"AAAAAAAAAAAHHH!"
Megumi Aino screamed loudly while being dragged away all across the business district by a strange-hooded figure.
"Let go of me you freak!" Megumi demanded.
"HIIIIIIIIZZZZZ!" the strange hooded figure hissed in anger.
The creature stopped by an intersection while letting go of Megumi's arm and immediately grabbing her by the neck, "Grrggh..." the pinkhead grunted in asphyxiation, "L-Let go of me..." she wheezed but the creature tightens it's grip around her neck, "AGH!" she screamed in pain as she felt the creature's sharp nails slowly digging deeper onto her flesh, "Aaak..." she grunted, "Someone..." she uttered, "... help me..." she pleaded with gritted teeth.
"UUURRYAAAHH!"
Before both Megumi and the creature could react from the shout that they've heard, a shiny red-colored blade pierced through the creature's chest, "EEEEEEEEKKKKKKK!" the creature screamed in pain while letting go of Megumi on the process, the creature screamed even louder when the blade is pulled off it's body and the creature slowly disintegrates into ashes while being blown away by the wind.
"Kauf! Kauf!" Megumi coughed loudly while placing a hand around her throat, "That really hurts..." she uttered.
"You okay?" a voice asked.
Megumi slowly looks up to see her savior which happens to be Ryuuko Matoi with Kenji Kazama walking towards them from the back.
"I-I'm okay..." Megumi replied, "Thank you very much for saving me." she expressed in gratitude.
"You're pretty lucky, though..." Kenji complimented, "If we haven't notice you being dragged away by that Skreecher, you'd be dead by now." he stated rather bluntly.
Megumi looks at them in utter horror, "D-Dead..." she uttered with half-hollowed eyes.
"Do you really need to say that to her?" Ryuuko questioned in disbelief.
"Trauma builds character." Kenji replied.
"That is one disturbing way to build someone's character." Ryuuko commented.
Ryuuko then helped Megumi up and Kenji was about to 'interrogate' her when they heard voices from the distance.
"MEGUMI!"
"GIVE ME BACK MY PRETTY FACE!"
Megumi facefaulted, "The second one is something I didn't need to hear at the moment." she grumbled.
Megumi, Ryuuko and Kenji then turns around to see a large group running towards them.
The group consists of Madoka Kaname, Izuku Midoriya, Arcy the Arcanine, Seiji Sagara, Shimeji, Jolyne Kuujou, Bob Belcher, Eijirou Kirishima, Lloyd Irving, Gin Ichimaru, Kogorou Tenzai, Mii Kouryuuji, Kipling, Makoto Yuuki and Mamoru Takamura alongside Akane Sakurada, Aoi Sakurada, Haruka Sakurada, Hikari Sakurada, Kanade Sakurada, Misaki Sakurada, Shiori Sakurada, Shuu Sakurada, Teru Sakurada, AZKi, Miko Sakura, Roboco-san, Sora Tokino, Suisei Hoshimachi, Aki Rosenthal, Fubuki Shirakami, Haato Akai, Matsuri Natsuiro and Mel Yozora.
"Hey, it's Ryuuko-san and Kenji-san!" Izuku pointed out.
"They've been partnering a lot lately." Jolyne commented.
"Are they friends of yours?" Aoi asked.
Eijirou nodded in response, "Yep." he confirmed with a grin.
Meeting up with the trio, Seiji immediately made his way towards Megumi and for some odd reason, Aki and AZKi can't help but stare at Kenji.
"Megumi, are you okay?" Seiji asked in concern.
"I'm alright, Seiji." Megumi reassured before turning to Ryuuko, "She saved me before that thing could end my life." she stated.
Ryuuko chuckled in response, "No worries." she reassured, "Kenji and I were just patrolling this area after separating a bit from the others when we saw this girl getting dragged around by a skreecher." she explained.
"How did she found herself in the hands of a skreecher anyway?" Kenji questioned in disbelief.
"Well..." Gin spoke, "... after saving these girls inside a supermarket..." he trailed with a hand gestured at Aki, Fubuki, Haato, Matsuri and Mel, "... a skreecher suddenly appeared out of nowhere and took away young Megumi." he explained.
"It was an ugly experience that I'm sure I will never forget." Megumi admitted.
"Getting shot is something your counterpart from another fic will never forget." Madoka shared.
"What the heck are you talking about?!" Megumi squawked in confusion.
"Megumi-san, please calm down!" Shimeji advised in panic.
"But why did that creature attacked Megumi?" Seiji asked.
Makoto then spoke, "Skreechers are known to prey on individuals with negative emotions." he explained, "Have you been feeling some negative emotions lately, Aino-san?" he inquired.
Megumi thought about it, "Not that I know of." she replied, "Could it be because I've been acting negatively towards Madoka?" she thought to herself, "Or is it something else?" she assumed with a hand on her chest.
"By the way..." Kenji uttered before taking notice of the unfamiliar faces amongst the group, "... I see some non-AWA members in your group." he pointed out, "Locals or victims of the bright light?" he asked.
"The latter." Gin replied.
After introducing themselves to each other and at the same time, Gin proceeds to explains things to Aki, Fubuki, Haato, Matsuri and Mel such as the existence of the multiverse and the AWA. Afterwards Gin explained to them about the current situation of the multiverse, the bright light and their mission to take people back to their respective home worlds.
"The reason we had not send any of them to AWA Academy is because they're are worried for their loved ones alongside they're desire help." Gin concluded, "Is that alright with you?" he asked.
Kenji sighed in response, "Well..." he uttered, "... you're here, alongside Mister Belcher, so I guess it's okay." he accepted, "That's said though..." he trailed, "... it's our responsibility to protect them at all cost." he declared, "Make sure not to forget that." he beckoned.
Mamoru gave him a thumbs-up, "Will do!" he complied.
"Still..." Ryuuko uttered, "... this is quite a number of people you've found." she pointed out, "Keeping an eye on all of them will be difficult especially if a fight occurs." she stated.
"She had a point." Kogorou said in agreement.
"If we only had a vehicle to accommodate all of them..." Kipling thought out loud, "... looking out for everyone will ease things a bit." he stated.
Bob then chuckled in response, "I guess it's my time to shine." he announced before getting off the burger stand, "I've been meaning to flex this thing and looks like I'm finally had the chance to do it." he stated while bringing out a burger-shaped device before pressing a red button.
Upon pressing the button, the mobile burger stand suddenly began to twitch before cartoonishly transforms itself into various sizes such a cube, a pyramid and even the shape of Happy before concluding by morphing itself into a 24-wheeled pickup truck with his burger stand serves as the cab.
Bob chuckled in satisfaction, "Ain't it a beauty?" he mused.
"Did you just turned your burger stand into a pickup truck?" Mii uttered in disbelief.
"Yep." Bob confirmed, "I had my burger stand modified in case for something like this." he stated, "Not only I can transport people using this thing, I can also do business at the same time." he explained with a smile.
"I'm appalled but at the same time, I'm impressed." Miko admitted.
"But it looks like it can fit all of us." Roboco pointed out.
"And it's spacious enough for more." Suisei added.
Kogorou let's out a whistle, "You people from the AWA never cease to amaze me." he commented with a grin.
Gin chuckled, "Tell us something that we don't know." he mused.
"Everyone who can't fight please get on the back!" Bob beckoned.
"How about us?" Lloyd asked.
"You guys are tough cookies." Bob pointed out, "Enjoy the walk." he beckoned.
"Boo!" Lloyd hollered and everyone burst into laughter.
As the Sakurada Siblings and the Hololive idols are getting on the back of the truck, Kenji let's out a sigh before walking towards Madoka.
"Hey, Madoka..." Kenji called out, "... how is everything going for you?" he inquired.
Madoka chuckled in response, "I'm doing good." she replied, "Though being a defacto leader can be pretty tiring." she admitted.
"Well then get used to it." Kenji beckoned, "You'll be needing all the experience you can get." he stated, "After all..." he uttered, "... we're being chosen for that." he reminded.
Madoka scoffed in response, "No need to worry..." she reassured with a grin, "... there is nothing that this goddess can handle." she declared before briefly hugging Kenji and then running off to join the others.
Watching Madoka ran off, Kenji rubs the back of his head before letting out a smile.
"Should we get going then?" Jolyne beckoned.
"Let's wait for the others first." Ryuuko replied, "We did agreed to meet up with them in this part of the city." she stated.
"Hey guys!" a voice called out.
Everyone then turns around to see Wally West and Ayano Kannagi alongside two more figures walking towards them.
The first figure is a teenage girl with a light-gray skin tone and a slender physique, she had a light pink-colored hair shaped like a horseshoe with black metallic bands and she had cat-like light pink-colored eyes. She wears a black long-sleeved dress with a violet centered bands and at bottom of her dress is cut jagged about halfway down her thigh. She also has violet and black striped leggings under her dress and her shoes are black platform boots with violet soles. She also has a black collar with a violet charm on it. This is Jinx.
The second figure is a teenage boy with a tall stature, a slim yet muscular build and a pale complexion, he had a short brown hair and he had orange-brown eyes. He wears a navy blue jacket over a black-collared shirt, gray pants and brown shoes. He wears a red checkered scarf around his shoulder. This is Kazuma Yagami.
"Hey, it's Wally and Jinx!" Izuku pointed out.
"Ayano-san and Kazuma-san as well!" Shimeji added.
"Which Ayano and Kazuma?" Mamoru inquired.
"Kannagi and Yagami." Izuku clafiried.
With exception of the non-AWA members, Ryuuko and Kenji, everyone perked up in panic upon recognizing one of them, "KANNAGI?!" the AWA members exclaimed.
Upon seeing their reactions towards her name, Ayano facefaulted in annoyance, "Hold on!" she interjected, "What's up with those reactions?" she demanded, "It's like you guys don't want me to be here." she suspected.
"Well..." Kipling uttered, "... you have a very short temper." he pointed out, "And you had an affinity for fire." he added.
"We're worried that if you loose your temper, you might cause an explosion of fire and we'll get ourselves caught along with it." Makoto stated.
"Oh, come on!" Ayano complained in disbelief, "I'm not that bad!" she exclaimed.
Kazuma chuckled in response, "I don't know about that." he mused, "They're pretty much spot on of how you'll react when your angry." he stated.
Ayano then glares at him, "Kazuma..." she growled in annoyance while slowly boiling in anger.
"Hahaha!" Kazuma laughed out loud, "See?" he beckoned, "You're proving everyone right." he pointed out.
"Aaaah!" Wally shrieked, "Ayano, please calm down!" he pleaded in panic, "And Kazuma stop teasing her!" he scolded.
Jinx then took notice of the pick-up truck with the non-AWA members in it, "Woah!" the superheroine uttered in awe, "What's up with the truck?" she questioned, "Are you guys using it to transport victims of the bright light?" she assumed.
Gin nodded in response, "Pretty much." he confirmed, "The people at the back of the truck are victims of the bright light whom declined to take refugee in the AWA Academy and decided to come along with us for justified reasons." he explained.
"I see..." Jinx uttered in acknowledged before looking at the non-AWA members and her eyes landed on a certain Sakurada princess.
Akane flinched in response when Jinx gazed upon her, "H-Hi..." the pigtailed redhead greeted nervously, "I-I'm Akane S-Sakurada." she introduced herself.
Jinx stares at her for a minute before smiling, "Nice to meet you." she greeted back, "My name is Jinx." she introduced herself before gesturing a hand at Wally, "And this is my boyfriend, Wally." she introduced.
"Call me, Kid Flash." Wally beckoned with a wink.
"What's up?" Kazuma greeted, "You can call me, Kazuma Yagami." he introduced himself before jabbing a thumb at Ayano, "And the angry redhead right next to me is Ayano Kannagi." he added with a grin.
"I can introduce myself you know!" Ayano squawked in annoyance, "And who are you calling an angry redhead?!" she demanded with gritted teeth.
"Deep breaths, Ayano!" Wally advised in panic, "Deep breaths!" he pleaded.
"Ayano kept on denying that she's short-tempered but her actions speaks louder than her words." Lloyd stated.
"What a pretty little liar." Jolyne commented.
"I heard that!" Ayano exclaimed off-screen.
"Okay, that's enough making fun of Ayano's temper!" Kenji dissuaded, "And lemme remind you people that I had the same anger issues as her." he reminded.
"Yeah, but you don't explode in flames." Mamoru pointed out.
"Can't we just move away from this conversation!" Kenji beckoned in annoyance, "We should get going before something unexpected happens." he furthered when all of a sudden, a blue-colored portal materialized before everyone, "Jesus Christ..." he cursed in annoyance.
"Look on the bright side..." Eijirou beckoned, "... at least it's a blue-colored portal instead of red or purple." he pointed out.
Before anyone could utter a reply, three figures steps out of the portal which happened to be Tsumugi Kotobuki, Kai Hiwatari and Karma Akabane, the portal then vanished without a trace afterwards.
"Sup, guys!" Karma greeted with a grin.
"Mugi-san, Kai-san, Karma-san!" Seiji uttered in greetings.
"It's been a while everyone." Tsumugi said with a smile.
"How is everything back in the AWA Academy?" Izuku inquired.
"Everything is doing well." Tsumugi replied, "The people we've rescued so far are doing good including the people I know." she explained, "Though, I had a hard time explaining things to them." she admitted with a sheepish grin.
"I had my blade repaired using a very indestructible material." Kai shared, "Which is very convenient since I don't have to worry about damaging it for the time being." he admitted.
"The Yo-Kais you've saved are doing well, too." Karma added, "It will be a matter of time before you'll be able to summon them using those medals they gave to you." he stated.
Megumi smiled in excitement, "Really? I'm so glad!" she expressed in joy.
Karma grinned at her in response, "Aino-san, Sagara-san, I'm surprised that you're still alive!" he teased, "I was pretty sure that both of you are dead by now." he stated.
Megumi facefaulted, "Can't you be please be a jerk somewhere else?" she pleaded in annoyance.
"Not until 4." Karma replied with a grin.
Tsumugi looks around, "It seems like our group expanded after we left." she pointed out.
Izuku chuckled in response, "It's a long story." he replied.
Gin then spoke, "We better get going everyone." he beckoned, "We still have many areas in this city that are in need of inspection..." he reminded, "... but we can have some conversations along the way." he stated.
Everyone nodded in response and with that, they proceed to move forward and finally departed the business district.
-BREAK-
Meanwhile in a green park somewhere in the city where a red-colored barn is located in the middle of an open area and inside the barn, we see five figures gathered on the second floor while sitting on stack of hays.
The first figure is a young woman with a short stature, she had slender frame and a medium bust, she had a long purple hair with teal highlights and is tied in spring-like pigtails and braids, and she had purple-colored eyes. She wears a white maid headdress on top of her head with a dark-blue anchor logo, she wears a white detached collar with a dark-blue bowtie, she wears a dark-blue cleavage window maid dress with white jagged folds with white ribbons, white linings and an anchor logo over a white frilled dress, white frilled ankle bands, white & dark-blue shoes with white straps & ribbons and a pair of detached cuffs with dark-blue linings. This is Aqua Minato.
The second figure is a young woman with a short stature, she had a slender frame and a pale complexion, she had a back-length silver hair that curls in the end with one part tied in a bun by a lime-green hexagram hairclip, and she had orange-yellow eyes. On top of her head is a black witch hat held by a headband, it had a pair of purple-colored 'eyes', a yellow/green/black checkered band, a blue star logo with an 'eye' and purple frills. She wears a black-collared capelet with a frilled collar and purple frilled edges, and purple linings while being held by a pink ribbon tie with a black & yellow star button. Underneath the capelet is a long-sleeved purple & white pinstriped-buttoned & cropped shirt with white collar line and flowery-shaped cuffs which exposes her navel and upper hips, she wears a black miniskirt with purple frills and black waistband with a yellow & green square-shaped tags, she wears a knee-high purple & white pinstriped socks with a white flowery bands and yellow & green square-shaped tags, she wears a black shiny shoes with a yellow & black star-shaped button, a black chain-like band on her left thigh and she wears black gloves. This is Shion Murasaki.
The third figure is a young woman with a short stature, she had a slender frame and a pale complexion, she had back-length white hair with pinkish-highlights and in both sides are tied in a pair of buns by a hairclip with a yellow bell & red brush and one part is tied in a side plait by a red clover-shaped hairpin, she had red-colored eyes and she had a pair of horns with the left side wrapped in black bands. She wears a red sleeveless gii with a thick dark-red collar line and red stitches held by a red clover-shaped tie with a white puffball & red brush, around her midsection is a black waist cape-like kimono with yellow linings and red tribal designs and is wrapped by a green obi with yellow linings, a red & white checkered sash and various red-colored neckerchief-like ribbons over black loincloth with yellow linings, she wears a knee-high white socks with red ribbon ties wrapped around the lower thigh-regions and she wears a black & red geta sandals. She wears a black detached kimono with yellow linings and red bands with yellow tribal designs over a green band and red frilled sleeves, and on her back is a large red & white rope ribbon with black beads and on the left side of her head is a red-colored oni mask. This is Ayame Nakiri.
The fourth figure is a young woman with a tall stature and she had a slender frame, she had a pale complexion and a large breast, she also sports a pair of large black horns with the left had a golden cross-shaped ornament, a pair of black bat-like wings and a black devil-like tail. She had a waist-length blonde hair, she had blue-colored eyes and sports a pair of sharp elf-like ears. She wears a white lab coat with red interior over a white open-cleavage collared shirt with frilled collar lines, she wears a black pencil skirt over a black gartered lingerie attached on a dark-brown thigh-high socks and black high-heeled shoes. This is Choco Yuzuki.
The fifth figure is a young woman with an average height, she had a slender frame and a pale complexion, she had a boyish short dark-brown hair and she had blue-colored eyes. She wears a pair of necklaces with a blue whistle & blue stopwatch attached on it, she wears a yellow & white striped shirt with a red collar line and a red & blue folds and the left bottom of the shirt is tied in a ribbon which held a yellow paper-megaphone and a large yellow scarf, and she wears a pair of white shorts with red folds. On her right leg is a red thigh-high sock with a colorful band and on her left leg is a white thigh-high sock with a colorful band, and she wears a white rubber shoes with blue & red linings and yellow shoelaces. She wears a pair of blue ballers with white linings and a red & white baseball cap with a blue bill. This is Subaru Oozora.
"Ugh!" Ayame groaned loudly, "I'm so bored!" she complained, "Subaru-san, please do me a favor and start creating counterfeit bills." she requested.
"Like hell I'll do that!" Subaru exclaimed in dismissal, "And why counterfeit bills anyway?" she questioned in disbelief.
Choco then placed a hand on her left cheek, "This is concerning..." she uttered, "... I'm really getting worried about the others and sitting here doing nothing is making me a little anxious." she expressed in concern.
"Are you sure that the guys who saved us are actually good people?" Shion inquired, "Because in all honestly, I'm getting kidnapper-vibes from them." she confessed.
"They seem to be good guys despite being buffoons." Aqua shared her opinion, "Although one of them is very strict but I think he is just doing his job." she stated.
"I, for one, should keep our guards up just in case." Ayame advised, "If these guys happens to be bad guys..." she trailed, "... we'll jump on them first and show them no mercy!" she declared.
"No, I don't think that is necessary." Subaru uttered with a blank look.
At the same time on the first floor inside the barn, we see Levi Ackerman, Lester Unlikely, Scott Howl and Chapatsu having a conversation while sitting on crates and barrels.
"Ugh!" Chapatsu groaned loudly, "This sucks!" he complained, "Lester, wanna create counterfeit bills with me?" he asked.
"Like hell I'll do that!" Lester exclaimed in dismissal, "And why counterfeit bills anyway?" he questioned in disbelief.
Scott rubs the back of his back, "This is concerning..." he uttered, "... I'm pretty sure that the girls are getting worried about their friends and sitting here doing nothing is probably making them a little anxious." he expressed in concern.
"And I'm pretty sure that those girls are thinking that we're the bad guys." Chapatsu suspected, "I'm getting the sense that they see us as kidnappers instead of their rescuers." he shared.
"Look..." Lester beckoned, "... we may look like buffoons but we're truly good people." he stated, "And while Levi is very strict, he is just doing his job." he pointed out.
"I, for one, should keep our guards up just in case." Chapatsu advised, "If these girls are completely convinced that we're bad guys..." he trailed, "... we'll jump on them first and show them no mercy!" he declared.
Levi stood up from the crate that he was sitting on, "I don't think that is necessary." he uttered before walking towards a nearby window and upon looking outside, Levi's eyes widen in surprise, "What the?" he squawked.
"What's wrong, boss?" Scott asked.
Levi narrowed his eyes in suspicion, "We've got a visitor." he replied.
Lester, Scott and Chapatsu looks at each other in confusion before getting up from their respective seats, they then joined Levi by the window and upon looking outside, their faces morphed into shock and surprise.
Strutting his way towards the barn is none other than Bartleby Farnum with a dastardly smile on his face.
"Oh, shet..." Chapatsu cursed in annoyance.

"What are these idiots doing?" Misato Katsuragi questioned in disbelief.
Upon arriving at the river bank, Misato is greeted by the sight of Toushirou Hijikata walking on the 2x2 bridge like a tight-rope while Sougo Okita sat on his shoulders and at the same time, the swarm of grotesque-looking puddle with human faces are trying to reach for Toushirou by his foot.
"Sougo, I swear if I get dragged down, I'm taking you with me!" Toushirou growled in annoyance.
"Focus on walking ahead, Hijikata-san." Sougo admonished in a dull tone, "And if they ever managed to grab you..." he trailed, "... just imagine yourself doing a crowd surf." he beckoned.
"I don't plan of crowd surfing on nightmarish masses!" Toushirou exclaimed.
