Unknown Warring States-like World
After leaving the forest of Muramasha, we see Amelia Watson, Asuna Yuuki, Calliope Mori, Deidara, Estellise Sidos Heurassein, Flynn Scifo, Gura Gawr, Heishiro Mitsurugi, Hibana, Hinata Hyuuga, Hotsuma, Ikkaku Madarame, Ina'nis Ninomae, IRyS, Jin, Kazuto "Kirito" Kirigaya, Kenpachi Zaraki, Kenshin Himura, Kiara Takanashi, Marth, Mugen, Obito Uchiha, Sakura Haruno, Sanosuke Sagara, Sasori of the Red Sand, Shiina, Souji Okita, Strider Hiryuu, Taki, Teresa of the Faint Smile, Yumichika Ayasegawa, Yuri Lowell and Yuu Kanda making their way towards their next location.
"Ya know..." Ikkaku started, "... as weird as the forest of Muramasha is..." he trailed, "... the fruits there actually tastes good." he admitted.
"Yeah." Yumichika uttered in agreement, "Addicting, too." he added.
"Better reasons to keep Hijikata-san away from the place." Yuu insisted, "Or any mayonnaise addicts." he added to which Ikkaku and Yumichika nodded in agreement.
As this going on, Mori decided to have conversation with Deidara.
"You seem to be fond with using clays." Mori commented, "Ever thought of doing claymation?" she asked.
Deidara scoffed in response, "I'm only interested in making my clays explode." he replied, "Claymations are good and all but they don't hold a candle with clays that explodes." he stated, "And I rather share my art of exploding clays to everyone than doing claymations." he preferred.
Mori raised an eyebrow, "And how are you gonna do that?" she asked, "Make a video and post it on the internet?" she guessed.
Deidara thought about it, "That's not a bad idea." he admitted.
"Just make sure to post it in an AWA-Exclusive Platform." Jin advised, "We can't risk normal people questioning the validity of your videos." he stated.
"Sure, sure..." Deidara replied rather dismissively.
"You guys had an exclusive platform?" IRyS asked in surprise.
Sakura nodded in response, "Indeed, we have." she confirmed, "A friend of ours created a social media platform called MyBuddies." she shared, "From what I recall..." she trailed, "... it's a hybrid of Facebook, Twitter and the ill-fated, Friendster." she recalled, "It also functions like Instagram, Twitch, Discord and Youtube." she added.
"Why create an exclusive platform?" Ina asked, "Why not just use those platforms you've mentioned?" she added.
"Is it because you guys don't want the public to know who you people are?" Gura assumed, "If that's the case..." she trailed, "... then why not make an excuse that it's all gimmicks and perks." she suggested, "That's what we do." she pointed out.
"Granted that we can do that." Asuna acknowledged, "But some of our fellow AWA members are over-the-top at best and had no control of what they're doing, and sometimes things would go out of control." she reasoned, "And sometimes crazy things happens that can't be explained or be justified with a CGI excuse." she added.
"Make sense." Amelia acknowledged.
"Do you guys even make money using that platform?" Kiara asked.
Mugen grinned in response, "You betcha." he confirmed, "The last video Jin and I posted the other day was a hit and it had been raking us money ever since." he shared.
"I just wish you would stop including me in your videos." Jin expressed in annoyance.
"You think we'll be able to stream in this AWA-exclusive platform?" IRyS thought out loud.
"If the higher-ups of the AWA allowed us to." Ina replied.
As the group kept their trek forward, they came across a crossroad with three paths leading towards three different area and at one side, they saw five figures sitting on seperated logs while drinking various beverages.
The first figure is a middle-aged man with a tall stature, he had a fair complexion and a lean but fit frame, he had a long face with pronounced cheekbones and tear-troughs, he had a short black hair neatly slicked back with the exception of four bangs over his forehead and he had a piercing & narrow yellow-colored eyes. He wears a dark-blue high-collared uniform jacket with a brown belt wrapped around his midsection over a white-collared shirt, he wears dark-blue slacks, a pair of black boots and a pair of white gloves. This is Hajime Saitou.
The second figure is a middle-aged man with a tall stature, he had an extremely-muscular build and a fair complexion, he had a dark short & unkempt hair and he had blue-colored eyes. He wears a blue jacket-like shirt over a red undershirt with mettalic shoulder pads and a leather cufflet on his right arm and bandages on his left arm. He wears blue pants with a black belt wrapped around his waist and a pair of boots. This is Kenshirou.
The third figure is a middle-aged man with a tall stature, he had a well-built frame and a fair complexion, he had a black tousled hair and he had black-colored eyes. He wears a light blazer jacket with rolled up sleeves over a red t-shirt, black pants and black leather shoes. This is Ryou Saeba.
The fourth figure is a young man with a tall stature, he had a well-built frame and a light-brown complexion, he had a long brown leaf-styled hair tied in a low ponytail by a maple leaf-life hairtie and a pair of ahoges on top of his head, and he had black-colored eyes with white round irises. He is currently wearing no shirt but wears a pair of red tight-fitting detached sleeves and a black arm band, he wears a black baggy hakama pants with red maple leaf designs and had a large red sash wrapped around his waist, and is currently barefooted. This is Shichika Yasuri.
The fifth figure is a teenage boy with an extremely tall stature, he had a muscular build and a fair complexion, he had a short black hair and thick eyebrows & prominent sideburns, he had dark-colored eyes and thick lips. He wears a blue uniform jacket over a white collared shirt with a dark-blue necktie, blue trousers with a brown belt and black leather shoes. This is Takeo Gouda.
Hajime then took notice of their arrival, "Hmm?" he hummed out loud, "If isn't it Battousai and the rest." he pointed out.
"Greetings, Hajime-san." Kenshin greeted with a smile.
Souji facefaulted, "I still find it weird that a different version of Hajime Saitou is standing before me." he commented.
"Isn't your counterpart, Sougo Okita, the weirdest?" Teresa pointed out.
"Good point." Souji uttered in agreement.
Hajime and the rest then introduced themselves to the non-AWA companions, Ryou even started flirting with the Hololive girls but Takeo quickly berated him but Gura found Takeo attractive, so she decided to ask him out but Takeo politely declines because he already had a girlfriend to which made Gura snap a finger in disappointment while Mori and Amelia looks at her in disbelief.
"What are you guys doing?" Obito asked, "Taking a break?" he assumed.
Hajime took a whiff from his cigarette before letting out a smoke, "Indeed, we are." he confirmed, "We've been attacked relentlessly by a number of Sarunobis." he shared.
"Really?!" Kirito uttered in surprise.
Kenshirou nodded in response, "Indeed." he confirmed, "These creatures suddenly came out of nowhere and started attacking us." he explained, "And while the five of us are more than enough to take them all down, they're so relentless that is slowly tiring us out." he furthered, "To make matters even more complicated, they kept on coming like there is no end in sight." he concluded.
"The moment we defeated all of them, we quickly fled the area before more of them arrive." Shichika added.
"We tried to reason with them by having Gouda talk to them." Ryou chimed in, "I mean, Gouda is kinda like a gorilla." he pointed out, "But that failed as well." he finished.
"Saeba-sensei, do you want me to put you in a sleeper hold?" Takeo suggested with a blank look.
"Which is really weird." Shichika commented, "From what little information we know about these creatures, the Sarunobis aren't the type to attack others unless provoked or ordered." he recalled.
"It's definitely the latter." Obito pointed out.
"I assume you people were also attacked by these creatures." Hajime assumed.
"My group were attacked some time ago by these creatures before Himura-san's group met up with us." Obito explained, "But not to the relentless extent that your group experienced." he clarified.
"So, do you think the Apostles are behind the Sarunobis attacking us?" Kenshirou asked.
"Had to be them." Ryou insisted, "They're the only ones getting in the way of our mission after all." he pointed out.
Takeo crossed his arms, "For once, I agree with Saeba-sensei." he said in agreement.
Kenshin thought about it, "Then that means we should double down in keeping our guards up because we don't know when these creatures will strike." he beckoned.
"Right." Kenpachi uttered in agreement.
Suddenly, everyone perked up when they heard loud banshee-like screams coming from the distance, much to everyone's shock and surprise.
"What the heck was that?!" Hibana exclaimed.
"I assume those screams belongs to the Sarunobis." Hiryuu assumed
"They're chimpanzees, right?" Yuri pointed out, "But why do they scream like banshees?" he questioned in disbelief.
"Perish the thought, Yuri." Flynn beckoned, "Right now, we're about to face a rather troublesome problem." he pointed out.
"Looks like we had no choice but to fight them." Obito conceded, "Everyone!" he called out, "Head towards an open area!" he ordered, "We need to cover more grounds because I had a hunch that the Sarunobis are coming in a large number!" he exclaimed.
"You heard him, people!" Ikkaku shouted, "Move!" he beckoned, "Move!" repeated.
Wasting no time, everyone made their way towards a forest and upon arriving at an open area, a large number of Ninja Chimps made their arrival, screaming in anger before charging towards the heroes.
"Gawr-san!" Kenshin called out which got shark girl's attention, "Take your friends to safety!" he advised, "We'll take things from here." he declared while drawing out his sword.
And with that, everyone charges towards the Ninja Chimps and another clash ensues, and at the same time, Gura and the others went to hide behind the large trees.

Hajime jabs the back of hilt still in scabbard at one Ninja Chimp while following it with a downward slash before ending the creature with a horizontal slash, he then rushes forward and upon contact with an opponent he performs a single but strong thrust attack on the creature. Hajime then started attacking another Ninja Chimp using his fists before rushing forward while performing a quick moving punch with his back hand to his opponent's face which causes a hard knockback before ending it by stabbing his sword on his chest.
Kenshirou grabs a Ninja Chimp while jabbing his finger into their chest which causes them to fall over before delivering a brutal karate chop to their forehead, he then punches forward and fires a blast of bright blue energy at another creature whom got blasted to pieces. Kenshiro then does a rising uppercut with his fist laced with blue energy while hitting another opponent whom got launched into the air, he then dives down from the air with his foot extended for a kick aimed diagonally downward and hits a group of creatures.
Ryou charges forward and hits a Ninja Chimp with a powerful dropkick which sends his opponents flying backwards, he follows this up by swinging a right & left hook at his opponent, shooting it twice with a gun and then finishing him off by sending the creature away with a spinning kick. Ryou then ran towards another Ninja Chimp before giving it a right hook, another punch, a spinning kick and a blast from a shotgun, he then rushes forward and jumps above his opponent before finishing it off by stomping it's head to the ground.
Shichika stood on his ground while a Ninja Chimp lunges towards him with a sword and he responded by breaking the sword in half using his arms before knocking his opponent out with a vicious knee strike to the face, he then noticed another Ninja Chimp lunging towards him with a sword and he responded by catching the blade with his hands before snapping it in half and then knocking his opponent out with a powerful palm-strike on the face. He then charges towards a group of creatures and started to knock them all down with a series of chops and kicks while sending a few flying toward different directions.
Takeo grabs a Ninja Chimp before pushing it towards a nearby tree and then following this by hitting the creature with a running body splash, he then grabs the creature in a tight hug before lifting it up high and then slamming it down hard to the ground. Another Ninja Chimp charges towards him but Takeo caught the creature with both hand before lifting it up above his head and then dropping his opponent down the ground, he then quickly picks up the creature and then lifting it up high once again before dropping it down to the ground with an elevated backdrop slam.
Hibana charges towards a Ninja Chimp and struck it down with three kicks, a spin slash before ending it with an overhead swing, she then noticed another creatures towards her and she responded by doing an underhand swing which took down her opponent. Hibana then dashes forward and slices three Ninja Chimps on her path before killing another one by performing a spinning attack.
Hotsuma then charges towards a Ninja Chimp and struck it down by stabbing it three times on the chest, slicing it's neck area before ending it with a kick at the back of it's head, he then noticed another creatures towards him and he responded by a downward slash which took down his opponent. Hotsuma then dashes forward and slices three Ninja Chimps on his path before killing another one by tossing a kunai with an explosive tag, blasting the creature into bits.
Hiryuu then dashes up towards a Ninja Chimp before kicking them away, he then runs behind them alongside several slashes that unleashes a shockwave that blows his opponent in the opposite direction. Hiryuu then summons a horde of robotic panthers and eagles which he sneds rushing to attack his opponents whom got mauled as a result, he then teleports above a creature with three afterimages above him before sending the afterimages to dive-kick his target from above.
Sasori then grabs a Ninja Chimp and has the Third Kazekage's left arm open up, summoning hundreds of other arms from it to grab the opponent with the hands pulling the opponent in close as the Third Kazekage slashes them with a buzzsaw. Sasori then summons two blocks of Iron Sand and merges them together, creating hundreds of branching spikes of Iron Sand that rains down across the field and impaling several Ninja Chimps.
Deidara sends three clay birds towards a group of Ninja Chimps and upon contact, the birds suddenly exploded which blasted the creatures to pieces. Deidara then got in front of one Ninja Chimp and unleashes it with a series of explosions which sent the creature flying above, he then quickly got above the creature before kicking it down to the ground. He then noticed a group of Ninja Chimps dashing towards him, so he responded by unleashing waves upon waves of clay spiders which then exploded upon getting close to the creatures, blasting them off on the process.
Obito then grabs a Ninja Chimp and swings a gunbai at them while wrapping his foe in a vortex of wind, he then teleports into the air using Kamui and breathes a stream of fire down at the opponent, setting the vortex ablaze to scorch them and blows them away. Obito then shoots out a stream of fire and distorts the flames using Kamui which created a fiery spiral that flies forward and hits a group of creatures multiple times.
Ikkaku grabs a Ninja Chimp and stabs at their head with Hozukimaru but only for the foe to dodge by moving their head to the side, he then smirks as Hozukimaru splits apart with its chains wrapping around the foe's neck as the blade comes around and slashes them across the chest. Ikkaku then splits Hozukimaru apart before repeatedly swinging it at the opponent to slash at them from a distance and ending by spinning its blade around by the chain and leaping at the foe for a falling slash.
Yumichika holds up Fuji Kujaku and makes feathers appear around him which then damages a group of Ninja Chimps, he then proceeds to do a 4-hit slashing attack at one Ninja Chimp, slicing it to pieces on the process. Yumichika then extends Fuji Kujaku and does an uppercut on one creature before sending out a horizontal vortex of feathers that damage another opponent.
Kenpachi grabs a Ninja Chimp and runs his Zanpakuto through their chest before lifting them into the air and swinging his sword to fling them off the blade, he then grips Nozarashi with both hands and does a downward slash while firing off a shockwave of spirit energy which blasted a group of creatures. Kenpachi then lunges another Ninja Chimp while doing a barrage of slashes with Nozarashi, ending with an outward slash that knocks his foe backwards.
Yuu swung his sword and releases a small swarm of supernatural creatures towards the Ninja Chimps which began to devour the latter, Yuu then charges towards another Ninja Chimp and slashed it eight times, killing it on the process. Then three Ninja Chimps jumps over him but Yuu responded by slashing his blade in a circular motions and struck all of them dead.
Asuna grabs a Ninja Chimp before stabbing them four times at high speeds and then knocks them away with a bash to the face from her rapier's hilt. Asuna then rushes towards another creature and hits them with a fierce barrage of stabs from her rapier, she then lunges upward while stabbing with her rapier before rushing downwards for a diving stab, killing another creature.
Kirito grabs a Ninja Chimp before lifting into the air while pulling back his hand and then jabbing it into their shoulder. Kirito then dashes forward and does a four-hit combo of slashes in the shape of a square towards a group of Ninja Chimps, he then rises into the air while spinning and slashing before descending downward for a falling slash from both blades, blasting another group of creatures off the ground.
Teresa kicks a Ninja Chimp into the air while tossing two daggers at them and then jumping into the air after them before sending them into the ground with a downward sword slash. Teresa then sheathes and draws her sword at high speeds while unleashing a fierce barrage of slashes on her opponent before finishing them off with a sword stab on the face.
Souji charges and attacked a group of Ninja Chimp by slashing one upwards, slashing another one downwards, jabbing a third one with the hilt of his blade and finishing the last one by slashing it twice on the chest. Souji then grabs a Ninja Chimp before slashing them three times across the chest and then kicking them away.
Marth grabs a Ninja Chimp while beating them with his sword's hilt and then slashing them across the chest before kicking them away, he then dodges a strike from another creature and he responded by doing a five-hit combo of slashes which took out his opponent. Marth then raises the Falchion to the sky before rushing at another Ninja Chimp for a forward thrust before following up with an arcing slash, taking out his target.
Estelle charges forward and knocks a Ninja Chimp into the air with her shield before thrusting it diagonally into them, she then rapidly thrusts at the enemy and then slamming into them with her shield. Estelle took a step back before performing a charging thrust and hits one Ninja Chimp, she then spins around and strikes low with a rainbow-colored attack, knocking down enemies and forcing downed enemies to stand.
Flynn attacks a Ninja Chimp with his sword before casting a blue glyph beneath the target and then summoning a pillar of light to strike them, he then struck the ground with his weapon while sending a powerful blast of energy upward which blasted away a group of creatures. Flynn then dashes through another creature before assaulting them with a glyph of glowing energy that lifts them into the air, blasting them on the process.
Yuri grabs a Ninja Chimp while repeatedly punching them in the gut and then ending by knocking them back with a punch to the face. Yuri slashes upward while ending a wave of blue wind at his targets and at the same time, he fires off two Azure Edge projectiles which blasted his targets on the process. Yuri then dashes forward a short distance while phasing through enemies and their attacks in the process, he then follow up by slashing the foe across the back, leaving them crumpled.
Taki kicks one Ninja Chimp down before performing a magical ninja spell in order to triple herself into three. Afterwards, her three selves slashed their way through their target before jumping into the air to become one again, Taki then takes down the helpless opponent in one fatal strike on the back of it's head, killing it on the process.
Shiina drops down in front of Ninja Chimp and begun stabbing it across the chest with a kunai, she then took a step backwards before throwing several bombs towards her opponent which blasted it off the ground. Shiina then dashes forward and got behind another Ninja Chimp before stabbing it on the back and she then finishes it off by setting her opponent on fire with an explosive tag.
Jin dashes forward and quickly beheaded a Ninja Chimp with one slash across it's neck, he then turns his attention towards another Crab Knight and began unleashing a series of slash towards all over his opponent's body, dismembering the creature as a result. Mugen jumps in the air before stabbing another Crab Knight on the head, he then did a handstand before spinning around which slashed a group of Ninja Chimp on the process, he then landed neatly on the ground before slicing another Ninja Chimp across the chest.
Sakura charges towards a group of Ninja Chimps, "Chaa!" she shouted before punching the ground hard which decimated the pavement as the impact of her strike causes a chain reaction which then sends the creatures flying to the air. Hinata then thrusts her right palm forward and hits one Ninja Chimp right on the chest area and the impact is so strong, the creature is send crashing to a rock.
Heishiro does two thrusts forward before doing a second slash and then pulling his sword back a bit to deliver a downward strike that hits a Ninja Chimp overhead. He then charges up his sword before doing a slow but powerful upwards slash that knocks a Ninja Chimp into the air, energy then surges through his sword and then goes to deliver a downward slash which sends his opponent bouncing off the ground.
Kenshin draws his sword and took a kendo stance before he dashing towards a Ninja Chimp and upon impact, he simultaneously struck nine points on his opponents body at once before by stopping from behind them and sheathing his sword as his target fell to the ground in a crumpled state. Sanosuke jumps into the air and then lands his fist onto a Ninja Chimp's chest before crashing to the ground like a meteorite, he then finished his opponent off by stomping it's head hard.
BREAK OUT!
"Wah!" Estelle let's out a breath of relief, "Finally it's done!" she exclaimed.
"That fight really took a lot of our time." Hinata stated.
After defeating every Ninja Chimps in sight, everyone are seen catching their breaths while Gura and the others came out from their hiding spot and rejoined them.
"Unfortunately, as much as I want to take a breather, we can't stay in this area any longer." Kenshin stated, "Knowing that someone is sending those creatures towards us, it'll be a matter of time before more Sarunobis would make their presence." he explained.
"That would suck." Deidara commented.
"I suggest that we move out quickly." Obito beckoned, "Whoever is ordering these creatures already knows our current whereabouts, so it's best that we head towards an area unbeknownst to them." he stated.
"Then let's get going." Hajime beckoned in agreement.
And with that, everyone hastingly made their way out of the place but unbeknownst to everyone, we see a pair of figures observing them from a far.
"What is our next move?" the first figure questioned.
"Proceed to the next phase." the second figure replied.

As the humanoid gorilla is charging up it's revolver-hands, Aoba Suzukaze, Hajime Shinoda, Hifumi Takimoto, Kou Yagami, Nene Sakura, Rin Tooyama, Shizuku Hazuki, Umiko Ahagon and Yun Iijima are seen huddled together, closing their eyes in horror while waiting for their unfortunate demise.
"Guard Skill..." a voice uttered, "... Hand Sonic." it beckoned.
Suddenly, everyone heard loud slicing sounds alongside a painful grunt coming from the creature, Aoba and the others then slowly open their eyes to see humanoid gorilla standing still with a look of horror on it's face before falling down to the ground.
And upon the fall of the creature, Aoba and the others saw Kanade Tachibana standing from the back with a pair of blades on her hands.
"Creature eliminated." Kanade declared.
As this is going on, Hideki Hinata, Yuri Nakamura and Yuzuru Otonashi made their arrival.
"Good work, Kanade!" Yuzuru complimented while patting Kanade on the head, much to her delight.
Yuri and Hideki then made their way towards Aoba and the others, "Is everyone okay?" the former asked.
"Yes, we're fine." Rin answered, "Thank you very much for saving us." she expressed in gratitude.
"But who you are you people?" Kou asked.
"As much as I love to introduce ourselves but we rather save that for later once we're out of this place." Hideki beckoned with a thumb jabbed at his back, "There is more than one humanoid gorilla out there, so it's best that we get you girls to safety first." he explained, "But to make things clear, we're here to save you." he simplified.
Yun smiled in response, "Really?" she uttered in delight, "Thank you very much!" she expressed in gratitude.
Umiko sighed in relief, "Looks like we'll able to get out this nightmare after all, huh, director." she mused only to get no response, "Director?" she called out before turning to see Shizuku sporting a rather shocked expression, "Director, what's wrong?" the lead programmer asked in concern.
"Kanade..." Shizuku uttered out loud.
Upon hearing her name, Kanade slowly turns around and immediately recognized Shizuku, "Shizuku-nee..." the white-haired angel uttered in response.
