One Piece: Fox Down
Hey guys, long time no write! I'll leave a longer note explaining my absence at the end. For now, this is a One Piece/Naruto story that is part of the strangely favored Naruto gets Betrayed story idea.

Konohagakure no Sato, 1507 C.E.; 15 years before series start.
It is late in the evening with the signs of a storm hovering over the village hidden in the leaves, cracks of thunder could be heard even in the distance. Inside the tower of the Hokage was an uneasy silence that acted like a suffocating blanket for those standing in Senju Tsunade's office.
Seated behind the mahogany desk of the village's leader was the Godaime Hokage, Tsunade Senju, honored granddaughter, grandniece and student of the First, Second and Third Hokages, her face set neutral and grave as she looked at the group situated before her desk. Standing next to the wall behind her to her right was a tall, tanned, broad-chested, muscular old man dressed in nearly pure white garb. He had a beard and a scar over his left eye. The mystery man's hair and goatee still held some black, with a pair of sideburns that were beginning to whiten.
Standing not far away from the first, but situated in front of the window was a tall, light-skinned, lean, yet muscular man with short dark hair, a beard, sideburns, and sunglasses. From his sideburns on, his facial hair grew horizontally. On his cheek it grew downwards with a pointed end. This man wore a white knee-length trench coat that had a quilted design which stopped just below his waist, along with two black pockets slightly above the chest on either side. Under the coat he wore a mauve-colored shirt with a purple-colored ascot embedded with a red jewel, with a golden-yellow outline at the top in the tie. He also wore black-colored gloves.
Standing before her desk was the squad sensei of Team Seven, Kakashi Hatake, who for once had put away his ever-present pornography and had a serious look plastered on his masked face, a couple inches to his left was Sakura Haruno the newest apprentice to Tsunade, who currently had a look of worry and confusion on her face at the tension in the room.
Beside her were her two teammates, both still looking very beat up after their large battle at the Valley of the End mere days ago. The Uchiha of the team still had both of his arms occupied by a pair of casts and slings from when his male teammate had broken both at the wrists and elbows to prevent further fighting back from the attempted deserter. While his opponent and retriever, Naruto, was still bearing several bandages over his mostly healed body.
Sasuke was currently standing still with his usual blank face of indifference, if he was troubled at all by what was to happen, he didn't show it, probably believing this meeting was to finally take him to task for his attempt at deserting the village and joining up with Orochimaru.
Finally, to the left of the rest of his team, was the young blond that had dragged said Uchiha back to the village. Naruto Uzumaki. Who had been enjoying a nice stack of bowls of ramen at Ichiraku Ramen before he had been dragged away and into the tower by an ANBU, which had been led by the window-gazing of the two foreigners.
Standing directly to Tsunade's right was her apprentice and personal assistant Shizune, who bore her pet pig Ton-Ton in her arms.
They were all standing at attention while Tsunade observed everyone in the room before speaking neutrally, "This will come as news to many in the village, civilian and shinobi alike, and especially to those in this room." She paused in a dramatic effect as she tried to stop her next words from ripping her heart from her chest about what she was about to do to someone she loved dearly. "During the incident of the Last Uchiha fleeing the village to join ranks with the traitor Orochimaru, the Daimyo and Kage of the Five Great Nations were approached by an outside power to the elemental nations."
This earned a look of shock from the gathered shinobi in the room, it had been believed for over a thousand years since the great Sage of the Six Paths that there wasn't a world outside the borders of their continent. At least, none that could be proven after the failure of any exploratory ships returning.
"Uzumaki Naruto, Genin student of Konohagakure's squad seven, step forward." Tsunade continued as she locked eyes with the mentioned blond, while Kakashi took a closer look at the rather tall men standing behind his leader, leading to the jinchuurki taking an anxious step forward. "The leaders of all five major nations have all come to an agreement to join this 'World Government', making the Elemental Nations as a whole into a vassal state of this large-scale government."
"May I ask why, Hokage-sama?" Kakashi asked, shocking his students at how formal he was acting in this situation, his single visible eye narrowing on the foreigners. "Why are they here exactly? How did they come to know of us, if we have never heard of this World Government?"
"That will be covered in the village-wide debriefing following this meeting Jounin Hatake." Tsunade said bluntly as she looked apologetically towards her subordinate, making the silver-haired man look suspiciously between the Hokage, the two strangers and his previously called upon student. "In summary, every single shinobi village and standing army of the nations have been ordered to stand down and desist any and all forms of hostility by every Daimyo."
At those words, the gathered shinobi snapped looks of shock at the first female Kage.
Before they could speak, she continued, "In addition to this decree, it has been decreed in the talks between the World Government and the Daimyo, that…"
"Tsunade-sama?" Shizune asked as she witnessed her benefactor/charge pause with a choked gasp as she fought to hold in her tears. "What is wrong?"
"To ensure peace between the World Government and these nations, and prevent war from breaking out between the people of these sovereign nations and the World Government, it has been ordered that the nations and their corresponding villages hand over their Jinchuuriki to the Government to be detained." The younger of the two strangers spoke up, the gathered shinobi except for the Hokage snapping their gazes towards them, all of them finally noticing that the man had some food stuck to his face, a piece of celery and a piece of ham that he didn't seem to notice.
"H-Hokage-sama!" Kakashi stammered, shock in his eyes and that of his students, including a partially hyperventilating Naruto, as he looked towards his leader. "Y-You can't possibly mean to-!?"
"Iwagakure has already fallen."
The simple statement silenced any and all arguments from the gathered shinobi, Shizune herself dropping an equally stunned Ton-Ton.
"Sandaime Tsuchikage Oonoki Kamizuru of Iwagakure refused to hand over the Jinchuuriki of the Four and Five Tailed Beasts." Tsunade commented quietly, though it was still heard as if roared out in the silence. "The village was decimated by one of the top marines of the Government's forced by the name of Akainu and a single battalion of the Marines' best soldiers."
"The Tsuchikage himself was captured and executed by Admiral Akainu," the older of the two marines said in a deep baritone as he moved forward, Naruto and the others taking note of how tall he was as the man stood next to Shizune, towering over the young woman by several feet. "The two Jinchuuriki, a Han and a Roshi, were restrained and taken into the custody of the World Government, they are awaiting transport to Impel Down."
"You gotta be joking, Baa-chan-?" Naruto finally spoke up, his voice shaky as he tried to convince himself that this was just a big prank on the part of the busty woman, only to be quickly interrupted by Tsunade. "Silence!" The Kage glared daggers at the boy of thirteen, though Kakashi could tell there was no heat behind the glare, only sadness. "If Konoha does not surrender the Jinchuuriki of the Kyuubi, then we will be considered at war with the World Government and endanger the lives of countless civilians and shinobi. Both inside this village and within the Land of Fire."
Kakashi remained silent as Sakura and Sasuke started in shock at the news of just what their teammate was, the pinkette staring in horror at the blond, while the Uchiha finally came to terms with the strength that Naruto had shown when he defeated him at the final battlefield of Hashirama and Madara.
"Genin Uzumaki," Tsunade continued, silently demanding silence and respect from all gathered. "As of this moment, you are stripped of your rank as a shinobi of the Konohagakure Shinobi Corps. Until the World Government decides to release you and your fellow Jinchuuriki, you are to be incarcerated in Impel Down."
"What is Impel Down?" Kakashi asked while Naruto stammered at the idea of going to some prison for simply existing.
"It is the main and inescapable prison of the World Government, where political prisoners and the offending criminals of the world are sent upon capture or detainment." The old man spoke, as Kakashi studied the giant, he could almost see the regret in the eyes of the man as he stared down at the shocked and broken Uzumaki as if he were seeing someone else in his place.
"Anyone can get in there, but unless given leave by the World Government itself, no one can ever leave." Continued the younger marine. "In the eight hundred years since its construction, only one person has ever escaped, and he willingly cut off his own legs to do so."
Naruto never got the chance to react to the two men suddenly advancing towards him with the intent of clapping him in a special pair of cuffs that the younger man withdrew from his pocket outside of bringing his hands up to begin his favored clone jutsu, before a voice cried out from the rafters, "Wood Style: Wood Prison Block Technique!"
Beams of wood erupted from the floor and walls to wrap themselves around Naruto's limbs while creating a cage around him that promptly shrunk to constrict the young Genin. While Naruto was crying out in shock, Kakashi sent a potent glare towards an ANBU hiding in the rafters of the office, only to receive a blank tiger mask staring back at him.
Tsunade's heart broke as she forced herself to move around her desk and snatch Naruto's weathered headband before taking a step back from the cage and motioning in a drunken manner towards the two Marines.
"Baa-chan!" Tsunade forced herself to keep her brown gaze away from the heartbroken face of Naruto and secured to the far wall while he cried out to her as the larger marine picked the cage up with a single hand in a feat of strength and hoisted it over his shoulder, before marching out the door of her office. "Please stop! This isn't funny anymore! Please!"
Team Seven and Shizune stared out the window with dumbstruck looks to watch Naruto be carried off through the village on a wagon under guard by several dozen marines, groups of civilians and shinobi alike could be seen either cheering or whispering in shock from the sides of the road all the way to the gateway of the village.
Tsunade didn't even look up when she felt the glare of the Copy-Ninja on her back followed by the man's killing intent as she stared down at the Uzumaki's former headband, teardrops littering the metal. Nothing the cyclops could do to her, physically or mentally, would ever make her feel worse than she did at this moment.
It wasn't very long before the contingent of marines found their way back to the coast, where a massive ship with a gigantic dog's head sat as the figurehead with an equally massive bone in its mouth. As Naruto's struggles continued to get stronger and stronger despite the draining quality wood release had on the Kyuubi's chakra, Garp looked sadly at him, knowing just what it was like to be hunted for something not in his control after having witnessed decades of how those with the initial 'D' were treated and often times hunted for the ancient acts of their ancestors.
Finally. In order to make the trip less stressful on the young man and the young girl with mint green hair that had been handed over by Takigakure, Garp had the young, pretty medical officer of his vessel sedate the two Jinchuuriki. Said nurse nearly shocked that it took enough tranquilizer to put an elephant in cardiac arrest to knock the two unconscious.
Just another thing to make him hate the Tenryuubito and the Government that served their whims. Another thing to make him regret not taking his son's offer when he abandoned his rank as Admiral to become the most wanted man in the world by leading an army of revolutionaries.
Impel Down
The trip to all of the Jinchuuriki's new home in the great prison had been less than enjoyable for both the crew and the new prisoners. The Marines that served under Vice-Admiral Garp the Fist were just as disgusted by the cruelty of the Elemental Nations and the World Government as their commander was, and the two Biju containers had to be constantly sedated every twenty-four hours as their Biju chakra ate through the sedatives, nearly wiping out their medical supplies before they reached Impel Down two weeks into their trip from the New World.
Garp himself tried to remove his mind from the thoughts of going down to release the prisoners and punching out the silently smug old man that had joined his ship to eventually meet with the Government.
Sometimes just the sight of the one-eyed, one-armed bastard known as Danzo Shimura made Garp want to demonstrate just why his fists were feared by pirates all around the world.
It took them nearly an hour to simply get from the beach port up to the prison proper due to the continuously rising strength of the continually enraged blond jinchuuriki, getting to the point that even Garp was surprised by the strength of the thirteen-year-old, forcing the vice-admiral to take charge of pushing the young man's cage up the steps after three of his troops were nearly crushed by the shaking cage. Every fiber of his being wanted this to end and allow Garp to wake from this horrible dream of imprisoning innocents in the worst prison in the world.
It was bad enough they were being placed in Impel Down simply for the crime of existing, it was worse however, because he knew their true destination.
Level Six.
The deepest level of the prison. Situated on the very floor of the deep ocean. Where only the worst offenders were supposed to be imprisoned to be erased from history.
He'd have quit the moment he returned to Marineford, if he hadn't known for certain that despite Sengoku's belief in absolute justice, that his old friend was just as appalled at this action as he was.
Naruto was forced to stop his shaking as he noticed he was now inside the prison with his cage being set down by Garp, though his eyes continued flickering from blue to red. Ahead of him and the girl named Fuu were several guards in tan uniforms with strange hats, one of which was a gigantic man, about three times the height of a Kakashi. Naruto thought his face resembled a baboon, with very sharp teeth and a thick beard attached.
He had bat wings on his back and horn-like ornaments on his head. Overall, he resembled a devil. He was wearing a black-colored suit with a red shirt underneath. His suit featured more buttons than those of his subordinates. Draped over his right shoulder is a piece of rope.
"Quiet down scum!" A tiny teenager wearing a prison guard uniform that looked like he barely came up to Naruto's hip cried out, a flute in his tiny fist. "Warden Magellan is about to speak!"
"SHUT UP! HALF-PINT! I'M INNOCENT! YOU CAN'T DO THIS!" Naruto roared, startling the teen at the bestial growl in Naruto's voice, before he regained his confidence and growled at Naruto.
Fuu lifted her broken orange eyes to look at her fellow Jinchuuriki like he was an idiot. The aforementioned Magellan strode forward before the imp could make a jab back.
The next few moments of Naruto's life were of extreme pain as a flood of purple liquid Naruto discovered to be extremely toxic poured down upon his body, seeping through the cage's holes. It wasn't long before Naruto passed out with a gut-wrenching scream, with a wave of the hand that had dropped the wave of poison towards his men, a couple massive bull-shaped guards lifted the blond's cage from the ground and carried him away to the elevator, shortly followed by Fuu.
It would be the last time either of them laid eyes on the sun or the outside world for a very long time.
I know it probably wasn't as long as many would have liked, but this is more of a prologue than a first chapter for the story I have in mind. Also I apologize for taking so bloody long to bring out a new chapter. I lost over five relatives in the last year and a half, flunked college despite trying my best due to not being ready for school again, lost most of my life savings to someone stealing my information and am currently jobless.
I have recently been getting back to writing, just going to need to shake off the rust and break past the writer's block. So, HAVE NO FEAR! FOR I AM HERE!
Yes. That means I am probably going to be doing some BNHA too.
