?" Another openly asked.

This made everyone lean closer and wanted to know how these bullets effect wizards.

"I'm getting there, but it didn't do anything else to Tamaki's body. It only attacked his quirk." Fatgum continued, "however, Bora is a different case that has me also concerned."

Rock lock raised a questioning brow, "oh? How so?"

"My power isn't a quirk, it's magic." Shira said.

This made the hero's dark gaze narrowed, and lips pulled back in distaste. "Another 1 of you." Tension suddenly grew in the room and a few noticed the underlings from different agencies glare, Koyuki's azure slowly narrowed. She and the wizards glared at him, even crystal.

"Looks like we have a problem." Gran torino said.

"Indeed..." Sir nighteye sighed.

"Well, will you look at that. There's more." Rock lock said, Uraraka, tsuyu and kirishima had a nervous sweat over them. Izuku slowly frowned.

"Does this punk have a problem with us?" Gajeel growled crushing his metal meal, which is a large mug.

All the fairy tail wizards glared at the screen harshly, 'why does he have a problem with wizards? Is it because of the kamino ward?' the parents and recovery girl thought.

"Lay off from the kids, dude." Fatgum interrupted, taking serious offense.

"I must agree with fatgum." Aizawa held a dark gaze, "pls refrain from directing hostility towards 1 of my students."

Rock lock click his tongue in frustration, but kept his glare. "I don't know about many of you, but I still don't know who's friend and who's foe. Not after that incident." Flashback of Koyuki fighting Val at kamino ward.

"So? Koyuki prove herself she wanted to save people! She almost died doing so! You have no right to judge a person just because their different!" Ochako raised her fist in anger.

"Yeah! And what we know about wizards, their fighting with us!" Mina joined.

"Koyuki-chan and the other wizards can be trusted! Their our age! Don't be bias about them!" Toru joined as well.

"It's because your law is useless against magic users, in earthland magic can be use responsible or selfishly. You all have a law to prevent people from their quirks while wizards have magic they can control better, true the dark wizards are laying low doesn't mean some people are peeved or jealous of magic." Joanne explained.

"Pls..." Sir nighteye intervened, "continue."

Shira's stare softened, she shifted and turned to the rest of the heroes in the room. "Well, once the bullet shot me, my magic reacted violently to it's chemicals."

"What did you initially feel when it shot you?" Koyuki asked to everyone's surprise.

The female ravenette straightened at the dragon slayer's question, then glanced down to her hand. Closing her hand into a fist, clenching it. "I felt... violated, like, something wanted to attach itself to me or do what it did to Tamaki."

The silverette frowned deeply in thought, azures seeming to skim the table's surface. "From hearing that you were also affected by the bullet has me confused, but also concerned. For something that's able to erase someone's quirk for a short period of time and yet affect a wizard- who can both inherit or learn magic- this is quite the strange concept."

"Every time! She keeps surprising us." All might groaned.

Nighteye and Aizawa took in this new information, both izuku and mirio were honestly intrigued, "Koyuki?" Ochako looked baffled and there's a little blush.

"Koyuki-chan?" Tsuyu tilted her head in surprise.

"1st she acts like a Wiseman and then she observes and assessed the situation! Where does she learn this!?" Kosai asked.

"Fairy tail." Joanne and her friends answered.

Koyuki perk her lips, assessing her thoughts. "It's possible that since quirks and magic are similar, with the exception of inheritance, the drug may have tried the same attempt to erase shira's magic--"

"You remembered my name!?" The very girl cut her off, flush in both shock and shame.

The silverette could only grinned kindly to the young mage, "of course! Hana told me of you and Darla."

"I feel like an idiot for not remembering everyone's names..."

"At least your nicknames are nice, Bakugo just gives us cruddy insults not bothering to remember our names at all." Kyoka said.

"Shut the fuck up, ears!!!" Katsuki shouted.

"It's possible the drug tried to do the same, but shira's magic countered and fought it off like a sickness." Koyuki finished.

Shira's dark orbs widened in surprise, "it kinda makes sense, actually..."

"Really!?" Kirishima yapped in shock, both fatgum and tamaki looked stunned.

"I guess the bullet wasn't design for mages, their abilities are on another level than quirks." Recovery girl said.

"I see..." Sir nighteye took it to consideration, flashback of him when his hand was on Izuku's shoulder. He saw Koyuki explaining to izuku and his mom about her adventures, especially when she and the strongest members of fairy tail we're stuck in a magic time bubble for 7 years. Flashback ends, "thank you for your input, Dragneel."

The silverette's eyes seemed to be skimming, "it's still strange..."

Izuku looked at her, "Koyuki?"

She flinched in realization, both Midoriya and mirio were watching her with concern. She shakenley smiled at the 2, "it's nothing..."

"I don't believe that..." Mirio said.

"Furthermore, the gangster in question clammed up, and the gun was destroyed. It looked like all we had was 1 empty round." Fatgum explained and shifted towards his red head, "however, since 1 bounced right off of kirishima's body we got our hands on a vial of the stuff that's still intact!"

The red head pointed to himself in astonishment, "me? Seriously? Didn't expect that."

"Strong defensive quirks are not only use for support or combat, without your quirk, they couldn't have recovered the bullet. It's damaged but the chemicals inside are the proof we need to take down the yakuza." Sir nighteye said.

"Way to go, kirishima!" Ochako praised, tsuyu nodded in agreement.

Mirio grinned, "very cool, man."

"Hardening, right? I know about him!" Hado chirped, smiling cheerfully. "Perfect guy for the job."

"Great job, Ejirou!" Koyuki praised, the red head is deeply flushed and nervously scratching his reddened cheek.

The students also praised him especially tetsutetsu.

Fatgum's chirpy persona disappeared and revealed the contents behind the canister of the bullet, "analysis of the substance inside revealed to be pretty disgusting." Horror spread around the room, "they found human cells and blood."

Izuku paled slightly and his silver haired partner straightened up in shock, ochako gasp in shock. "Sounds kind of unreal, ribbit..." Tsuyu's voice sounded horrified and disgusted.

"What the hell...?" Crystal cringed back, her orange glows mirroring her discomfort.

"There's people like that?" Her brother showed discomfort, "how revolting."

"So, the effect it has come from a person's quirk? A quirk-destroying quirk." Ryukyu seemed unnerved.

Another hero with a strange tooth mask spoke up, "I was really kinda lost, but how does any of this connect to the 8 percepts?"

"Although kirishima and Bora caught the guy who had the illegal substance, figuring out the network for drugs like the pretty tricky. It's all shrunk down since the old days, but these drugs pass through multiple levels of groups and organizations down the supply chain. Until they finally arrive at the lowest." Bubble girl quickly explained, "there's no proof that 8 percepts is the supplier in question but, 8 percepts definitely did business with 1 of those middle man."

Heroes and student listened carefully, so did the 2nd audience.

"That's all you've got?"

"The other day, Ryukyu and her people stopped a feud between 2 villain group. The boss of 1 of those groups in the middleman dealer just mentioned."

"1 of those villains shot himself up with a booster to extend his short activation time." Centipeder said.

"So it's possible this yakuza are also creating this booster." Mirajane said.

"It's called trigger, and I have been studying on it. It over powers one's quirk but in the process the subject lost their mental abilities and fight randomly, it's also very dangerous to the body." Recovery girl explains.

"Linking all this recent organized crime activity to 8 percepts, maybe you're just seeing what you want to see?" The ninja like hero looked displeased and dissatisfied, "I'm still not convinced, seems like you want 8 percepts to be the root of all evil. So your just painting just the right picture, I'm gonna need something more concrete to go on."

"Their young leader is Chisaki, and his quirk is overhaul." Sir nighteye takes over, "the ability to both dismantle and restore." Koyuki suddenly heard soft breathing pick up, almost becoming until it did become shaky. Glancing to see izuku's ghostly pale complexion, and as well sweat brimming on his temple. His bright emeralds widen in terror, "dismantle a quirk that can destroy and then heal, then we have bullets that destroy quirks." His shakey breath stopped and mirio sat in silence, their heads slumped in what seemed to be defeat and dread.

The 2nd audience looked worried for the 2 boys, especially Koyuki.

She was worried for her friends sudden dark and melancholic auras, "Chisaki has a daughter, 1 with no birth records, so the exact details are unclear. When these 2 encountered her, she was covered in an excessive number of bandages." Her bright azures slowly dulled considerably, until they became a dark murky sapphire. Her body began to tremble that even her magic was accidentally released, it was like a cold daft.

Many heroes began to shiver at the sudden temperature drop; Ryukyu tensed drastically, facing the table's surface. Feeling a cold sweat breakout, her golden eyes trembling in fright. Hado noticed her mentor's tensed form, "Ryukyu?" She said in worry.

"Your mistake, is telling these young wizards about a child being abuse when a majority of them have experienced that kind of abuse." Joanne said, "majority of wizards are orphans, abused children and former slaves. You should have noticed that the minute Koyuki wanted to look for Eri in the 1st place." Sir nighteye's eyes widened at Koyuki's aura.

Izuku felt the cold and reached out to Koyuki's clenched fist, grasping and curling his hand to hers. Until their hands intertwined, she harshly bit her lip and clenched her eyes. Trying to hold back the tears of defeat and fear for the child, the freezing power was gone. Ryukyu was no longer in a frozen state, "n-no, it's too-o repulsive to imagine..." She quivered and shakenley muttered.

"That's super-powered society for ya, anything you can imagine. There's someone out there who can make it happen." Gran torino's voice slowly faded out.

Koyuki's hand quivered tremendously, with izuku's gripping hers with his best abilities to comfort her. "The next time, for sure! We'll save her!" Her, izuku and mirio declared.

Everyone was taken aback by this, some were even jealous of izuku and mirio close to Koyuki.

The meeting was adjourned, many of the heroes either leave or converse among themselves. Nighteye took this opportunity to question the dragon heroine's slightly shakey state before, while his 2 sidekicks tidied up. The woman remained seated, her golden orbs slightly shaken. "Ryukyu?" He cleared his throat.

"She has this overwhelming presence..." She spoke.

"Presence?" He questioned, 'could it be Dragneel?'

"What did you expect!? You just had to piss off my sister after she knew Eri needed to be saved ya damn coward!" Natsu shouted in disappointment.

"Natsu we can't judge these heroes for their mistake." Erza said.

"Oh, a mistake?" Gray scoff, "I thought heroes are supposed to save the day, they couldn't even saved Eri! She was scared and it was freaking obvious! Instead, they just gathered evidence like a detective and had to wait! For god sake they should have just saved her instead of waiting around!"

"I'm sorry but we're only human, we can't perform miracles like you can." Recovery girl said.

"The difference between your worlds is timeline!" Stella stopped the argument, "the wizards live in a world where you don't need a license to use magic and magic is a whole lot of possiblity, unless your being blackmailed. If that situation happened in earthland, the magic council would have hired a guild and yes guilds do stake outs. But they get the job done a lot more faster, there are wizards who can track, locate and immediately stop the operation. The only problem they have are Zeref worshippers because they use dark magic and that's extremely difficult to destroy their hideouts, wizards practically create miracles unexpectedly. It's not their fault their society has flaws while yours are still progressing because earthland has kingdoms not government."

"Dragneel Koyuki." Ryukyu gazed down to her fist, clenching her knuckles. "It's so strange... Before, I could look directly into her eyes. But now..." Golden orbs dilated in confusion, flashback of the heroine fighting a villain in her dragon form until the silverette dashed down the street, leap and knock the villain out cold. She completely neglected the villain and yapped away till pausing at the sight of the gray haired woman, flashback ends. "I could barely pick my head up."

The scene changes to the interns in the lounge room, the other wizards had to leave. Shira didn't hesitate to excuse herself and throw worried glances to the 3 pupils of nighteye, izuku's and Koyuki's remained intertwined. Comforting each other, "so that's how it is..." Ochako spoke.

"You 2 must be hurting..." Kirishima said.

Ochako looked at her friends with concern in her round orbs, "Koyuki-chan... Deku..."

Yet, both Midoriya and Dragneel remained silent. Including mirio, his 2 friends looked at him with concern in their eyes. Many flinched at the sound of the elevator doors opening and revealing their homeroom teacher, exiting the doors. He raised a questionable brow, "holding an all night vigil, are we?"

"Sensei!" Only 3 students said that.

"You can call me eraserhead outside of school." He sighed, "I was planning to talk with you all about ending your work studies today."

"Huh!?" The students were confused by this.

"I will not, Aizawa." Was Koyuki's instant response.

Everyone was stunned by her words, even izuku, who glanced up to the dragon slayer. He was surprised to see her narrowed stare, "Koyuki...?"

"Dragneel." Aizawa muttered, 'i knew she was going to respond 1st.' he thought.

His students looked at him, "it's very obvious she has this not giving up trait, she does that a lot."

Koyuki straightened up and released her hold on the greenette's hand, missing his hesitence to reach out and grab her hand once more. "I plan to contribute to this mission, with or without the school's approval." This announcement left them stunned, Midoriya even held his breathe going pale. "Like a fellow guild mate reminded me; since when did fairy tail ever followed rules."

"That's a bold move... And what do they mean by that?" Cementoss asked.

"Remember the collateral damage?" Joanne asked and the cement hero gave her a dry look, "the only rules they ever break is stealing unimportant things even by accident and destroying property, they never once killed anyone or harm them. But gray has a stripping habit so that's also a him problem, also Natsu stole the king's crown."

"I'M SORRY WHAT!!!???" The majority looked at her in shock.

"That's it, I need to get drunk." Aizawa said.

The students felt a cold sweat, their teacher let out a defeated sigh. "I expect such instant response from you, Dragneel." He glared at her, "but do keep in mind the league of villains could be involved and possibly those rouge wizards you've searched for, making this a different ball game interiorly."

"It's not like we can compete against magic! You wizards are too strong!" Gran torino ranted.

Koyuki's gaze softened and returned to determination, izuku shifted his sight before returning them to them. Also wanted to contribute to this mission, this made their teacher slightly laxed. "But Midoriya, you still haven't earned my trust back." This made the greenette jump in surprise, he crouched before the greenette. Giving him a hard stare, "but unfortunately, if I were to cut you both off now, it's obviously guaranteed that both of you would leap- or charge- into action anyway."

"That's true..." All might, some students, Inko and fairy tail said in unison.

"So I'll watch over you 2, let's try to do things right this time, Midoriya." His fist tapping onto the boy's chest, "understand, you 2 little troublemakers."

"See! Aizawa does care." Present Mic said.

The 2 looked stunned, Koyuki's monotone expression changed that into a thankful grin towards the man. "Keep your head up, man." Tamaki finally spoke to comfort his best friend.

"Hey, I understand, Togata. You got regrets, so your feeling low. But that's just how it is sometimes, got it." Hado said.

"Yeah..." Mirio understood and rubbed under his nose, followed by a low sniffle.

"If it makes you feel better, when you reached out with those hands to help Eri. Even though you failed, I bet you gave her some hope." Aizawa said and turned to Dragneel, "and don't be discouraged, Dragneel. You've done what you can, so pick your heads up."

Now the 2 saddened and melancholic figures stoode determinedly, grinning to the hero. "Yes, sir!"

Fairy tail smiled softly, Aizawa did a good job. "I guess his not such a lazy teacher." Erza smiled.

The students had to wait for the date when they can raid the 8 percepts, Aizawa warned them if they encounter and fight the league of villains. Their involvement to the mission will be revoked, and they cannot tell anyone about this. The scene changes to dinner in the dorm building, "not eating?" Izuku flinched and straightened at shoto's question.

"I-i was just about!" He stuttered exaggeratedly in shock, this made the chrome teen and tenya noticed his strange actions.

"Great, now your depressed." Mina groaned.

"Is everything ok?" He asked.

Shoto silently nodded, slurping his soba. "You've been looking a little depressed ever since you and Dragneel's work study started."

"Really? Have I?" He tried to cover his skittish action and returned to eating, Koyuki slurped her beef udon and picked up her tempura. But she stopped when she saw the greenette looking distant and placed her chopsticks down.

"That kid sucks at lying, it'll be so easy to threaten him!" Gajeel said.

Levy hit him, "don't you dare! We girls want to talk to him!"

"Indeed, he has proved time and time he is worthy for Koyuki's hand in marriage." Erza said.

"WHAT??" The mother's looked at her in shock and Masaru fainted.

"It's too early for marriage! Koyuki must live her life!!!" Macarov shouted.

"Come on! We shipped and bet who'll she'd end up with and it turns out she has strong feelings for the green bush, I wonder what happens when they get drunk?" Cana wondered.

"The alcohol age limit is 18!" Recovery girl scolded.

"18? Ours is 16." Freed said.

"Wait!" Masaru woke up, "how old are you?"

"Masaru!" Mistuki scolded, "never ask a lady her age, but I am a bit curious."

"I'm actually glad the rest of the guild is not here." Warren said.

"Yeah, debates always ends in a fight..." Max sighed

.

"Oiu..." Reeds agreed.

"If it ever gets to be too much and you need to talk, just say something. I'm your friend, that's what you told me. Back when I was acting like a fool." Tenya chopped his arm like a robot, "before our internships--"

"Tenya." The 2 shifted to Koyuki who made a rapid sign to stop, "confidential." She mouth and bit her bottom lip sadly, the 2 frowned sadly.

Izuku lurched forward and hid into his arms, they heard a soft sniffle and the 3 began to panic. "Wah? Hey!?"

"Izuku?" She was about to stand up from her chair.

The audience felt really bad for izuku, especially fairy tail. They experienced failing and loss.

"Sorry... I'm fine, it's nothing." He meekly said, sitting up from his seat, revealing his glazed and teary eyes. Trying to wipe away the tears, "heroes don't cry..." He sniffled while eating his lunch, even with the 3 watching him.

"Young Midoriya, it's ok to cry. A good cry helps relief the burden even just a little, I cried when I lost my mentor... We're not invincible but we are stronger together, that's what fairy tail taught me." All might said crying a little.

Koyuki sighed but smiled kindly, "izuku... Everyone cries, even heroes. Tears are how our hearts speak when your lips cannot describe your pain." This caused the boy to pause, and stunning tenya and Shoto.

"That's very meaningful..." Aizawa said remembering his departed friend, present Mic nodded silently.

Izuku froze on the spot, emeralds wide in surprise. Lowering his bowl and chopsticks, his vision blurring from the tears. Lips trembling, "can you came with me, Koyuki." He asked in a meek low voice, she quickly agreed and shifted out of her seat.

Even the off screen Koyuki wanted to comfort the man she loves

"Midoriya." Tenya called out, the greenette glanced then snap his head in shock. Iida was holding his hand up, the familiar and infamous fairy tail sign. He gave him a reassuring grin, "you have my support, remember." Shoto smiled and did the same.

In my heart; it's snowing

I'm trying my best to smile

Slowly, it's warming

As fate is linking your heart with mine

Fairy, where're you going

We'll gather the light along the way

And make it shine upon a brand new day

Koyuki sang snow fairy feeling so happy, "you know, those kids remind me a little bit of fairy tail. But without the constant fighting." Lucy smiled at mard and they shared a loving kiss.

Izuku was stunned, his jade orbs trembled with tremendous emotion of gratitude, clenching his eyes shut; bowing slightly in thanks. They excused themselves quickly, Koyuki took him by the hand and led him out of the cafeteria and towards a secluded area. Once alone, the silverette pivoted around and surprised him with her arms thrown around his body. "It's ok, izuku..." Embracing his form close, "you have the right to cry." He trembled and tears spilled; slowly wrapping his arms around her back. Releasing his breaking sniffles, which turned into soft sobs, hiding them in her shoulder blade. The 2 relied on each other as their source of comfort, they undeniably need the other by their side-- their partner and great support in their time of weakness.

Koyuki stood up, "no! You cannot go down there! Izuku doesn't need comfort yet!" Vivi stopped her then covered her mouth.

"Yet!?"
